1. A method for fixing a base steel column of a bearing platform cup opening is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
1) respectively and fixedly mounting a positioning steel plate at the corresponding positions of the four side surfaces of the steel column according to design requirements, wherein the positioning steel plate is positioned on a vertical plane and is perpendicular to the side surfaces of the connected steel column;
2) concrete is laid at the bottom of the cup rim foundation for leveling, and a base plate is laid on the upper end face of each side wall of the cup rim foundation;
3) laying sleepers below bases of the steel columns, hoisting the steel columns through a hoisting mechanism, driving the top ends of the steel columns to move upwards by the hoisting mechanism in the hoisting process, enabling the bases of the steel columns to slide along with the rising of the top ends of the columns until the columns are erected and then hoisted off the ground, driving the steel columns to rotate right above the cup foundation by the hoisting mechanism after the bases with the steel columns move upwards to the position above the cup foundation, and gradually lowering the steel columns to enable the bases of the steel columns to be inserted into the cup foundation;
4) after the column foot of the steel column is contacted with the bottom of the cup foundation, a wedge-shaped adjusting plate is arranged between the positioning steel plate and the base plate, the positioning steel plate is supported by the adjusting plate, and the position of the adjusting plate is moved, so that the top end of the steel column is located at the designed elevation position;
5) at least one group of angle steel groups are respectively welded on each side surface of the part, inserted into the cup opening base, of the steel column, each angle steel group comprises two angle steels located at the same horizontal height, one side wall of each angle steel is welded with the steel column, and one end, deviated from each angle steel, of each angle steel extends to be attached to the side wall of the cup opening base;
6) finally, pouring concrete into the cup rim foundation until the cup rim foundation is filled; and after the concrete is solidified, cutting the positioning steel plate along the surface of the steel column, and taking down the base plate and the adjusting plate to finish construction.
2. The method for fixing the foundation steel column of the bearing platform and the cup opening as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the step 5), when the angle steel group is a group, the angle steel group is positioned at the upper part of the cup mouth base.

The method for fixing the foundation steel column of the bearing platform and the cup opening as claimed in claim 1, wherein: in the step 4), the two wedge-shaped adjusting plates are arranged below the positioning steel plate, the tips of the two wedge-shaped adjusting plates are arranged oppositely, and the two wedge-shaped adjusting plates are inserted between the positioning steel plate and the backing plate from the two sides of the positioning steel plate.

At present, in the construction and fixation of a foundation steel column of a bearing platform cup mouth, a steel column is hoisted into the cup mouth, a steel wedge and a jacking device are used for enabling the plane position of the steel column to meet the requirement, and meanwhile, a theodolite, a level and a guy rope are used for adjusting the verticality and the elevation of the steel column. After the plane position, the verticality and the elevation meet the requirements at the same time, the steel wedge, the jacking device and the wind cable are firmly fixed, the parameters are checked again, and after the correctness is confirmed, the hoisting rope is released, and the next steel column is hoisted. The disadvantages of this approach are: 1. a large amount of steel is needed to be used as a fixed steel column, and the cost is increased due to the rapid increase of the price of the steel at the present stage; 2. the construction is also troublesome, and the processing and manufacturing of a large amount of steel wedges can also increase the labor, time and transportation cost.

Further, in step 5), when the angle steel group is a group, the angle steel group is positioned at the upper part of the cup mouth base.
Further, in the step 4), the number of the wedge-shaped adjusting plates below the positioning steel plate is two, the tips of the two wedge-shaped adjusting plates are arranged oppositely, and the two wedge-shaped adjusting plates are inserted between the positioning steel plate and the backing plate from two sides of the positioning steel plate.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the adjusting plate and the base plate can be repeatedly used, the construction amount of steel can be effectively reduced, and the cost is saved.
2. The steel column is fixed by positioning angle steel, an adjusting plate, a base plate and angle steel inside the cup mouth, so that the steel column is more stable; moreover, the construction is more convenient, and the construction quality can be better ensured.
3. The angle steel, the adjusting plate, the base plate and the angle steel in the cup mouth can be made of processing waste materials, so that materials are further saved, and construction cost is reduced.

Example (b): referring to fig. 1 and 2, a method for fixing a base steel column of a cup rim of a bearing platform comprises the following steps:
1) respectively and fixedly mounting a positioning steel plate 3 at the corresponding positions of the four side surfaces of the steel column 2 according to design requirements, wherein the positioning steel plate 3 is positioned on a vertical plane and is perpendicular to the side surfaces of the connected steel column 2; wherein, positioning steel plate 3 and steel column 2 adopt welded fastening to transport the construction site after the workshop direct processing, thereby reduce the field installation, can effectively improve positioning steel plate 3's installation uniformity, thereby improve steel column 2's installation accuracy. As an embodiment, the positioning steel plate 3 is a 25 × 300 steel plate: the steel column 2 and the steel column are processed and manufactured in a factory and welded to the periphery of the lower portion of the steel column 2, and the main function of the steel column 2 is to place the steel column 2 in a cup mouth to achieve the temporary fixing function.
2) Concrete is paved at the bottom of the cup rim foundation 1 for leveling, and a backing plate 4 is paved on the upper end face of each side wall of the cup rim foundation 1; as an embodiment, the backing plate 4 is made of 12 × 150 wood board: before the steel column 2 is installed, the base plate 4 is placed on the cup opening and plays a role of a liner, and the steel plate is prevented from being directly contacted with a bearing platform to cause damage to the bearing platform.
3) Laying sleepers below the column bases of the steel columns 2, hoisting the steel columns 2 through a hoisting mechanism, driving the top ends of the steel columns 2 to move upwards by the hoisting mechanism in the hoisting process, enabling the column bases of the steel columns 2 to slide along with the rising of the column top ends until the columns are erected and then hoisted away from the ground, driving the steel columns 2 to rotate right above the cup foundation 1 by the hoisting mechanism after the column bases of the strip steel columns 2 move upwards to the upper side of the cup foundation 1, and then gradually lowering the steel columns 2 to enable the column bases of the steel columns 2 to be inserted into the cup foundation 1.
4) After the column base of steel column 2 contacts with the bottom of rim of a cup basis 1, install wedge regulating plate 5 between location steel sheet 3 and backing plate 4, hold up location steel sheet 3 through the regulating plate to remove the position of regulating plate, make the top of steel column 2 be located design elevation position. The two wedge-shaped adjusting plates 5 are arranged below the positioning steel plate 3, the tips of the two wedge-shaped adjusting plates 5 are arranged oppositely, and the two wedge-shaped adjusting plates are inserted between the positioning steel plate 3 and the backing plate 4 from two sides of the positioning steel plate 3; this can better support the positioning steel plate 3 to effectively adjust the height position of the steel column 2. The wedge-shaped adjusting plate 5 is a 25 × 100 × 50 steel wedge: the steel column 2 elevation adjusting device has the function of adjusting elevation so that the steel column 2 reaches the designed elevation.
5) At least one group of angle steel 6 is respectively welded on each side surface of the part, inserted into the cup rim base 1, of the steel column 2, wherein the angle steel 6 comprises two angle steels 6 located at the same horizontal height, one side wall of each angle steel 6 is welded with the steel column 2, and one end, departing from the two angle steels 6, extends to be attached to the side wall of the cup rim base; when the angle steel 6 groups are in one group, the angle steel 6 groups are positioned at the upper part of the cup mouth base; when the angle steel 6 groups are a plurality of groups, the angle steel groups are distributed at intervals along the vertical direction. During the construction, after steel column 2 installation is fixed, pass through welded connection with angle steel 6 and steel column 2, like this, behind the pouring concrete in the rim of a cup basis 1 for the connection stability of steel column 2 is better.
6) Finally, pouring concrete into the cup rim foundation 1 until the cup rim foundation 1 is filled; and after the concrete is solidified, cutting the positioning steel plate 3 along the surface of the steel column 2, and taking down the base plate 4 and the adjusting plate to finish construction.
By adopting the scheme, the adjusting plate and the backing plate can be repeatedly used, the steel construction consumption can be effectively reduced, and the cost is saved; the steel column 2 is more stable by fixing the positioning angle steel 6, the adjusting plate, the base plate 4 and the angle steel 6 in the cup mouth; the construction is more convenient, and the construction quality can be better ensured; the angle steel 6, the adjusting plate, the base plate 4 and the angle steel 6 in the cup mouth can be made of processing waste materials, so that materials are further saved, and the construction cost is reduced.
