The auxiliary forming device for the precast segmental beam as claimed in claim 1, wherein the observation leveling mechanism comprises a first observation block and a second observation block which are transversely slidably mounted on the leveling plate (2), the first observation block is fixedly mounted with a first pointer (15) and a first spring is arranged between the first observation block and the leveling plate (2), the second observation block is fixedly mounted with a second pointer (16) and a second spring is arranged between the second observation block and the leveling plate (2), a first leveling ball (17) which is rotatably mounted on the leveling plate (2) is arranged between the first observation block and the second observation block, the leveling plate (2) is vertically slidably mounted with a third observation block and a fourth observation block, the third observation block is fixedly mounted with a third pointer (18) and a third spring is arranged between the third observation block and the leveling plate (2), the fourth observation block is fixedly mounted with a fourth pointer (19) and a fourth observation block is arranged between the fourth observation block and the leveling plate (2) The spring, be provided with second leveling ball (20) of roll installation on leveling board (2) between first observation piece and the second observation piece, be provided with respectively on first support (1) with first pointer (15), second pointer (16), third pointer (18), fourth pointer (19) matched with scale.

The auxiliary forming device for the precast segmental beam according to the claim 1, characterized in that the first bracket (1) is rotatably provided with a first rotating shaft, the first rotating shaft is axially and slidably provided with a first gear (24), a second gear (25), a third gear (26) and a fourth gear (27), the relative positions of the first gear (24), the second gear (25), the third gear (26) and the fourth gear (27) are fixed, the first gear (24) and the second gear (25) are engaged with a fifth gear (28) rotatably mounted on the first bracket (1), the fifth gear (28) is coaxially and slidably provided with a second worm (29), a fifth spring is arranged between the fifth gear (28) and the second worm (29), the second worm (29) is matched with a second worm (29) which is coaxially and slidably mounted with a second lead screw and rotatably mounted on the first bracket (1), a second disengagement locking device is arranged among the first gear (24), the second gear (25) and the second worm (29), and the second gear (25) realizes whether the fifth gear (28) and the second worm (29) synchronously rotate or not through the second disengagement locking device;
a sixth gear (30) rotatably mounted on the first support (1) is mounted on the third gear (26) in a meshed manner, a third worm (31) is coaxially and slidably mounted on the sixth gear (30), a sixth spring is arranged between the sixth gear (30) and the third worm (31), the third worm (31) is matched with a third worm wheel which is coaxially and rotatably mounted with a third lead screw and rotatably mounted on the first support (1), a third disengagement locking device is arranged between the third worm wheel and the third gear (26), and the third gear (26) can realize whether the sixth gear (30) and the third worm wheel synchronously rotate or not through the third disengagement locking device;
a seventh gear (32) rotatably mounted on the first support (1) is mounted on the fourth gear (27) in a meshed manner, a fourth worm (33) is coaxially and slidably mounted on the seventh gear (32), a seventh spring is arranged between the seventh gear (32) and the fourth worm (33), the fourth worm (33) is matched with a fourth worm wheel which is coaxially and slidably mounted with the second lead screw and rotatably mounted on the first support (1), a fourth disengagement locking device is arranged between the fourth worm wheel and the fourth gear (27), and the third gear (26) can realize whether the seventh gear (32) and the fourth worm wheel synchronously rotate or not through the fourth disengagement locking device;

Background
Compared with the traditional construction method of the cast-in-place box girder of the full-bore support, the segment assembling process adopted in the urban overhead construction highlights three advantages of environmental protection, traffic and speed: the construction is noiseless and dustless, and the influence on surrounding residents and the environment is greatly reduced; the construction method has the advantages that no support is needed to be erected on site, no concrete is needed to be poured and pounded on site, and traffic can be opened in construction, so that the pressure on the traffic caused by the construction is greatly reduced; and the construction is carried out by adopting the modules, so that the site construction speed is greatly increased. The construction method improves the technological content and the technical level of urban elevated engineering construction, and can greatly reduce the construction cost when used in large scale, so that the construction mode is more and more popular with people;
wherein the section beam is part of a building structure. The segment beam comprises a top plate, a bottom plate and side plates, and the segment beam is enclosed into an inverted trapezoid shape with a hollow interior. When the segmental beam is poured, the common means in the prior art is to support an end mould in advance, a bottom mould and enclose a required shape with the end mould, then an inner mould is arranged between the end mould and the bottom mould which are enclosed, a base plate is placed on a base plate, in the processing process, the pressure of the base plate on the segmental beam in the long-term working process can cause the upper supporting legs of the base plate to deform, so that the base plate is uneven, the height of the base plate can be inconsistent due to manual negligence, so that the base plate is uneven, and the quality of the formed segmental beam is poor due to the uneven base plate.
In view of the above, we provide a prefabricated section beam auxiliary forming device for solving the problem that the base plate is uneven, which results in poor quality of the section beam.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the situation, in order to overcome the defects of the prior art, a worker can rotate the corresponding lead screws to drive the matched adjusting blocks to move, correspondingly, the adjusting blocks are driven to move to drive the adjusting blocks at the other ends of the adjusting arms to move through the matched adjusting arms, and therefore the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction of the adjusting plate are adjusted to be horizontal through the movement of the adjusting blocks.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the staff can rotate corresponding lead screw through rotating, and corresponding lead screw rotates drive matched with regulating block and removes, and the regulating block that correspondingly gets regulating block removal drive through the matched with regulating arm drive regulating arm other end removes, thereby the horizontal direction and the longitudinal direction of regulating block removal leveling board all adjust the level for thereby solve the uneven problem that leads to the quality of section roof beam poor of bottom plate.
