A harmonic speed reducer for a barrier gate is characterized in that an output shaft (6) parallel to a motor (10) shaft is arranged in a closed shell, one end of the output shaft (6) extends out of the closed shell and is used for driving an external barrier gate rod, a cam (16) is arranged at the other end of the output shaft (6), and the cam (16) and the motor (10) shaft are in transmission through a synchronous belt; along the axial direction of the output shaft (6), one end of the cam (16) is an oval cam, the other end of the cam is a driven belt wheel used for synchronous belt transmission, a balance bearing (15) is installed between the inside of the driven belt wheel and the output shaft (6), a flexible bearing (18) is arranged between the outside of the oval cam and a flexible wheel (20), a steel wheel (19) is arranged outside the flexible wheel (20), the steel wheel (19) is fixed with the closed shell, and the flexible wheel (20) is rigidly connected with the output shaft (6); a support bearing is arranged between the output shaft (6) and the closed shell.

The harmonic reducer for the barrier gate according to claim 1, wherein the output shaft (6) is provided with a position magnetic steel (14) near the end of the driven pulley, and a position sensor (9) is arranged on the top of the closed shell opposite to the position magnetic steel (14) at a distance.
3. The harmonic reducer for the barrier gate according to claim 1, wherein a boss is provided in the middle of the output shaft (6), and two support bearings are installed at the front and rear ends of the boss between the output shaft (6) and the outer closed housing.

The harmonic reducer for the barrier gate according to claim 1, wherein a balance rod (11) which is perpendicular to the axial direction of the output shaft (6) is arranged on a boss of the output shaft (6), the balance rod (11) extends out of the closed shell, a pin shaft which is parallel to the output shaft (6) is arranged at the tail end of the balance rod (11), two balance springs (5) are respectively arranged at two ends of the pin shaft in axial symmetry relative to the balance rod (11), and the two balance springs (5) are arranged in parallel and are perpendicular to the balance rod (11) and the output shaft (6); the tops of the two balance springs (5) are fixed on the pin shaft, and the bottoms of the two balance springs are fixed on the barrier gate machine body (41).
5. The harmonic reducer for the barrier gate according to claim 1, wherein a driving pulley (13) is provided on a shaft of the motor (10), and the driving pulley (13) is engaged with a driven pulley on the cam (16) through a transmission belt (12).
6. The harmonic reducer for a barrier gate according to claim 1, wherein the belt transmission manner of the transmission belt (12) is a synchronous belt transmission manner or a poly-v-belt transmission manner.

The harmonic reducer for the barrier gate according to claim 1, wherein the housing (7) and the dust cover (8) at the top are fastened to form a closed housing, a fixing plate (17) is clamped between the housing (7) and the dust cover (8), the motor (10) is fixed on the fixing plate (17), and the fixing plate (17) is also fixed on the periphery of the cam (16).
8. The harmonic reducer for the barrier gate according to claim 1, wherein the housing (7) is formed by die-casting an aluminum alloy, and the dust cover (8) is formed by injection molding a plastic.

A barrier gate device, characterized in that the harmonic reducer for the barrier gate according to any one of the claims 1 to 9 is adopted, one end of the output shaft (6) extending out of the housing (7) is connected with the barrier gate rod fixing seat (2), and the barrier gate rod (1) is fixed on the barrier gate rod fixing seat (2).
Background
The harmonic reducer has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight, large bearing capacity, small back clearance, high transmission precision and the like, and is widely applied to the fields of industrial robots, aerospace and precision machine tools. The harmonic reducer consists of a steel wheel, a flexible wheel and a wave generator, wherein the wave generator with elliptic deformation is arranged in the flexible wheel with elasticity, and the wave generator rotates to force the tooth form of the flexible wheel to be periodically meshed and separated with the tooth form of the steel wheel, so that the effect of staggered tooth difference speed reduction is realized.
The traditional speed reducer for the barrier gate mainly comprises a planetary speed reducer, a gear set and a worm and gear speed reducer, and is matched with a four-bar mechanism to slow down the impact on the speed reducer. However, the traditional speed reducer has the defect of back clearance, and the barrier gate rod has the problem of shaking. And the mechanism is complicated, the failure rate is high, the maintenance is inconvenient, and the like.
The traditional harmonic reducer is used in the field of barrier gates, so that on one hand, price and cost are restricted, and on the other hand, light weight and miniaturization cannot be considered, and the harmonic reducer cannot be applied; the traditional harmonic reducer needs to be subjected to large change on the whole appearance characteristics and the internal structure due to the standard appearance, and cannot be assembled compactly. Meanwhile, the traditional harmonic reducer is characterized by being of a flange plate shape, the external protection of a barrier gate is required to be disassembled when the reducer is maintained at each time, the harmonic reducer is disassembled for maintenance, and the maintenance is inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a harmonic speed reducer for a barrier gate and a barrier gate device, which have the advantages of simple and compact structure, convenience in assembly and maintenance, low production and manufacturing cost and wide applicability.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a harmonic speed reducer for a barrier gate is characterized in that an output shaft (6) parallel to a motor (10) shaft is arranged in a closed shell, one end of the output shaft (6) extends out of the closed shell and is used for driving an external barrier gate rod, a cam (16) is arranged at the other end of the output shaft (6), and the cam (16) and the motor (10) shaft are in transmission through a synchronous belt; along the axial direction of the output shaft (6), one end of the cam (16) is an oval cam, the other end of the cam is a driven belt wheel used for synchronous belt transmission, a balance bearing (15) is installed between the inside of the driven belt wheel and the output shaft (6), a flexible bearing (18) is arranged between the outside of the oval cam and a flexible wheel (20), a steel wheel (19) is arranged outside the flexible wheel (20), the steel wheel (19) is fixed with the closed shell, and the flexible wheel (20) is rigidly connected with the output shaft (6); a support bearing is arranged between the output shaft (6) and the closed shell.
According to the technical scheme, the end of the output shaft (6) close to the driven belt wheel is provided with the position magnetic steel (14), and the position magnetic steel (14) and the position sensor (9) are arranged on the top of the closed shell at intervals and oppositely.
According to the technical scheme, the middle part of the output shaft (6) is provided with a boss, and a front supporting bearing and a rear supporting bearing are arranged between the output shaft (6) and the external closed shell at the two ends of the boss.
According to the technical scheme, a balancing rod (11) which is vertical to the axial direction of the output shaft (6) is arranged on a boss of the output shaft (6), the balancing rod (11) extends out of a closed shell, a pin shaft which is parallel to the output shaft (6) is arranged at the tail end of the balancing rod (11), two balancing springs (5) are arranged at two ends of the pin shaft in axial symmetry relative to the balancing rod (11), and the two balancing springs (5) are arranged in parallel and are vertical to the balancing rod (11) and the output shaft (6) at the same time; the tops of the two balance springs (5) are fixed on the pin shaft, and the bottoms of the two balance springs are fixed on the barrier gate machine body (41).
According to the technical scheme, a driving belt wheel (13) is arranged on a shaft of the motor (10), and the driving belt wheel (13) is meshed with a driven belt wheel on the cam (16) through a transmission belt (12).
According to the technical scheme, the belt transmission mode of the transmission belt (12) is a synchronous belt transmission mode or a multi-wedge belt transmission mode.
According to the technical scheme, the shell (7) and the dust cover (8) at the top are buckled with each other to form a closed shell, a fixing plate (17) is clamped between the shell (7) and the dust cover (8), the motor (10) is fixed on the fixing plate (17), and the fixing plate (17) is also fixed on the periphery of the cam (16).
According to the technical scheme, the shell (7) is formed by aluminum alloy in a die-casting mode, and the dust cover (8) is formed by plastic injection molding.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
Specific embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1-4.
As shown in fig. 1, the barrier bar 1 is mounted on the barrier body 41. The internal structure of the barrier gate machine body 41 is as shown in the attached figures 2 and 3, the barrier gate rod 1 is fixedly connected to the barrier gate rod fixing seat 2, and the barrier gate rod fixing seat 2 and the output shaft 6 of the harmonic speed reducer 3 are fixed by adopting a spline fit bolt. Harmonic speed reducer machine 3 passes through the bolt fastening on organism fixing base 4, and organism fixing base 4 is hollow dull and stereotyped framework, adopts horizontal installation's mode to fix on banister organism 41, makes things convenient for assembly installation and later maintenance to maintain. As shown in fig. 4, a balance rod 11 is mounted on the output shaft 6 of the harmonic reducer 3, a balance spring 5 is mounted at the end of the balance rod 11, and the balance spring 5 can reduce the impact and driving torque of the barrier gate rod 1 on the harmonic reducer 3 and simultaneously play a role of mechanical hard limit.
The internal structure of the harmonic reducer 3 is shown in fig. 4, a driving motor 10 drives a transmission belt 12 through a driving belt pulley 13 on a motor output shaft, a driven belt pulley on a driving cam 16 is driven, and a cam shaft is arranged in parallel with the motor output shaft; the rotation of the cam 16 generates the rotation of the wave generator, and forces the tooth form of the flexible gear 20 and the tooth form of the steel gear 19 to be periodically meshed and separated, thereby achieving the effect of speed reduction. The flexible gear 20 is rigidly connected with the output shaft 6 of the harmonic speed reducer 3, so as to drive the barrier gate rod fixing seat 2 and the barrier gate rod 1 to rotate together with the output shaft 6.
The invention is explained in further detail with reference to fig. 4: the driving motor 10 is fixed on the fixing plate 17, the fixing plate 17 and the steel wheel 19 are fixed by adopting countersunk screws, the steel wheel 19 is fixed with the shell 7, and meanwhile, the dust cover 8 is also arranged on the fixing plate 17, so that the sealing performance of the belt transmission mechanism is ensured. An output shaft of the driving motor 10 fixes a driving pulley 13 through a flat key, the driving pulley 13 and a driven pulley on the cam 16 transmit power through a transmission belt 12, and the belt transmission here can adopt synchronous belt transmission or poly-wedge belt transmission.
Along the axial direction of the output shaft 6, one end of the cam 16 is a driven belt wheel, the other end is an oval cam, and a balance bearing 15 is arranged between the interior of the driven belt wheel and the output shaft 6; a balance bearing 15 is arranged between the inner ring of the cam 16 and one end of the output shaft 6, the inner ring of the balance bearing 15 is fixed at the tail end of the output shaft 6, and a driven pulley is arranged on the periphery of the outer cam 16 of the balance bearing 15. A flexible bearing 18 is arranged between the outer part of the cam 16 and the flexible gear 20 at the position, close to the middle part, of one end of the output shaft 6, the rotation of the cam 16 generates the rotation of the wave generator, the tooth form of the flexible gear 20 and the tooth form of the steel gear 19 outside the flexible gear 20 are forced to be meshed and separated periodically, and the effect of speed reduction is achieved. Behind the cam 16, a flexspline 20 is rigidly fixed to the output shaft 6 by means of bolts. A boss is arranged in the middle of the output shaft 6, and a front supporting bearing and a rear supporting bearing are arranged at two ends of the boss and between the output shaft 6 and the outer shell 7, wherein the front supporting bearing and the rear supporting bearing are respectively an inner supporting bearing 22 and an outer supporting bearing 23. A set of balance rod 11 axially vertical to the output shaft 6 is arranged on a boss of the output shaft 6, the balance rod 11 extends out of the shell 7, a pin shaft parallel to the output shaft 6 is arranged at the tail end of the balance rod 11, two ends of the pin shaft are provided with a plurality of spring holes in axial symmetry relative to the balance rod 11, each spring hole is fixedly connected with a balance spring 5, and the two balance springs 5 are arranged in parallel and are simultaneously vertical to the balance rod 11 and the output shaft 6. The balance spring 5 passes through the middle through hole of the flat frame body of the machine body fixing seat 4 and is restrained in the middle through hole, so that the bottom end of the balance spring 5 is hung on the fixing position of the base. Therefore, because the brake rod of the barrier gate extends out, the force acting on the output shaft 6 is unbalanced, unbalanced impact force exists during swinging, and the balance spring 5 is used for balancing or reducing the impact and driving moment of the barrier gate rod 1 on the harmonic reducer 3 and playing a role of mechanical hard limiting.
Meanwhile, the end faces of the output shaft 6 and the shell 7 are provided with sealing rings 24, so that the machine body is isolated and sealed from the outside. The other end face of the output shaft 6 (the end provided with the cam 16) is embedded with position magnetic steel 14, the position sensor 9 is fixed on the dust cover 8 and is arranged opposite to the position magnetic steel 14 at intervals, the rotation of the output shaft 6 is sensed through the position sensor 9, and the action of the driving motor 10 is controlled to form closed-loop control.
Combine attached figure 2 and attached figure 3, 6 ends of output shaft are fixed on bar fixing base 2, and bar 1 is fixed again at bar fixing base 2. The harmonic speed reducer 3 drives the rising rod and the falling rod of the barrier gate rod 1.
The machine body structural member of the harmonic speed reducer 3 is made of different materials and processes, the shell 7 is formed by aluminum alloy in a die-casting mode, the fixing plate 17 is formed by cutting a plane steel plate, and the dust cover 8 is formed by plastic injection molding.
It should be noted that, according to the implementation requirement, each step/component described in the present application can be divided into more steps/components, and two or more steps/components or partial operations of the steps/components can be combined into new steps/components to achieve the purpose of the present invention.
