The corrugated steel box culvert structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting member is a caulking groove type connecting member, comprising a connecting member main body, wherein corrugated caulking grooves are formed on the horizontal side and the vertical side of the connecting member main body, a plurality of sets of connecting holes are formed at positions of the corrugated caulking grooves of the connecting member main body, mounting holes are formed at ends of the jointed board units, and the jointed board units are inserted into the corrugated caulking grooves and connected with the connecting member main body through bolts.

The corrugated steel box culvert structure of claim 2, wherein the connector body is a rectangular long-block casting structure, the outer corners and the inner corners of the rectangular casting structure are rounded structures, and a plurality of groups of reinforcing ribs are arranged at the inner corners.

The corrugated steel box culvert structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting piece is a split-type caulking groove type connecting piece, and comprises an inner mold and an outer mold which are of a right-angle structure, the upper end of the inner mold and the lower end of the outer mold are matched to form a corrugated body caulking groove, a plurality of groups of connecting holes are formed in the inner mold and the outer mold, mounting holes are formed in the end portions of the jointed board units, and the jointed board units are inserted into the corrugated body caulking groove and connected with the inner mold and the outer mold through bolts to form a whole.

The corrugated steel box culvert structure of claim 4, wherein the inner mold and the outer mold are both thick right-angle casting structures, the upper end of the inner mold is a corrugated body structure, the lower end of the inner mold is a plane, the lower end of the outer mold is a corrugated body structure, the lower end of the outer mold is a plane, the inner corners of the inner mold and the outer corners of the outer mold are both rounded corner structures, and a plurality of groups of reinforcing ribs are arranged at the inner corners of the inner mold.

The corrugated steel box culvert structure of claim 4, wherein the inner mold and the outer mold are both right-angle corrugated plate structures, the inner mold and the outer mold are matched to form corrugated body caulking grooves, and a plurality of groups of reinforcing ribs are arranged at the inner corners of the inner mold.

The corrugated steel box culvert structure of claim 1, wherein the single board splicing unit comprises a plurality of corrugated steel plates, flange plates are arranged around the corrugated steel plates, and the corrugated steel plates are bolted or welded into sheets through the flange plates.

The corrugated steel box culvert structure is characterized by comprising a plurality of jointed plate units, wherein each jointed plate unit comprises at least one steel corrugated plate; the box body structure comprises a box body unit, a box body unit and a box body unit, wherein the box body unit is divided into an upper transverse jointed plate, a lower transverse jointed plate and a longitudinal jointed plate, two ends of the upper transverse jointed plate are provided with mounting short edges extending downwards, two ends of the lower transverse jointed plate are provided with mounting short edges extending upwards, two longitudinal jointed plates are arranged between the upper transverse jointed plate and the lower transverse jointed plate and in the mounting short edges at two sides of the upper transverse jointed plate and the lower transverse jointed plate, and the box body unit is fixed through the mounting short edges to form a box body structure; four inner angles of the box body structure are fixed through a corrugated steel angle steel structure.

The corrugated steel box culvert structure of claim 9, wherein the installation stub is provided with a threaded hole, the upper end and the lower end of the longitudinal split plates are provided with threaded holes, and the corrugated structures of the longitudinal split plates are overlapped with the corrugated structures of the installation stub and fixedly connected through bolts; the corrugated steel angle steel structure is fixedly connected with the upper transverse jointed plate, the lower transverse jointed plate and the longitudinal jointed plate through bolts.
Background
The box culvert is one kind of culvert, and the culvert can be divided into a cover plate culvert, a round pipe culvert, an arch culvert and a box culvert. The box culvert is not a cover plate open channel, and the cover plate, the culvert body and the foundation of the box culvert are integrally poured by reinforced concrete and can be used for drainage, people passing and vehicle passing.
In the prior art, a box culvert structure is generally made of reinforced concrete, but the construction period of the concrete box culvert is long, and the deformation capability is poor. Compare with traditional concrete box culvert structure, steel buckled plate box culvert has obvious advantage: the bearing capacity is strong, and the deformation adaptability is strong; the construction period is short, the construction is convenient and fast, and the manufacturing cost is low.
However, the existing corrugated steel box culvert is mostly connected by adopting the vertical lap joint and then directly fixed by bolts or rivets, the compression strength of the joint is weak due to the fixing mode, the fixing holes in two adjacent jointed board units are difficult to quickly and accurately position in the installation process, and the construction is difficult and slow.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that a corrugated steel box culvert structure is provided to solve the problems that a spliced plate unit of the box culvert structure in the prior art is poor in compression resistance degree at a joint, box culvert construction is difficult, construction speed is slow and the like.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the modular connecting pieces are used for connecting the jointed board units, the mode that the jointed board units of the traditional box culvert structure are directly fixed by bolts or rivets after being vertically lapped is replaced, the modular connecting pieces are high in connecting construction speed and low in construction cost, and meanwhile, the strength, the deformation resistance and the anti-seismic effect of the box culvert are guaranteed.
2. According to the embodiment of the invention, the main body of the connecting piece is a long-block-shaped right-angle casting structure, the connecting piece is prefabricated according to the waveform characteristics of the steel corrugated plate, the modularization degree is high, the mechanical strength is extremely high, the connection strength is further enhanced by arranging a plurality of groups of reinforcing ribs at the inner corners of the right-angle casting structure, and the connecting piece can bear extremely high pressure without deformation and fracture.
3. According to the embodiment of the invention, the cap-type mounting short edge is used for splicing and fixing the upper transverse splicing plate, the lower transverse splicing plate and the longitudinal splicing plate to form the box body structure, four inner angles of the box body structure are tightly attached and fixed through the corrugated steel angle steel structure, the reinforcement is convenient and fast, the manufacturing cost is low, and the mechanical strength is very strong.

The invention discloses a corrugated steel box culvert structure, which comprises a plurality of jointed board units, wherein the jointed board units are sequentially and vertically connected through prefabricated connecting pieces to form a closed box culvert structure, or the lower end of the box culvert structure is open, and each jointed board unit comprises at least one steel corrugated plate which is generally connected into a piece through a plurality of steel corrugated plates.
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Example 1:

In the embodiment, the installation short edge 4 is provided with a threaded hole, the upper end and the lower end of the longitudinal jointed board 3 are provided with threaded holes, and the corrugated structure of the longitudinal jointed board 3 is fixedly connected with the wave crest and the wave trough of the corrugated structure of the installation short edge 4 through bolts 5 after being overlapped; the corrugated steel angle steel structure 6 is formed by processing a steel corrugated plate 11, and is fixedly connected with the upper transverse jointed plate 1, the lower transverse jointed plate 2 and the longitudinal jointed plate 3 through bolts 5 after wave crests and wave troughs are overlapped.
Example 2:

In this embodiment, a rectangular box structure may be formed by splicing and fixing four jointed board units and four groups of connecting member main bodies 7, or a rectangular box structure with an open lower end may be formed by splicing and fixing three jointed board units and two groups of connecting member main bodies 7.
In this embodiment, connecting piece main part 7 is long massive right angle foundry goods structure, and is prefabricated according to steel buckled plate 11's ripple characteristic, and it has extremely strong mechanical strength, and the outer corner and the interior angle of this right angle foundry goods structure are the radius angle structure, set up the multiunit strengthening rib in the interior angle department, further strengthening.

In this embodiment, centre form 8 and external mold 9 are thick right angle casting structure, and are prefabricated according to the ripple characteristic of steel buckled plate 11, and it has extremely strong mechanical strength, and the up end of centre form 8 is corrugated body structure, and the lower extreme is the foundry goods plane, and the lower extreme of external mold 9 is corrugated body structure, and the lower extreme is the foundry goods plane, and the interior angle of centre form 8 and the exterior angle of external mold are the radius angle structure, sets up the multiunit strengthening rib in the interior angle department of centre form 8, further strengthens intensity.
Example 4:
referring to fig. 6, the difference from embodiment 3 is that the inner mold and the outer mold are both of a right-angle corrugated plate 10 structure, a plurality of groups of connecting holes 702 are arranged on the right-angle corrugated plate 10, a corrugated body caulking groove 701 is formed between the inner mold and the outer mold in a matching manner, and the steel corrugated plates 11 of the plate splicing unit are inserted into the corrugated body caulking groove 701 and connected with the inner mold and the outer mold through bolts to form an integral structure of the box body; and a plurality of groups of reinforcing ribs are arranged at the inner corners of the inner die, so that the strength is further enhanced.
Referring to fig. 7, the corrugated steel plate 11 according to the embodiment of the present invention has a wave pitch of 75mm to 400mm, preferably 300mm, a wave height of 25mm to 237mm, preferably 150mm, and a corrugated steel plate 3 having a thickness of 1.5mm to 10mm, preferably 7 mm; the individual partition walls 2 are customized to the field situation and in this embodiment have a height of 6m to 7.5m, preferably 6.5m, and a width of 1.5m to 3m, preferably 2 m.
