A mould for manufacturing a straw, wherein the mould is used for manufacturing the straw as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, and comprises an inner shaping mould and an outer shaping mould; the inner shaping mould is a long cylindrical metal rod; the outer shaping mould is a long cylindrical metal pipe; the outer diameter of the wood skin or the bamboo skin which is rolled into a long cylinder shape on the inner shaping mold is larger than the inner diameter of the outer shaping mold; the diameter of the inner cavity of the outer shaping die is larger than that of the inner shaping die; the axis of the outer shaping mold and the axis of the inner shaping mold coincide; the shape of a gap between the inner chamber wall of the outer shaping mold and the outer surface of the inner shaping mold is long cylindrical, and the thickness of the gap is smaller than that of the veneer or bamboo veneer which is rolled into a long cylindrical shape on the inner shaping mold.

6. A manufacturing method of a straw is characterized by comprising the following steps:

s1, slicing a layer of cuboid wood veneer or bamboo veneer from a log or a plate-shaped bamboo board, wherein the thickness of the wood veneer or the bamboo veneer is 0.1-1 mm;

s2, drawing a boundary line along the direction parallel to the long edge of the wood veneer or the bamboo veneer, wherein the boundary line divides the wood veneer or the bamboo veneer into a first section and a second section, and the width of the first section is equal to or less than the perimeter corresponding to the diameter of the inner side wall of the straw;

s3, spraying a viscous material on the upper surface of the second section;

s4, winding the wood veneer or the bamboo veneer into a long cylinder shape around an inner shaping mold from the long side position of the first section to obtain an innermost intermediate layer, wherein the inner shaping mold is a long cylindrical metal rod;

7. The method for manufacturing a drinking straw as claimed in claim 6, further comprising the steps of, between said S4 and said S5:

s4-1, continuously winding more than one layer of wood veneer or bamboo veneer around the outer side wall of the middle layer of the innermost layer, wherein the lengths of the adjacent wood veneers or the adjacent bamboo veneers along the axial direction parallel to the straw are equal, and the adjacent wood veneers or the adjacent bamboo veneers are tightly bonded without gaps.

8. The method for manufacturing a straw as claimed in claim 6, wherein the step S5 specifically comprises the steps of: and heating the inner shaping mold and the outer shaping mold at 80-500 ℃.

9. The method for manufacturing a drinking straw as claimed in claim 6, wherein the length of the shaped long cylindrical wood or bamboo skin in the S7 direction parallel to the axial direction of the metal rod is greater than the length of a drinking straw, and the method further comprises the following steps after the S7:

Background

With the attention of people on ecological environment, the use of non-degradable disposable plastic straws is prohibited, and the demands for paper, bamboo or degradable plastic straws are increasingly vigorous in the market. At present, the most mainstream is the multi-layer kraft straw, and the manufacturing process of the straw is to tightly wind and rotate the multi-layer long paper strips around the middle round rod to form the straw with the appearance of a cylinder, wherein the straw has an oblique thread-shaped seam and a flat surface. The kraft paper straw has the advantages that the kraft paper straw has the advantages of good toughness, short fiber, low rigidity and easiness in bending, is high in manufacturing speed and low in cost, can be made into straws with different diameters and layers according to requirements, can meet the requirements of different beverages on the thickness and thickness of the straw, but is easy to soften and deform after being soaked in water and the like, and directly influences consumption experience.

In order to manufacture original ecological products, bamboo straws which are directly punched by bamboo sticks are developed, the manufacturing process is high in cost, the straws are easy to crack, and the mouth of each straw is damaged possibly to damage the oral cavity of a user.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a straw, a mould for manufacturing the straw and a method for manufacturing the straw, and aims to solve the technical problems that the straw is peculiar in smell and is easy to soften and deform or easily crack after being soaked in water.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a straw which comprises an intermediate layer, wherein the intermediate layer is in a long cylindrical shape, the intermediate layer is made of wood or bamboo, the intermediate layer comprises more than one layer of wood bark or bamboo bark, the adjacent wood bark or bamboo bark are tightly bonded without gaps, and the thickness of each layer of wood bark or bamboo bark is 0.1-1 mm.

Optionally, the outer side wall of the middle layer is provided with a waterproof and high-temperature-resistant outer side protective layer.

Optionally, the inner side wall of the middle layer is provided with a waterproof and high-temperature-resistant inner side protective layer.

Optionally, the middle layer includes more than two layers of wood veneers or bamboo veneers, and a plurality of seams are included between adjacent wood veneers or bamboo veneers along the axial direction parallel to the straw, and are dispersed in the middle layer.

The invention also provides a mould for manufacturing the straw, which is used for manufacturing any straw, and comprises an inner shaping mould and an outer shaping mould; the inner shaping mould is a long cylindrical metal rod; the outer shaping mould is a long cylindrical metal pipe; the outer diameter of the wood skin or the bamboo skin which is rolled into a long cylinder shape on the inner shaping mold is larger than the inner diameter of the outer shaping mold; the diameter of the inner cavity of the outer shaping die is larger than that of the inner shaping die; the axis of the outer shaping mold and the axis of the inner shaping mold coincide; the shape of a gap between the inner chamber wall of the outer shaping mold and the outer surface of the inner shaping mold is long cylindrical, and the thickness of the gap is smaller than that of the veneer or bamboo veneer which is rolled into a long cylindrical shape on the inner shaping mold.

The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the straw, which comprises the following steps:

s1, slicing a layer of cuboid wood veneer or bamboo veneer from a log or a plate-shaped bamboo board, wherein the thickness of the wood veneer or the bamboo veneer is 0.1-1 mm;

s2, drawing a boundary line along the direction parallel to the long edge of the wood veneer or the bamboo veneer, wherein the boundary line divides the wood veneer or the bamboo veneer into a first section and a second section, and the width of the first section is equal to or less than the perimeter corresponding to the diameter of the inner side wall of the straw;

s3, spraying a viscous material on the upper surface of the second section;

s4, winding the wood veneer or the bamboo veneer into a long cylinder shape around an inner shaping mold from the long side position of the first section to obtain an innermost intermediate layer, wherein the inner shaping mold is a long cylindrical metal rod;

s5, heating the inner shaping mold and/or the outer shaping mold, and inserting the inner shaping mold and the outer shaping mold together with the veneer or the bamboo veneer which is rolled into a long cylinder on the inner shaping mold into the outer shaping mold, wherein the outer shaping mold is a long cylinder metal pipe, the outer diameter of the veneer or the bamboo veneer which is rolled into a long cylinder is larger than the inner diameter of the outer shaping mold, the diameter of an inner cavity chamber of the outer shaping mold is larger than the diameter of the inner shaping mold, the axis of the outer shaping mold is coincident with the axis of the inner shaping mold, the shape of a gap between the inner cavity wall of the outer shaping mold and the outer surface of the inner shaping mold is long cylinder, and the thickness of the gap is smaller than that of the veneer or the bamboo veneer which is rolled into a long cylinder;

s6, the inner shaping mould and the long cylindrical veneer or bamboo veneer which is shaped on the inner shaping mould are removed from the outer shaping mould together;

and S7, taking the long cylindrical wood veneer or bamboo veneer which is shaped out of the inner shaping mould.

Optionally, the following steps are further included between S4 and S5:

s4-1, continuously winding more than one layer of wood veneer or bamboo veneer around the outer side wall of the middle layer of the innermost layer, wherein the lengths of the adjacent wood veneers or the adjacent bamboo veneers along the axial direction parallel to the straw are equal, and the adjacent wood veneers or the adjacent bamboo veneers are tightly bonded without gaps.

Optionally, the S5 specifically includes the following steps: and heating the inner shaping mold and the outer shaping mold at 80-500 ℃.

s24, heating the inner shaping mold and/or the outer shaping mold, and inserting the inner shaping mold and the outer shaping mold together with the veneer or the bamboo veneer which is rolled into a long cylinder on the inner shaping mold into the outer shaping mold, wherein the outer shaping mold is a long cylinder metal pipe, the outer diameter of the veneer or the bamboo veneer which is rolled into a long cylinder is larger than the inner diameter of the outer shaping mold, the diameter of an inner cavity chamber of the outer shaping mold is larger than the diameter of the inner shaping mold, the axis of the outer shaping mold is coincident with the axis of the inner shaping mold, the shape of a gap between the inner cavity wall of the outer shaping mold and the outer surface of the inner shaping mold is long cylinder, and the thickness of the gap is smaller than that of the veneer or the bamboo veneer which is rolled into a long cylinder;

s25, the inner shaping mould and the long cylindrical veneer or bamboo veneer which is shaped on the inner shaping mould are removed from the outer shaping mould together;

and S26, taking the long cylindrical wood veneer or bamboo veneer which is shaped out of the inner shaping mould.

Compared with paper straws and bamboo stick straws, the straw manufactured by the method has the following advantages:

1. some chemical reagents are added in the paper making process, and are easily dissolved out in milk tea with different pH values, tastes and temperatures to cause peculiar smell, so that the consumption experience is directly influenced when the milk tea is drunk. The raw wood veneer is a natural material, a chemical reagent used in a papermaking process is not needed to be added in the pressing process of the bamboo veneer, the wood veneer and the bamboo veneer have natural faint scent, no peculiar smell exists, and the consumption experience is improved.

2. Paper straws are easily deformed after being soaked in a beverage or bitten by mouth because of their short fibers. The wood skin or the bamboo skin has long fiber, and is not easy to soften and deform after being soaked in water.

3. The bamboo stick straw is easy to crack. The wood skin or the bamboo skin with the thickness of 0.1 mm-1 mm has certain toughness, and the straw made by rolling the wood skin or the bamboo skin with the thickness is not easy to crack.

4. The method is characterized in that the fiber length of the wood skin or the bamboo skin is high in rigidity and not easy to bend, the surface of the wood skin or the bamboo skin is easy to crack, and the outer edge surface after bending is not as smooth as a paper straw.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, advantages and features of the present invention more clear, the following detailed description of a straw, a mold for making the straw and a method for making the straw according to the present invention are provided with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention.

In the description of the present invention, the terms "first", "second", etc. are used for convenience of description and reference, but are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implying any number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined by a qualifier such as "first," "second," etc., may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a straw 1, the straw 1 includes an intermediate layer 11, the intermediate layer 11 is in a long cylindrical shape, the intermediate layer 11 is made of wood or bamboo, the intermediate layer 11 includes more than one layer of wood veneer 2 or bamboo veneer, adjacent wood veneer 2 or bamboo veneer are tightly adhered without a gap therebetween, and the thickness of each layer of wood veneer 2 or each layer of bamboo veneer is 0.1 mm-1 mm. Wherein, the inner wall and the outer wall of the middle layer 11 are not coated with waterproof and high-temperature-resistant protective layers, and the middle layer 11 can be used as the straw 1, so that the environment is more protected and the sanitation is better achieved. The veneer 2 can be obtained by directly slicing from a log. The length, thickness and diameter of the straw 1 can be adjusted according to actual requirements.

Compared with a paper straw and a bamboo straw, the straw 1 provided by the embodiment has the following advantages:

1. some chemical reagents are added in the paper making process, and are easily dissolved out in milk tea with different pH values, tastes and temperatures to cause peculiar smell, so that the consumption experience is directly influenced when the milk tea is drunk. The raw wood veneer is a natural material, a chemical reagent used in a papermaking process is not needed to be added in the pressing process of the bamboo veneer, the wood veneer 2 and the bamboo veneer have natural faint scent, no peculiar smell exists, and the consumption experience is improved.

2. Paper straws are easily deformed after being soaked in a beverage or bitten by mouth because of their short fibers. The wood veneer 2 or the bamboo veneer has long fibers, and is not easy to soften and deform after being soaked in water.

3. The bamboo stick straw is easy to crack. The wood veneer 2 or the bamboo veneer with the thickness of 0.1 mm-1 mm has certain toughness, and the straw 1 made by rolling the wood veneer 2 or the bamboo veneer with the thickness is not easy to crack.

Optionally, referring to fig. 1, the outer side wall of the middle layer 11 is provided with a waterproof and high temperature-resistant outer protection layer. This may increase the lifetime of the product.

Optionally, referring to fig. 1, an inner side protection layer for preventing water and high temperature is disposed on an inner side wall of the intermediate layer 11. This may increase the lifetime of the product.

Optionally, the outer protective layer and the inner protective layer are made of wood wax oil, tung oil or degradable plastic paint. The wood wax oil, the tung oil or the degradable plastic coating are environment-friendly and meet the food standard. In other embodiments, the material of the outer protective layer and the inner protective layer may also be paint according to the national food contact material regulations.

Alternatively, referring to fig. 1, the middle layer 11 includes two or more layers of wood veneers 2 or bamboo veneers, a plurality of seams 12 are included between adjacent wood veneers 2 or bamboo veneers along an axial direction parallel to the straw 1, and the plurality of seams 12 are dispersed in the middle layer 11. A plurality of said seams 12 are dispersed in said intermediate layer 11 and cannot be at the same radial position of the drinking straw 1, if at the same radial position of the drinking straw 1, the surface of the drinking straw 1 may bulge and increase the risk of the drinking straw 1 cracking in the same radial direction.

Based on the same technical concept as that of the straw 1, the present embodiment provides a mold for manufacturing a straw, which is used for manufacturing the straw as described in any one of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the mold comprises an inner shaping mold 3 and an outer shaping mold 5; the inner shaping mold 3 is a long cylindrical metal rod; the outer shaping mold 5 is a long cylindrical metal tube; the outer diameter of the wood veneer 4 or the bamboo veneer which is rolled into a long cylinder shape on the inner shaping mould is larger than the inner diameter of the outer shaping mould 5; the diameter of the inner cavity of the outer shaping die 5 is larger than that of the inner shaping die 3; the axis of the outer shaping mold 5 and the axis of the inner shaping mold 3 coincide; the gap between the inner chamber wall of the outer shaping mold 5 and the outer surface of the inner shaping mold 3 is in the shape of an elongated cylinder, and the thickness a of the gap is smaller than the thickness b of the veneer 4 or bamboo veneer that has been rolled up in the shape of an elongated cylinder on the inner shaping mold 3.

The wood or bamboo skin has strong fiber length and rigidity, is not easy to bend, has easy cracking surface, and has no smooth outer edge surface after bending like a paper straw. The embodiment provides a mould for manufacturing a straw, wherein in the process that the inner shaping mould and the wood skin or bamboo skin which is coiled into a long cylinder shape on the inner shaping mould are inserted into the outer shaping mould together, the wood skin or bamboo skin which is coiled into a long cylinder shape on the inner shaping mould is subjected to the extrusion acting force and the stretching acting force of the inner shaping mould and the outer shaping mould, and then the pipe wall layers of the straw can be quickly attached and flatly shaped by combining the heating and temperature rising effects, in addition, the original moisture in the bamboo skin or the wood skin is evaporated to a certain degree, the internal fiber arrangement is firmer, the rigidity and the toughness of the bamboo skin and the wood skin are greatly enhanced compared with those before the non-shaping, and the use requirements of the straw are met.

Based on the same technical concept as that of the straw 1, the present embodiment provides a method for manufacturing a straw, which is shown in fig. 1 to 7 and includes the following steps:

s1, slicing a layer of cuboid wood veneer 2 or bamboo veneer from a log or a plate-type bamboo board, wherein the thickness of the wood veneer 2 or the bamboo veneer is 0.1-1 mm; wherein, the proportion of the wide side 24 to the long side 21 is generally more than 1: 5;

s2, drawing a boundary line 23 along a direction parallel to the long edge 21 of the veneer 2 or the bamboo veneer, wherein the boundary line 23 divides the veneer 2 or the bamboo veneer into a first section and a second section, and the width of the first section is equal to or less than the perimeter corresponding to the diameter of the inner side wall of the straw 1; the dividing line 23 is drawn to divide the wood veneer 2 or the bamboo veneer into two parts, the first section is a section of the starting roll, no paint can be sprayed on the inner side wall of the middle layer 11, no adhesive material can be sprayed on the upper surface of the first section, and when the upper surface of the first section is rolled into a long cylinder shape, the upper surface of the first section faces to the axis of the long cylinder shape;

s3, spraying a viscous material on the upper surface of the second section; wherein the viscous material can be glue, wood wax oil, tung oil or other viscous materials meeting the requirement of contacting food;

s4, winding the wood veneer 2 or the bamboo veneer into a long cylinder shape around an inner shaping mold 3 from the position of the long side 21 of the first section to obtain an innermost intermediate layer 11, wherein the inner shaping mold 3 is a long cylindrical metal rod; wherein, the metal rod can be a copper rod or other metal rods with excellent heat transfer;

The length of the shaped long cylindrical wood veneer 2 or bamboo veneer obtained in the step may be the length of a plurality of straws 1 or the length of one straw 1, and the length of a plurality of straws 1 is preferable for improving the production efficiency.

Compared with a paper straw and a bamboo stick straw, the straw 1 manufactured by the manufacturing method of the straw 1 provided by the embodiment has the following advantages:

1. some chemical reagents are added in the paper making process, and are easily dissolved out in milk tea with different pH values, tastes and temperatures to cause peculiar smell, so that the consumption experience is directly influenced when the milk tea is drunk. The raw wood veneer is a natural material, a chemical reagent used in a papermaking process is not needed to be added in the pressing process of the bamboo veneer, the wood veneer 2 and the bamboo veneer have natural faint scent, no peculiar smell exists, and the consumption experience is improved.

2. Paper straws are easily deformed after being soaked in a beverage or bitten by mouth because of their short fibers. The wood veneer 2 or the bamboo veneer has long fibers, and is not easy to soften and deform after being soaked in water.

3. The bamboo stick straw is easy to crack. The wood veneer 2 or the bamboo veneer with the thickness of 0.1 mm-1 mm has certain toughness, and the straw made by rolling the wood veneer 2 or the bamboo veneer with the thickness is not easy to crack.

4. The wood veneer 2 or the bamboo veneer has strong fiber length rigidity and is not easy to bend, the surface is easy to crack, and the outer edge surface after bending is not as flat as a paper straw, the embodiment develops a new hot-press stretching forming process, in the process of inserting the inner shaping mold 3 and the wood veneer 4 or the bamboo veneer which is already rolled into a long cylinder on the inner shaping mold 3 into the outer shaping mold, the wood veneer 4 or bamboo veneer which is rolled into a long cylinder shape on the inner shaping mould 3 is subjected to the extrusion acting force and the stretching acting force of the inner shaping mould and the outer shaping mould, and the pipe wall layers of the straw can be quickly jointed, leveled and shaped under the action of heating and temperature rise, in addition, the original water in the bamboo skin or the wood skin is evaporated to a certain extent, the internal fiber arrangement is more compact, the rigidity and the toughness of the bamboo skin or the wood skin are greatly enhanced compared with those before shaping, and the use requirement of the straw is met.

Optionally, referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, the following steps are further included between S4 and S5:

s4-1, continuously winding more than one layer of wood veneer 2 or bamboo veneer around the outer side wall of the middle layer 11 of the innermost layer, wherein the lengths of the adjacent wood veneers 2 or bamboo veneers along the axial direction parallel to the straw 1 are equal, and the adjacent wood veneers 2 or bamboo veneers are tightly bonded without gaps. Each wood veneer 2 or bamboo veneer can be rolled into more than one layer of the straw 1, and the thickness of the straw 1 can be increased by using a plurality of wood veneers 2 or bamboo veneers to roll into a plurality of layers of the straw 1.

Optionally, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3, the S5 specifically includes the following steps: and heating the inner shaping mold 3 and the outer shaping mold at 80-500 ℃. The heating temperature is 80-500 ℃, and the shaping speed of the straw 1 can be effectively improved.

Optionally, referring to fig. 1, the length of the shaped long cylindrical wood or bamboo skin in S7 along the direction parallel to the axial direction of the metal rod is greater than the length of one straw 1, and the step after S7 is further included:

s8, cutting off burrs at two ends of the long cylindrical wood or bamboo skin, and cutting the long cylindrical wood or bamboo skin into more than two sections of initial straws 1 according to the length of the straws 1, wherein the length of each section of the initial straws 1 is equal to the length of the straw 1. This improves the productivity of the straw 1.

Optionally, referring to fig. 1, after the step S8, the method further includes the following steps:

s9, spraying waterproof and high-temperature-resistant paint on the outer side wall and/or the inner side wall of the initial suction pipe 1. This may increase the lifetime of the product.

Based on the same technical concept as the above-mentioned one straw 1, the present embodiment provides another straw manufacturing method, which is shown in fig. 1 to 3 and comprises the following steps:

s21, slicing a layer of cuboid wood veneer or bamboo veneer from a log or a plate-shaped bamboo board, wherein the thickness of the wood veneer or the bamboo veneer is 0.1-1 mm;

s22, spraying a viscous material on the upper surface of the wood veneer or the bamboo veneer;

s23, winding the wood veneer or the bamboo veneer into a long cylinder around the inner shaping mold 3 from the position of the long edge 21 to obtain the intermediate layer 11 of the innermost layer, wherein the inner shaping mold 3 is a long cylindrical metal rod;

s24, heating the inner shaping mold 3 and/or the outer shaping mold, and inserting the inner shaping mold 3 and the bark 4 or the bamboo skin rolled into a long cylinder on the inner shaping mold 3 into the outer shaping mold together, wherein the outer shaping mold is a long cylindrical metal tube, the outer diameter of the bark 4 or the bamboo skin rolled into a long cylinder is larger than the inner diameter of the outer shaping mold, the diameter of the inner cavity of the outer shaping mold is larger than the diameter of the inner shaping mold 3, the axis of the outer shaping mold coincides with the axis of the inner shaping mold 3, the shape of the gap between the inner cavity of the outer shaping mold and the outer surface of the inner shaping mold 3 is a long cylinder, and the thickness a of the gap is slightly smaller than the thickness b of the bark 4 or the bamboo skin rolled into a long cylinder;

s25, removing the inner shaping mold 3 and the long cylindrical veneer or bamboo veneer shaped on the inner shaping mold 3 together from the outer shaping mold;

and S26, taking the long cylindrical wood veneer or bamboo veneer which is already shaped out of the inner shaping mold 3.

The difference between the manufacturing method of the straw provided by this embodiment and the manufacturing method of the straw in fig. 7 is mainly that in this embodiment, the boundary 23 does not need to be drawn on the wood skin or the bamboo skin, and wood wax oil, tung oil or other paint can be sprayed on the entire upper surface of the wood skin or the bamboo skin, and the wood wax oil, the tung oil or other paint can be used as a sticky material between layers of the straw, and can also be used as an inner protective layer of the straw.

The invention is further illustrated below in two cases.

Case one, fabrication of basswood straw 1:

referring to fig. 1 to 6, the manufacturing process of the basswood straw is to complete the manufacturing of the middle layer 11 and then complete the coating of the outer protective layer and the inner protective layer. For example, for a long cylindrical basswood straw with an inner diameter of 12 mm and a length of 230 mm, firstly, a basswood piece is cut into a basswood bark with a thickness of 27 threads, a width of 80 mm and a length of 500 mm, a boundary line 23 parallel to a long edge 21 is drawn in the longitudinal direction, the boundary line 23 divides the basswood bark 2 into two parts, the narrow half width is less than or equal to the circumference (38 mm) of the inner diameter of the straw 1, the narrow half is an uncoated part, and the long edge 21 is the inner side line of the straw 1; the longer side 22 of the wider half (width 42 mm) is the outer edge line of the straw 1; coating the degradable plastic polylactic acid on the wider half of the upper surface by adopting a thermal spraying (190 ℃), and then cooling and drying; winding the wood veneer 2 into a long cylinder shape from the narrow half by surrounding a copper rod along the long edge 21, wherein the outer diameter of the copper rod is 12 mm, and the length of the copper rod is more than 500 mm; the veneer 2 is continuously wound layer by layer from inside to outside, the layers are primarily bonded together, and a straight line seam 12 is respectively arranged at the position of the inner edge line and the outer edge line; then, the wood veneer 4 which is rolled into a long cylinder shape on the copper bar or other metal bars with excellent heat transfer is inserted into an outer shaping mould forming mould together, an electric heating component is arranged in the copper bar and the outer shaping mould, and the heating component can accelerate the shaping time of the suction pipe 1; the surface of the veneer 2 is wrinkled and uneven due to bending, the veneer 2 can be flattened and shaped by the extrusion of the inner die and the outer die, and the formed pipe wall is flat and beautiful; after the middle layer 11 is manufactured and formed, burrs at two ends are cut flat according to the total length of 460 mm, then an oblique opening is cut at 45 degrees in the middle, so that the two suction pipes 1 are formed, finally, waterproof and high-temperature-resistant protective layers are coated on the outer layer and the inner layer of the pipe wall, and the protective layers can be acrylic acid modified epoxy resin which meets the national food contact material specification, and are dried to form the transparent protective film.

Case two, making of bamboo skin straw

The bamboo skin straw has the inner diameter of 6 mm and the length of 190 mm, the bamboo skin is a thick plate-shaped cuboid obtained by positive pressure or lateral pressure of glue meeting food requirements, and then the bamboo skin is obtained by mechanical slicing; firstly, cutting bamboo skins A with the thickness of 20 threads, the width of 25 millimeters and the length of 420 millimeters and bamboo skins B with the thickness of 20 threads, the width of 28 millimeters and the length of 420 millimeters from a main board; the bamboo skin A is drawn with a boundary parallel to the long edge in the direction parallel to the long edge, the boundary divides the bamboo skin into two parts, the width of the narrow half is less than or equal to the inner diameter perimeter (19 mm) of the straw, and the long edge is the inner edge line of the straw; the wide half is the half coated with glue, and the long edge is the outer edge line of the suction pipe; coating the degradable plastic polylactic acid on the upper surface of the wide half by adopting a thermal spraying (190 ℃), and then cooling and drying; winding the bamboo skin A into a long cylinder by surrounding a copper rod along a long edge from the narrow half, wherein the outer diameter of the copper rod is 6 mm, and the length of the copper rod is more than 420 mm; after the rolling of the bamboo skin A is finished, the bamboo skin B is rolled on the outer side wall of the bamboo skin A, and finally the long cylindrical straw is obtained.

In summary, according to the straw, the mold for manufacturing the straw and the method for manufacturing the straw provided by the invention, compared with a paper straw and a bamboo stick straw, the manufactured straw has the following advantages:

1. some chemical reagents are added in the paper making process, and are easily dissolved out in milk tea with different pH values, tastes and temperatures to cause peculiar smell, so that the consumption experience is directly influenced when the milk tea is drunk.
