1. A construction method of a waterproof structure at a joint of a prefabricated outer wall and a cast-in-place floor slab is characterized by comprising the following steps:

The method for constructing a waterproof structure at a joint between a prefabricated exterior wall and a cast-in-place floor slab as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the cast-in-place floor slab is constructed, a slope is formed by outwardly sloping an area of an upper surface of the cast-in-place floor slab corresponding to the prefabricated exterior wall.

The construction method of the waterproof structure at the joint of the prefabricated exterior wall and the cast-in-place floor slab as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the prefabricated exterior wall is provided with a butt-joint groove, and the butt-joint groove is arranged along the arrangement direction of the prefabricated exterior wall;

when the prefabricated outer wall is installed, slurry is poured into the butt joint grooves to achieve connection of the prefabricated outer wall and the cast-in-place floor slab.

The method for constructing a waterproof structure at a joint of a prefabricated exterior wall and a cast-in-place floor slab according to claim 1, wherein when the prefabricated exterior wall is installed, a blocking piece is arranged between the cast-in-place floor slab and the prefabricated exterior wall, a grouting space is formed between the cast-in-place floor slab and the prefabricated exterior wall by using the blocking piece, and slurry is poured into the grouting space to connect the prefabricated exterior wall and the cast-in-place floor slab.

The method for constructing a waterproof structure at a joint of a prefabricated exterior wall and a cast-in-place floor slab as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the drainage pipeline is embedded, a pipeline opening of the drainage pipeline, which is required to be formed on the upper surface of the cast-in-place floor slab, is blocked by using pervious concrete.

Background

In recent years, with the development of the building industry, more and more fabricated buildings are provided, prefabricated external wall panels are the most applied form in domestic fabricated buildings at present, the surface flatness of the prefabricated external wall panels is good, the overall precision is high, meanwhile, the heat preservation and the decoration layers of external windows and external facades of the buildings can be directly prefabricated in factories, and the prefabricated external wall panels are favored by a plurality of developers.

However, the prefabricated outer wall is assembled in blocks, so that the problem of waterproof treatment of connecting joints is inevitably encountered, the waterproof cloth is covered on the outer vertical surface corresponding to the joints in the existing waterproof treatment mode to realize water resistance, but the waterproof cloth is exposed and easily damaged, so that the waterproof performance of the joints is failed, and how to strengthen the waterproof performance of the joints is a problem worthy of research.

The waterproof structure at the joint of the prefabricated outer wall and the cast-in-place floor is further improved in that the pipeline opening on the drainage pipeline, which is required to be arranged on the upper surface of the cast-in-place floor, is plugged with permeable concrete.

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples.

Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a waterproof structure at a joint of a prefabricated outer wall and a cast-in-place floor slab and a construction method thereof, which are used for realizing the waterproofing of the root of the prefabricated outer wall and the joint of the cast-in-place floor slab, wherein a second waterproof layer is arranged outside the joint to realize the first waterproof treatment, a drainage pipeline is arranged close to the second waterproof layer to realize the second waterproof treatment, a waterproof structure is formed at the joint by grouting to realize the third waterproof treatment, and a first waterproof layer is arranged inside the joint to realize the fourth waterproof treatment. The waterproof structure at the joint of the prefabricated outer wall and the cast-in-place floor slab and the construction method thereof are explained below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1, a schematic diagram of a waterproof structure at a joint of a prefabricated exterior wall and a cast-in-place floor slab is shown. The waterproof structure at the joint of the prefabricated exterior wall and the cast-in-place floor slab of the invention is described below with reference to fig. 1.

As shown in fig. 1, the waterproof structure at the joint between the prefabricated exterior wall and the cast-in-place floor slab of the present invention includes a drainage pipe 21, a first waterproof layer 22 and a second waterproof layer 23, the drainage pipe 21 is embedded in the cast-in-place floor slab 11, the drainage pipe 21 has two opposite pipe openings, one of the pipe openings is arranged on the upper surface 111 of the cast-in-place floor slab 11 and is close to the outer side surface 112 of the cast-in-place floor slab 11, and the other pipe opening is arranged on the outer side surface 112 of the cast-in-place floor slab 11, so that after the prefabricated exterior wall 12 is installed on the cast-in-place floor slab 11, the pipe opening on the upper surface 111 of the cast-in-place floor slab 11 is arranged at the joint between the prefabricated exterior wall 12 and the cast-in-place floor slab 11, and water at the joint can be drained to the outside. The first waterproof layer 22 is arranged at the joint of the inner side surface 122 of the prefabricated outer wall 12 and the upper surface 111 of the cast-in-place floor 11, the joint of the prefabricated outer wall 12 and the cast-in-place floor 11 is sealed by the first waterproof layer 22, the first waterproof layer 22 is arranged on the indoor side, the possibility of damage to the first waterproof layer is low, and a waterproof effect can be well played. The second waterproof layer 23 is arranged at the joint of the outer side surface 123 of the prefabricated outer wall 12 and the outer side surface 112 of the cast-in-place floor 11, and the second waterproof layer 23 blocks the joint of the prefabricated outer wall 12 and the cast-in-place floor 11 from the outside, so that the outdoor waterproof effect is achieved.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the upper surface 111 of the cast-in-place floor 11 is sloped outwardly to form a sloped surface 1111 corresponding to an area of the prefabricated exterior wall 12. The elevation of the slope 111 on the side close to the inner side 122 of the prefabricated outer wall 12 is higher than that on the side close to the outer side 123 of the prefabricated outer wall 12, so that the water seeping from the joint can flow back to the outside through the slope 1111 and is not easy to enter the room.

Preferably, the pipe opening of the drain pipe 21 on the upper surface 111 of the cast-in-place floor 11 is located at a position where the elevation of the slope 1111 is low, so that the infiltration water flowing back to the outside along the slope 1111 can flow into the drain pipe 21.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the drainage pipe 21 is provided with a pipe opening that is located on the upper surface 111 of the cast-in-place floor 11 and is sealed with water-permeable concrete. The pervious concrete is arranged, so that when the prefabricated outer wall 12 is installed, slurry adopted by wet connection cannot enter the drainage pipeline 21 to block the drainage pipeline 21, and the pervious concrete has water permeability, so that water permeating into the joint can flow into the drainage pipeline 21.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the installation direction of the drainage pipeline 21 is the same as the installation direction of the prefabricated outer wall 12, and the length of the drainage pipeline 21 is the same as the length of the prefabricated outer wall 12, the drainage pipeline 21 includes a vertical section and an inclined section connected to the vertical section, the pipeline opening at the end of the vertical section is located on the slope surface 1111, and the pipeline opening at the end of the inclined section is located on the outer side surface 112.

In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the bottom of the prefabricated exterior wall 12 is provided with a butt-joint groove, the butt-joint groove is arranged along the arrangement direction of the prefabricated exterior wall 12, and slurry is poured into the butt-joint groove to realize the connection between the prefabricated exterior wall 12 and the cast-in-place floor 11.

Preferably, when the prefabricated exterior wall 12 is installed, the prefabricated exterior wall 12 is placed on the cast-in-place floor 11, the outer side surface 123 of the prefabricated exterior wall 12 is flush with the outer side surface 112 of the cast-in-place floor 11, the butt-joint groove at the bottom of the prefabricated exterior wall 12 is buckled on the cast-in-place floor 11, slurry is poured into the butt-joint groove through the grouting pipe 121 pre-embedded in the prefabricated exterior wall 12, the butt-joint groove is filled with the poured slurry, and the connection between the prefabricated exterior wall 12 and the cast-in-place floor 11 is realized after the slurry is solidified. Furthermore, in order to improve the connection strength between the cast-in-place floor 11 and the prefabricated outer wall 12, a connection anchor bar is arranged at the cast-in-place floor 11, the connection anchor bar is inserted into the grouting pipe 121, and the connection anchor bar is anchored through the grout in the grouting pipe 121. When the lower part of the cast-in-place floor slab 11 is provided with another prefabricated outer wall 12, the connecting anchor bars are steel bars in the other prefabricated outer wall 12.
