after the construction of a waterproof protective layer of a cast-in-place comprehensive pipe gallery is completed and the strength and age of the waterproof protective layer meet design requirements, laying an externally-attached rubber waterstop at the deformation joint of the waterproof protective layer, binding a foundation slab steel bar and a shear bar, clamping and fixing the middle-embedded rubber waterstop by utilizing a U-shaped bar, pouring a concrete slab on one side of the deformation joint, and finding out a side mold at the end part of the deformation joint after the strength and age of the concrete slab meet the design requirements;

covering the cover plate on the externally attached rubber waterstop to enable the surface edge of the rubber waterstop to be inserted into the gap of the lower bump, and enabling the rubber-plastic cotton on the side surface to be in close contact with the section of the deformation joint of the concrete bottom plate;

and step three, mounting a support rod between the shear rib and the upper surface of the cover plate, and tightly pressing the support rod cover plate on the external rubber waterstop by adjusting the threaded connecting cylinder.

Background

In the prior art, after concrete pouring on one side of a deformation joint of a cast-in-place comprehensive pipe gallery bottom plate is completed, an externally-attached water stop belt on the lower side of the deformation joint is exposed on the outer side, and the externally-attached rubber water stop belt is easily damaged in the construction of a concrete bottom plate on the other side of the deformation joint to cause the leakage of the deformation joint.

Compared with the prior art, the method has the beneficial effects that: the method has the advantages of no influence on other procedures, simple installation, good sealing performance, effective prevention of sundries from entering the surface arrises of the waterstop, reduction of the cleaning construction cost and improvement of the bonding quality of the waterstop and concrete.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following embodiments in order to fully understand the objects, features and effects of the invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the protection device for the externally-attached water stop for the deformation joint of the pipe gallery bottom plate, provided by the invention, comprises an externally-attached rubber water stop 2, a cover plate 6 and a support rod 11, wherein the cover plate 6 comprises a horizontal plate, lower convex blocks and end heads, the lower convex blocks are arranged on the lower surface of the horizontal plate at equal intervals, the interval distance is the same as the edge width of the externally-attached rubber water stop 2, and the end heads are fixed at the left end of the lower surface of the horizontal plate. The lower convex block is composed of a batten and rubber and plastic cotton 9 layer, the horizontal plate is a film-coated multilayer plate, the film-coated multilayer plate is fixedly connected with the batten, and the rubber and plastic cotton 9 is bonded on the lower surface of the batten. The right end face of the horizontal plate is bonded with rubber plastic cotton 9 to prevent sundries from entering.

The support rod 11 is composed of a support cover, a first support rod, a threaded connection cylinder, a second support rod and a gland, the lower surface of the support cover is fixedly connected with one end of the first support rod, the other end of the first support rod is in threaded connection with one end of the threaded connection cylinder, the other end of the threaded connection cylinder is connected with one end of the second support rod, and the other end of the second support rod is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the gland. The lower surface of the gland is abutted to the upper surface of the cover plate 6, the upper surface of the support cover is abutted to the shear rib 10, and the cover plate 6 is tightly pressed on the external rubber water stop 2 by adjusting the threaded connecting tube.

The construction method of the protection device for the externally-attached water stop of the deformation joint of the pipe gallery bottom plate comprises the following steps:

the construction of a waterproof protective layer 1 of a cast-in-place comprehensive pipe gallery is completed, after the strength and the age of the waterproof protective layer reach design requirements, an externally-attached rubber water stop belt 2 is laid at the deformation joint position of the waterproof protective layer 1 in a paying-off mode, then foundation slab reinforcing steel bars 4 and shear bars 10 are bound, a concrete bottom plate 5 on one side of the deformation joint is poured after the embedded rubber water stop belt 3 is clamped and fixed through U-shaped bars, and after the strength and the age of the embedded rubber water stop belt reach the design requirements, a side mold of the end portion of the deformation joint is detached.

And step two, cutting a horizontal plate with a fixed size by adopting a film-coated multilayer plate according to the width and the length of the externally-attached rubber water stop 2, wherein the width of the horizontal plate exceeds the externally-attached rubber water stop 2 by a certain distance, and fixing the battens 8 on the lower surface of the horizontal plate by using iron nails according to the interval size, the width and the height of the edges of the surface of the externally-attached rubber water stop 2.

Fixing the large batten 7 on the lower surface of the left end of the cover plate 6 by using iron nails, sticking the rubber plastic cotton 9 on the side surface of the right end by using a special adhesive, and sticking the rubber plastic cotton 9 on the side surface of the large batten 7 and the lower surface of the small batten 8 by using the special adhesive respectively.

And step four, downwards reversely buckling the cover plate 6 of the device on the surface edge of the externally-attached rubber water stop belt 2, and embedding and fixing the small battens 8 and the externally-attached rubber water stop belt 2 at intervals in a staggered manner to prevent mutual sliding. The rubber plastic cotton 9 on the side surface is closely attached to the section of the deformation joint of the concrete bottom plate 5, so that sundries are prevented from entering.

Fifthly, in order to prevent the device from moving up and down or horizontally shifting, a support rod 11 is arranged on the shear rib 10 and the back of a horizontal plate of the device, and the support rod 11 consists of a support cover, a first support rod, a threaded connecting cylinder, a second support rod and a gland; the supporting cover of the supporting rod 11 is propped against the lower side of the shear rib 10, the pressing cover is pressed on the back of the horizontal plate of the device, the supporting rod is extended and contracted by rotating the threaded connecting cylinder to firmly fix and press the device on the external rubber water stop 2, and the protection effect is achieved, as shown in figure 3, the device can be detached when the other side is constructed.

Has the following advantages: (1) the device is simple to manufacture, convenient to operate and good in protection effect; (2) the device has good sealing performance, effectively prevents sundries from entering the surface edges of the waterstop, reduces the construction cost of cleaning, and improves the bonding quality with concrete; (3) the device is in flexible contact with the externally-attached rubber waterstop, is not easy to shift, is firmly installed, and is beneficial to protecting finished products; (4) other procedures are not affected, the repair cost is reduced, and the leakage probability is reduced.

Finally, it is noted that: the above-mentioned list is only the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and naturally those skilled in the art can make modifications and variations to the present invention, which should be considered as the protection scope of the present invention provided they are within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents.
