Also included is a core 6 sealingly and rotatably connected between a sealing valve seat 8 and the upstream valve seat 5. The ball core 6 is matched and sealed with a sealing valve seat 8 and a chamfer on the outer hexagonal sleeve.
As can be seen from the above description, the detachable movable sealing valve seat 8 and the sealing gasket 7 are connected to the inner side of the downstream flow channel 31 through threads, and the external hexagonal kit is designed to ensure the installation and is simple and quick to detach; the adjusting tray 3 contains the disc spring 4 and the upstream valve seat 5 inside, and the position of the valve seat can be adjusted from the inside, so that the sealing surface of the valve seat and the sealing surface of the ball core 6 are completely contacted and attached.
The top of the anti-loosening screw 2 is provided with an outer hexagonal sleeve head structure and a groove designed on the side part, so that the adjusting tray 3 and the upstream valve seat 5 can be conveniently and fixedly installed. After the internal part is installed, the anti-loosening screw 2 rotates 90 degrees, and the effect of pressing the internal part from the side face can be achieved, so that the tightness and reliability of sealing are guaranteed. The anti-rotation pressing plate 9 is provided with a hexagonal hole and is installed with the anti-loosening screw 2 from the upper part in a matching way. The anti-rotation pressure plate 9 is fastened on the valve body 1 through screws, so that the anti-loosening screws 2 are prevented from moving up and down, the upstream valve seat 5 is prevented from deviating, and the tightness and reliability of the valve are further guaranteed.
With continuing reference to fig. 1, in addition, the top-mounted superhigh temperature and high pressure hard seal ball valve further comprises a valve cover 12 connected to the valve body 1 through a bolt 14, and a first nut 13 matched with the bolt 14 is used for pressing the valve cover 12. The end of the valve stem 10 remote from the ball core 6 is connected through the bonnet 12 to a handle 19.
