The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, firstly, a proper amount of water is poured into the pulling box 921, then the electric brake 322 is controlled to start a rotating angle, the electric brake 322 is enabled to rotate above the inclined plate 321, agricultural wastes are poured into the first operation box 1 through the feeding funnel 2, the power supply machine 312 is controlled to start, current generated by the power supply machine 312 is transmitted to the conductive plug 315 through the threaded pipe 314, the conductive plug 315 is connected with a power-on lead so as to meet the basic condition of electromagnetic induction, the conductive plug 315 is connected with the metal plate 316 through a wire, so that the metal plate 316 has magnetism to form an electromagnet, metal in the agricultural wastes is adsorbed on the surface of the metal plate 316, the pulling plate 6 is pushed into the first operation box 1 through the guide rail group 5, the agricultural wastes without the metal fall into an interlayer formed by the baffle 408 and the pulling plate 6, an incinerator is arranged in the interlayer, the incinerator is controlled to start, and incinerate the agricultural wastes, waste gas generated during incineration reaches the second guide pipe 912 through the first guide pipe 911, the waste gas is filtered through a filter on the outer wall of the second guide pipe 912 and then reaches the second operation box 913 through the third guide pipe 914, a proper amount of chemical agents are injected inwards through the injector 915 to neutralize and treat the waste gas, the control pump 925 is started, water in the drawing box can complete water circulation in the second operation box 913, the falling of the water can accelerate the mixing of the waste gas and the chemical agents, after the incineration and sintering, the first output pipe 922 is separated from the second output pipe 923 to complete gas discharge, the drawing plate 6 is drawn out through the guide rail group 5, the control motor 921 is started, the motor 406 reversely rotates to drive the second bevel gear 405 to reversely rotate, the second bevel gear 405 reversely rotates to drive the first bevel gear 403 to reversely rotate to drive the threaded rod 402 to reversely rotate, the threaded rod 402 drives the guide block 407 to move rightwards, the guide block 407 drives the baffle 408 to move rightwards, the baffle 408 pushes the incinerated agricultural waste into the next space, the motor 806 is controlled to start, the motor 806 drives the rotating rod 801 to rotate, the rotating rod 801 drives the third bevel gear 802 to rotate, the third bevel gear 802 drives the fourth bevel gear 803 to rotate, the fourth bevel gear 803 drives the fixing plate 804 to rotate, the fixing plate 804 drives the stirring rod 805 to rotate, and the stirring rod 805 stirs the organic matters formed after incineration and finally discharges the organic matters from the discharging pipe 7.
