4. A replacement luminaire according to claim 3, characterized in that said connection face (123) is arranged perpendicular to said lower plane (121) and said upper plane (122), respectively.

5. The replaceable lamp of claim 4, wherein the connecting surface (123) is provided with a plurality of through holes (1231) arranged at intervals, and the second connecting member (32) is inserted into the through holes (1231) and can rotate relative to the lamp housing (10);

s1, separating the original light source and the reflector from the original lamp body (40), and cutting off the power input line connected with the original light source;

s2, overlapping the first connecting piece (31) on the first ceiling keel (41);

s3, connecting the power input line with the lighting assembly (20) in place;

s4, inserting a second connecting piece (32) at one side of the lamp shell (10) departing from the side connected with the first connecting piece (31), and then turning over the lamp shell (10) by taking the first connecting piece (31) as an axial direction;

s5, rotating the second connecting piece (32) to be higher than the lower edge of the second ceiling keel (42);

s6, turning the lamp shell (10) downwards by taking the first connecting piece (31) as an axial direction, and enabling one side of the second connecting piece (32) departing from the second side (12) to be lapped on the second ceiling keel (42);

and S7, continuing to turn downwards, and enabling the second connecting piece (32) to rotate to be horizontal under the abutting action of the second ceiling keel (42), so that the lamp shell (10) and the original lamp body (40) are connected in place.

Background

The LED light source is a new generation semiconductor light source, has the characteristics of low energy consumption, long service life and the like compared with the traditional light source, belongs to a green environment-friendly light source, does not contain harmful substances such as mercury, lead and the like, and under the current situation, the illumination product taking the LED as the light source is rapidly developed, so that the trend of replacing the traditional light source is reached.

The lamp panel is a traditional lamp which has existed and been used for a long time in people's life, the traditional lamp panel mostly uses a fluorescent tube as a light source, and the fluorescent tube is usually replaced by an LED light source for energy saving. At present, an LED replacement lamp used for replacing a traditional lamp panel light source mainly has two forms, wherein one form is a four-piece type, namely a lamp body is disassembled into four pieces, and field combination is carried out during installation; another kind is as a main part to the lamp body, adds two installation component in addition, and the totality is the three-piece formula promptly, and prior art scheme can solve and carry out the replacement installation to traditional lamp panel light source, but its structural component is more, and the installation is troublesome relatively, can cause lamps and lanterns problem such as with high costs, installation cycle length, installation expense height.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention provides a replaceable lamp and a replacement method thereof, aiming at the defects of the prior art.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

a replaceable lamp is used for being connected with an original lamp body, a first ceiling keel and a second ceiling keel are respectively arranged on two sides of the original lamp body, the original lamp body and the replaceable lamp are connected through the first ceiling keel and the second ceiling keel, and the replaceable lamp is detachably connected with the original lamp body;

the replaceable lamp comprises a lamp shell and a lighting assembly arranged in the lamp shell;

the lamp housing is provided with a first connecting piece used for being connected with the first ceiling keel and a second connecting piece connected with the second ceiling keel, the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are arranged on two sides of the lamp housing relatively, the first connecting piece is fixedly connected with the lamp housing, and the second connecting piece is detachably connected with the lamp housing.

Preferably, the lamp housing comprises a first side connected with the first connecting piece and a second side connected with the second connecting piece, and the first side and the second side are oppositely arranged;

one end of the second connecting piece is inserted on the second side, the other end of the second connecting piece is lapped on the second ceiling keel, and the lamp shell and the original lamp body are detachably connected through the second connecting piece.

Preferably, the second side comprises a lower plane connected with the bottom surface of the lamp housing and an upper plane arranged above the lower plane, and the lower plane and the upper plane are arranged in parallel;

the lower plane and the upper plane are fixedly connected through a connecting surface.

Preferably, the connection surfaces are respectively disposed perpendicular to the lower plane and the upper plane.

Preferably, a plurality of through holes are formed in the connecting surface at intervals, and the second connecting piece is arranged in the through holes in a penetrating manner and can rotate relative to the lamp housing;

one end of the second connecting piece penetrates through the through hole and is arranged above the lower plane, and the other end of the second connecting piece is arranged below the upper plane.

Preferably, the second connecting piece is a movable buckle plate, the movable buckle plate comprises a plate body with the same length as the second side and a plurality of raised heads arranged on the same side of the plate body and used for being connected with the second side, and the plurality of raised heads are arranged at intervals and are in one-to-one correspondence with the through holes.

Preferably, the raised heads include first raised heads disposed at two ends of the plate body, and second raised heads disposed between the first raised heads, a maximum width of the first raised heads is greater than a width corresponding to the through hole, and a width of the second raised heads is equal to or less than the width corresponding to the through hole.

Preferably, the first raised head comprises a raised head body and buckles respectively arranged on two sides of the raised head body, one side of each buckle departing from the raised head body is provided with a protrusion for clamping the through hole, and the buckles and the raised head body are arranged at intervals.

Preferably, an included angle is formed between the raised head and the plate body, and the included angle is larger than 90 degrees and smaller than 180 degrees;

The invention also provides a lamp replacing method, which comprises the any one replaceable lamp, and further comprises the following steps:

s1, separating the original light source and the reflector from the original lamp body, and cutting off the power input line connected with the original light source;

s2, overlapping the first connecting piece on the keel of the first ceiling board;

s3, connecting the power input line with the lighting assembly in place;

s4, inserting a second connecting piece at one side of the lamp shell, which is far away from the side connected with the first connecting piece, and then turning the lamp shell upwards by taking the first connecting piece as an axis;

s5, rotating the second connecting piece to a position higher than the lower edge of the second ceiling keel;

s6, the lamp shell is turned downwards by taking the first connecting piece as an axial direction, and one side of the second connecting piece, which is far away from the second side, is lapped on the second ceiling keel;

and S7, continuing to turn downwards, and enabling the second connecting piece to rotate to be horizontal under the abutting action of the second ceiling keel, so that the lamp shell and the original lamp body are connected in place.

The invention has the following beneficial effects: the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are arranged on the two sides of the lamp shell, so that the structure of the replaceable lamp is simplified, the traditional lamp panel light source can be simply replaced, and the replaceable lamp panel light source is simple in structure, low in cost and short in installation period.

Detailed Description

For a more clear understanding of the technical features, objects and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The replaceable lamp provided by the invention can be used for replacing an old fluorescent lamp tube lamp. When the old lamp needs to be replaced and the replaceable lamp provided by the invention is installed, the replacement of the lamp can be completed only by detaching the original light source and the original light reflecting piece, keeping the connection between the original lamp body 40 and the ceiling and connecting the replaceable lamp provided by the invention and the original lamp body 40 in place without detaching the whole old lamp.

Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the alternative lamp provided by the present invention may include a lamp housing 10 and a lighting assembly 20 disposed in the lamp housing 10. The lamp housing 10 is provided with a first connecting member 31 and a second connecting member 32, in some embodiments, the first connecting member 31 and the second connecting member 32 are oppositely disposed on two sides of the lamp housing 10, wherein the first connecting member 31 is fixedly connected with the lamp housing 10, and the second connecting member 32 is detachably connected with the lamp housing 10. In the present invention, the first connecting member 31 is overlapped on the first ceiling keel 41, and the second connecting member 32 is overlapped on the second ceiling keel 42, so that the lamp housing 10 and the original lamp body 40 can be fixedly connected.

In some embodiments, the lamp housing 10 may be an LED replaceable lamp panel or an LED replaceable panel, which may not be limited herein. The lamp housing 10 includes a first side 11 fixedly connected to the first connecting member 31, and a second side 12 movably connected to the second connecting member 32, wherein the first side 11 and the second side 12 are disposed opposite to each other. When the lamp housing 10 is connected to the original lamp body 40, the first side 11 provided with the first connecting member 31 is firstly overlapped on the lower edge of the first ceiling keel 41, and then the first connecting member 31 is used as an axis, and the second side 12 is rotated to be overlapped on the lower edge of the second ceiling keel 42 through the second connecting member 32, so that the lamp housing 10 is fixedly connected to the original lamp body 40 through the first connecting member 31 and the second connecting member 32.

Specifically, in order to enable the lamp housing 10 to rotate around the first connecting member 31, the first connecting member 31 is preferably a pin, and the pin is disposed at two ends of the first side 11 and extends to two sides along the length direction of the first connecting member 31. The pin is lapped on the lower edge of the first ceiling keel 41, and the lamp housing 10 can rotate around the pin.

The second connecting member 32 is disposed on the second side 12 and can rotate relative to the second side 12. Specifically, the second side 12 engaged with the second connecting member 32 can be disposed in a "Z" shape, referring to fig. 4, and specifically includes a lower plane 121 connected to the bottom surface of the lamp housing 10, and an upper plane 122 disposed higher than the lower plane 121, where the lower plane 121 and the upper plane 122 are disposed in parallel. Further, the lower plane 121 and the upper plane 122 are fixedly connected by a connecting surface 123, and in some embodiments, the connecting surface 123 is perpendicular to the lower plane 121 and the upper plane 122. A plurality of through holes 1231 arranged at intervals are arranged on the connection surface 123 in a penetrating manner, and the second connection member 32 is arranged in the through holes 1231 in a penetrating manner and can rotate relative to the lamp housing 10; one end of the second connecting member 32 passes through the through hole 1231 and is disposed above the lower plane 121, and the other end is disposed below the upper plane 122.

Further, in some embodiments, the second connecting member 32 is a movable buckle, and the movable buckle includes a plate body 321 having the same length as the second side 12, and a plurality of protrusions disposed on the same side of the plate body 321 and used for connecting the second side 12, and the plurality of protrusions are spaced apart and disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the through holes 1231. In this embodiment, the height of the through hole 1231 is greater than the thickness of the nose, so that when the nose is inserted into the through hole 1231, there is room for the gusset to rotate inside the through hole 1231. In this embodiment, the boss is inserted into the through hole 1231, so that the second connecting member 32 can rotate relative to the lamp housing 10. Further, the bosses include first bosses 322 provided at both ends of the plate body 321, and second bosses 323 provided between the first bosses 322, and the first bosses 322 and the second bosses 323 are oriented in the same direction. The maximum width of the first raised head 322 is greater than the width of the corresponding through hole 1231, and the width of the second raised head 323 is less than or equal to the width of the corresponding through hole 1231, so that the first raised head 322 is clamped in the through hole 1231, and the second connector 32 is ensured not to be pulled out of the lamp housing 10 after the second connector 32 is connected with the lamp housing 10.

Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the first protruding head 322 includes a protruding head body 3221 and buckles 3222 respectively disposed at two sides of the protruding head body 3221, a protrusion 32221 for buckling the through hole 1231 is disposed at a side of the buckle 3222 away from the protruding head body 3221, and a width between the two protrusions 32221 disposed at the back is a maximum width of the first protruding head 322, and the maximum width is greater than a width corresponding to the through hole 1231. Further, in order to enable the buckles 3222 to pass through the corresponding through holes 1231, it is preferable that a space between the buckles 3222 and the nose body 3221 is arranged, so that the first nose 322 has a certain elasticity, when the buckles pass through the corresponding through holes 1231, a distance between the two buckles 3222 can be compressed through the space, so that the buckles can smoothly pass through the corresponding through holes 1231, after the buckles pass through the through holes 1231, under the action of the elasticity of the first nose 322, the distance between the buckles 3222 and the nose body 3221 is restored, so that the maximum width of the first nose 322 is greater than the width of the corresponding through holes 1231, and the movable buckle plate is ensured not to be disengaged from the lamp housing 10.

In some embodiments, the widths of the second protrusions 323 may be uniform or non-uniform, and are not limited herein, and it is only necessary to ensure that the widths of the second protrusions 323 are equal to or less than the widths of the through holes 1231 inserted correspondingly.

In some embodiments, for the convenience of the user, it is preferable to provide an included angle between the nose and the plate 321, and with particular reference to fig. 4, the included angle is an obtuse angle, i.e. greater than 90 ° and less than 180 °. When the movable buckle plate rotates to be parallel to the lower plane 121, the bottom surface of the plate body 321 is arranged to be tightly attached to the top surface of the lower plane 121, and the included angle faces to the direction departing from the lower plane 121, namely the included angle faces upwards. In this position, when the bottom surface of the plate 321 is closely attached to the top surface of the lower plane 121, the protrusion tilts upward, and an acute angle is formed between the protrusion and the lower plane 121. The present invention further provides a lamp replacing method, referring to fig. 5 to 8, wherein the replacing lamp provided by the present invention further includes the following steps:

s1, separating the original light source and the reflector from the original lamp body 40, and cutting off the power input line connected with the original light source;

s2, overlapping the first connecting piece 31 on the lower edge of the first ceiling keel 41;

s3, connecting the power input line with the lighting assembly 20 in place;

s4, inserting the second connecting member 32 on the side of the lamp housing 10 away from the side connected with the first connecting member 31, and then turning the lamp housing 10 upward with the first connecting member 31 as the axial direction, as shown by the arrow in fig. 5;

s5, as shown in fig. 6, rotating the second connector 32 to a position higher than the lower edge of the second ceiling grid 42;

s6, as shown by the arrow in fig. 7, turning the lamp housing 10 downward with the first connecting member 31 as the shaft, so that the side of the second connecting member 32 away from the second side 12 is overlapped on the second ceiling grid 42;

s7, continuing to rotate downwards, the second connecting member 32 is rotated to the horizontal by the abutting action of the second ceiling keel 42, as shown in fig. 8, so that the lamp housing 10 and the original lamp housing 40 are connected in place.

In some embodiments, the first connecting member 31 is a pin, fixedly connected to the lamp housing 10, and overlapped on the lower edge of the first ceiling keel 41; the second connector 32 is a removable clip that overlaps the lower edge of the second ceiling grid 42.

Further, in step S4, the bosses are correspondingly inserted into the through holes 1231 on the second side 12 of the housing 10, so that the movable buckle can rotate relative to the housing 10. Meanwhile, the second connector 32 is fixedly connected with the lamp housing 10 by the catch 3222 of the first nib 322, so that the second connector 32 is ensured not to be pulled out of the lamp housing 10.

The replaceable lamp and the lamp replacing method provided by the invention can simply replace the fluorescent tube lamp with the LED lamp, have the advantages of simple structure, low manufacturing cost and convenience in installation, and are beneficial to wide popularization.
