Background
An air compressor is a device for compressing air. The air compressor is constructed similarly to a water pump. Most air compressors are reciprocating piston type, rotating vane or rotating screw. An air compressor is a main body of an air source device, converts mechanical energy of a prime mover (usually an electric motor) into gas pressure energy, and is an air pressure generating device for compressing air.
The Chinese utility model patent application (publication No. CN211648413U, published: 20201009) discloses a portable air compressor with an offset machine head, which comprises an air storage tank, a machine head and a handle, wherein the machine head is installed above the air storage tank in an offset manner, and the gravity center of the machine head is positioned on one side of the axis of the air storage tank when the air compressor is lifted by the handle. According to the portable air compressor with the offset machine head, the machine head horizontally offsets to one side of the air storage tank or inclines to one side of the air storage tank, so that the gravity center of the air compressor is close to the body of a user, and bending moment to be overcome by shoulders when the air compressor is carried is reduced.
The prior art has the following defects: the foot pad is fixed on the bracket through a pair of bolts and locking nuts, and the bolts are full threads and are fixed by using a pneumatic gun during fastening, so that the strength and the screwing-in depth of the nuts cannot be controlled; thereby easily causing the foot pad to be extruded and deformed, resulting in material waste and low production efficiency.

Preferably, the foot pad is further provided with a foot pad groove, the bolt head is located in the foot pad groove, and the pressing surface is located on the bottom surface of the foot pad groove. The foot pad groove is circular or square, and the center line of the foot pad groove coincides with the center line of the bolt. The height of the foot pad groove is greater than that of the bolt head. The bolt head is in an external hexagonal shape. The external thread of the second cylinder is a coarse thread.
Preferably, the air storage tank is also fixedly provided with a wheel bracket, and a plurality of wheels are rotatably arranged on the wheel bracket; the wheel bracket comprises a bracket body, an upper attaching part, an upper unfolding part, a lower attaching part and a lower unfolding part; the two upper attaching parts are respectively positioned at two sides of the gas storage tank and attached to the surface of the gas storage tank, and the included angle between the upper unfolding part and the upper attaching part is 85-100 degrees; the lower attaching part is attached to the outer surface below the gas storage tank, the two lower unfolding parts are respectively positioned at two sides of the lower attaching part, and the included angle between the lower unfolding part and the lower attaching part is 90-110 degrees.
Preferably, the upper attaching portion and the lower attaching portion are fixedly connected with the gas storage tank through a welding mode. The wheel bracket is in a bilateral symmetry structure. The center line of the left and right directions of the wheel bracket coincides with the center line of the left and right directions of the gas storage tank.
The air compressor adopting the technical scheme for preventing the foot pad from being assembled and deformed has the advantages that:
the outer surface of the first cylinder is not provided with threads, and the locking nut can only be screwed to the tail end of the threads outside the second cylinder, namely the locking position of the locking nut is limited by the first cylinder; the set compression thickness of the foot pad is equal to the distance between the locking surface and the pressing surface when the foot pad is not locked minus the length of the first column body, namely the compression thickness of the foot pad can be controlled by controlling the length of the first column body; thereby avoiding the situation that the compression thickness of the foot pad can not control the occurrence of extrusion deformation, and further ensuring that the foot pad is not damaged.

The upper attaching portion 72 and the lower attaching portion 74 are fixedly connected to the gas container 1 by welding. The wheel support 7 is of a bilateral symmetry structure. The center line of the wheel bracket 7 in the left-right direction coincides with the center line of the gas tank 1 in the left-right direction.
