The method comprises the following steps: and manufacturing a left steel plate rib 1.1 and a right steel plate rib 1.2 according to design drawings.

Step two: welding an L-shaped end plate 11 processed in advance to the tail end of the left steel plate rib 1.1; welding the connecting frame 12 processed in advance to the front end surfaces of the left steel plate rib 1.1 and the right steel plate rib 1.2 respectively; welding the connecting strips 9 processed in advance on the side surfaces of the left steel plate rib 1.1 and the right steel plate rib 1.2 and at the positions close to the middle; and (3) carrying out flatness measurement on the left steel plate rib 1.1 and the right steel plate rib 1.2, polishing a welding line and brushing for corrosion prevention.

Step three: according to an assembly drawing, the top and the bottom of the left steel plate rib 1.1 and the top and the bottom of the right steel plate rib 1.2 are respectively welded and assembled with the steel beam, the flatness of the whole steel frame is checked after the assembly is finished, and the diagonal dimension of the whole steel frame and the horizontal finish surface of the connecting frame 12 at the front end are measured.

Step four: according to the assembly drawing, the auxiliary frame 2 is installed, the auxiliary frame 2 is connected with the connecting frame 12 respectively, the cushion blocks 24 are used for isolation, the auxiliary frame 2 and the connecting frame 12 are arranged at intervals according to the design requirement, and the second fastening piece 16 is used for connecting and fixing the auxiliary frame 2 and the connecting frame 12.

Step five: according to an assembly drawing, the decorative strip support arm 18 is connected with the right steel plate rib 1.2 according to the position required by design, and is mechanically connected through a countersunk machine screw; after connection, the flatness of the finished surface of the front end of the decorative strip support arm 18 is checked to ensure the verticality when the pressing plate 7 is subsequently installed, and the appearance requirement is met.

Step six: the curtain wall panel 5 is arranged on the auxiliary frame 2, the double-sided tape 25 is pasted on the auxiliary frame 2, the pasting of the double-sided tape 25 is smooth and straight, the gaps around the curtain wall panel 5 are uniform and equal in width, after the position is determined to be correct, glue is injected into the sealant 26, and the sealant 26 is continuous, full and smooth.

Step seven: after the curtain wall panel 5 is installed, the foam rods between the periphery of the curtain wall panel 5 and the auxiliary frame 2 are filled, and the silicone weather-resistant sealing adhesive is injected continuously, fully and smoothly.

Step eight: after the silicone weather-resistant sealing adhesive glue injection is finished, the press strip 4 is installed, the press strip 4 is guaranteed to be firmly and effectively connected with the auxiliary frame 2, and the press strip 4 and the curtain wall panel 5 are plugged tightly by an ethylene propylene diene monomer plug strip.

Step nine: after the pressing strip 4 is installed, the left steel plate rib 1.1 and the right steel plate rib 1.2 are fixedly connected through the pig nose bolt 1.3.

Step ten: according to the positions of the connecting strips 9 on the two sides of the mullion 1, the clamping pieces 10 are connected to the connecting strips 9, and the clamping pieces 10 and the connecting strips 9 are isolated by using anti-corrosion gaskets.

Step eleven: installing a pressing plate 7: the pressing plate 7 covers the front sides of the two auxiliary frames 2, two ends of the pressing plate 7 are respectively connected with the curtain wall panels 5 on two sides, and the middle part of the pressing plate 7 is connected with the decorative strip support arm 18 through a third fastener 19.

Step eleven: installing an outer packaging decoration plate 3: the first hanging piece 14 and the second hanging piece 15 are connected to the outer package decoration plate 3, the first hanging piece 14 and the second hanging piece 15 are respectively hung on the clamping piece 10 and the first longitudinal plate section 2.1, and the tail ends of the outer package decoration plates 3 on two sides are connected through the first fastening piece 13.

Step twelve: installing the buckle cover 8 and the buckle strip 6: the buckling cover 8 is covered on the outer side of the pressing plate 7, and two sides of the buckling cover 8 are connected with the pressing plate 7 in a hanging manner; and covering the buckling strip 6 on the first fastening piece 13 until the construction is finished.

In this embodiment, the manufacturing of the left steel plate rib 1.1 and the right steel plate rib 1.2 in the first step includes the following steps.

Step 1, machining a left steel plate rib 1.1 and a right steel plate rib 1.2 in a factory.

And 3, opening holes in the left steel plate rib 1.1 and the right steel plate rib 1.2 according to the hole site requirement of the design calculation result after straightening.
