1. An inner container assembly of an electric water heater, comprising:
two nonmetal inner containers (1) are arranged side by side;
at least two clamps (2), every clamp (2) all cramp in two outside nonmetal inner bag (1), just clamp (2) middle part is equipped with a supporting beam, a supporting beam sets up in two between nonmetal inner bag (1) with right nonmetal inner bag (1) supports.
2. The liner assembly of the electric water heater according to claim 1, wherein the supporting beam comprises two symmetrically arranged supporting frames (21) fixedly connected to the body of the clamp (2), and each supporting frame (21) is supported on the liner wall of one non-metal liner (1).
3. The liner assembly of the electric water heater according to claim 2, wherein the supporting frame (21) comprises an arc-shaped plate (211) and connecting plates (212) connected to two ends of the arc-shaped plate (211), the arc-shaped plate (211) clings to the liner wall of the non-metal liner (1), and the connecting plates (212) are fixedly connected to the body.
4. The liner assembly of the electric water heater according to claim 3, wherein the arc-shaped plate (211) is provided with a protrusion (2111), and the protrusion (2111) is arranged away from the non-metal liner (1).

The liner assembly of the electric water heater according to claim 1, wherein two ends of the supporting beam are fixedly connected to the body of the clamp (2), arc-shaped grooves are symmetrically formed at positions between two ends of the supporting beam, and the liner wall of the non-metal liner (1) is fitted in the arc-shaped grooves.
6. The liner assembly of the electric water heater according to claim 1, wherein a metal layer is embedded in the non-metal liner (1) along the circumferential direction.
7. The liner component of the electric water heater according to claim 1, further comprising a sheet metal part, wherein the sheet metal part is attached to the non-metal liner (1) at a position where the clamp (2) is not attached.

The inner container assembly of the electric water heater according to claim 7, wherein two clamping bands (2) are provided, the two clamping bands (2) are arranged at the end positions of the two ends of the non-metal inner container (1), and the sheet metal part is attached to the middle position of the non-metal inner container (1).
9. The liner component of the electric water heater according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the outer wall of the sheet metal part is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs at intervals.
10. An electric water heater comprising the liner assembly of any one of claims 1-9.
Background
The inner containers for the traditional electric water heaters are mostly made of stainless steel metal or enamel, and the inner containers of the traditional electric water heaters meet the pressure-bearing requirement, but have the problems of low insulation coefficient, poor corrosion resistance and processing cost.
To above-mentioned problem, begin to replace stainless steel metal or enamel inner bag with non-metallic inner bag (like the plastics inner bag) on the market, non-metallic inner bag has that the corrosion protection ability is good, long service life, insulating coefficient is high and processing cost low grade advantage, but because non-metallic inner bag's coefficient of thermal expansion is higher, in the use, non-metallic inner bag can lead to the external diameter grow because of the pressure-bearing in the heating process, and then arouse the water heater outward appearance change, lead to water heater outward appearance unevenness, and because the thermal expansion, also can influence non-metallic inner bag's performance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an inner container assembly of an electric water heater and the electric water heater, which can improve the pressure-bearing effect of a non-metal inner container and reduce the influence of the enlarged outer diameter on the appearance of the water heater.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

two nonmetal inner containers are arranged side by side;

Preferably, the support beam comprises two support frames which are fixedly connected to the body of the hoop and symmetrically arranged, and each support frame is supported on the wall of the nonmetal liner.

Preferably, two ends of the supporting beam are fixedly connected to the body of the clamp, arc-shaped grooves are symmetrically formed in positions between two ends of the supporting beam, and the liner wall of the non-metal liner is attached to the arc-shaped grooves.
Preferably, a metal layer is embedded in the nonmetal inner container along the circumferential direction.
Preferably, the non-metal liner clamp further comprises a sheet metal part, wherein the sheet metal part is attached to the position where the non-metal liner is not attached to the clamp.
Preferably, the clamp is equipped with two, two the clamp set up in the both ends tip position department of nonmetal inner bag, the sheet metal component subsides are located the intermediate position department of nonmetal inner bag.
Preferably, a plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged on the outer wall of the sheet metal part at intervals.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: through setting up the clamp to a supporting beam that the clamp middle part set up can effectively support two nonmetal inner bags, improves its pressure-bearing effect, and when nonmetal inner bag diameter grow that is heated, the clamp can retrain nonmetal inner bag simultaneously, and then can prevent that nonmetal inner bag is because of the deformation that the pressure-bearing leads to, just also can avoid water heater outward appearance unevenness.

The inner container assembly of the electric water heater provided by the embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the structure of the supporting beam is different, specifically, two ends of the supporting beam are fixedly connected to the body of the clamp, arc-shaped grooves are symmetrically formed in positions between two ends of the supporting beam, and the inner container wall of the non-metal inner container is attached to the arc-shaped grooves. That is to say, in this embodiment, the supporting beam is disposed between the two nonmetal inner containers as an integral component, and two arc-shaped grooves are formed on the integral component to attach to the container walls of the nonmetal inner containers. After the clamp is tightened up, the arc wall also can effectively retrain the nonmetal inner bag, and then when the nonmetal inner bag diameter of being heated grow, the arc wall also can retrain its deformation, just also can make the deformation of nonmetal inner bag can not transmit the casing to electric water heater, just also can not lead to electric water heater's appearance to change.
The other structures of the liner assembly of the electric water heater provided by the embodiment are the same as those of the embodiment, and are not described again.
The embodiment also provides an electric water heater, which comprises the liner assembly of the electric water heater, and the liner assembly can prevent the deformation of the non-metal liner caused by pressure bearing, so that the unevenness of the appearance of the water heater can be avoided.
EXAMPLE III
The electric water heater's that this embodiment provided inner bag subassembly has increased the structure of sheet metal component on the basis of embodiment one or embodiment two, specifically, this embodiment is provided with the sheet metal component in the position department that non-metallic inner bag did not laminate the clamp, and this sheet metal component can be arc plate structure, and it can laminate non-metallic inner bag. Further, the reinforcing ribs are in the shape of strip-shaped pits, and can be formed by punching.
The other structures of the liner assembly of the electric water heater provided by the embodiment are the same as those of the first embodiment or the second embodiment, and are not described again.
The embodiment also provides an electric water heater, which comprises the liner assembly of the electric water heater, and the liner assembly can prevent the deformation of the non-metal liner caused by pressure bearing, so that the unevenness of the appearance of the water heater can be avoided.
