b4: spraying gold primer or silver primer on the surface of the textured paper, and drying and curing;

b5: and spraying clear finish on the surface of the gold drawing part, and drying to finish gold drawing.

In this embodiment, the gold primer or the silver primer in step B4 is prepared from a gold powder main agent or a silver powder main agent and a matte clear finish paint in a weight portion ratio of 5-8: 100.

Example 2

In the gold tracing process, firstly, the surface of the MDF wood base material 1 which is subjected to the pressing and pasting treatment is cleaned by using clean cotton cloth, then, a gold tracing part 3 which needs gold tracing is cleaned by using scouring cloth or cotton cloth dipped in industrial alcohol, and after the cleaning is finished, the gold tracing part 3 is finely sanded by using No. 1000 abrasive paper so as to enhance the adhesive force.

After the gold tracing part 3 is polished, the primer is uniformly sprayed on the surface of the gold tracing part 3 for sealing treatment, and after the primer is dried, the primer is sprayed on the surface of the primer by utilizing NC adhesion for further sealing.

After the sealing is completed, the surface area of the MDF wood base material 1 subjected to the press-fitting treatment of the non-gold-drawn part 3 is covered with a wide paper tape by pasting a masking paper along the area of the gold-drawn part 3. The close, the damage-free and the rise-free war body of the masking paper are ensured, and the sticking of the wide paper adhesive tape ensures that the non-gold-drawing part 3 of the MDF wood substrate 1 is completely stuck, so that the cleanness of the non-gold-drawing area is protected.

Before spraying the gold priming paint, the gold painting part 3 stuck with the beautiful line paper is subjected to soot blowing treatment by a spray gun, so that the area of the gold painting part 3 is clean and has no particulate matter.

After the gold priming paint is sprayed, primary clear finish paint is sprayed on the gold painting part 3 at intervals of 5-10 minutes, and then the finished product after spraying is prevented from being dried in a drying room. And after drying, cleaning and trimming the surface of the finished product, and tearing off the wide paper adhesive tape. The edges that are not completely covered by the wide paper tape can be scraped flat with a blade.

And finally, soaking a cleaning agent by using cotton cloth, carrying out decontamination treatment on the finished product panel and the corners, and checking whether the width of the gold drawing part 3 is uniform, whether the lines are smooth and whether the phenomenon of layering exists.
