The upper portion of the fourth jig 35 is connected to the upper portion of the third jig 34, the upper portion of the third jig 34 is attached to the upper portion of the fourth jig 35, the lower portion of the fourth jig 35 is provided with a third attaching portion 351, and the third attaching portion 351 is attached to the outer side of the first engaging portion 111. It is conceivable that the second fitting portion 341 of the lower portion of the third clamp member 34 and the third fitting portion 351 of the lower portion of the fourth clamp member 35 are fitted closely to the outside of the first engaging portion 111 at the same time, and the upper portion of the third clamp member 34 and the upper portion of the fourth clamp member 35 are fitted by screwing, and since the first engaging portion 111 engages the second engaging portion 123, the clamp assembly 30 tightly engages the first panel 11 and the second panel 12 on the second holder body 23. Projection 231 prevents second engagement portion 123 from disengaging projection 231, thereby increasing the resistance of roof panel 10 to wind uplift. It is conceivable that the bump 231 may be a spherical bump 231, a square bump 231, or even an irregular bump 231, and it is only necessary to meet the requirement that the bump 231 blocks the second engaging portion 123 and prevents the second engaging portion 123 from being separated from the bump 231, and the specific shape of the bump 231 is not limited. However, it should be noted that when the shape of the protruding block 231 is changed, the shapes of the first engaging portion 111 and the second engaging portion 123, and the second fitting portion 341 and the third fitting portion 351 of the clamp assembly 30 are changed adaptively.
It should be noted that, the clamp assembly 30 mentioned in the above embodiment may also adopt a connection manner in which the hinge is connected with the torsion spring in a matching manner, and the clamp assembly 30 is not specifically limited herein, and only needs to clamp the first panel 11 and the second panel 12.
Referring to fig. 7 and 9, in some embodiments of the present invention, in order to better fix the roof panel to the support assembly 20, the middle of the support assembly 20 is provided with a fixture block 24, the fixture block 24 forms a concave portion 25 with the lower portion of the support assembly 20, both ends of the roof panel 10 are provided with convex portions 13, and the concave portion 25 is attached to the convex portions 13. That is, when the roof panel 10 is subjected to external wind, the roof panel 10 tends to separate from the support assembly 20, but the convex portion 13 of the roof panel 10 is more tightly engaged with the concave portion 25 of the support assembly 20 due to the larger wind, and the resistance of the roof panel 10 against wind can be significantly improved.
A second aspect embodiment of the present invention provides a roof panel system 40.
Referring to fig. 10, a roof panel system 40 according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the invention, the roof panel system 40 comprising a number of roof fixing devices as provided in any of the embodiments of the first aspect above. Roof panel fixture 1 connects roof panels 10 to form a roof panel system 40. The roof plate system 40 with the roof fixing device provided in the first embodiment of the present invention has better mechanical properties due to the roof plate fixing device 1, and meanwhile, the roof plate 10 is symmetrical in plate shape, so that the installation direction of the roof plate 10 does not need to be considered when the roof plate system 40 is assembled by machining, and thus, the construction of technicians is facilitated; in addition, the roof panel system 40 adopts a mechanical engagement (namely, the clamp assembly 30) and a bond engagement (namely, the buckle cover 31 or the engagement part), so that the reliability of the roof panel fixing device 1 is greatly improved, the wind uncovering resistance and the stability of the roof panel system 40 are also greatly improved, and the roof panel fixing device has high safety performance.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention.
