1. A pipe connecting structure, comprising: the inner pipe, the outer pipe, the connecting piece and the sealing ring; the inner pipe and the outer pipe are both provided with straight parts and convex parts, and the convex parts are positioned between the straight parts; the straight part at one end of the outer pipe is lapped on the straight part at one end of the inner pipe to form a joint; the connecting piece is sleeved at the joint of the outer pipe and the inner pipe, the connecting piece is provided with convex blocks, and grooves are formed between the convex blocks; the sealing ring is arranged in the groove, and the protruding parts of the inner pipe and the outer pipe are abutted to the sealing ring.
2. A pipe connecting structure according to claim 1, wherein: the outer wall of the lug opposite to the lug is provided with an inclined surface.
3. A pipe connecting structure according to claim 1, wherein: the vertical section of the sealing ring is trapezoidal.
4. A pipe connecting structure according to claim 1, wherein: the sealing ring is made of flexible graphite.
5. A pipe connecting structure according to claim 1, wherein: the lap joint width of the joint of the outer pipe and the inner pipe is 20 mm-100 mm.
6. A pipe connecting structure according to claim 1, wherein: the radial height of the convex part is about 1 mm-4 mm.
7. A pipe connecting structure according to claim 1, wherein: the height of the bump is 1 mm-3 mm.
8. A pipe connecting structure according to claim 1, wherein: the fastening assembly is sleeved at the joint of the outer pipe and the inner pipe and is used for locking the outer pipe and the inner pipe.
Background
In the field of automobile pipeline connection, a pipe clamp is a fastener with extremely wide application, and is widely applied to connection of pipelines such as turbocharging pipelines, engine air inlet and exhaust pipelines, tail gas aftertreatment and the like. However, most common pipe connections in the market at present are pipe clamps matched with machined flanges, hump pipes or flared pipes.
Although the connection modes are more convenient to assemble and disassemble than the traditional flange bolt connection, the pipelines are connected in a seam mode, and the middle of each pipeline is isolated by a gasket. If two or more pipes are used, a support structure must be applied to each section of pipe during the processes of carrying, installation and use, otherwise, the self weight of the pipe can cause bending deformation at the joint, and the sealing performance and the structural strength are influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a pipeline connecting structure.
A pipe connecting structure comprising: the inner pipe, the outer pipe, the connecting piece and the sealing ring; the inner pipe and the outer pipe are both provided with straight parts and convex parts, and the convex parts are positioned between the straight parts; the straight part at one end of the outer pipe is lapped on the straight part at one end of the inner pipe to form a joint; the connecting piece is sleeved at the joint of the outer pipe and the inner pipe, the connecting piece is provided with convex blocks, and grooves are formed between the convex blocks; the sealing ring is arranged in the groove, and the protruding parts of the inner pipe and the outer pipe are abutted to the sealing ring.
Preferably, the outer wall of the lug facing to the outer wall is provided with a slope.
Preferably, the vertical section of the sealing ring is trapezoidal.
Preferably, the sealing ring is made of flexible graphite.
Preferably, the lap joint width of the joint of the outer pipe and the inner pipe is 20 mm-100 mm.
Preferably, the radial height of the convex part is about 1mm to 4 mm.
Preferably, the height of the bump is 1mm to 3 mm.
Preferably, the outer pipe is sleeved with the inner pipe, and the outer pipe and the inner pipe are locked through the fastening assembly.
Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the pipeline connecting structure is provided, and the sealing ring is positioned in the groove of the connecting piece, so that the sealing ring is convenient to replace; the high convenient processing of bellying on the pipeline, bellying and sealing washer butt realize the dual positioning effect to the sealing washer through bellying and lug, have strengthened the leakproofness and the intensity of outer tube and inner tube junction greatly.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, will make the advantages and features of the invention easier to understand by those skilled in the art, and thus will clearly and clearly define the scope of the invention.
Referring to the drawings, a pipe coupling structure includes: inner tube 1, outer tube 2, connecting piece 3 and sealing washer 4. In order to improve the strength of the joint of the outer pipe 2 and the inner pipe 1, the lap joint width of the joint of the outer pipe 2 and the inner pipe 1 is 20 mm-100 mm. The outer pipe 2 and the inner pipe 1 are easy to fall off due to the excessively small lap joint width, so that the connection function and the sealing effect are influenced; the overlapping width is too small, which easily causes material waste and increases the production cost.
The connecting piece 3 is sleeved at the joint of the outer pipe 2 and the inner pipe 1, the connecting piece 3 is provided with a convex block 7, a groove is formed between the convex blocks 7, and the groove is used for accommodating the sealing ring 4. The height of the bump 7 is 1mm to 3mm, that is, the depth of the groove is set to 1mm to 3 mm.
The opposite outer walls of the lugs 7 are inclined planes, namely the grooves are trapezoidal grooves. The sealing ring 4 is arranged in the groove, and the sealing ring 4 is made of flexible graphite. The width of the sealing ring 4 is greater than the lateral distance between the two projections 6 but slightly smaller than the lateral distance between the two projections 7.
The vertical section of the sealing ring 4 is trapezoidal, and the shape of the sealing ring 4 is matched with that of the groove on the connecting piece 3, so that the sealing ring 4 can be tightly attached to the groove, and the sealing performance of the joint of the outer pipe 2 and the inner pipe 1 is improved.
The protrusions 6 of the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2 are abutted against the seal ring 4. When the connecting piece 3 is connected with the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2, the protruding parts 6 of the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 2 are propped against the sealing ring 4, the sealing ring 4 deforms under stress to be attached to the inner tube 1, the outer tube 2 and the connecting piece 3, and a good sealing effect is achieved.
In order to better play a role in connection and sealing, the connecting structure further comprises a fastening component 8, the fastening component 8 is sleeved at the joint of the outer pipe 2 and the inner pipe 1, and the outer pipe 2 and the inner pipe 1 are locked through the fastening component 8. The fastening assembly 8 may be of a clip construction conventional in the art and will not be described in detail herein. The fastening component 8 can be integrally formed with the connecting piece 3, or can be separately sleeved on the connecting piece 3.
