Background
Hinges, also known as hinges, are mechanical devices used to connect two solid bodies and allow relative rotation between them, and may be made of movable components or foldable materials, and are mainly installed on doors and windows, while hinges are more installed on cabinets.
In order to solve the above problems, a conventional hinge is proposed, in which noise is easily generated due to friction in long-term use, a rotating shaft has a small wear diameter or a hole for mounting the rotating shaft has a large wear diameter, and parts of the hinge having an excessively long use time are rusted to affect use of the hinge.

In this embodiment, the pressure column 423 has an L shape, one end of the pressure column 423 is provided with an air plug 424, the other end of the pressure column 423 passes through the threaded column 44 and the threaded cap 45 and extends to one end of the threaded cap 45, and the other end of the pressure column 423 is mounted at the front end of the connecting plate 6.

Specifically, the air in the air intake tube 421 can be pressed into the lubricating oil tank 41 by providing the air plug 424 to pressurize the air plug 424 by the pressure column 423 through opening the door, and when the door is closed, the air plug 424 is pulled by the pressure column 423, and the air plug 424 is curved into a hemispherical shape so that the external air enters the air intake tube 421 through the hole of the screw cap 45 in which the pressure column 423 is provided.
In this embodiment, the oil outlet pipe 43 is made of a soft plastic material, one end of the oil outlet pipe 43 is located inside the lubricating oil tank 41 and close to the bottom end, and the other end of the oil outlet pipe 43 is disposed at the connection position of the hinge arm 5 and the connecting plate 6.
Specifically, the lubricant in the lubricating oil tank 41 can be discharged to the joint of the hinge arm 5 and the connecting plate 6 through the oil outlet pipe 43, and the oil outlet pipe 43 is soft and can be deformed more easily, so that the oil outlet pipe 43 is convenient to use.
A first rotating shaft 7 is arranged between the connecting plate 6 and the hinged arm 5, the connecting plate 6 is rotatably connected with the hinged arm 5 through the first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft 8 is arranged between the hinged cup 2 and the connecting plate 6, and the hinged cup 2 is rotatably connected with the connecting plate 6 through the second rotating shaft.
Particularly, the hinge cup 2 and the connecting plate 6 can be movably connected through the hinge arm 5, and the hinge is convenient to use.
In this embodiment, the first rotating shaft 7 includes a torsion spring 701, an air bag 702 is glued inside the torsion spring 701, a plurality of throat hoops 9 are hooped on the outer surface of the torsion spring 701, and a combination of the torsion spring 701 and the air bag 702 is hooped into a cylindrical shape by the throat hoops 9; the first rotating shaft 7 and the second rotating shaft 8 have the same structure.
Specifically, by providing the torsion spring 701, the air bag 702 and the hose clamp 9, the diameter of the hose clamp 9 can be adjusted to increase the diameter of the rotating shaft under the elastic force of the torsion spring 701 and the air bag 702 inflated in advance when the rotating shaft is used for a long time due to the fact that the wear diameter is reduced or the diameter of a hole for installing the rotating shaft is increased due to the wear, so that the noise caused by the wear is prevented.
It should be noted that, the invention is a straight-bending hinge, when in use, the straight-bending hinge is fixed to a pre-opening hole of a device through a screw hole on the hinge, when the device door is opened, the connecting plate 6 can rotate backwards through the hinge arm 5, the rotation of the connecting plate 6 can push the pressure column 423 backwards, the movement of the pressure column 423 can compress the air in the air inlet cylinder 421 and push the one-way door 422 open, the one-way door 422 is closed after the air enters the lubricating oil tank 41, the lubricating oil in the lubricating oil tank 41 is prevented from entering the air inlet cylinder 421, the air enters the lubricating oil tank 41 to increase the air pressure in the lubricating oil tank 41, the air pressure increase can press the lubricating oil in the lubricating oil tank 41 into the oil outlet pipe 43, then the lubricating oil is discharged from the other end of the oil outlet pipe 43 and flows to the joint of the hinge arm 5 and the connecting plate 6, the hinge is lubricated to prevent the hinge from generating noise due to excessive friction force, if the diameter of the rotating shaft is reduced or the diameter, the diameter of the rotating shaft can be enlarged under the elasticity of the torsion spring 701 and the pre-inflated air bag 702 by adjusting the diameter of the hose clamp 9, so that the noise caused by abrasion is prevented; when the equipment door is closed, the connecting plate 6 is driven to rotate backwards, the pressure column 423 is driven to move forwards, the air plug 424 is pulled by the pressure column 423, and the air plug 424 is bent into a hemispherical shape, so that outside air enters the air inlet cylinder 421 through the hole in the threaded cap 45, wherein the pressure column 423 is arranged in the hole, and the lubricating oil is circularly extruded.
