1. A hanging structure, comprising:
the mounting keel comprises a first connecting plate and a mounting plate; the first connecting plate is used for being fixedly connected with a wall surface; the mounting plate is perpendicular to the first connecting plate and is connected with the first connecting plate into an integral structure; the mounting plate is fixedly connected with the first decorative plate; the first connecting plate is provided with a clamping hole penetrating through the first connecting plate;
the clamping hanging piece is hung on the hole wall of the clamping hole of the first connecting plate and is fixedly connected with the second decorative plate to splice the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate.
2. The hanging structure according to claim 1, wherein the clip member comprises a second connecting plate and a clip plate; the second connecting plate is used for being fixedly connected with the second decorative plate, and the clamping plate is hung on the hole wall of the clamping hole of the first connecting plate; the clamping and connecting plate is connected with the second connecting plate to form an integral structure.
3. The hanging structure according to claim 2, wherein the engagement plate includes:
the transition plate is attached to the first connecting plate, and one end of the transition plate is connected with the second connecting plate;
the clamping head is connected with the other end of the transition plate into an integral structure, and a clamping groove is formed between the clamping head and the transition plate; the hole wall of the clamping hole of the first connecting plate is clamped in the clamping groove.

The hanging structure of claim 3, wherein the slot comprises a rectangular slot and a trapezoidal slot; the opening contraction end of the trapezoidal groove is communicated with the rectangular groove, and the surface of the rectangular groove far away from the trapezoidal groove is used as the groove bottom of the clamping groove; and two side surfaces of the hole wall of the clamping hole are attached to the corresponding groove wall surface of the rectangular groove.

The hanging structure according to claim 4, wherein the clip hole comprises a rectangular hole and a trapezoidal hole; the expansion end of the trapezoidal hole is communicated with the rectangular hole; the groove bottom of the clamping groove faces to the contraction end of the trapezoidal hole; the clamping head is clamped and hung in the trapezoidal hole.

The hanging structure of claim 5, wherein the clip is a plate-like structure; the hole width of the contraction end of the trapezoidal hole is equal to the thickness of the chuck; the direction perpendicular to of the hole width of the shrink end in trapezoidal hole the mounting panel, the thickness direction perpendicular to of dop the mounting panel.
7. The hanging structure according to any one of claims 2 to 6, wherein, with the hanging member hung on the mounting keel, a side of the mounting plate facing away from the first connecting plate is coplanar with a side of the second connecting plate facing away from the hanging plate.
8. The hanging structure according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the mounting plate is provided with a first decorative plate fixing hole for passing a first decorative plate connecting piece fixedly connected with the mounting plate and the first decorative plate.

The hanging structure according to any one of claims 2 to 6, wherein the second connecting plate is provided with a second decorative plate fixing hole, the second decorative plate fixing hole is used for passing through a second decorative plate connecting piece, and the second decorative plate connecting piece is fixedly connected with the second connecting plate and the second decorative plate.
10. The hanging structure of any one of claims 1-6, further comprising a fixture, the fixture comprising:
the third connecting plate is used for being attached to and fixedly connected with the first connecting plate;
the fourth connecting plate, with the third connecting plate is perpendicular, and is connected structure as an organic whole, the fourth connecting plate is used for laminating and fixed connection with the wall.
11. The hanging structure according to claim 10, wherein the first connecting plate is provided with a keel connecting hole, and the third connecting plate is provided with a fixing connecting hole;
the hanging structure further comprises a threaded connecting piece, and the threaded connecting piece penetrates through the keel connecting hole and the fixing connecting hole so as to fix the installation keel and the fixing piece;
the shape of the trompil of fossil fragments connecting hole is rectangular form, the trompil of fossil fragments connecting hole is along the perpendicular to the direction of mounting panel extends, perhaps, the shape of the trompil of fixed connection hole is rectangular form, the trompil of fixed connection hole is along the perpendicular to the direction of fourth connecting plate extends.

A trim panel assembly comprising a first trim panel, a second trim panel and a hanging structure according to any one of claims 1 to 12; the first decorative plate is fixedly connected with the mounting keel in the hanging structure, and the second decorative plate is fixedly connected with the clamping and hanging piece in the hanging structure.
14. A decorative plate assembly is characterized by comprising a first spliced decorative plate, a second spliced decorative plate and a third spliced decorative plate which are sequentially spliced;
the trim panel assembly further comprising a first hanging structure and a second hanging structure, the first hanging structure and the second hanging structure being the hanging structure of any one of claims 1-12;
the first spliced decorative plate is a first decorative plate, and the second spliced decorative plate is a second decorative plate; the first decorative plate is fixedly connected with the mounting keel in the first hanging structure, and the second decorative plate is fixedly connected with the clamping and hanging piece in the first hanging structure;
the second spliced decorative plate is a first decorative plate, and the third spliced decorative plate is a second decorative plate; the first decorative plate is fixedly connected with the mounting keel in the second hanging structure, and the second decorative plate is fixedly connected with the clamping and hanging piece in the second hanging structure.
15. A method for installing the trim panel assembly of claim 13 or 14, characterized in that the method comprises:
fixing the mounting keel on the first decorative plate;
fixing the clamping and hanging piece on the second decorative plate;
fixing the mounting keel on the first decorative plate on a wall surface;
and hanging the clamping and hanging piece on the second decorative plate on the mounting keel on the first decorative plate.
16. The method of claim 15, wherein said securing said mounting grid on said first trim panel to a wall surface with said mounting plate side facing away from said first connector plate and said second connector plate side facing away from said clamping plate being coplanar comprises:
adjusting the distance between the mounting plate of the mounting keel and the wall surface;
and fixing the first connecting plate for installing the keel with the wall surface.
Background
In the field of finishing work technology, the decorative board can be used to decorate the wall under many circumstances, the decorative board is generally installed through the I-shaped layering, and the I-shaped layering comprises a bottom plate used for being fixed with the wall, a clamping plate parallel to the bottom plate and a connecting plate for connecting the bottom plate and the clamping plate. Correspondingly, a groove needs to be formed in the middle of the side face in the thickness direction of the decorative plate, and when the decorative plate is installed, the clamping plate of the I-shaped pressing strip extends into the groove in the decorative plate so as to fix the decorative plate.
However, in the above method for installing the decorative plate, since the groove needs to be formed on the side surface of the decorative plate in the thickness direction, and the thickness of the decorative plate is generally small, the requirement for the accuracy of forming the groove on the decorative plate is high, and the processing difficulty of the decorative plate is high; in addition, in order to ensure that the groove wall of the groove on the decorative plate has enough strength, the requirement on the material of the decorative plate is higher under the condition that the groove wall of the groove is thinner.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a hanging structure which is used for solving the problems that in the prior art, a groove needs to be formed in a decorative plate, so that the requirement on the material of the decorative plate is high and the processing difficulty is high; the invention also aims to provide a decorative plate component using the hanging structure; the invention also aims to provide a decorative plate component hanging method for the decorative plate component.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme is as follows:
one aspect of the embodiments of the present application provides a hanging structure. The hanging structure comprises a mounting keel and a clamping and hanging piece. The installation fossil fragments include first connecting plate and mounting panel. The first connecting plate is used for being fixedly connected with a wall surface. The mounting plate is perpendicular to the first connecting plate and is connected with the first connecting plate into an integral structure. Optionally, the clamping and hanging piece comprises a second connecting plate and a clamping and connecting plate. The second connecting plate is used for being fixedly connected with the second decorative plate. The clamping plate is hung on the hole wall of the clamping hole of the first connecting plate. The clamping and connecting plate is connected with the second connecting plate into an integral structure. The structure of this kind of card pendant is comparatively simple, and the processing preparation degree of difficulty is lower, can reduce the cost of manufacture of this hanging structure.
Optionally, the clamping plate comprises a transition plate and a clamping head. The transition plate is attached to the first connecting plate, and one end of the transition plate is connected with the second connecting plate. The clamping head and the other end of the transition plate are connected into an integral structure, and a clamping groove is formed between the clamping head and the transition plate. The hole wall of the clamping hole of the first connecting plate is clamped in the clamping groove. Therefore, a certain distance is reserved between the position of the clamping groove formed in the clamping plate and the second connecting plate, the clamping hole formed in the first connecting plate can be arranged at a position away from the mounting plate by a certain distance under the condition that the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate are required to be spliced and then are coplanar, and the clamping hole is convenient to open.
Optionally, the clamping groove comprises a rectangular groove and a trapezoidal groove. The opening contraction end of the trapezoid groove is communicated with the rectangular groove. The surface of the rectangular groove far away from the trapezoidal groove is used as the groove bottom of the clamping groove. Two side surfaces of the hole wall of the clamping hole are attached to the corresponding wall surface of the rectangular groove. Thus, after the clamping hanging piece is hung on the installation keel, the clamping hanging piece cannot move relative to the installation keel in the direction perpendicular to the first connecting plate, the stability of the hanging structure is improved, and the stability of the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate after installation is further improved.
Optionally, the card hole includes a rectangular hole and a trapezoidal hole. The expanding end of the trapezoidal hole is communicated with the rectangular hole. The groove bottom of the clamping groove faces to the contraction end of the trapezoidal hole. The clamping head is clamped and hung in the trapezoidal hole. Therefore, the clamping head can move into the trapezoidal hole after passing through the rectangular hole, then the clamping head is hung in the trapezoidal hole, the size of the rectangular hole is large, and the clamping head can conveniently stretch into the clamping hole.
Optionally, the chuck is a plate-like structure. The hole width of the contraction end of the trapezoidal hole is equal to the thickness of the chuck. The hole width direction of the contraction end of the trapezoidal hole is vertical to the mounting plate, and the thickness direction of the clamping head is vertical to the mounting plate. Thus, the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate can be coplanar after being spliced.
Optionally, the mounting plate is provided with a first decorative plate fixing hole. The first decorative plate fixing hole is used for penetrating through the first decorative plate connecting piece. The first decorative board connecting piece is fixedly connected with the mounting board and the first decorative board. The mode of fixing the mounting keel on the first decorative plate is simple and easy to realize.
Optionally, a second decorative plate fixing hole is formed in the second connecting plate. The second decorative plate fixing hole is used for penetrating through the second decorative plate connecting piece. The second decorative board connecting piece is fixedly connected with the second connecting plate and the second decorative board. The mode of fixing the clamping and hanging piece on the second decorative plate is simple and easy to realize.
Optionally, the hanging structure further comprises a fixing member. The fixing piece comprises a third connecting plate and a fourth connecting plate. The third connecting plate is used for being attached to the first connecting plate and fixedly connected with the first connecting plate. The fourth connecting plate is perpendicular to the third connecting plate and is connected into an integral structure. The fourth connecting plate is used for being attached to and fixedly connected with the wall surface. Thus, the installation keel can be fixedly connected with the wall surface through the fixing piece, the installation keel does not need to be provided with a structure for being directly fixed with the wall surface, and the structural complexity of the installation keel is reduced. And the mounting can set up alone, compares in installation fossil fragments that the mounting size can set up less, and it is comparatively easy to process.
Optionally, the first connecting plate is provided with a keel connecting hole. And the third connecting plate is provided with a fixed connecting hole. In addition, when more decorative plates are installed on the wall surface, the coplanarity of the decorative plates can be adjusted.
Optionally, a wall fixing hole is formed in the fourth connecting plate. The wall fixing hole is used for penetrating through the wall connecting piece. The wall surface connecting piece is fixedly connected with the fourth connecting plate and the wall surface. The mode of fixing the fixing piece on the wall surface is simple and easy to realize.
Another aspect of the embodiments of the present application provides a trim panel assembly including a first trim panel, a second trim panel, and a hanging structure as described in any of the embodiments above. The method for hanging the decorative plate can fixedly connect the mounting keel and the clamping and hanging piece on the back surface of the decorative plate close to the wall surface, and does not need to arrange a groove on the side surface of the decorative plate perpendicular to the wall surface, so that the processing difficulty of the decorative plate is reduced. In addition, the decorative plate is made of a material with high strength so as to ensure the structural strength of the groove wall, so that the requirement of the decorative plate on the material is reduced, and the cost of the decorative plate is also reduced.

The second splicing decorative plate is a first decorative plate, and the third splicing decorative plate is a second decorative plate; the first decorative plate is fixedly connected with the mounting keel in the second hanging structure, and the second decorative plate is fixedly connected with the clamping and hanging piece in the second hanging structure.

As shown in fig. 1, the present application provides a trim panel assembly 1, the trim panel assembly 1 including a first splice trim panel 11, a second splice trim panel 12, and a third splice trim panel 13 spliced in sequence. It is defined that the first splice decorative panel 11, the second splice decorative panel 12, and the third splice decorative panel 13 shown in fig. 1 are arranged in a horizontal direction (i.e., X direction in fig. 1).
For any pair of trim panels that are spliced together, one is defined as a first trim panel and the other is defined as a second trim panel. In this way, for the first splice decorative panel 11 and the second splice decorative panel 12 spliced together as described above, the first splice decorative panel 11 is a first decorative panel, and the second splice decorative panel 12 is a second decorative panel. Meanwhile, as for the second splice decorative panel 12 and the third splice decorative panel 13 spliced together as described above, the second splice decorative panel 12 is a first decorative panel, and the third splice decorative panel 13 is a second decorative panel.
It should be noted that each first decorative board is located the same side that corresponds the second decorative board, and the first decorative board and the second decorative board that are in pairs are arranged along the horizontal direction, and then each first decorative board all is located the right side that corresponds the second decorative board, and perhaps, each first decorative board all is located the left side that corresponds the second decorative board.
In order to realize the splicing and installation of any pair of first decorative plates and second decorative plates spliced together. As shown in fig. 1, the decoration board assembly 1 further includes a hanging structure 14 corresponding to any pair of the first decoration board and the second decoration board which are spliced together, and the hanging structure 14 is used for splicing the first decoration board and the second decoration board together and fixing the first decoration board and the second decoration board on the wall surface 2.
Specifically, the hanging structure 14 corresponding to the first spliced decorative plate 11 and the second spliced decorative plate 12 which are spliced together is a first hanging structure, and the hanging structure 14 corresponding to the second spliced decorative plate 12 and the third spliced decorative plate 13 which are spliced together is a second hanging structure.
The structure of the mounting structure 14 will be explained below. As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the hanging structure 14 includes a mounting keel 141 and a clip member 142. Wherein the mounting keel 141 includes a first connection plate 1411 and a mounting plate 1412. The first connecting plate 1411 is used for being fixedly connected with the wall surface 2. The mounting plate 1412 is perpendicular to the first connection plate 1411, and the mounting plate 1412 is connected with the first connection plate 1411 as an integral structure.
The mounting keel 141 is elongated as a whole, and the length of the mounting keel 141 extends in the vertical direction (i.e., the Y direction in fig. 2). The mounting keel 141 has an L-shaped cross-section taken by a plane perpendicular to the length direction thereof. The mounting plate 1412 is used for fixedly connecting with the first decorative plate. The first connecting plate 1411 is provided with a locking hole 14111 penetrating the first connecting plate 1411. The clamping and hanging piece 142 is hung on the hole wall of the clamping hole 14111 of the first connecting plate 1411 and is used for being fixedly connected with the second decorative plate so as to splice the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate. Two clamping pieces 142 are correspondingly configured on one installation keel 141, and the two clamping pieces 142 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the installation keel 141.

A description will now be given of how the third connecting plate 1431 of the fixing member 143 is fixedly connected with the first connecting plate 1411 of the mounting keel 141. As shown in fig. 13, in some embodiments, the first connection plate 1411 is provided with a keel connection hole 14112 and the third connection plate 1431 is provided with a fixing connection hole 14311. The mounting structure 14 further includes a threaded connector 144, the threaded connector 144 passing through the keel connection aperture 14112 and the securing connection aperture 14311 to secure the mounting keel 141 and the securing member 143.
