Background
The kitchen waste refers to waste generated in daily life and food processing, food service, unit catering and other activities of residents, and comprises abandoned vegetable leaves, leftovers, fruit peels, egg shells, tea leaves, bones and the like, and the main sources of the kitchen waste are household kitchens, restaurants, dining halls, markets and other industries related to food processing.
In the prior art, a household kitchen waste disposer is arranged below a counter basin, before washing dishes, kitchen waste needs to be poured into the garbage disposer from the counter basin, and then is crushed by the garbage disposer and then discharged.
The garbage disposer in the prior art has a complex internal structure, when an internal grinding structure is blocked, self dredging is troublesome, professional personnel can only be required to maintain the garbage disposer at home, and the price of home maintenance is 100-300 yuan.
Therefore, the kitchen waste treatment device which is simple in structure and easy to overhaul by oneself is designed.

Preferably, the sealing ring has a conical sealing surface, and the diameter of the sealing surface is gradually reduced upwards; the sealing surface that tapers gradually can be better with the assembly between the counter basin, along with the tightening up of bolt, the fit-in depth of sealing surface increases, and the leakproofness also increases.
Preferably, a first annular groove is formed in the top of the connecting piece, a first sealing ring is installed in the first annular groove, when the connecting piece and the counter basin are fixed, the upper end of the feeding pipe is inserted into a water outlet pipe of the counter basin, and the first sealing ring is extruded and fixed by the counter basin; above-mentioned structure mainly avoids the seepage that causes after the sealing washer is ageing, forms secondary waterproof protection.
Preferably, a grinding ring is clamped between the upper shell and the lower shell, a first passive grinding surface is arranged on the inner side of the grinding ring, a plurality of positioning rods are arranged on the outer side of the grinding ring, and the positioning rods are clamped in the flange; a first driving grinding surface is processed on the outer wall of the driving grinding block, the first driving grinding surface and the first driven grinding surface are coaxial, and a first grinding gap is formed between the first driving grinding surface and the first driven grinding surface; the grinding ring is clamped between the upper shell and the lower shell, so that maintenance is convenient, the grinding ring can be separated only by downwards dismounting the lower shell during maintenance, and kitchen waste can be further refined through the grinding ring; meanwhile, the vertical contact surface of the grinding ring is large, so that kitchen garbage needs to be contacted for many times when passing through the grinding ring, and the purpose of effective refining is achieved.
Preferably, an inner groove part is arranged at the transition position of the active grinding surface and the first active grinding surface, and a gap for temporarily storing waste materials is formed between the inner groove part and the upper shell; when the blanking speed at the active grinding surface is too high, a waste material buffer can be formed through the inner groove part, so that the phenomenon that the rotation resistance of the active grinding block is too high due to too high blanking is avoided; the slip of the transmission belt is reduced.
Preferably, the rotating shaft is a hollow shaft, the upper end of the rotating shaft penetrates through the active grinding block, a drain pipe is inserted into the inner side of the rotating shaft, the drain pipe can slide along the axial direction of the rotating shaft, and a conical opening is formed in the top of the inner side of the feeding pipe; a water collecting cover is assembled in the conical opening, and the water collecting cover is provided with an outer conical surface matched with the conical opening; an outer pipe and an inner pipe are arranged at the bottom of the water collecting cover, the inner pipe is inserted into the drainage pipe, the outer pipe is matched with the outer part of the drainage pipe, and a first bearing is matched between the outer pipe and the drainage pipe; among the conventional art, kitchen garbage disposer needs to keep the idle of counter basin during the working phase, need to seal kitchen garbage disposer's feed inlet promptly, and its purpose avoids chopsticks, ladle in the cleaning process even the palm to get into to garbage disposer in, avoids causing personnel's injury, also avoids kitchen garbage disposer's damage, and this has just led to, and during kitchen garbage disposer, can't wash the dishes. After the technical scheme is adopted, the table basin can wash dishes normally, chopsticks can be prevented from falling into the kitchen garbage disposer, the active grinding block is prevented from being damaged, meanwhile, the grinding structure is sealed, the injury of personnel can be avoided, and waste water generated during operation of the table basin can be directly discharged downwards through the drain pipe. The water collecting cover in the structure can move up and down, and after the water collecting cover is assembled downwards, garbage during grinding can be prevented from being sputtered upwards, and the effect of safety protection is achieved.
Preferably, a water tank is arranged below the lower shell, a water inlet is arranged at the upper end of the water tank, and a water outlet is arranged at the lower end of the water tank; the lower end of the rotating shaft is inserted into the water inlet, and a first shaft seal is matched between the lower end of the rotating shaft and the water inlet; a connecting pipe is arranged at the upper end of the water tank, and a hose is matched between the connecting pipe and the delivery pipe; by means of the structure, the refined kitchen waste and the waste water generated in the dish washing process can be uniformly mixed and discharged, and the kitchen waste is prevented from being excessively dried to block a sewer pipeline.
Preferably, a second annular groove is formed in the outer wall of the outer conical surface, and a second sealing ring is embedded in the second annular groove; the second sealing ring is sealed between the outer conical surface and the conical opening; in the structure, the second sealing ring can play a role in sealing the water collecting cover, and can increase the rotation damping of the water collecting cover, so that the water collecting cover is prevented from rotating along with the water drainage pipe; in the device, the drain pipe is movable, firstly, abrasion between the rotating shaft and the drain pipe is avoided, and secondly, the water collecting cover is prevented from being driven to rotate.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the device adopts a combination form of the upper shell and the lower shell, when the efficiency of crushing the kitchen garbage is low or the noise is large, the lower shell can be downwards disassembled, and the lower shell, the rotating shaft and the motor are uniformly and fixedly installed, so that the lower shell can be integrally separated from the upper shell, the interior of the lower shell can be conveniently cleaned and dredged after the lower shell is opened, and then the lower shell can be installed again;
2) the device adopts a belt transmission mode, when the active grinding block is blocked, noise can be generated, and a transmission belt slips, so that the active grinding surface is prevented from being damaged;
3) in the device, the width of the grinding gap is gradually reduced downwards, so that the kitchen garbage is gradually refined, and the phenomenon of clamping stagnation is reduced;
4) the structure of this device is comparatively simple, and low cost is fit for using widely.

Example 2
The sealing ring 105 is provided with a conical sealing surface 111, and the diameter of the sealing surface 111 is gradually reduced upwards; the gradually-reduced sealing surface 111 can be better assembled with the counter basin, and along with the tightening of the bolts, the fitting depth of the sealing surface 111 is increased, and the sealing performance is also increased.
Example 3
A first annular groove 121 is formed in the top of the connecting piece 103, a first sealing ring 131 is installed in the first annular groove 121, when the connecting piece 103 is fixed with the counter basin, the upper end of the feeding pipe 102 is inserted into a sewer pipe opening of the counter basin, and the first sealing ring 131 is extruded and fixed by the counter basin; the structure mainly avoids leakage caused by aging of the sealing ring 105, and secondary waterproof protection is formed.

Example 6
