The rotary excavating pile equipment is used for rotary excavating, drilling and soil taking, a drill rod of the rotary excavating pile equipment is telescopic, the installation of a steel reinforcement cage after pore forming and the pouring of concrete cannot be completed automatically, other hoisting machinery must be matched, waste soil generated in the hole excavating process must be matched with other soil transporting machinery in an excavating and transporting mode, the construction progress is slow, and the equipment cost is high.
In order to solve the respective defect problems of the existing spiral soil extrusion equipment and rotary excavating equipment, the applicant improves and upgrades the existing equipment, integrates the advantages of the two kinds of equipment, provides an integrated equipment combining a telescopic rotary drilling tool, a soil body compaction effect and a concrete center pressure irrigation technology, and solves the problems of easy hole collapse, large dust raising, waste soil generation, slow construction progress, difficult construction exceeding a certain depth pile length and the like in the pile foundation construction process.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide an integrated device which combines a telescopic rotary drilling tool, a soil body compaction effect and a concrete center pressure irrigation technology, and solve the problems of easy hole collapse, large dust emission, waste soil generation, slow construction progress, difficult construction beyond a certain depth, and the like in the pile foundation construction process.

Furthermore, a filling channel is arranged in the spiral extruding and expanding drill bit, a filling hole is formed in the bottom of the spiral extruding and expanding drill bit, the filling channel is communicated with the hollow channel and the filling hole respectively, and a check valve is arranged in the filling hole.
Furthermore, the top of the spiral squeezing and expanding drill bit is provided with a back pressure thread with the direction opposite to that of the thread at the bottom of the spiral squeezing and expanding drill bit.
The working principle is as follows:
the power head provides torque and axial pressure to drive the telescopic filling drill rod and the spiral squeezing and expanding drill bit to drill downwards, and the drill bit extrudes all soil in the pile hole into soil around the pile in the drilling process. After the pile is drilled to the designed depth, the drilling tool is lifted, the ground pump is started to continuously press and fill the filler into the extruded and expanded pile hole through the hollow channel of the drill rod and the drill bit filling channel, the filler pushes open a drill bit valve under the action of pressure and gravity to fill the pile hole, and finally the completely extruded and filled pile is formed. The telescopic drill rod can complete pile hole construction of different pile lengths according to engineering requirements, and the construction pile length is not limited by the height of the tower.
The invention has the advantages that:
(1) the invention can squeeze and expand to form the pile hole and simultaneously continuously carry out pressure filling on the interior of the pile hole to form the filling pile, thereby having two purposes, reducing other matched construction equipment and lowering the manufacturing cost of the equipment. Meanwhile, soil bodies among piles are compacted without the need of a retaining wall of a soil compaction pile, no waste soil is generated, the method is environment-friendly and pollution-free, the construction speed is high, the drill rod can freely stretch and retract, and long pile construction can be realized under a drilling tower with a lower height
(2) The invention adopts the freely telescopic filling drill rod, and can realize the construction of longer piles under the drilling tower with lower height.
(3) The spiral squeezing and expanding drill bit is provided with the threads with opposite directions at two ends, so that soil bodies can be prevented from being discharged upwards out of the ground surface in the squeezing and expanding process, and the full soil squeezing operation is realized.
