Background

In order to meet the storage requirements of diversification and individuation of users, the fresh-keeping sealing drawer is arranged in the refrigerating equipment, the sealing drawer applied to the refrigerator generally needs to rely on the weight of the upper cover to ensure the sealing effect between the upper cover and the sealing drawer, but the existing hinge structure cannot meet the appearance requirement of the fresh-keeping sealing drawer and the strength requirement for supporting the cover body.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention solves one of the above problems by providing a novel hinge assembly, drawer and refrigeration appliance.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the hinge assembly, the arc-shaped arm and the pivot connecting part of the hinge plate are coaxially arranged, so that the area covered by the hinge plate and the opening for the hinge plate to penetrate through are smaller in the rotating process of the hinge plate, and the appearance of the whole hinge assembly is simpler and more attractive.

The hinge assembly 10 of the present invention can be applied to the matching between the box body and the cover body or between the box body and the door body, including the case of up-and-down opening or left-and-right opening or front-and-back opening, and the present invention also relates to a drawer with a cover body thereon, the drawer comprises a drawer body 2 and a cover body 20 covering the drawer body 2, and the present invention is described in detail by taking the hinge assembly 10 arranged on the same side of the cover body 20 and the drawer body 2 as an example.

In the present invention, the hinge plate 12 has at least an initial state in which the arc-shaped arm 121 is overlapped with the hinge fixing seat 11 and a use state in which the arc-shaped arm 121 extends out of the hinge fixing seat 11, and when the arc-shaped arm 121 extends out of the hinge fixing seat 11, the maximum limit is a fully opened state of the hinge plate 12.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the side wall 21 is provided with a receiving cavity 211 for receiving the hinge assembly 10, it can be understood that, when the hinge assembly 10 does not have the hinge mating seat 15, the side surface of the side wall 21 corresponding to the hinge fixing seat 11 serves as a mating plate 151, as shown in fig. 9, correspondingly, the mating plate 151 is provided with a mating portion 153 for mating with the pivot connecting portion 13, and an extension plate 154 for mating with the hinge plate 12, and the vertical portion 1551, the inclined portion 1552 and the bottom plate 156 between the fixing plate 111 and the mating plate 153 are the same as those of the hinge mating seat 15 in terms of structure and function, and thus, will not be described in detail.

When the hinge assembly 10 has the components of the hinge mating seat 15, the hinge assembly 10 is directly secured within the receiving cavity, as shown in connection with fig. 10, improving the serviceability of the entire hinge assembly.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the drawer further comprises a control module 70, the control module comprises a control unit (not shown) located in the accommodating space, and an operation display panel 71 communicatively connected to the control unit, specifically, the control unit is communicatively connected to the vacuum pumping device 30 for receiving, processing and sending signals to realize precise control of the specific operation of the drawer.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the drawer is a vacuum drawer, the drawer has a cavity 23 for accommodating articles, the drawer further includes a vacuum pumping device 30, and in order to increase the sealing performance of the drawer, in this embodiment, the cover 20 is provided with a sealing ring 21 matched with the drawer body 2, so as to meet the diversified requirements of users.

Further, as shown in fig. 11, the vacuum device 30 includes a vacuum pump 31, a vacuum tube 32 communicating the vacuum pump 31 with the cavity 23, an exhaust tube 33 communicating the vacuum pump 31 with the outside, and a pressure sensor 34 communicating the vacuum tube 32, so as to implement the vacuum pumping operation before the plastic packaging operation.

In this embodiment, the vacuum pumping device 30 is located at the front of the accommodating space, is disposed adjacent to the control module 70, and further includes a four-way connection member 35 communicating with the vacuum pump 31 in order to optimize the communication manner of the pipelines communicating with the vacuum pump 31, and the exhaust pipe 33 and the four-way connection member 35 are disposed on the vacuum pump 31 at intervals.

The pressure sensor 34 is in communication connection with the control unit to transmit the pressure condition in the cavity 23 to the control unit, so that the control unit can conveniently perform subsequent operations.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the drawer further comprises a pressure relief assembly 40 communicated with the vacuum apparatus 30, as shown in fig. 11 to 14, the pressure relief assembly 40 comprises a relief pipe 41 communicated with the vacuum apparatus 30, a movable structure 42 for sealing an opening of the relief pipe 41 at an end away from the vacuum apparatus 30, a handle 43 located at a side of the movable structure 42, and a transmission structure 44 cooperatively disposed between the movable structure 42 and the handle 43, wherein the transmission structure 44 is configured as: the handle 43 can move the movable structure 42 close to or away from the opening of the air escape pipe 41 through the transmission structure 44. In this embodiment, the pressure relief assembly 40 is located longitudinally outside the drawer. Wherein, the air release pipe 41 is communicated with the vacuum pump 31 through the four-way connecting piece 35, and the pressure release assembly 40 of the embodiment is matched with the vacuum pumping device 30, so that the number of the openings of the cavity 23 communicated with the outside is reduced, and the vacuum degree in the drawer in the plastic packaging process is favorably maintained.

Specifically, the transmission structure 44 includes a sliding block 441 disposed on the movable structure 42, and a sliding slot 442 disposed on one side of the handle 43 close to the movable structure 42, a through hole (not shown) is disposed at a position corresponding to the sliding block 441 on the outer wall 13, the sliding block 441 passes through the through hole to be matched with the sliding slot 442, a rotating shaft portion 433 is disposed on the handle 43, the handle 43 is fixed at an outer side of the outer wall through the rotating shaft portion 433, that is, the handle 43 is rotated, and the handle 43 guides the sliding block 441 through the sliding slot 442 to move so as to drive the movable structure 42 to move along a length direction of the through hole.

Further, the handle 43 includes a handle seat 431 and a handle 431, the rotating shaft portion 433 is disposed on the handle seat 431, the sliding slot 442 is integrally located between the rotating shaft portion 433 and the handle 431 in an arc shape, the sliding slot 442 has a first end 4421 close to the handle 431 and a second end 4422 far from the first end 4421, the distance between the first end 4421 and the rotating shaft portion 433 is greater than the distance between the second end 4422 and the rotating shaft portion 433, when the pressure relief assembly 40 is in an open state, the sliding block 441 is located at the second end, at this time, the sliding block 441 is located above the rotating shaft portion 433, when the pressure relief assembly 40 is in a closed state, the sliding slot 442 rotates to the position where the first end 4421 is located above the rotating shaft portion 433, at this time, the sliding block 441 is located at the first end 4421, because the distances from the first end 4421 and the second end 4422 to the rotating shaft portion 433 are not equal, the sliding slot 442 drives the sliding block 441 to move up and down relative to the rotating shaft portion 433, thereby driving the movable structure 42 to move up and down to realize the state switching of the closing and opening of the air escape pipe 41.

Further, pressure relief component 40 is still including being located run-flat 41 and with connector 45 between the movable structure 42 for change run-flat 41's opening direction, in this embodiment, connector 45 is the L type intercommunication and is in between run-flat 41 and the movable structure 42.

Further, the pressure relief assembly 40 further includes a supporting plate 46 protruding into the accommodating space from the outer wall for supporting the movable structure 42, and an elastic component 47 located between the movable structure 42 and the supporting plate 46, wherein when the movable structure 42 is close to the connector 45, the elastic component 47 is in a compressed state, and an upward abutting force is provided for the movable structure 42 by the elastic force of the elastic component 47, so as to improve the fit between the movable structure 42 and the connector 45.

Further, the movable structure 42 includes adjacent the sealing block 421 of the connector 45, the movable block 422 of the fixed sealing block 421, that is, the sliding block 441 is located on the side of the movable block 422, the movable block 422 is far away from one end of the connector 45 and the elastic component 47 are matched, preferably, the sealing block 421 is made of rubber material, and the sealing block 421 is further reinforced to be matched with the connector 45.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 15 to 16, a plastic package assembly 60 is disposed in the drawer, which can satisfy a requirement that the plastic package assembly 60 is at least spaced from the inner wall or the cover body 20 at a low temperature of the food, that is, when the plastic package assembly 60 is disposed close to the inner wall, a certain distance is provided between the plastic package assembly 60 and the cover body 20, and when the plastic package assembly 60 is disposed close to the cover body 20, a certain distance is provided between the plastic package assembly 60 and the inner wall, so that when the plastic package assembly is used for using a plastic package function, a plastic package bag for containing food is communicated with the cavity, which facilitates evacuation of air in.

In this embodiment, the plastic package assembly 60 is located at the front of the cavity 23 and has a certain distance from the inner wall, so that the function of conventional storage of the drawer is not affected when the plastic package function is not used.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 15 to 16, the plastic package assembly 60 includes a fixing seat 61 disposed in the cavity 23 and a heating plate 62 disposed on the fixing seat 61, a pressing strip 22 is disposed on the cover 20 at a position corresponding to the heating plate 62, and at least one of the fixing seat 61 and the pressing strip 22 is controlled to move close to the other during the plastic package operation.

In this embodiment, the fixing seat 61 is in communication connection with the control module, when the vacuum in the cavity 23 reaches a set requirement, the plastic package assembly 60 starts to work, at this time, the control module controls the fixing seat 61 to move upwards to the position of the pressing bar 22, and after the plastic package operation is completed, the control module controls the fixing seat 61 to reset. It will be appreciated that the movement of the holder 61 is fine-tuned for ease of operation.

Further, the heating plate 62 comprises a heating plate main body 621 for heating, a vertical plate 622 bent downwards from two ends of the heating plate main body 621, and a connecting plate 623 bent oppositely from an end of the vertical plate 622, wherein the connecting plate 623 is connected with a cable of the refrigeration equipment, so that a distance between the heating plate main body 621 and the connecting plate 623 meets a requirement of an electrical gap of an electrical appliance, and the electrical safety is improved.

Further, the fixing base 61 is provided with a fixing base main body 611 for supporting the heating plate 62, the fixing base main body 611 is provided with a groove 612 for accommodating the heating plate 62, the heating plate main body 621 is located in the groove 612, and the heating plate 62 is located in the groove 612, so that on one hand, the safety of power consumption is increased, and on the other hand, the heat conduction of the heating plate 62 in the cavity 23 is reduced.

Furthermore, the fixing base 61 further includes a side plate 613 extending from the same side of the four end edges of the fixing base main body 611, a cavity (not shown) is formed between the fixing base main body 611 and the side plate 613, and a connecting hole 614 for connecting the groove 612 and the cavity is formed on the fixing base main body 611; the vertical plate 622 penetrates through the connecting hole 614, and the connecting plate 623 and the vertical plate 622 are both located in the cavity, that is, the heating plate main body 621, the vertical plate 622 and the connecting plate 623 are respectively located on two sides of the fixing seat main body 611, so that the power utilization safety is improved.

In this embodiment, the fixing base 61 further includes a supporting column 616 protruding into the cavity from the surface of the fixing base main body 611 away from the groove 612 and used for fixing the heating plate 62, and the supporting column 616 is located between the fixing base main body 611 and the connecting plate 623 and used for fixing the heating wire 62 and ensuring a certain distance between the connecting plate 623 and the heating plate main body 621 on the other hand, so as to satisfy the electrical gap distance of the electrical appliance, preferably, an insulating layer is disposed on the outer side of the supporting column 616 to prevent short circuit and improve electrical safety.

Further, the length of the pressing strip 22 is not greater than the length of the groove 612, and the thickness of the pressing strip 22 is not less than the linear distance from the heating plate 62 to the cover body 20, so that the pressing strip 22 can apply a downward pressure to the heating plate main body 621 in the groove 612 in the plastic packaging process, and the completion of the plastic packaging operation is accelerated.

It can be understood that the groove 612 may not be provided on the fixing seat main body 611, and as long as the heating plate 62 is fixed to the supporting column 616 through the connecting plate 623, the heating of the heating plate is not affected, so as to achieve the purpose of plastic package.

Further, the plastic package subassembly 60 is still including locating the pressure bag tongue 63 at fixing base main part 611 both ends, specifically, pressure bag tongue 63 is including fixing the connecting portion 631 on fixing base main part 611, the portion 631 that compresses tightly that extends towards the fixing base main part 611 middle direction from the tip of connecting portion 631, compress tightly the portion 631 and be higher than the setting of hot plate 62 effectively avoids plastic package bag offset in the evacuation process, realizes accurate plastic envelope.

It can be understood that the front side and the rear side that press bag tongue 63 to be located recess 612 can all realize the location to the plastic envelope bag, in this embodiment, press bag tongue 63 to be located the rear side of recess 612 for the plastic envelope bag that is located under pressing bag tongue 63 has certain distance apart from the sack, does not influence from plastic envelope bag mouth evacuation, makes the position of heating plastic envelope keep away from the position of plastic envelope bag oral area on the plastic envelope bag moreover, realizes the accurate plastic envelope to the plastic envelope bag.

The invention also provides refrigeration equipment (not shown) which comprises the storage compartment and the drawer arranged in the storage compartment, wherein the drawer can move back and forth in the storage compartment.

In summary, the hinge assembly 10 of the present invention, through the design that the pivot connection portion 13 is located at the center of the arc-shaped arm 121 of the hinge plate 12, the area covered by the hinge plate 12 and the opening through which the hinge plate 12 passes are both small during the rotation of the hinge plate 12, so that the appearance of the whole hinge assembly 10 is simple and beautiful.
