1. A non-metallic inner container, comprising:

the liner comprises a liner body (1), wherein a liner opening (11) is formed at one end of the liner body (1), and an annular part (12) extending towards the center of the liner opening (11) is formed at the end part of the liner opening;

the pressure-bearing fixing piece (2) is fixed in the liner opening (11), and the end face of the pressure-bearing fixing piece (2) is positioned on the inner side of the annular part (12);

the liner flange (3) is positioned on the outer side of the annular part (12) and is fixedly connected with the pressure-bearing fixing piece (2), and the annular part (12) is pressed when the pressure-bearing fixing piece (2) is fixedly connected with the liner flange (3);

a seal disposed between the liner flange (3) and the annular portion (12).

2. The nonmetal liner according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of first through holes (121) are circumferentially formed in the annular portion (12), a plurality of threaded holes (21) are circumferentially formed in an end surface of the pressure-bearing fixing piece (2), a plurality of second through holes (31) are circumferentially formed in the liner flange (3), the fixing piece sequentially penetrates through the second through holes (31) and the first through holes (121) and then is connected to the threaded holes (21) in a threaded manner, and the pressure-bearing fixing piece (2) and the liner flange (3) press the annular portion (12) while being connected to the threaded holes (21) in a threaded manner.

3. The non-metallic inner container according to claim 1, wherein the pressure-bearing fixing piece (2) and the inner container body (1) are formed by blow molding.

4. The non-metallic inner container according to claim 3, wherein one end of the pressure-bearing fixing piece (2) is circumferentially provided with a plurality of blow-molding holes (22).

5. The non-metal liner according to claim 4, wherein a support portion (23) is formed by extending the other end of the pressure-bearing fixing member (2) outwards in the circumferential direction, and the support portion (23) is attached to the inner wall of the liner body (1).

6. The non-metallic inner container according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a plurality of reinforcing ribs (24) are arranged on the circumferential direction of the pressure-bearing fixing member (2).

7. The non-metal liner according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a sealing groove (33) is formed in one end of the liner flange (3) close to the liner opening (11), and the sealing element is installed in the sealing groove (33).

8. An electric water heater, characterized in that it comprises a non-metallic inner container (10) according to any one of claims 1-7.

9. The electric water heater according to claim 8, further comprising a heating pipe flange (20) and a heating pipe (30) mounted on the heating pipe flange (20), wherein the heating pipe flange (20) is fixedly mounted on the liner flange (3) of the non-metal liner (10), and the heating pipe (30) is disposed in the non-metal liner (10).

10. The electric water heater according to claim 9, further comprising a gasket (40), the gasket (40) being interposed between the heating pipe flange (20) and the liner flange (3).

Background

The inner container of the existing electric water heater is used as a water storage part, most of the inner containers are metal inner containers, and meanwhile, a heating pipe is required to be assembled in the inner container in order to heat water in the metal inner containers. When the heating pipe is installed, a liner flange is usually welded at a liner opening of the metal liner, then the heating pipe is installed on the heating pipe flange, and the installation of the heating pipe on the metal liner is realized through the fixed connection of the liner flange and the heating pipe flange.

However, the inner container is mostly made of stainless steel metal or enamel, and the inner containers of the types meet the pressure-bearing requirement, but have the problems of low insulation coefficient, poor corrosion resistance and processing cost. The invention aims to provide a non-metal inner container and an electric water heater, which can avoid the situation of water leakage between the non-metal inner container and an inner container flange.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a non-metallic inner container comprising:

the inner container comprises an inner container body, wherein a container opening is formed at one end of the inner container body, and an annular part extending towards the center of the inner container opening is formed at the end part of the container opening;

the pressure-bearing fixing piece is fixed in the liner opening, and the end face of the pressure-bearing fixing piece is positioned on the inner side of the annular part;

the liner flange is positioned on the outer side of the annular part and is fixedly connected with the pressure-bearing fixing piece, and the annular part is pressed tightly when the pressure-bearing fixing piece is fixedly connected with the liner flange;

a seal disposed between the liner flange and the annular portion.

Preferably, the annular part is circumferentially provided with a plurality of first through holes, the end face of the pressure-bearing fixing piece is circumferentially provided with a plurality of threaded holes, the liner flange is circumferentially provided with a plurality of second through holes, the fixing piece sequentially penetrates through the second through holes and the first through holes and then is in threaded connection with the threaded holes, and the pressure-bearing fixing piece and the liner flange tightly press the annular part while the fixing piece is in threaded connection with the threaded holes.

Preferably, one end of the pressure-bearing fixing piece is circumferentially provided with a plurality of blow molding holes.

Preferably, the other end of the pressure-bearing fixing piece extends outwards in the circumferential direction to form a supporting part, and the supporting part is attached to the inner wall of the inner container body.

Preferably, a plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged on the circumferential direction of the pressure-bearing fixing piece.

Preferably, a sealing groove is formed in one end, close to the liner opening, of the liner flange, and the sealing element is installed in the sealing groove.

The invention also provides an electric water heater which comprises the nonmetal inner container.

Preferably, the electric water heater further comprises a heating pipe flange and a heating pipe arranged on the heating pipe flange, the heating pipe flange is fixedly arranged on the liner flange of the non-metal liner, and the heating pipe is arranged in the non-metal liner.

Preferably, the heating device further comprises a sealing gasket, and the sealing gasket is arranged between the heating pipe flange and the inner container flange.

The invention provides a non-metal inner container 10, which is applied to the field of water heaters, in particular to electric water heaters and used for storing water. In this embodiment, the non-metal inner container 10 may be a plastic inner container, or an inner container made of other non-metal materials.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the non-metallic liner 10 of the present embodiment includes a liner body 1, a pressure-bearing fixing member 2, a liner flange 3 and a sealing member 4, wherein the liner body 1 may be formed by a blow molding process or a winding process, one end of the liner body is formed with a liner opening 11, the other end is sealed, and an end of the liner opening 11 forms an annular portion 12 extending toward the center thereof. The pressure-bearing fixing member 2 is fixed in the liner opening 11, and the end surface of the pressure-bearing fixing member 2 is located inside the annular portion 12. The liner flange 3 is located outside the annular portion 12 and partially penetrates through the pressure-bearing fixing member 2, and the liner flange 3 is fixedly connected with the pressure-bearing fixing member 2. And when the liner flange 3 is fixedly connected with the pressure-bearing fixing piece 2, the pressure-bearing fixing piece 2 and the liner flange 3 can tightly press the annular part 12. A sealing element 4 is arranged between the pressure-bearing fixture 2 and the annular portion 12 to effect a seal therebetween.

As shown in fig. 4, a plurality of first through holes 121 are formed in the circumferential direction of the annular portion 12, a plurality of threaded holes 21 are formed in the circumferential direction of the end surface of the pressure-bearing fixing member 2, a plurality of second through holes 31 are formed in the circumferential direction of the liner flange 3, fixing members (e.g., bolts) sequentially penetrate through the second through holes 31 and the first through holes 121 and then are connected to the threaded holes 21 in a threaded manner, the pressure-bearing fixing member 2 and the liner flange 3 can tightly press the annular portion 12, the annular portion 12 forms a structure similar to a sealing gasket, and the pressure-bearing fixing member 2, the liner flange 3 and the annular portion 12 are further connected in a sealing manner. And after the inner container flange 3 and the pressure-bearing fixing piece 2 compress the annular part 12, the connection surfaces among the pressure-bearing fixing piece 2, the inner container flange 3 and the annular part 12 present a multi-channel bending structure, so that the leakage of water can be effectively prevented.

In this embodiment, the pressure-bearing fixing member 2 is made of a metal material, and has a relatively high rigidity strength, so that the pressure-bearing performance of the non-metal liner 10 can be improved, and adverse conditions such as deformation of the liner opening 11 of the liner body 1 due to excessive pressure can be avoided. In this embodiment, it should be noted that the end surface of the pressure-bearing fixing member 2 is located inside the annular portion 12 (shown in fig. 4), that is, the pressure-bearing fixing member 2 is located inside the liner body 1 as a whole, and the arrangement of the structure can ensure that the connection positions of the pressure-bearing fixing member 2 and the liner body 1 are all located inside the non-metal liner 10, so that when the pressure inside the liner body 1 is too high, the pressure-bearing fixing member 2 can better bear the pressure. Moreover, through the structure, even if the pressure-bearing fixing piece 2 is cracked at the joint of the pressure-bearing fixing piece and the inner container body 1 due to overlarge pressure in the inner container body 1, water at the cracked position can only flow into the inner container body 1 and cannot flow to the joint between the inner container flange 3 and the inner container body 1, and water leakage between the inner container body 1 and the inner container flange 3 can be effectively avoided.

Further, referring to fig. 4 and 5, a mounting hole 25 is provided at a central position of the pressure-bearing fixing member 2 of the present embodiment, one end of the liner flange 3 passes through the mounting hole 25, specifically, the liner flange 3 is provided with an annular mounting portion 34, the annular mounting portion 34 can be in interference fit with the mounting hole 25, and through interference fit between the two, a part of sealing between the two can be realized, and water is prevented from flowing out through a joint between the two.

In this embodiment, through blow molding between pressure-bearing mounting 2 and the inner bag body 1, can realize the fixed connection between the pressure-bearing mounting 2 of metal material and the nonmetal inner bag 10 of nonmetal material on the one hand, on the other hand blow molding's mode also can improve the connection stability of pressure-bearing mounting 2 for it is more firm in connection in nonmetal inner bag 10. Preferably, referring to fig. 5, a plurality of blow holes 22 may be circumferentially formed at one end of the pressure-bearing fixing member 2, through the blow holes 22, when the pressure-bearing fixing member 2 and the liner body 1 are blow-molded, the material of the liner body 1 can be blow-molded into the blow holes 22, and then after the blow-molding is completed, the liner body 1 can be firmly combined with the pressure-bearing fixing member 2 into a whole. That is to say, through the setting of this blow molding hole 22, can further strengthen the joint strength between pressure-bearing mounting 2 and the inner bag body 1, also further improved the pressure-bearing performance in the courage mouth 11 position of inner bag body 1, also can reduce the probability that the fracture appears in the junction of pressure-bearing mounting 2 and inner bag body 1 to a certain extent.

Preferably, the other end of the pressure-bearing fixing member 2 (i.e. the end not provided with the blowing hole 22) of the present embodiment extends circumferentially outwards to form a supporting portion 23, and the supporting portion 23 is attached to the inner wall of the liner body 1. Through this supporting part 23, can increase the area of contact of pressure-bearing mounting 2 and inner bag body 1, and then increase the area of the junction that forms after the blow molding, further improve the stability of being connected of pressure-bearing mounting 2 and inner bag body 1, reduce the probability that the fracture appears.

In the present embodiment, as a preferable technical solution, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 24 are provided in the circumferential direction of the pressure-bearing fixing member 2. This strengthening rib 24 specifically can be from the one end of pressure-bearing mounting 2 to the other end, and it can improve the structural strength of pressure-bearing mounting 2, and more importantly, after pressure-bearing mounting 2 and inner bag body 1 blow molding, strengthening rib 24 buries underground in inner bag body 1, and it can further improve the joint strength of pressure-bearing mounting 2 and inner bag body 1, can effectively avoid or reduce the probability that both junctions appear the crack, has just also reduced the risk of leaking.

Furthermore, a sealing groove 33 is formed at one end of the liner flange 3 close to the liner opening 11, and the sealing element 4 is installed in the sealing groove 33 to seal the liner flange 3 and the liner opening 11 of the liner body 1. In this embodiment, the sealing member 4 may be a gasket.

When the heating pipe flange 20 is mounted on the liner flange 3, the heating pipe 30 extends into the liner body 1 of the non-metal liner 10, so as to heat the water stored in the liner body.

Preferably, the non-metal inner container 10 of the present embodiment may be provided as one or two, and when two non-metal inner containers 10 are provided, the two non-metal inner containers are arranged side by side.

According to the electric water heater, by arranging the non-metal inner container 10, the problem of water leakage caused by insufficient pressure bearing of the non-metal inner container 10 can be effectively solved, and the service performance of the electric water heater can be ensured.
