A method of constructing a light pole foundation adjustment device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, the method comprising: s1, emitting a cross line at the position of a lamp pole foundation by using a total station, fixing a control pile to bring out an axis, digging out a foundation pit (8), installing a base plate (1) at the axis position of the foundation pit (8), adjusting the four supporting legs (2) to proper positions, and adjusting the base plate (1) to be horizontal by adjusting a jack (3);
s2, fixing the four column base screws (5) through a connection adjusting mechanism, installing a lower base fixing disc (6) and the rest column base screws (5) at the axis positions, adjusting the fixed four column base screws (5) vertically through the connection adjusting mechanism, and adjusting the lower base fixing disc (6) to be horizontal by using a horizontal ruler and nuts at two lower parts of the column base screws (5);
s3, installing the upper base fixing disc (7), adjusting the upper base fixing disc (7) to be horizontal by using a horizontal ruler and two nuts on the upper part of the column base screw rod (5), and finally measuring the elevation of the upper base fixing disc (7) by using a total station or a level gauge;
s4, adjusting the upper base fixing disc (7) to a designed elevation by adjusting two nuts distributed on the fixing bolts (103) at four corners of the substrate (1), and keeping the substrate (1) horizontal;
s5, constructing and installing a reinforcement cage (10) in the foundation pit (8) to connect with the column base screw rod (5), installing a template (9) on the outer side of the foundation pit (8), and finally pouring the foundation in a mode of pouring the foundation pit (8) twice;
and S6, the first pouring range is that the anchor ear (409) is connected with the part below the column base screw rod (5), the device is disassembled after the lower part of concrete reaches final set, a reinforcement cage (10) is installed in the upper part of the device and connected with the column base screw rod (5), the upper part of foundation is poured, and the next foundation is constructed.

s2, fixing the four column base screw rods through a connection adjusting mechanism, installing a lower foundation fixing disc and the rest column base screw rods at the axis positions, adjusting the fixed four column base screw rods to be vertical through the connection adjusting mechanism, and adjusting the lower foundation fixing disc to be horizontal by utilizing a horizontal ruler and two nuts at the lower part of the column base screw rods;
s3, installing the upper foundation fixing disc, adjusting the upper foundation fixing disc to be horizontal by using a horizontal ruler and two nuts on the upper part of the column base screw rod, and finally measuring the elevation of the upper foundation fixing disc by using a total station or a level gauge;
s4, adjusting the upper base fixing disc to a designed elevation by adjusting two nuts distributed on the fixing bolts at four corners of the substrate, and keeping the substrate horizontal;
s5, constructing and installing a reinforcement cage connecting column base screw rod in the foundation pit, installing a template on the outer side of the foundation pit, and finally pouring the foundation in a mode of pouring the foundation pit twice;
and S6, the first pouring range is that the part below the anchor ear connecting column base screw rod, the device is disassembled after the lower part of concrete reaches final set, a reinforcement cage connecting column base screw rod is installed in the upper part of the device, the upper part of foundation is poured, and the next foundation is constructed.
