The lock core assembly comprises a lock cylinder 8, the left end of the sliding block 3 is provided with a rotary hole 31, the right end of the rotary hole 31 in the sliding block 3 is provided with a rotary groove 32 communicated with the rotary hole 31, the lock cylinder 8 is rotatably connected in the rotary hole 31, the left end of the lock cylinder 8 extends out of the rotary hole 31 and is provided with a lock plate 8b along the radial direction, and the right end of the lock cylinder 8 extends into the rotary groove 32 and is provided with a rotary wheel 8a positioned in the rotary groove 32; a lock groove 102 for the lock plate 8b to extend into is arranged at the left end of the lock hole 1a in the bracket 1, when the lock cylinder assembly rotates to the locking position, the lock column 8 drives the lock plate 8b to rotate into the lock groove 102, when the lock cylinder assembly rotates to the unlocking position, the lock column 8 drives the lock plate 8b to rotate out of the lock groove 102, a torsion spring 9 connected with the lock column 8 is arranged in the rotating hole 31, and the torsion spring 9 is used for forcing the lock column 8 to drive the lock plate 8b to rotate into the lock groove 102; a positioning component matched with the rotating wheel 8a is arranged in the sliding block 3, when the aluminum-plastic panel 2 is installed on the bracket 1, the positioning component is separated from the rotating wheel 8a, and the torsional spring 9 forces the locking column 8 to drive the locking plate 8b to rotate into the locking groove 102; when the aluminum-plastic panel 2 is detached from the support 1, the unlocking assembly controls the rotating wheel 8a to rotate to the unlocking position, and after the aluminum-plastic panel 2 leaves the support 1, the rotating wheel 8a is positioned by the positioning assembly.
The positioning assembly comprises a pressing block 10, a sliding hole 34 is formed in the sliding block 3 in the axial direction of a rotating hole 31, the pressing block 10 is connected in the sliding hole 34 in a sliding mode in the left-right direction, a communicating groove 35 used for communicating the sliding hole 34 with the rotating groove 32 is formed in the sliding block 3, a convex rod 10a which penetrates through the communicating groove 35 and extends into the rotating groove 32 is arranged on the pressing block 10, a second spring 11 used for forcing the pressing block 10 to move leftwards is arranged at the right end of the sliding hole 34, and a positioning groove 8c is formed in the outer side of the rotating wheel 8 a. When the aluminum-plastic panel 2 is installed on the support 1, the pressing block 10 drives the convex plate to move rightwards to compress the second spring 11, and the convex rod 10a is separated from the positioning groove 8c when moving rightwards; when the aluminum-plastic panel 2 is detached from the bracket 1, the unlocking assembly controls the rotating wheel 8a to rotate to the unlocking position, and the second spring 11 forces the convex rod 10a to move leftwards and extend into the positioning groove 8 c.
The unlocking assembly comprises a control rod 7, a sliding groove 33 is formed in the sliding block 3 above the rotating groove 32 along the vertical direction, the control rod 7 is connected in the sliding groove 33 in a sliding mode along the vertical direction, and one end, extending into the rotating groove 32, of the control rod 7 is in contact with the rotating wheel 8 a; when the torsion spring 9 forces the lock column 8 to drive the lock plate 8b to rotate into the lock groove 102, the rotating wheel 8a forces the control rod 7 to extend out of the sliding groove 33; when the control lever 7 is pushed to move into the turning groove 32, the control lever 7 forces the turning wheel 8a to turn to the unlocking position.
As shown in fig. 1, which is a cross-sectional view of the aluminum-plastic panel 2 after installation, when the aluminum-plastic panel 2 needs to be laid on the outer wall of a building, a bracket 1 needs to be fixed on the outer wall of the building, and then the aluminum-plastic panel 2 is installed on the bracket 1 to complete the laying; as shown in fig. 5, in a state before the aluminum-plastic panel 2 is installed, when the aluminum-plastic panel 2 is installed, the lock cylinder 8 needs to drive one end of the lock plate 8b to be inserted into the lock hole 1a of the bracket 1, when the pressing block 10 touches the bracket 1, the aluminum-plastic panel 2 is continuously pushed toward the bracket 1, so that the pressing block 10 overcomes the second spring 11 to move rightward, the convex rod 10a is driven to exit from the positioning groove 8c, the torsion spring 9 forces the lock cylinder 8 to rotate to a locking position, that is, the lock cylinder 8 drives the lock plate 8b to rotate into the lock groove 102, and the rotating wheel 8a pushes the control rod 7 to extend outward, so that the aluminum-plastic panel 2 is hung on the bracket 1, and by providing the plurality of sliding blocks 3, the plurality of lock plates 8b are matched with the lock holes 1a, the entire aluminum-plastic panel 2 can be fixed on the bracket 1, at this time, because the size between the lock holes 1a is fixed on the bracket 1, an installation gap 101 is formed between the sliding block 3 and the connection block 4 after the installation is completed (as shown in fig. 1), due to the action of the first spring 6, the mounting structure of the aluminum-plastic panel 2 cannot be influenced by the change of the size of the aluminum-plastic panel 2 after the aluminum-plastic panel 2 expands under heat and shrinks under cold, so that the mounting is more stable and the service life is longer; and finishing the installation.
When the aluminum-plastic panel 2 needs to be taken down, the control rod 7 is pressed downwards, the control rod 7 is matched with the rotating wheel 8a, the rotating wheel 8a overcomes the torsion spring 9 to rotate to the unlocking position, the locking plate 8b rotates out of the locking groove 102, when the aluminum-plastic panel 2 leaves the support 1, the second spring 11 pushes the pressing block 10 to move leftwards, the convex rod 10a enters the positioning groove 8c, the locking column 8 is fixed, the pressing block 10 also pushes the aluminum-plastic panel 2 away from the support 1, and the aluminum-plastic panel 2 is manually taken down, so that the aluminum-plastic panel 2 can be taken down; the installation of the invention does not need drilling and screw fixation, thus reducing a lot of manpower and material resources, and only needs to push the back and the front during installation and only needs to press a button during disassembly; the operation is simple.
