Brake and friction belt resetting device thereof
1. The friction belt resetting device is characterized by comprising an elastic tensioning piece (1), a movable connecting assembly (2), a connecting rod (3) and an adjusting frame (4), wherein one end of the elastic tensioning piece (1) is detachably and fixedly connected with a first friction belt (01) on one side, the other end of the elastic tensioning piece is detachably and fixedly connected with the connecting rod (3), the connecting rod (3) is movably connected with a second friction belt (02) on the other side through the movable connecting assembly (2), one end of the adjusting frame (4) is rotatably connected with the connecting rod (3), and the other end of the adjusting frame is detachably and fixedly connected with the second friction belt (02); by pushing the adjusting frame (4), the connecting rod (3) moves in the direction close to the first friction belt (01) so as to assemble and disassemble the elastic tensioning piece (1).

The friction belt return device according to claim 1, characterized in that said movable connection assembly (2) comprises a hinge shaft (21) and a connection block (22), said hinge shaft (21) being hinged to said second friction belt (02) by means of two hinge seats, said hinge shaft (21) being arranged parallel to said connecting rod (3), said connection block (22) being rotatably connected at one end to said hinge shaft (21) and at the other end to said connecting rod (3).

The friction belt resetting device according to claim 1, wherein the adjusting bracket (4) comprises a fork (41) and a positioning rod (42), wherein an end of the fork (41) remote from the positioning rod (42) is rotatably connected to the connecting rod (3), and the positioning rod (42) is configured to be fixed to the second friction belt (02) after the elastic tension member (1) reaches a predetermined pre-load force.
4. A friction belt resetting device according to claim 3, characterized in that said fork (41) is embodied as a U-shaped fork.
5. The friction belt resetting device according to claim 3, wherein the positioning rod (42) is embodied as a threaded rod, and further comprises a nut component screwed with the threaded rod for fixing the threaded rod to an ear plate at the bottom of the second friction belt (02).

The friction belt return device of claim 5 wherein said nut assembly includes an adjustment nut (5) threadedly engaged with said threaded rod for adjusting the preload of said tension spring (1), and a locking nut (6) threadedly engaged with said threaded rod for locking said threaded rod after a predetermined preload of said tension spring (1) is reached.
7. The friction belt return device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the number of said elastic tension members (1) is two, the two elastic tension members (1) being symmetrically distributed about the axis of said adjustment bracket (4).
8. The friction belt return device according to claim 7, characterized in that the elastic tension member (1) is embodied as a tension spring.
9. The friction belt return device of claim 7 further comprising a fixing rod for fixing to the first friction belt (01) and for fixing to the elastic tension member (1), the fixing rod being disposed parallel to the connecting rod (3).
10. A brake comprising a friction belt return as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
Background
The internal expanding brake is installed in a brake drum for use, and the working principle of the internal expanding brake is to control the tension and the reset of a friction belt to realize the clutch of the brake. The brake is applied when the friction belt is tensioned and released when the friction belt is reset.
In the prior art, the friction belt is reset by a friction belt resetting device, the friction belt resetting device is directly connected and fixed on the friction belt through a single or a plurality of tensioning springs, namely, two ends of each tensioning spring are respectively connected to the friction belt with an ear hole, and the single or the plurality of tensioning springs are only related to the pretightening force and the resetting force. Since the friction belt needs to be restored by the pretensioning force of the tension spring, the belt loading work and the frequent operation result in the tension spring needing to be adjusted and replaced regularly. However, since the tension spring is directly and fixedly mounted on the friction belt, the pretightening force of the tension spring cannot be adjusted before mounting; secondly, the installation of a tension spring with a preload is particularly difficult. If single straining spring, when the pretightning force, need certain instrument just can install, if many straining springs (generally two commonly used) then can be because of the direct manpower installation of prestressing force diminishing, but consider the balanced problem of tensioning force, straining spring must the equipartition, and the straining spring that is close to the brake drum inboard this moment becomes extremely difficult to assemble because of the space is restricted when the installation. For the above reasons, the user may give up installing the innermost tension spring when replacing the tension spring, which may result in uneven force and severe wear of the friction belt, which may affect the braking effect.
Therefore, how to avoid the difficulty in disassembling and assembling the tension spring with pretightening force is a technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a friction belt resetting device which can be disassembled and assembled on the premise that an elastic tensioning piece is in a state of small pretightening force or no pretightening force, so that the convenience of disassembling and assembling the elastic tensioning piece is improved. Another object of the present invention is to provide a brake comprising the above friction band resetting device.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a friction belt resetting device, which includes an elastic tensioning member, a movable connecting assembly, a connecting rod and an adjusting bracket, wherein one end of the elastic tensioning member is detachably and fixedly connected to a first friction belt on one side, the other end of the elastic tensioning member is detachably and fixedly connected to the connecting rod, the connecting rod is movably connected to a second friction belt on the other side through the movable connecting assembly, one end of the adjusting bracket is rotatably connected to the connecting rod, and the other end of the adjusting bracket is detachably and fixedly connected to the second friction belt; by pushing the adjusting frame, the connecting rod moves along the direction close to the first friction belt so as to assemble and disassemble the elastic tensioning piece.
Optionally, movable connecting subassembly includes articulated shaft and connecting block, the articulated shaft is articulated through two articulated seats and second friction area, the articulated shaft with connecting rod parallel arrangement, the one end of connecting block with the articulated shaft rotates to be connected, the other end with the connecting rod rotates to be connected.
Optionally, the adjusting bracket comprises a fork and a positioning rod, one end of the fork, which is far away from the positioning rod, is rotatably connected to the connecting rod, and the positioning rod is used for being fixedly connected to the second friction belt after the elastic tensioning member reaches a preset pretightening force.
Optionally, the fork is embodied as a U-shaped fork.
Optionally, the positioning rod is specifically a screw, and further includes a nut component screwed with the screw and used for fixing the screw to an ear plate at the bottom of the second friction belt.
Optionally, the nut assembly includes an adjusting nut screwed to the screw for adjusting the pre-tightening force of the elastic tightening member, and a locking nut screwed to the screw for locking the screw after the elastic tightening member reaches a predetermined pre-tightening force.
Optionally, the number of the elastic tensioning members is two, and the two elastic tensioning members are symmetrically distributed about the axis of the adjusting bracket.
Optionally, the elastic tension member is embodied as a tension spring.
Optionally, the friction belt further comprises a fixing rod fixedly connected to the first friction belt and fixedly connected to the elastic tensioning member, and the fixing rod is parallel to the connecting rod.
The invention also provides a brake, which comprises the friction belt resetting device.
Compared with the prior art, the friction belt resetting device provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises an elastic tensioning piece, a movable connecting assembly, a connecting rod and an adjusting frame, wherein one end of the elastic tensioning piece is detachably and fixedly connected to the first friction belt on one side, the other end of the elastic tensioning piece is detachably and fixedly connected to the connecting rod, the connecting rod is movably connected to the second friction belt on the other side through the movable connecting assembly, one end of the adjusting frame is rotatably connected with the connecting rod, and the other end of the adjusting frame is detachably and fixedly connected to the second friction belt. Therefore, before installation, the connecting rod can move in the direction close to the first friction belt through the movable connecting assembly by pushing the adjusting frame so as to install the elastic tensioning piece; when the elastic tensioning piece is installed, the elastic tensioning piece can be installed on the connecting rod in a state without pretightening force, namely, after the elastic tensioning piece is installed on the connecting rod, the elastic tensioning piece is in a free length; after the installation, through the pulling alignment jig, the connecting rod moves along the direction of keeping away from first friction area, and simultaneously, the tensile pretightning force increase of the taut piece of elasticity, when the tensile pretightning force of the taut piece of elasticity reaches preset pretightning force, with the alignment jig rigid coupling in second friction area. Compared with the traditional elastic tensioning piece which is difficult to disassemble and assemble under the action of pretightening force, the friction belt resetting device provided by the embodiment of the invention can be disassembled and assembled on the premise that the elastic tensioning piece is in a state of small pretightening force or no pretightening force, so that the convenience of disassembling and assembling the elastic tensioning piece is improved; simultaneously, no matter under single or a plurality of elasticity tensioning member, the homoenergetic directly adopts the manpower dismouting, need not use tools, further improves the convenience of dismouting.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The core of the invention is to provide a friction belt resetting device which can be disassembled and assembled on the premise that the elastic tensioning piece is in a state of small pretightening force or no pretightening force, so that the convenience of disassembling and assembling the elastic tensioning piece is improved. Another core of the invention is to provide a brake comprising the friction belt return device.
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the disclosure, the invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
It should be noted that the following directional terms such as "upper end, lower end, left side, right side" and the like are defined based on the drawings of the specification.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a friction belt resetting device according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the structure at view A in FIG. 1; FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the elastic tension member in its installed configuration; fig. 4 is a schematic view of the elastic tension member after installation.
The friction belt resetting device provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises an elastic tensioning piece 1, a movable connecting component 2, a connecting rod 3 and an adjusting frame 4, wherein one end of the elastic tensioning piece 1 is detachably and fixedly connected with a first friction belt 01 on one side, the other end of the elastic tensioning piece 1 is detachably and fixedly connected with the connecting rod 3, the connecting rod 3 is movably connected with a second friction belt 02 on the other side through the movable connecting component 2, one end of the adjusting frame 4 is rotatably connected with the connecting rod 3, and the other end of the adjusting frame 4 is detachably and fixedly connected with the second friction belt 02.
It should be noted that the first friction belt 01 and the second friction belt 02 are respectively located at left and right sides, two ends of the elastic tension member 1 are respectively detachably connected to a position below the first friction belt 01 and a position below the second friction belt 02, and the restoration of the first friction belt 01 and the second friction belt 02 needs to be realized by the pretension force (pretightening force) of the elastic tension member 1.
In this way, before installation, by pushing the adjusting bracket 4, the connecting rod 3 can move in the direction close to the first friction belt 01 through the movable connecting assembly 2, so that the elastic tensioning member 1 can be installed; during installation, the elastic tensioning piece 1 can be installed on the connecting rod 3 in a state without pretightening force, namely, after the elastic tensioning piece 1 is installed on the connecting rod 3, the elastic tensioning piece 1 is in a free length; after installation, through pulling the adjusting bracket 4, the connecting rod 3 moves in the direction away from the first friction belt 01, and simultaneously, the tensile pretightening force of the elastic tensioning piece 1 is increased, and when the tensile pretightening force of the elastic tensioning piece 1 reaches the preset pretightening force, the adjusting bracket 4 is fixedly connected to the second friction belt 02.
Compared with the traditional elastic tensioning piece 1 which is difficult to disassemble and assemble under the action of pretightening force, the friction belt resetting device provided by the embodiment of the invention can be disassembled and assembled on the premise that the elastic tensioning piece 1 is in a state of small pretightening force or no pretightening force, so that the convenience of disassembling and assembling the elastic tensioning piece 1 is improved; meanwhile, no matter under a single elastic tensioning piece or a plurality of elastic tensioning pieces 1, the manual disassembly and assembly can be directly adopted, tools are not needed, and the convenience of disassembly and assembly is further improved.
In order to increase the stability of the friction belt return device, the number of the elastic tension members 1 is two, and the two elastic tension members 1 are symmetrically distributed about the axis of the adjustment bracket 4.
Of course, the elastic tensioning member 1 is embodied as a tensioning spring according to the actual requirements. Furthermore, the friction belt resetting device also comprises a fixed rod which is fixedly connected with the first friction belt 01 and is used for fixedly connecting the elastic tensioning piece 1, and the fixed rod is arranged in parallel with the connecting rod 3.
That is, the left and right ends of any tension spring are respectively fixed on the fixing rod and the connecting rod 3, and meanwhile, the axial direction of any tension spring is perpendicular to the axial direction of the fixing rod. Thus, when the adjusting frame 4 pulls the two tension springs, the tension springs can be uniformly stressed.
As a specific embodiment, in order to facilitate the movable connection of connecting rod 3, above-mentioned movable connection assembly 2 includes articulated shaft 21 and connecting block 22, and articulated shaft 21 passes through two connecting seats and second friction belt 02 rigid coupling, and articulated shaft 21 and connecting rod 3 parallel arrangement, the one end and the articulated shaft 21 of connecting block 22 rotate to be connected, and the other end rotates with connecting rod 3 to be connected.
That is, the connecting block 22 serves as a "link" connecting the connecting rod 3 and the hinge shaft 21, and the connecting block 22 is freely rotatable about the axis of the hinge shaft 21 to adjust the position of the connecting rod 3; the hinge shaft 21 is hinged to the hinge seat of the first friction belt 01 to ensure the flexible rotation of the connecting block 22. Thus, when the adjusting bracket 4 drives the connecting rod 3 to move, the stability of the movement of the connecting rod 3 relative to the second friction belt 02 can be ensured.
As another specific embodiment, the movable connection assembly 2 may also be configured as a sliding rail mechanism fixedly connected to the bottom of the second friction belt 02, the sliding rail mechanism is provided with a sliding groove for the connection rod 3 to slide, for example, two sliding grooves arranged oppositely may be provided, two ends of the connection rod 3 respectively extend out of the two sliding grooves, and the connection rod 3 is made to slide along a direction close to the first friction belt 01 by pushing the adjustment frame 4, so as to facilitate the detachment and installation of the elastic tensioning member 1. Of course, the length of the sliding groove can be adjusted according to the assembly and disassembly requirements of the elastic tensioning member 1, and the sliding groove includes but is not limited to a rectangle, an arc and other shapes which are beneficial to the back-and-forth sliding of the connecting rod 3.
On the basis, the adjusting bracket 4 comprises a fork frame 41 and a positioning rod 42, one end of the fork frame 41, which is far away from the positioning rod 42, is rotatably connected with the connecting rod 3, and the positioning rod 42 is used for being fixedly connected to the second friction belt 02 after the elastic tensioning piece 1 reaches a preset pretightening force.
Specifically, the fork 41 is specifically a U-shaped fork. The end parts of the two frame arms of the U-shaped fork frame are respectively provided with a through hole for the connecting rod 3 to penetrate through, and the inner diameter of the through hole is slightly larger than the diameter of the connecting rod 3, so that the fork frame 41 can rotate relative to the connecting rod 3; the positioning rod 42 is specifically a screw, and further includes a nut component screwed with the screw, and the nut component is used for fixing the screw to an ear plate at the bottom of the second friction belt 02.
The reset function of the friction belt reset device directly influences the brake effect of the brake, and the elastic tensioning piece 1 of the friction belt reset device has certain pretightening force in normal state and working state, so that the friction belt reset device can be ensured to work stably. According to the braking force requirement of the internal-expanding brake, the pre-tightening force of the installed elastic tensioning piece 1 is different, and the larger the braking force is, the larger the pre-tightening force is. Obviously, if the reset pretightening force is small, the reset tension is small, the friction belt can not be completely loosened, and at the moment, a dry grinding phenomenon occurs, so that the abrasion of the friction belt is accelerated finally; if the reset pretightening force is large, the reset pulling force is large, and the friction belt needs larger braking force during braking, so that more braking force is needed to overcome the reset pulling force under the condition of the same braking force, and finally, the braking effect is weakened due to the reduction of the braking force for braking. Therefore, the pretightening force of the elastic tensioning piece 1 can be adjusted to use the optimal pretightening force according to the actual condition, so that the mechanism can be ensured to be in the optimal working state. Of course, the later stage can also be according to the friction band wearing and tearing condition fine setting, also can increase of service life to a certain extent.
Furthermore, in order to achieve the purpose that the pre-tightening force of the elastic tensioning piece 1 can be adjusted, the nut component comprises an adjusting nut 5 and a locking nut 6, the locking nut 6 is arranged on one side, far away from the first friction belt 01, of the adjusting nut 5, the adjusting nut 5 is in threaded connection with the screw, the adjusting nut 5 is used for adjusting the pre-tightening force of the elastic tensioning piece 1, the locking nut 6 is in threaded connection with the screw, and the locking nut 6 is used for locking the screw after the elastic tensioning piece 1 reaches the preset pre-tightening force.
Therefore, before installation, the locking nut 6 is firstly unscrewed, then the locking nut 6 and the adjusting nut 5 are successively dismounted, the adjusting frame 4 is pushed to enable the connecting block 22 to rotate around the hinge shaft 21 to a left preset position, then the elastic tensioning piece 1 is installed on the connecting rod 3, and at the moment, the elastic tensioning piece 1 has free length and no pretightening force; after installation, the pulling adjusting frame 4 drives the connecting block 22 to rotate to the right side around the hinge shaft 21 to preset a position, and meanwhile, the stretching pretightening force of the elastic tensioning piece 1 is increased. It should be noted that when the adjusting bracket 4 is pulled, the pre-tightening force of the elastic tightening piece 1 can be adjusted by the adjusting nut 5 until the required pre-tightening force is adjusted, and the screw rod is locked to the ear plate at the bottom of the second friction belt 02 by the locking nut 6.
It should be noted that, the elastic tensioning member 1 is adjusted to the corresponding pretightening force after installation, so that the problem that the pretightening force is not adjustable can be solved, and the pretightening force of the elastic tensioning member 1 can be adjusted in the later use process. The pretightening force of the elastic tensioning piece 1 is adjustable, and the optimal pretightening force can be used according to actual conditions, so that the friction belt resetting device can be ensured to be in an optimal working state.
The invention provides a brake, which comprises the friction belt resetting device described in the specific embodiment; other parts of the brake can be referred to the prior art and are not expanded herein.
