The liquid level measuring device according to claim 3, wherein the accommodating portion is a hollow box as a whole, wherein an included angle between a top surface and a bottom surface of the hollow box is the same as an included angle between a side wall of the oil sump and a horizontal plane, wherein the top surface serves as the contact surface, the contact surface has an opening thereon, the opening is sized to be passed through by the liquid level sensor, an interior of the hollow box with the opening serves as an accommodating hole, and the bottom surface serves as a horizontal bottom of the accommodating hole.

The liquid level measuring device according to claim 3, wherein the accommodating portion is a hollow box as a whole, wherein the hollow box has a flat bottom wall, and a top wall opposite to the bottom wall, the accommodating portion further includes a telescopic tube, one end of the telescopic tube communicates with the hollow box via the top wall, and the other end is connectable to the side wall of the oil bin such that the side walls of the telescopic tube, the hollow box, and the oil bin form the closed space, the communicating telescopic tube and the hollow box form the accommodating hole, and the connecting portion includes a universal angle bracket for adjusting a spatial position of the hollow box such that the bottom wall of the hollow box is kept horizontal.

6. A liquid level measuring device according to any one of claims 2-5, wherein the contact surfaces of the connecting portion and the receiving portion are fixedly connected to the side wall of the oil sump by means of an adhesive.

7. The level sensor of claim 2, wherein the level sensor is an ultrasonic level sensor and the coupling agent is an ultrasonic coupling agent.

8. The fluid level measuring device of claim 1, wherein the transmission cable comprises a battery compartment for supplying power to the plurality of fluid level sensors and a conductor comprising a plurality of branches electrically connected to each of the fluid level sensors.

9. The fluid level measuring device of claim 8, wherein the battery compartment is removably connected to the lead by an aircraft plug.

10. The liquid level measuring device of claim 1, wherein the master lock comprises a master control module, a transmission cable interface, a positioning module and a communication module, the master control module is connected with the transmission cable through the transmission cable interface to receive the measurement results collected by the liquid level sensors, and information of the measurement results is uploaded regularly through the positioning module and the communication module.

11. The liquid level measuring device of claim 10, wherein the main control module further uploads the information of the abnormal state alarm data of the liquid level sensor and the transmission cable, the information of the vehicle position data and the information of the main lock state at regular time through the positioning module and the communication module.

12. The apparatus of claim 10 or 11, wherein the master lock further comprises an encryption/decryption module for encrypting or decrypting information communicated by the master lock.

13. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the primary lock further comprises an electronic tag module, an unsealing module, a battery and battery management module, and a temperature and humidity detection module.

14. The fluid level measuring device of claim 10, wherein the transmission cable interface is an aircraft plug.

15. The fluid level measuring device of claim 10, wherein the primary lock is suspended from the rear of the tank wagon, away from the oil discharge opening of the oil sump.

Background

In the prior art, generally, the liquid level in the oil sump is detected in real time by installing an ultrasonic liquid level sensor at the positive bottom of the oil sump of the oil tank truck, one ultrasonic liquid level sensor can only measure the liquid level of one oil sump in real time, under the normal condition, the oil tank truck is provided with a plurality of oil sumps, generally, the oil sumps are 5 to 7 different shapes, a plurality of ultrasonic liquid level sensors are often needed to measure the liquid level of each oil sump respectively, in the prior art, one ultrasonic liquid level sensor is only connected with one vehicle-mounted detection terminal, when a plurality of ultrasonic liquid level sensors are installed, a plurality of vehicle-mounted detection terminals are needed to be connected with each ultrasonic liquid level sensor respectively, and the number of parts is increased remarkably. On the other hand, the ultrasonic liquid level sensor in the prior art needs a vehicle-mounted terminal in the cab to supply power, so that the ultrasonic liquid level sensor needs to be threaded from the rear frame to the front cab to realize electric connection, and the wiring of the bottom of the oil tank truck is complicated. When the liquid level sensor is installed at the positive bottom of the oil sump of the oil tank truck, the installation position is searched in a narrow space at the bottom of the oil tank truck by installation personnel, a plurality of pipelines are arranged at the bottom of the oil tank truck with a plurality of large and medium-sized oil sumps, a small gap is reserved between the pipelines, the bottom of the oil sump truck is usually shielded by two to three axles, and therefore the installation of the liquid level sensor is difficult, even more, a thickened steel plate is usually arranged below a steering mechanism of the front oil sump of the oil tank truck, and the installation is hindered or cannot be installed at all. The ultrasonic liquid level sensor is usually directly adhered to the bottom surface of a tank truck by using A/B glue, the sensor is difficult to detach after installation and is often damaged during detachment, and in practical application, for example, when tank trucks are transported across borders in many countries and regions in Africa and Latin America, customs of different countries need to install different liquid level sensors to supervise the tank trucks transported in the country, so that different liquid level sensors need to be repeatedly installed and detached in border lines of different countries, and obviously, the installation method using the A/B glue for direct adhesion has great limitation. Therefore, a liquid level measuring device which can be flexibly mounted and dismounted, has a simple structure and does not influence the measuring precision is needed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a liquid level measuring device for an oil tank truck to solve the technical problem.

One aspect of the invention provides a liquid level measuring device for a tank truck, which comprises a main lock, a transmission cable and a plurality of liquid level sensor suites, wherein the liquid level sensor suites are respectively connected to the side walls of a plurality of oil bins of the tank truck to measure the liquid level of each oil bin, the transmission cable is connected with the liquid level sensor suites and the main lock to transmit the measurement results of the liquid level sensor suites to the main lock, and the main lock is used for collecting the measurement results of the liquid level sensor suites and transmitting the measurement results to a monitoring platform.

In some optional embodiments, the liquid level sensor kit comprises a liquid level sensor and a sensor bracket, the sensor bracket comprises a connecting part and a containing part, the connecting part is connected to the side wall of the oil bin, the containing part is provided with a contact surface capable of being in close contact with the side wall of the oil bin, and the contact surface is provided with a containing hole for containing the liquid level sensor and keeping the liquid level sensor horizontal; and a couplant is also contained in the containing hole, and fills the space except the liquid level sensor in the closed space formed by the containing hole and the side wall of the oil bin, so that the liquid level sensor at the level can be assisted to measure the liquid level of the oil bin.

In some alternative embodiments, the receiving hole has a horizontal bottom for placement of a level sensor.

In some optional embodiments, the accommodating portion is a hollow box as a whole, wherein an included angle between a top surface and a bottom surface of the hollow box is the same as an included angle between a side wall of the oil bin and a horizontal plane, the top surface serves as the contact surface, the contact surface is provided with an opening, the opening is suitable for being penetrated by the liquid level sensor, the inner portion of the hollow box with the opening serves as an accommodating hole, and the bottom surface serves as a horizontal bottom of the accommodating hole.

In some optional embodiments, the accommodating portion is a hollow box as a whole, wherein the hollow box has a flat bottom wall and a top wall opposite to the bottom wall, the accommodating portion further includes a telescopic tube, one end of the telescopic tube is communicated with the hollow box via the top wall, the other end of the telescopic tube can be connected with the side wall of the oil bin so that the telescopic tube, the hollow box and the side wall of the oil bin form the closed space, the communicated telescopic tube and the hollow box form the accommodating hole, and the connecting portion includes a universal angle bracket for adjusting the spatial position of the hollow box so that the bottom wall of the hollow box is kept horizontal.

In some alternative embodiments, the contact surface of the connecting part and the accommodating part is fixedly connected to the side wall of the oil bin through an adhesive.

In some optional embodiments, the level sensor is an ultrasonic level sensor and the coupling agent is an ultrasonic coupling agent.

In some optional embodiments, the transmission cable comprises a battery box and a wire, wherein the battery box is used for supplying power to the plurality of liquid level sensors, and the wire comprises a plurality of branches which are respectively electrically connected with the liquid level sensors.

In some optional embodiments, the battery box and the lead are detachably connected through an aviation plug.

In some optional embodiments, the master lock includes a master control module, a transmission cable interface, a positioning module, and a communication module, where the master control module connects to the transmission cable through the transmission cable interface to receive measurement results collected by each liquid level sensor, and uploads information of the measurement results at regular time through the positioning module and the communication module.

In some optional embodiments, the main control module further uploads the information of the alarm data of the abnormal state of the liquid level sensor and the transmission cable, the information of the position data of the vehicle and the information of the state of the main lock at regular time through the positioning module and the communication module.

In some optional embodiments, the master lock further comprises an encryption and decryption module for encrypting or decrypting information communicated by the master lock.

In some optional embodiments, the master lock further includes an electronic tag module, an unsealing module, a battery and battery management module, and a temperature and humidity detection module.

In some optional embodiments, the transmission cable interface is an air plug.

In some optional embodiments, the main lock is suspended at the tail of the tank truck, and is far away from the oil discharge port of the oil bin.

The liquid level measuring device for the oil tank truck is provided with the universal angle support, can be attached to the side wall of an oil tank body with different inclination angles, is arranged at the position, close to the bottom, of the side surface of an oil bin of the oil tank truck, does not need to be provided with a liquid level sensor at the right bottom of the oil bin, is provided with a plurality of transmission cables which can be pulled to the tail part of the oil tank truck (one cable is connected with a plurality of sensors at the same time) and are connected with a main lock, and in addition, the liquid level information of the oil bin is reported to a monitoring platform by the main lock instead of a plurality of vehicle-mounted detection terminals. The liquid level measuring device for the oil tank truck is simple and quick to install, and solves the problems that the bottom pipelines of medium and large multi-bin oil tank trucks are more, the installation is complex, and the bottom of some oil tanks is shielded by thickened steel plates, so that the installation and measurement cannot be carried out. In addition, one main lock can drag a plurality of sensors, and can be flexibly expanded, so that the oil sump lock is suitable for oil sumps with various specifications; the fixed angle support and the universal angle support can be combined, so that the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced.

Detailed Description

The technical scheme of the invention is further specifically described by the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings. In the specification, the same or similar reference numerals denote the same or similar components. The following description of the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings is intended to explain the general inventive concept of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention.

According to the general concept of the present invention, there is provided a level measuring apparatus for a tank lorry, comprising a main lock, a transmission cable and a plurality of level sensor sets, wherein the plurality of level sensor sets are respectively connected to sidewalls of a plurality of tanks of the tank lorry to measure a level of each tank, the transmission cable is connected to the plurality of level sensor sets and the main lock to transmit measurement results of the plurality of level sensor sets to the main lock, and the main lock is used for collecting the measurement results of the plurality of level sensor sets and transmitting the measurement results to a monitoring platform.

Furthermore, in the following detailed description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the disclosure. It may be evident, however, that one or more embodiments may be practiced without these specific details.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of a level measuring device according to the invention mounted on a tank truck. The liquid level measuring device for the oil tank truck comprises a main lock 100, a transmission cable 200 and a plurality of liquid level sensor suites 300, wherein the liquid level sensor suites are respectively connected to the side walls 410 of a plurality of oil bins 400 of the oil tank truck to measure the liquid level of each oil bin, the transmission cable is connected with the liquid level sensor suites and the main lock to transmit the measurement results of the liquid level sensor suites to the main lock, and the main lock is used for collecting the measurement results of the liquid level sensor suites and transmitting the measurement results to a monitoring platform.

In one embodiment, the fluid level sensor package includes a fluid level sensor 310 and a sensor holder 320.

According to the liquid level measuring device, the ultrasonic liquid level sensor is arranged on the side surface of the oil tank close to the bottom, and the liquid level measuring device is provided with the universal angle support and/or the fixed angle support, so that the installation steps are simple and quick, and the problems that the installation is complicated due to the fact that a plurality of pipelines are arranged at the front bottom of a medium-sized and large-sized multi-bin oil tank trailer, and the sensor cannot be installed due to the fact that the bottom of some oil bins is provided with a thickened steel plate for shielding are solved.

In the present invention, the level sensor is an ultrasonic level sensor. An ultrasonic level sensor is a measuring device that calculates the distance from the sensor to an object to be measured using the time between transmission and reception of ultrasonic waves. During measurement, a sensor (transducer) emits high-frequency pulse sound waves, the sound waves are reflected by the liquid surface and then received by the same sensor, the propagation time of the sound waves is in direct proportion to the distance from the sound waves to the liquid surface, and the relation between the sound wave transmission distance S and the sound velocity V and the sound transmission time T can be expressed by a formula: and S is V multiplied by T, the sound wave reaches the liquid surface and returns, the transmission distance of the sound wave is 2 times of the distance from the sound wave source to the liquid surface, and therefore, the height H of the measured liquid is S/2.

the sensor bracket comprises a connecting part 321 and a containing part 322, the connecting part is connected to the side wall of the oil bin, the containing part is provided with a contact surface 323 which can be in close contact with the side wall of the oil bin, and the contact surface is provided with a containing hole 324 for containing the liquid level sensor and keeping the liquid level sensor horizontal; the accommodating hole is also used for accommodating a couplant 325, and the couplant fills the space except the liquid level sensor in the closed space formed by the accommodating hole and the side wall of the oil bin so as to assist the liquid level sensor at the horizontal position to measure the liquid level of the oil bin. The coupling agent of the present invention is an ultrasonic coupling agent, such as lithium-based butter. In the actual installation process, after the liquid level sensor is placed in the containing hole, the whole containing hole needs to be filled with the couplant, and any air bubbles or air layers cannot exist, because the couplant plays a role in assisting the propagation of the ultrasonic wave, and the air bubbles or the air layers in the couplant can influence the propagation of the ultrasonic wave, so that the measurement result of the liquid level sensor is influenced.

In addition, the liquid level sensor of the liquid level measuring device is arranged in the sensor bracket, can be temporarily installed and temporarily detached, overcomes the defect that the ultrasonic liquid level sensor is directly adhered to the bottom of an oil tank by an A/B adhesive and damages the sensor during detachment in the prior art, and meets the application requirements of temporary supervision of trans-border transportation of the oil tank truck in many countries and regions in Africa and Latin America.

In one embodiment, the receiving hole has a horizontal bottom 326 for placement of a level sensor.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the accommodating portion 322 is a hollow box as a whole, wherein an included angle between a top surface 323 ' and a bottom surface 326 ' of the hollow box is the same as an included angle between a side wall of the oil bin and a horizontal plane, wherein the top surface is used as the contact surface, the contact surface is provided with an opening 324 ' which is suitable for being penetrated by the liquid level sensor, the inside of the hollow box is used as an accommodating hole, and the bottom surface is used as a horizontal bottom of the accommodating hole. The top 323' of the hollow box is in contact with the side wall of the oil bin and is fixed to the side wall of the oil bin by an adhesive.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the accommodating part is a hollow box as a whole, wherein the hollow box has a flat bottom wall and a top wall 327 'opposite to the bottom wall, the accommodating part further includes a telescopic tube 328, one end of the telescopic tube is communicated with the hollow box through the top wall, the other end of the telescopic tube can be connected with the side wall of the oil bin so that the telescopic tube, the hollow box and the side wall of the oil bin form a closed space, the communicated telescopic tube and the hollow box form the accommodating hole, and the connecting part includes a universal angle bracket 321' for adjusting the spatial position of the hollow box so that the bottom wall of the hollow box is kept horizontal.

As shown in fig. 3, the connecting portion is fixedly connected to the side wall of the oil bin by an adhesive. Here, adhesive 501 may be 401 glue, 401 glue being commercially available and capable of bonding materials such as metal, plastic, ceramic, glass, etc.

In practice, the tank body of a large-scale multi-bin oil tank truck is generally 7 oil bins from front to back, the liquid level measuring device for the oil tank truck is arranged on the side wall of the oil tank body, is provided with a special bracket attached to the side wall of the oil tank, and is arranged at the position, close to the bottom, of the side surface of the oil tank truck. The transverse section of the oil tank body is mostly elliptical, the radians of the side walls of the front bin and the rear bin are not consistent, the included angle between the elliptical side wall of the 1 st oil bin and the horizontal plane is generally 15 degrees from front to back of the tank body, and 1 fixed angle bracket with 15 degrees is needed for installing a liquid level sensor; the side wall of the No. 2 oil bin is not oval, and the horizontal direction and the vertical direction are inclined; the included angle between the elliptic side wall of the No. 3 to No. 7 oil bins and the horizontal plane is generally 24 degrees, and 5 fixed angle brackets with 24 degrees are needed to install a liquid level sensor; the 2 nd oil bin needs a support which can be adjusted in the up-down direction and the left-right direction because the side wall is inclined in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction.

The liquid level measuring device for the oil tank truck comprises a universal angle support and a fixed angle support, wherein the universal angle support is suitable for the side wall of the No. 2 oil bin, and the length of screws on two sides of the universal angle support is adjusted to adjust a sensor and enable the sensor to be in a horizontal state. The fixed angle support is arranged on the 1 st and 3-7 th oil bins, wherein the fixed angle support with the inclination of 15 degrees is arranged on the 1 st oil bin, and the fixed angle support with the inclination of 24 degrees is arranged on the 3 rd to 7 th oil bins, so that the support can be tightly attached to the tank body, the liquid level sensor in the support is ensured to be in a horizontal state, and the reliable measurement of the liquid level height is realized.

The bracket combination can be well suitable for various tank body inclined planes, rapid installation can be realized on site, and the liquid level sensor is kept in a horizontal state during working, so that stable and effective echo reflected by the liquid level can be obtained, and the efficient and stable measurement effect is guaranteed; meanwhile, the product cost is also considered, the universal angle support is higher in cost, the fixed angle support is lower in cost, different supports are applied to different oil bins in the front and at the back of the tank body, and the overall cost of the liquid level measuring device can be reduced to a great extent.

Fig. 4 shows a schematic structural view of a transmission cable of the liquid level measuring device according to the invention. As shown in fig. 4, the transmission cable 200 includes a battery box 210 for supplying power to the plurality of level sensors and a conductor 220 including a plurality of branches 221 electrically connected to the respective level sensors.

In one embodiment, the battery compartment and the wires are removably connected by an aviation plug 211.

According to the liquid level measuring device, one transmission cable can be arranged on the side surface of the oil tank truck (one cable can be connected with a plurality of sensors at the same time), and the liquid level measuring device can be flexibly expanded and is suitable for tanks with various specifications. In addition, a battery box is loaded on the cable, the number of batteries can be flexibly configured according to the using number of the sensors, the electricity consumption of the sensors is guaranteed, and the batteries used are lithium polymer batteries.

Fig. 5 shows a schematic structural view of a primary lock of a level measuring device according to the invention. As shown in the figure, the master lock 100 is an intelligent terminal, and includes a master control module 110, a transmission cable interface 120, a positioning module 130 and a communication module 140, where the master control module connects to the transmission cable through the transmission cable interface to receive measurement results collected by each liquid level sensor, and uploads the measurement result information through the positioning module and the communication module at regular time. In addition, the main control module is also used for uploading alarm data information of abnormal states of the liquid level sensor and the transmission cable, vehicle position data information and main lock state information at regular time through the positioning module and the communication module.

As shown, the master lock further includes an encryption/decryption module 150 for encrypting or decrypting information communicated with the master lock.

As shown in the figure, the main lock further includes an electronic tag (Radio Frequency Identification, RFID for short) module 160, an unsealing module 170, a battery and battery management module 180, and a temperature and humidity detection module 190.

Wherein, the transmission cable interface is also an aviation plug.

In the liquid level measuring device, the transmission cable is pulled to the main lock at the tail part of the oil tank truck, the main lock reports the liquid level information of the oil bin to the monitoring platform, the whole set of liquid level measuring device is self-powered by the battery, the problems of complex threading and wiring in the technical scheme that the vehicle frame is used for threading to the cab of the vehicle and the vehicle-mounted terminal connected to the cab is used for taking electricity in the prior art are solved, and the requirements of quick installation and quick disassembly in practical application are met.

Although the present invention has been described in connection with the accompanying drawings, the embodiments disclosed in the drawings are intended to be illustrative of preferred embodiments of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention.

Although a few embodiments of the present general inventive concept have been shown and described, it would be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes may be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the general inventive concept, the scope of which is defined in the claims and their equivalents.
