The three-dimensional luminous character is the most common advertisement carrier at present, and the three-dimensional surrounding edge is the most core component. The three-dimensional surrounding edge is formed by processing a long sheet material band according to the requirement through a word bending machine (or a word enclosing machine). In a word, manual punching wastes time and labor, and is low in efficiency and high in production cost.

The holes of the first pin shaft 15 and the second pin shaft 14 are internally provided with spring split pins 13 to prevent the first pin shaft 15 and the second pin shaft 14 from being separated.

The punching shaft 17 is a T-shaped punching shaft, and the front end of the punching shaft 17 is an inclined plane to enhance punching force; the punching sleeve 18 is a female die matched with the punching shaft 17, has standard size and is easy to replace.

The embodiment also provides a character bending machine with a pneumatic punching mechanism, which comprises the pneumatic punching mechanism 400 in the embodiment. The pneumatic punching mechanism 400 is arranged between the grooving mechanism 300 and the bending mechanism 500.

According to the technical scheme, the embodiment provides a pneumatic punching mechanism and a word bending machine with the same, the pneumatic punching mechanism is an independent mechanism, whether punching is performed or not can be selected through the control cylinder in the advertisement word processing process, the function of a normal word bending machine is not influenced, automatic punching can be achieved, and the automatic word bending machine is simple in structure, stable and reliable in operation, high in efficiency and low in cost. The thin cylinder pushes the punching lever to act on the punching shaft by taking the second pin shaft as a shaft, and pushes the punching shaft to act on the punching sleeve to do reciprocating motion so as to realize punching operation on the passing plate. The double-thin cylinder and the punching lever are adopted, so that the requirement on air source pressure is lowered, and the punching operation on the plate is easier to realize. The two magnetic switches control the extension and retraction of the output end of the air cylinder, so that the condition of inaccurate time control is avoided, and the processing time is saved. And moreover, the pneumatic punching mechanism is convenient in waste treatment, and the waste of punching operation is conveyed to the outside of the machine through a waste material box and a plastic corrugated pipe to be collected in a centralized manner.
