1. A method for installing a bolt with a closed cross section is characterized by comprising the following steps:

the mounting surface is provided with at least one first mounting hole, and the first mounting hole is subject to the condition that a screw of a bolt can integrally penetrate into the closed structure;

the mounting surface is provided with at least one second mounting hole for mounting the bolt;

a detachable guide device is arranged on the screw rod, and the guide device is guided into the second mounting hole, then the guide device conveys the screw rod into the first mounting hole, enters the closed structure and is conveyed to the second mounting hole;

and placing the rod body part of the screw rod in the second mounting hole, removing the guide device, and mounting the screw rod and the nut.

2. A method of installing a bolt having a closed cross-section according to claim 1, wherein: the method further comprises the step of installing a unilateral bolt in the first installation hole to seal the opening.

3. A method of installing a bolt having a closed cross-section according to claim 1, wherein: the guiding device is a flexible wire which is detachably bound on the screw rod.

4. A method of installing a bolt having a closed cross-section according to claim 1, wherein: the guiding device is a bendable thin rod, and the thin rod and the screw rod can be disassembled in a magnetic attraction mode, a buckling connection mode and a clamping connection mode.

5. A method of installing a bolt having a closed cross-section according to claim 1, wherein: and the hook piece with a visual function is also included, and in the third step, the hook piece is extended into the second mounting hole to find the screw rod to be guided into the second mounting hole.

A method of installing a bolt having a closed cross-section according to claim 3, wherein: the screw rod is kept away from the one end of nut and has been seted up the screw hole, screw hole female connection has threaded connection spare, flexible silk thread is connected on the threaded connection spare.

7. The method of installing a bolt having a closed cross-section according to claim 6, wherein: the threaded connecting piece is provided with a threading hole, and the flexible silk thread is connected with the threading hole.

A method of installing a bolt having a closed cross-section according to claim 3, wherein: the flexible silk thread is provided with an elastic jacket which is detachably sleeved on the screw rod; or the flexible silk thread is provided with a thin nut, and the size of the thin nut is smaller than that of the second mounting hole.

9. The method of installing a bolt having a closed cross-section according to claim 5, wherein: the hook piece comprises a hook and a miniature camera arranged on the hook.

Background

At present, the structural connection of the closed steel pipes is generally in the following modes:

and (6) welding on site. The method is easily influenced by external factors, the welding quality is difficult to ensure, the construction speed is slow, and the cost is high;

and (4) unilateral bolt connection. The single-side installation and the single-side tightening can be realized, the site construction is convenient, the welding is not needed, but the single-side bolt is too high in cost and difficult to use in large batch;

a working opening with a large diameter is formed in the closed steel pipe, tools, hands and the like enter the steel pipe to screw bolts, the working opening is welded well after the bolt connection is completed, the mode has large damage to the steel pipe, and the field welding amount is increased. Therefore, a new technical scheme is urgently needed in cost and construction quantity aiming at the connection problems of closed steel pipes, closed structures with closed sections and the like in the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a method for solving the problems of high construction difficulty, high cost and the like of a closed steel pipe structure in a bolt connection mode.

The technical scheme for realizing the purpose is as follows:

the mounting surface is provided with at least one first mounting hole, and the first mounting hole is subject to the condition that a screw of a bolt can integrally penetrate into the closed structure;

the mounting surface is provided with at least one second mounting hole for mounting the bolt;

a detachable guide device is arranged on the screw rod, and the guide device is guided into the second mounting hole, then the guide device conveys the screw rod into the first mounting hole, enters the closed structure and is conveyed to the second mounting hole;

and placing the rod body part of the screw rod in the second mounting hole, removing the guide device, and mounting the screw rod and the nut.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

for closed steel pipe structural members, shielding positions which cannot be crossed by hands exist, if the closed steel pipe structural members are connected through common bolts, the traditional installation mode needs to open installation holes with large sizes on steel pipes, enter the steel pipes and screw bolts, or adopt unilateral bolts with high manufacturing cost to install from the outer sides of the steel pipes on one side. The invention utilizes a plurality of simple components, can use the common bolt for the connection of the closed steel pipe by using a bolt hole with a slightly larger diameter as a mounting hole, avoids the damage to the steel pipe, does not need welding, avoids the massive use of unilateral bolts with higher manufacturing cost, and can reduce the engineering cost.

Further, the guiding device is a flexible wire which is detachably bound on the screw rod.

Further, the guiding device is a bendable thin rod, and the thin rod and the screw rod can be detached in a magnetic attraction manner, a buckling connection manner and a clamping connection manner.

Furthermore, a hook piece with a visual function is further included, and in the third step, the hook piece extends into the second mounting hole to find the screw rod to be guided into the second mounting hole.

Furthermore, the method also comprises the step of installing a unilateral bolt in the first installation hole for sealing.

Furthermore, a threaded hole is formed in one end, far away from the nut, of the screw, a threaded connecting piece is connected to the inner thread of the threaded hole, and the flexible silk thread is connected to the threaded connecting piece.

Furthermore, a threading hole is formed in the threaded connecting piece, and the flexible silk thread is connected with the threading hole.

The invention aims to solve the problems of high construction difficulty, high cost and the like of a closed steel pipe structure in a bolt connection mode by referring to fig. 1 and 2 in view of the defects of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a bolt mounting method of a closed section, which comprises the following steps:

s1: at least one first mounting hole 11 is formed in the mounting surface, and the first mounting hole 11 is determined according to the condition that a screw 22 of the bolt 2 can integrally penetrate into the closed structure 1;

s2: at least one second mounting hole 12 for mounting the bolt 2 is formed in the mounting surface;

s3: a detachable guiding device is arranged on the screw rod 22, and the guiding device is guided into the second mounting hole 12, then the guiding device sends the screw rod into the first mounting hole 11, enters the closed structure and is sent to the second mounting hole 12; please refer to fig. 5.

S4: the body portion of the screw 22 is placed in the second mounting hole 12 and the guide is removed, and the screw 22 and the nut 23 are mounted. Please refer to fig. 6.

It should be noted that the above steps are not necessarily in order, but are merely expressed in a permutation, for example, S1 and S2 may be performed simultaneously or sequentially, and the specific actual operation is subject to the field condition, which is not limited herein.

In prior art, to the steel pipe structural component that closes, there is the position of sheltering from that the hand can not be crossed, if adopt ordinary bolt 2 to connect, traditional mounting means need open the great mounting hole of diameter on the steel pipe and get into the inside bolt 2 of screwing up of steel pipe, or adopt the very high unilateral bolt of cost to follow the outside unilateral installation of steel pipe. The invention utilizes a plurality of simple components, and can use the common bolt 2 for the connection of the closed steel pipe by using a bolt 2 hole with a slightly larger diameter as a mounting hole, thereby avoiding the damage to the steel pipe, avoiding the welding, avoiding the massive use of unilateral bolts with higher manufacturing cost, and reducing the engineering cost.

The invention will be further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples:

referring to fig. 3 and 4, in order to allow the screw 22 to enter the interior of the closure structure 1 and to facilitate control, the guiding device is a flexible wire 25, and the flexible wire 25 is detachably bound to the screw 22. Preferably, the flexible thread 25 is a chemical fiber thread. The embodiment is also described in detail mainly with the guide means being a flexible wire 25 in connection with the figures.

Further, the guiding device may be a bendable thin rod, besides the flexible wire 25, and the thin rod and the screw rod 22 may be detachable by means including but not limited to magnetic attraction, snap connection, and clip connection. Further, the thin rod has a certain shape, but the thin rod does not enter the second mounting hole 12 with the screw 22, which is a different place from the flexible wire 25. Preferably, the thin rod may be made of a thicker iron wire, and may not be deformed when the screw rod 22 is fixed.

Specifically, a strong magnet is arranged on the rod head of the thin rod, the strong magnet sucks the nut 21 part of the screw rod 22, and the rod body part of the screw rod 22 is stretched out after the rod head is matched with the bending angle of the thin rod and stretched into the first mounting hole 11 and the position of the second mounting hole 12 is found; similarly, the connection mode of the buckle and the clip is the same, a clip is arranged on the thin rod, and the clip clamps the rod body part of the screw rod 22 after the screw rod 22 is matched with the bending angle of the thin rod and extends into the first mounting hole 11 and the position of the second mounting hole 12 is found; or, a clamping groove is arranged on the slender rod and used for clamping the screw cap 21, so that the screw cap 21 is arranged in the clamping groove to form a certain stabilizing effect, and then the slender rod is matched with the bending angle of the slender rod to stretch into the first mounting hole 11, and the rod body part of the screw rod 22 is stretched out after the position of the second mounting hole 12 is found.

S1: at least one first mounting hole 11 is formed in the mounting surface, and the size of the first mounting hole 11 is determined according to the condition that the screw 22 of the bolt 2 integrally penetrates into the closed structure 1. Specifically, when first mounting hole 11 is above second mounting hole 12, guiding device adopts flexible silk thread 25, and like this, after screw rod 22 is tied up by flexible silk thread 25, under the action of gravity, flexible silk thread 25 more conveniently reaches second mounting hole 12, then colludes flexible silk thread 25 from the second mounting hole with the hook, and flexible silk thread 25 pulling bolt 2 gets into the second mounting hole at last, just can install after tearing flexible silk thread 25 down. When some special closed structures 1 or special construction scenes are encountered, the first mounting hole 11 is located below the second mounting hole 12 or the first mounting hole 11 is flush with the second mounting hole 12, the bendable slender rod is convenient to use, and the slender rod has a certain shape and can actively enable the screw rod 22 to be close to the second mounting hole 12 by matching with the bent shape.

S2: at least one second mounting hole 12 for mounting the bolt 2 is formed in the mounting surface. The second mounting holes 12 are the main mounting hole locations, so that the number of the second mounting holes 12 is actually much larger than the number of the first mounting holes 11, and most commonly and practically 1 first mounting hole 11 is provided, and 1 row of the second mounting holes 12 is provided. The main purpose of this embodiment is to reduce the number of the single-sided bolts as a whole, so that the common bolt 2 mainly plays a role in connection.

S3: a detachable guide is provided on the screw 22 by guiding the guide into the second mounting hole 12, and then the guide feeds the screw into the first mounting hole 11 into the interior of the closure and to the second mounting hole 12. The flexible wire 25 is described in detail in this embodiment as follows:

furthermore, a threaded hole 221 is formed in one end, away from the nut 21, of the screw 22, the threaded hole 221 is connected with or provided with a threaded connecting piece 24 in an internal thread mode, and the flexible silk thread 25 is connected to the threaded connecting piece 24.

Further, a threading hole is formed in the threaded connecting piece 24, and the flexible silk thread 25 is connected with the threading hole.

Furthermore, in order to better control the screw 22, a hook with a visual function is further included, and in the third step, the hook is extended into the second mounting hole 12 to find the screw 22 to be guided into the second mounting hole 12.

Specifically, the threaded connecting piece 24 is installed in the threaded hole 221, the flexible silk thread 25 is tied to the threaded connecting piece 24, then the flexible silk thread 25 is thrown into the first installation hole 11 to enter the closed structure, and at the moment, the bolt 2 is outside the first installation hole 11; the hook piece with the visual function extends into the second mounting hole 12 to find the flexible silk thread 25, then the second mounting hole 12 is hooked out, the first positioning is completed, then the bolt 2 is thrown into the first mounting hole 11, and the flexible silk thread 25 is pulled to pull the screw of the bolt into the second mounting hole 12.

S4: the body portion of the screw 22 is placed in the second mounting hole 12 and the guide is removed, and the screw 22 and the nut 23 are mounted.

Furthermore, finally, a unilateral bolt is installed in the first installation hole 11 for sealing, and the first installation hole 11 can also be sealed by a steel plate and then welded flat.

Still further, the hook member includes a hook and a micro-camera provided on the hook, which is not specifically shown in the figure. The screw 22 can be found more conveniently in the closed structure 1 for installation by means of a miniature camera.
