Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cyclone air block 12 is connected with the centrifugal fan outer casing 1 by a snap fit, and the connecting cylinder 13 is fixedly connected with the main shaft 16 by the fan cover 14.
By adopting the technical scheme, the cyclone air block 12 can be firmly fixed with the outer shell 1 of the centrifugal fan.

the dehumidification mechanism is arranged in the middle of the inside of the shell 25, the material carrying disc 29 and the shell 25 are coaxially arranged in the shell 25, the cutting surface of the material carrying disc 29 is arc-shaped, the center of the material carrying disc 29 extends out of a cylinder rightwards, the cylinder penetrates through the support frame 41, the bottom end of the support frame 41 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the inside of the middle of the shell 25, a through hole is formed in the center of the cylinder, and a drying agent 28 is fully distributed in the through hole; the material loading disc 29 is provided with partition plates 37, every two partition plates 37 are installed in parallel, a transport groove is formed between the two parallel partition plates 37, one end of the transport groove far away from the radial direction of the shell 25 is provided with a protrusion, a plurality of transport grooves are uniformly distributed on the material loading disc 29 in an annular mode, the transport grooves are covered by a blocking net 38, a discharge hole 30 is formed in the edge of the material loading disc 29, a drying agent 28 is placed in the transport groove, a baffle plate 36 is installed in the center of the left end of the material loading disc 29, the right end of the baffle plate 36 is in contact with the drying agent 28, an annular boss 40 is arranged inside the shell 25, one end, close to the material loading disc 29, of the boss 40 is a conical surface, the conical surface blocks the discharge hole 30, a plurality of vent holes 42 are uniformly distributed in the middle of the boss 40 in the circumferential direction, the top end of the boss 40 is provided with a material conveying port 27, the left end of the material conveying port 27 is connected with the recovery channel 30, and the right end of the material conveying port 27 is connected with the discharge hole 30; the recycling channel 26 is a tubular body, the left end of the recycling channel 26 is arc-shaped, the recycling channel 26 penetrates through the vent holes 42 in the tops of the bosses 40, the dryer 34 is installed at the right end of the recycling channel 26, the conveying plates are installed in the dryer 34 and arranged in a Z shape in the dryer 34, vent holes 39 are formed in the top of the right end of the dryer 34, the vent holes 39 penetrate through the inner wall of the shell 25 to be communicated with the outside, an outlet is formed in the bottom of the right end of the dryer 34, and the outlet is connected with the conveying channel 33; the conveying channel 33 is a straight pipe, the left end of the conveying channel 33 is connected with the right end of a cylinder extending rightwards from the material carrying disc 29, and the right end of the conveying channel 33 is connected with an outlet at the bottom of the right end of the dryer 34; the outer surface of the cylinder extending to the right of the material loading tray 29 is connected with a belt 31, and a motor 32 arranged at the bottom of the center in the shell 25 drives the material loading tray 29 to rotate through the belt 31.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the equipment is used, negative pressure is generated in the shell 25, air in a cold and humid environment enters the dust removal box 18 from the air inlet, the air enters the dust removal box 18 and is firstly contacted with the drying agent 28 on the material carrying disc 29, the drying agent 28 dries the air, the low temperature is prevented from icing the interior of the dust removal box 18, and the dried air passes through the plurality of air vents 42 uniformly distributed on the lug boss 40 and then is subjected to dust removal treatment through the dust removal net 35; the motor 32 drives the material carrying disc 29 to rotate through the belt 31 to generate centrifugal force, under the action of the centrifugal force, the drying agent 28 on the material carrying disc 29 can be extruded outwards along the conveying groove, the drying agent 28 continuously absorbs water vapor in the air to increase the mass of the drying agent 28, the centrifugal force applied to the drying agent 28 is increased, finally the drying agent 28 can be extruded through the protrusions on the conveying groove, the drying agent 28 enters the dryer 34 through the conveying opening 27 and the recovery channel 26 at the upper end of the material carrying disc 29, the dryer 34 performs drying treatment on the drying agent 28, moisture is discharged through the air holes 39, the dried drying agent 28 enters the conveying channel 33 through the outlet at the bottom of the right end of the dryer 34, and under the action of gravity, the drying agent 28 is conveyed into the material carrying disc 29 again through the conveying channel 33 for repeated use, the cost is reduced, and the efficiency is improved.
The working principle is as follows: the cyclone air block 12 inside the centrifugal fan transmits the wind into the fan cover 14 through the connecting cylinder 13, then the fan blades 15 in the fan housing can rotate circularly and repeatedly through the rotation of the main shaft 16, the wind power of the rotational flow is generated, then the wind is discharged into the centrifugal fan in a rotational flow mode, meanwhile, the dust cover 11 can suck the dust in the wind into the dust cover 11 through the dust suction ring, then the dust is sucked into the dust removing box through the transfer block 17, then the dust removing box is opened inside through a spring at the bottom end, then, ash is discharged through an ash outlet on the base 20, and meanwhile, dust is prevented and removed from the interior through the transmission block 17, the dust removal box 18, the ash outlet 19, the base 20, the spring 21 and the ash suction ring 22, so that the working efficiency of the centrifugal fan is increased, the centrifugal fan is prevented from working for a long time, and the low working efficiency and even direct damage caused by the ash entering of an internal fan and parts are prevented; the cyclone air block 12, the connecting cylinder 13, the fan cover 13, the fan blades 14 and the main shaft 15 are rotated inside the fan, so that the air exhaust amount of the centrifugal fan is increased, the service life of the centrifugal fan is prolonged, and the phenomenon that the air exhaust amount is insufficient due to the fact that the air suction mode is too single when the centrifugal fan works for a long time is avoided, so that the working efficiency of the centrifugal fan is improved, and the use value of the centrifugal fan is also improved.
When the device is used in a cold and humid environment, air is sucked into the dust removal box 18, negative pressure is generated inside the shell 25 of the dust removal box 18, the air in the cold and humid environment enters the dust removal box 18 from the air inlet, the air enters the dust removal box 18 and is firstly contacted with the drying agent 28 on the material carrying disc 29, the drying agent 28 dries the air to prevent the freezing of the interior of the dust removal box 18 due to low temperature, the dried air passes through the plurality of air vents 30 uniformly distributed on the lug boss 40 and then is subjected to dust removal treatment through the dust removal net 35; the motor 32 drives the material carrying disc 29 to rotate through the belt 31 to generate centrifugal force, under the action of the centrifugal force, the drying agent 28 on the material carrying disc 29 can be extruded outwards along the conveying groove, the drying agent 28 continuously absorbs water vapor in the air to increase the mass of the drying agent 28, the centrifugal force applied to the drying agent 28 is increased, finally the drying agent 28 can be extruded through the protrusions on the conveying groove, the drying agent 28 enters the dryer 34 through the conveying opening 27 and the recovery channel 26 at the upper end of the material carrying disc 29, the dryer 34 performs drying treatment on the drying agent 28, moisture is discharged through the air holes 39, the dried drying agent 28 enters the conveying channel 33 through the outlet at the bottom of the right end of the dryer 34, and under the action of gravity, the drying agent 28 is conveyed into the material carrying disc 29 again through the conveying channel 33 for repeated use, the cost is reduced, and the efficiency is improved.
The using method comprises the following steps: when using centrifugal fan, at first switch on the power through motor 6, then centrifugal fan will pass through dust cover 11 on the air inlet plate 2, inhale the dust in the wind in the dust cover in the dustproof box of dust cover inside, then ash is discharged through the ash hole, then wind can enter into wind piece 12 in inside, enter into fan housing 14 through connecting cylinder 13, then inhale wind into centrifugal fan's air outlet with the mode of whirl with wind through flabellum and pivot, discharge wind through air outlet 3 on the play aerofoil 4 again at last, at the in-process of centrifugal fan work, centrifugal fan can be fixed through bracing piece 9 and support frame 10, motor 6 of centrifugal fan shell body 1 right-hand member can support fixedly through backup pad 7, use accomplish the back regularly clear up can, so that continue to use next time.
