step two, prefabricating the cross beam (2): a solid rectangular steel column is adopted, holes are formed in two ends of the rectangular steel column, and clamping bolts (9) penetrate through the holes;
step three, processing the base sleeve (3): firstly, a hole for a limiting pin (7) to pass through is formed in one side of a base sleeve (3), then an end sleeve (4) is welded to one side of the base sleeve (3), then two side base blocks (5) are welded to the other side of the base sleeve (3), the limiting pin (7) can pass through the hole in the surface of the base sleeve (3) to the inner side of the base sleeve (3), and then a clamping bolt (9) serving as a connecting piece is inserted into the end sleeve (4);
transporting the reinforced concrete foundation column (1), the cross beam (2) and the foundation sleeve (3) to a construction site, and confirming that the surfaces of the reinforced concrete foundation column (1), the cross beam (2) and the foundation sleeve (3) are not damaged;
splicing the base sleeve (3) and the reinforced concrete base column (1): firstly, laterally pulling the pulling frame (6), sleeving the base sleeve (3) on the surface of the reinforced concrete base column (1), then sliding the base sleeve (3) to a proper position on the surface of the reinforced concrete base column (1), and then loosening the pulling frame (6) to enable the limiting pin (7) to be clamped into the inner side of the limiting groove (8) to limit the base sleeve (3), so that the base sleeve (3) and the reinforced concrete base column (1) are spliced;
step six, splicing the beam (2) and the end sleeve (4): firstly, the clamping bolt (9) is pushed out from the end sleeve (4), the end part of the beam (2) is inserted into the inner side of the end sleeve (4), then the clamping bolt (9) penetrates through the beam (2) and the end sleeve (4) simultaneously, the beam (2) and the end sleeve (4) are spliced, and the splicing of the steel-concrete composite structure can be completed.
Background
The steel-concrete composite structure is a structure combining a steel structure and a concrete structure together and has the advantages of the steel structure and the concrete structure, and the assembly type steel-concrete composite structure is a steel-concrete composite structure produced in a factory, is prefabricated in a factory at present and is spliced on site, and is widely applied to various large building industries at present.
The existing assembly type steel-concrete composite structure needs to be spliced on site to a steel-concrete foundation column and a beam when in use, and the splicing positions of the existing steel-concrete foundation column and the beam are fixed and cannot be adjusted according to actual site conditions, so that the existing steel-concrete composite structure has certain limitation in actual use.

The present invention is directed to a fabricated steel-concrete composite structure and a method for manufacturing the same, which solve the above problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an assembly type steel-concrete combined structure comprises two steel-concrete foundation columns and two cross beams connected between the two steel-concrete foundation columns, wherein two foundation sleeves are slidably sleeved on the surfaces of the steel-concrete foundation columns, and one side of the base sleeve is fixed with an end sleeve, two ends of the beam are respectively embedded into the inner sides of the two parallel end sleeves, a splicing structure is arranged between the beam and the end sleeve, an adjusting mechanism is arranged between the base sleeve and the reinforced concrete base column, the steel-concrete foundation column comprises a steel foundation column and a concrete inner foundation column arranged on the inner side of the steel foundation column, the adjusting mechanism comprises two side foundation blocks symmetrically fixed on the other side surface of the foundation sleeve, and a pull frame is arranged between the two side base blocks in a sliding manner, a limiting pin is fixed on one side of the pull frame, a plurality of limiting grooves corresponding to the limiting pin are uniformly formed in the surface of one side of the reinforced concrete base column, and the bottom end of the limiting pin penetrates through the base sleeve and is embedded into the inner side of one limiting groove.
Preferably, an inner sliding groove is formed in the side base block, a cylindrical spring and a pushing block are arranged in the inner sliding groove, a side sliding way is formed in the inner side surface of the side base block, a side sliding block is fixed between the pushing block and the pull frame, and the side sliding block is located in the side sliding way.
Preferably, cylindrical protruding blocks are fixed on the bottom end of the inner sliding groove and the surface of one side of the pushing block, and two ends of the cylindrical spring are sleeved on the two cylindrical protruding blocks respectively.
Preferably, the splicing structure comprises a clamping bolt, first bolt holes corresponding to the clamping bolt are formed in both ends of the cross beam, second bolt holes corresponding to the clamping bolt are formed in both side surfaces of the end sleeve, the clamping bolt penetrates through the end portion of the cross beam through the first bolt holes, and both ends of the clamping bolt are respectively clamped in the two second bolt holes.
Preferably, spring chambers are arranged inside two ends of the clamping bolt, the end of each spring chamber is connected with a semicircular telescopic clamping block through a spring, rectangular clamping grooves corresponding to the semicircular telescopic clamping blocks are formed in the inner walls of two sides of the second bolt hole, and the top ends of the semicircular telescopic clamping blocks are clamped on the inner side of one rectangular clamping groove.
Preferably, the cross sections of the end sleeves and the cross beams are rectangular, and the inner side size of the end sleeves is matched with the size of the cross beams.
Preferably, the front and back surface of the reinforced concrete foundation column is provided with a guide sliding groove, the inner walls of the two sides of the foundation sleeve are fixed with guide sliding strips, and the guide sliding strips are embedded into the guide sliding grooves.
A manufacturing method of an assembled steel-concrete composite structure comprises the following steps:
step one, prefabricating a reinforced concrete foundation column: adopting channel steel as a main body, then placing a concrete casting mold in the inner side of the channel steel, determining that the peripheral surfaces of the casting mold are consistent with the gaps of the inner wall of the channel steel, then injecting concrete into the gap between the channel steel and the casting mold, inserting a vibrating rod to compact the channel steel, then performing end surface treatment on two ends of the channel steel, and waiting for the concrete to be completely solidified, thus finishing the prefabrication of the steel-concrete foundation column;
step two, prefabricating the cross beam: a solid rectangular steel column is adopted, and holes are formed in two ends of the rectangular steel column for the clamping bolts to penetrate through;
step three, processing the base sleeve: firstly, forming a hole for a limiting pin to pass through on one side of a base sleeve, welding an end sleeve on one side of the base sleeve, welding two side blocks on the other side of the base sleeve, enabling the limiting pin to pass through the hole on the surface of the base sleeve to the inner side of the base sleeve, and then inserting a clamping bolt serving as a connecting piece into the end sleeve;
transporting the reinforced concrete foundation column, the beam and the foundation sleeve to a construction site, and confirming that the surfaces of the reinforced concrete foundation column, the beam and the foundation sleeve are not damaged;
splicing the base sleeve and the reinforced concrete base column: firstly, laterally pulling the pull frame to enable the end part of the limiting pin to laterally move, sleeving the base sleeve on the surface of the steel-concrete base column, then sliding the base sleeve on the surface of the steel-concrete base column to a proper position, loosening the pull frame, enabling the cylindrical spring to push the push block and the pull frame back, enabling the limiting pin to be clamped into the inner side of the limiting groove to limit the base sleeve, and completing splicing of the base sleeve and the steel-concrete base column;
and step six, splicing the beam and the end sleeve: push out the gim peg from the pot head earlier, and insert the inboard of pot head with the tip of crossbeam, then run through crossbeam and pot head with the gim peg simultaneously through first keyhole and second keyhole, and make the both ends of gim peg block respectively in two second keyholes on pot head surface, and make the top of semi-circular flexible fixture block the inboard of rectangle draw-in groove of card under the promotion of the indoor side spring of spring, accomplish the concatenation of crossbeam and pot head, follow-up highly adjusting the crossbeam according to actual conditions, can accomplish the concatenation of steel-concrete integrated configuration.

The manufacturing method of the assembly type steel-concrete combined structure comprises the following steps: prefabricating the steel-concrete foundation column 1: adopting channel steel as a main body, then placing a concrete casting mold in the inner side of the channel steel, determining that the peripheral surfaces of the casting mold are consistent with the gaps of the inner walls of the channel steel, then injecting concrete into the gap between the channel steel and the casting mold, inserting a vibrating rod to compact the concrete, then performing end surface treatment on two ends of the channel steel to prevent the concrete from overflowing, and waiting for the concrete to be completely solidified, thus finishing the prefabrication of the steel-concrete foundation column 1; prefabrication of the cross beam 2: a solid rectangular steel column is adopted, and holes for the clamping bolts 9 to pass through are formed in the two ends of the rectangular steel column through an automatic drilling machine; processing of the base sleeve 3: firstly, forming a hole for a limiting pin 7 to pass through on one side of a base sleeve 3 by using an automatic drilling machine, welding an end sleeve 4 on one side of the base sleeve 3, welding two side base blocks 5 on the other side of the base sleeve 3, enabling the limiting pin 7 to penetrate through the hole on the surface of the base sleeve 3 to the inner side of the base sleeve 3, and then inserting a clamping bolt 9 serving as a connecting piece into the end sleeve 4; then transporting the reinforced concrete foundation column 1, the cross beam 2 and the foundation sleeve 3 to a construction site, and confirming that the surfaces of the reinforced concrete foundation column 1, the cross beam 2 and the foundation sleeve 3 are not damaged after the reinforced concrete foundation column reaches the construction site; splicing the base sleeve 3 and the reinforced concrete base column 1: firstly, laterally pulling the pulling frame 6 to enable the end part of the limiting pin 7 to laterally move, sleeving the base sleeve 3 on the surface of the steel-concrete base column 1, then sliding the base sleeve 3 on the surface of the steel-concrete base column 1 to a proper position, then loosening the pulling frame 6 to enable the cylindrical spring 13 to push the push block 14 and the pulling frame 6 back, enabling the limiting pin 7 to be clamped into the inner side of the limiting groove 8 to limit the base sleeve 3, and completing splicing of the base sleeve 3 and the steel-concrete base column 1; and finally, splicing the beam 2 and the end sleeve 4: push out earlier the gim peg 9 from the pot head 4 in, and insert the inboard of pot head 4 with the tip of crossbeam 2, then run through crossbeam 2 and pot head 4 simultaneously with gim peg 9 through first keyhole and second keyhole, and make the both ends of gim peg 9 block respectively in two second keyholes on pot head 4 surface, and make the top of semi-circular flexible fixture block 15 block the inboard of rectangle draw-in groove 11 under the promotion of the inboard spring of spring chamber 10, accomplish the concatenation of crossbeam 2 and pot head 4, follow-up highly adjusting crossbeam 2 according to actual conditions, only need the side draw frame 6 during the adjustment, it can to cause the tip of spacer pin 7 can block the spacing 8 inboards of other positions, can accomplish the concatenation of steel-concrete integrated configuration.
