1. A rotary hydraulic system of a pile hammer comprises a rotary motor, a rotary control valve and a pressure oil source, wherein the rotary control valve is connected with the rotary motor and controls the forward and reverse rotation of the rotary motor, the pressure oil source is connected with the rotary control valve and is used for providing rotary pressure oil, the rotary hydraulic system is characterized in that two limiting valves which are connected in series are connected between two working oil ports of the rotary motor, when the two limiting valves are at normal positions, the limiting valves are in one-way conduction towards the working oil ports of the rotary motor connected with the limiting valves, and when the limiting valves are at limiting position changing positions, the limiting valves are in two-way conduction.
2. The pile hammer rotary hydraulic system of claim 1, wherein the limit valve is a two-position two-way valve.
3. The pile hammer rotary hydraulic system of claim 1 or 2, wherein a two-way relief valve is connected between the two working oil ports of the rotary motor.
4. Pile hammer rotary hydraulic system according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the rotary motors are two and connected in parallel.

A pile hammer comprises a rotary connecting frame and a rotary body rotatably arranged on the rotary connecting frame through a rotary support; the pile hammer rotation hydraulic system is characterized by further comprising a pile hammer rotation hydraulic system according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the rotation motor is mounted on the rotation body and used for driving the rotation body to rotate around a rotation support, the two limiting valves are fixedly mounted on the rotation body, a limiting trigger part which is touched with a valve rod control end of each limiting valve is fixedly mounted on the rotation connecting frame, and when the two limiting valves rotate forwards or reversely to a preset angle along with the rotation body, the valve rod control ends of the corresponding limiting valves are contacted with the limiting trigger part, so that the limiting valves are switched from a normal position to a limiting and reversing position.

The piling hammer of claim 5, wherein the rotary body is U-shaped with the opening facing downward, the hammer head of the piling hammer is arranged at the opening at the lower end of the rotary body, and the rotary connecting frame is rotatably connected with the rotary body at the top of the rotary body.

Pile driving hammer according to claim 6, characterised in that the swivel motor, the limit valve are mounted at the top in the swivel body, the swivel attachment frame has a central shaft extending into the swivel body, and the limit trigger member is arranged at the lower end of the central shaft.
8. Pile driving hammer according to claim 7, characterised in that the limit trigger member is a limit rod with one end fixedly connected to the central shaft and the other end for contact with the control end of the valve stem of the limit valve.
Background
The vibration pile driver is mainly formed by modifying a mature hydraulic excavator, carries out pile driving and pile pulling of steel sheet piles and pile driving operation of various piles such as cement piles and the like, and is widely applied to construction of engineering projects such as railways, highways, water conservancy, ports, photovoltaics, urban construction and the like.
The control system of the vibration pile hammer is a device which takes hydraulic oil as a working medium, utilizes the pressure energy of the hydraulic oil and controls a vibration motor, a rotary motor and a clamping nozzle oil cylinder through accessories such as a control valve bank and the like to carry out pile driving and pile pulling operations. The existing control system of the vibration pile driving hammer is provided with a group of hydraulic electromagnetic control valve banks on the excavating machine in addition to the control system of the conventional excavator working device, so that the vibration, the rotation and the opening and closing operation of a clamping nozzle are simply realized.
The vibrating pile hammer is connected with an auxiliary arm at the front end of the working device through a pin shaft, meanwhile, the hammer head and the whole machine form a complete hydraulic control system through seven hydraulic pipelines, through the field operation of an operator in a cab, the operating device can transmit a control signal to the corresponding electromagnetic valve to work, high-pressure oil liquid provided by the output of the hydraulic pump flows to two rotary motors, and the rotary motors rotate to be meshed with the rotary support through a pinion to drive the rotary body to enable the pile hammer to realize the rotary motion in the clockwise direction or the anticlockwise direction.
In order to avoid entanglement and pulling of a connecting pipeline when the hammer head of the pile hammer rotates, a mechanical limiting device is usually arranged on the existing pile hammer, or a rotation center joint is arranged to realize 360-degree free rotation. In the scheme of 360-degree free rotation, due to the fact that the flow of the vibration motor is large, the impact of high pressure on the rotary joint connected in the middle is very large, the fault rate of the rotary joint in the middle is very high, and the oil leakage phenomenon frequently occurs. In addition, the 360-degree free rotation function cannot be fully utilized on the pile driver, and the requirement of construction working conditions can be met within an angle range of +/-150-degree rotation of the hammer head in the actual production process.
For the mechanical structure limiting mode, the pile hammer head is heavy, so that the pile hammer head is easy to collide and deform. When machinery is spacing, because of the resistance is too big when stopping, motor oil port department can reach very high operating pressure in the twinkling of an eye, has very big impact to the motor, and the overflow valve of motor oil port end can open automatically and carry out the overflow, keeps a invariable high pressure, and the motor still can export great drive torque this moment, and the pressure is too high can lead to the rotary motor to damage easily and shorten the life of motor, still can bring hydraulic system during the overflow and generate heat, makes the hydraulic system oil temperature rise.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of rotation limit of the existing pile hammer, and provides a pile hammer rotation hydraulic system and a pile hammer, which realize the rotation limit of the pile hammer through a hydraulic oil way.
The technical scheme for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows: the hydraulic system is characterized in that two limiting valves which are connected in series are connected between two working oil ports of the rotary motor, when the two limiting valves are at normal positions, the limiting valves are in one-way conduction towards the working oil ports of the rotary motor connected with the limiting valves, and when the limiting valves are at limiting and reversing positions, the limiting valves are in two-way conduction. In the invention, when the rotary motor drives the pile hammer to rotate to a preset angle, the corresponding limiting valve is triggered to change direction and conduct in two directions, hydraulic oil for driving the rotary motor to rotate directly flows to the other working oil port of the rotary motor through the triggered and changed limiting valve and the limiting valve in a normal position, so that no pressure is built at the oil inlet end of the rotary motor, and the motor and the pile hammer head can stop rotating immediately under the condition of external load. When the rotary control valve is controlled to enable the rotary motor to rotate reversely, the oil inlet end and the oil outlet end of the rotary motor are exchanged, pressure oil output from the rotary control valve cannot pass through the limiting valve in a normal state, and pressure is built at the oil inlet end of the rotary motor to enable the rotary motor to rotate. In the invention, the rotation of the pile driving hammer is limited by a hydraulic system, the structure is simple and reliable, and the pile driving hammer does not have limit impact.
In the pile hammer rotation hydraulic system, the limiting valve is a two-position two-way valve.
In the pile hammer rotary hydraulic system, a two-way overflow valve is connected between two working oil ports of a rotary motor.
In the pile hammer rotation hydraulic system, the two rotation motors are connected in parallel.
The technical scheme for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows: the pile hammer comprises a rotary connecting frame and a rotary body rotatably arranged on the rotary connecting frame through a rotary support; the pile hammer rotation hydraulic system is characterized by further comprising a pile hammer rotation hydraulic system according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the rotation motor is mounted on the rotation body and used for driving the rotation body to rotate around a rotation support, the two limiting valves are fixedly mounted on the rotation body, a limiting trigger part which is touched with a valve rod control end of each limiting valve is fixedly mounted on the rotation connecting frame, and when the two limiting valves rotate forwards or reversely to a preset angle along with the rotation body, the valve rod control ends of the corresponding limiting valves are contacted with the limiting trigger part, so that the limiting valves are switched from a normal position to a limiting and reversing position.
In the pile hammer, the revolving body is in a U shape with a downward opening, the hammer head of the pile hammer is arranged at the opening at the lower end of the revolving body, and the revolving connecting frame is rotatably connected with the top of the revolving body.
In the pile hammer, the rotary motor and the limiting valve are arranged at the top in the rotary body, the rotary connecting frame is provided with a central shaft extending into the rotary body, and the limiting trigger part is arranged at the lower end of the central shaft.
In the pile hammer, the limiting trigger part is a limiting rod, one end of the limiting trigger part is fixedly connected with the central shaft, and the other end of the limiting trigger part is used for being in contact with the control end of the valve rod of the limiting valve.
Compared with the prior art, the hydraulic rotary limiting device has the advantages that the hydraulic rotary limiting function is added, the hydraulic pipeline cannot be pulled apart and damaged due to over-rotation, the reliability of the whole machine is improved, and the actual operation difficulty of an operator is reduced.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments refers to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the pile driving hammer in the present embodiment includes a sub-arm 10, a swing link 11, a swing body 12, and a hammer head 13. One end of the auxiliary arm 10 is connected with a bucket rod of the excavator, so that the pile driving hammer is installed on the excavator to form the pile driver. The other end of the auxiliary arm 10 is connected with the upper end of a rotary connecting frame 11. The revolving body 12 is in a U shape with a downward opening, the hammer head 13 of the pile hammer is arranged at the opening at the lower end of the revolving body, and the revolving connecting frame 11 is provided with a revolving support which is rotatably connected with the revolving body 12 at the top part of the revolving body. A left swing motor 27 and a right swing motor 28 are mounted on the swing body 12 for driving the swing body 12 to swing with respect to the swing link 11. The hammer head 13 of the pile hammer is arranged at the lower part of the revolving body 12, and the hammer head 13 is provided with a vibration motor and a clamping nozzle oil cylinder for realizing the vibration of the pile hammer and the opening and closing of the clamping nozzle.
The hydraulic system of the pile hammer is shown in fig. 2, and comprises a main control valve 22, a pile hammer control valve group 23, a vibration motor 23, a clamping nozzle oil cylinder 30, a rotary driving oil circuit, a pressure oil source and the like. The pile hammer control valve group 23 includes a vibration motor control valve 231, a nozzle clamping control valve 233 and a rotation control valve 232, the vibration motor control valve 231, the nozzle clamping control valve 233, the rotation control valve 232 and the main control valve 22 are all electromagnetic valves, and electromagnets of the electromagnetic valves are connected with the control device 31. The vibration motor control valve 231 is connected to the vibration motor 24 for controlling the operation of the vibration motor 24. The clamping nozzle control valve 233 is connected to the clamping nozzle cylinder 30 and used for controlling the clamping nozzle cylinder to extend and retract so as to control the opening and closing of the clamping nozzle. The swing control valve 232 is connected to the swing motor for controlling the swing motor to rotate forward or backward. The oil inlet end of the pile hammer control valve group 23 is connected with a pressure oil source through a main control valve 22, the pressure oil source is provided by a hydraulic pump 21 of the excavator, and the main control valve 22 plays a role of a main valve and is closed when the pile hammer does not work, so that misoperation is avoided.
The rotary drive oil path, the rotary control valve 232 and the pressure oil source form a rotary hydraulic system of the pile hammer. The rotary driving oil path comprises a rotary motor, a limit control oil path and a two-way overflow valve 25. The swing motor includes a left swing motor 27 and a right swing motor 28, and the left swing motor 27 and the right swing motor 28 are connected in parallel. The two-way overflow valve 25 is composed of a left overflow valve 251 and a right overflow valve 252, and the left overflow valve 251 and the right overflow valve 252 are connected end to end (i.e. the oil outlet end of one overflow valve is connected with the oil inlet end of the other overflow valve) and then connected between two working oil ports of the rotary motor.
As shown in fig. 4, the limit control oil passage is constituted by two limit valves connected in series. The two limiting valves are two-position two-way valves, and are in one-way conduction when in normal state and in two-way conduction when in reversing position. The two limit valves are respectively a left limit valve 26 and a right limit valve 29, wherein an AL port of the left limit valve 26 is connected with an oil port A2 of the rotary motor, a BL port of the left limit valve 26 is connected with a BR port of the right limit valve 29, and an AR port of the right limit valve 29 is connected with an oil port B2 of the rotary motor. When the left limit valve 26 and the right limit valve 29 are in normal positions, the port BL is in one-way conduction to the port AL, the port BR is in one-way conduction to the port AR, and the other port BR is in the other direction.
As shown in fig. 3. The left rotary motor 27 and the right rotary motor 28 are installed at the top in the rotary body 12, the left rotary motor 27 and the right rotary motor 28 are connected in parallel through a pipeline, the oil inlet end and the oil outlet end of the left overflow valve 251 are respectively connected with two working oil ports of the left rotary motor 27, and the oil inlet end and the oil outlet end of the right overflow valve 252 are respectively connected with two working oil ports of the right rotary motor 28.
The lower end of the rotary connecting frame 11 is provided with a central shaft 32, the central shaft 32 penetrates through the top of the rotary body 12 and extends into the rotary body, and the rotary connecting frame 11 is in up-and-down limiting connection with the rotary body 12 through matching with a nut 33. A stopper rod 34 is fixed to the central shaft 32, and when the rotation motor drives the rotation body 12 to rotate relative to the rotation connecting frame 12, the stopper rod 34 rotates relative to the rotation body 12.
The left limit valve 26 and the right limit valve 29 are fixed at the top in the revolving body 12, and the control ends of the valve rods of the left limit valve 26 and the right limit valve 29 are all protruded out of the valve body. When the revolving body 12 rotates relative to the revolving connecting frame 11, for example, when revolving 150 degrees to the left, the limiting rod 34 contacts with the valve rod control end of the left limiting valve 26, pushing the valve rod of the left limiting valve 26 to move, so that the left limiting valve 26 moves from the normal position to the limiting and reversing position. Similarly, when the right middle position rotates 150 degrees to the right, the limiting rod 34 contacts with the valve rod control end of the right limiting valve 29 to push the valve rod of the right limiting valve 29 to move, so that the right limiting valve 29 moves from the normal position to the limiting and reversing position. In the present embodiment, the mounting positions of the left limit valve 26 and the right limit valve 29 can be selected as needed so as to define the angle of rotation of the revolving body 12 with respect to the revolving attachment frame 11.
In this embodiment, when the vibration pile driver performs pile pressing or pile pulling, the placement angle of the vibration hammer head needs to be adjusted from time to time. An operator in a cab enables a D0 electromagnet on a main control valve 22 and a D2 electromagnet on a pile hammer control valve group 23 to be powered simultaneously through an operation device 31, a rotary control valve 232 works at the left position, a reversing oil path is opened, hydraulic oil output by a hydraulic pump 21 enters two rotary motors through a tee joint from an A2 oil port, the rotary motors work to drive a rotary body 12 to rotate clockwise, two limit valves arranged on the rotary body 12 and a hammer 13 and a hydraulic pipeline 14 rotate around a central shaft 32 together, when the rotary body rotates to a 150-degree position, a piston head (a control end) on a left limit valve 26 is directly contacted with a limit rod 34, an exposed piston on the left limit valve 26 is pushed and compresses a spring under the action of force, a valve core of the left limit valve 26 is reversed, namely, the valve core is reversed from a normal position to a limit reversing position (a one-way valve mode is switched to a normal open mode), and two working oil ports of the rotary motors are directly communicated, the rotary motors are short-circuited, and the two rotary motors and the rotary bodies synchronously stop rotating under the influence of an external load, so that the angle is effectively limited to a limit position of 150 degrees.
When the revolving body 12 needs to revolve reversely, an operator in the cab sends an operation signal through the operation device, the D0 electromagnet on the main control valve 22 and the D3 electromagnet on the pile hammer control valve group 23 are simultaneously electrified, the right position of the revolving control valve works, the reversing oil path is opened, hydraulic oil output by the hydraulic pump 21 enters the two revolving motors through a tee joint from the port B2, the revolving motors work to drive the revolving body 12 to rotate anticlockwise, the two limit valves mounted on the revolving body 12 and the hydraulic pipeline 14 rotate around the central shaft 32 together, when the revolving body rotates to a position of-150 degrees, an exposed piston head on the right limit valve 29 directly contacts with the limit rod 34, under the action of force, an exposed piston on the right limit valve 29 is pushed to compress a spring, a valve core of the right limit valve 29 is reversed, namely, the default one-way valve mode is switched to a normal open mode, at the moment, two oil ports of the revolving motors are directly communicated, the rotary motors are short-circuited, and the two rotary motors and the rotary body 12 stop rotating synchronously under the influence of an external load, so that the angle is effectively limited to a limit position of-150 degrees.
In the embodiment, the rotation limit angle of the pile driving hammer head is limited to +/-150 degrees according to the actual operation condition requirement and the operation safety performance, the limiting structure is realized by combining machinery and hydraulic pressure, and the free rotation function of the pile driving hammer head within +/-150 degrees can be realized in the aspect of operation. Meanwhile, when the rotation exceeds +/-150 degrees, the rotation limiting device is used for limiting the rotation, the hydraulic rotation limiting device has the advantages of reasonable structure, low cost, safety, reliability, practicability and the like, the working efficiency is improved, the fault rate of the whole machine is greatly reduced, and the hydraulic pipeline 14 is prevented from being broken and damaged due to over-rotation.
In this embodiment, the oil ports of the left and right rotary motors are respectively provided with two-way relief valves 25 to limit the maximum working pressure of the rotary motors and protect the rotary motors, so that the rotary motion of the hammer head of the pile driver can be reasonably and effectively controlled, the motion of the hammer head is stable and reliable, and the action is quick.
