1. A water supply device special for industrial ironing comprises a water purification system and a spraying system, and is characterized in that the water purification system comprises a water purification machine (1) and a water storage tank (2); a water inlet (11) of the water purifier (1) is connected with tap water, and the tap water enters the water storage tank (2) through the pure water filtered by the water purifier (1); the water spraying system comprises a booster pump (3), a pressure tank (4) and a spray nozzle (51) installed at a water inlet of an electric iron (5), pure water in a water storage tank (2) is conveyed into the pressure tank (4) through the booster pump (3), a water pressure value of the pressure tank (4) is set, the pure water enters an electric iron water supply pipeline (6) from a water outlet (41) after being pressurized through the pressure tank (4), the electric iron water supply pipeline (6) is connected with the spray nozzle (51) at the water inlet of the electric iron (5), and the spray nozzle (51) sprays the pure water to a heating plate (52) of the electric iron (5) after being atomized.
2. Water supply device exclusively for industrial ironing according to claim 1, characterised in that said electric iron water supply line (6) has a plurality of branches, each branch being connected to an electric iron (5).
3. Water supply device dedicated to industrial ironing according to claim 1, characterized in that a pressure compensator is provided at the water inlet of the electric iron (5).
4. The water supply device special for industrial ironing according to claim 1, wherein the water purifier (1) adopts PP cotton, activated carbon filter element and RO membrane for filtration.
5. The water supply device special for industrial ironing according to claim 4, wherein the FOF scale inhibitor is added into the water purification machine (1).
6. Water supply device dedicated to industrial ironing according to claim 1, characterized in that the pressure value of said pressure tank (4) is calculated according to the power of the heat-generating plate (52) of the electric iron (5) and the size of the caliber of the spraying nozzle (51).
7. Water supply device special for industrial ironing according to claim 6, characterized in that the spray nozzle (51) is arranged at the top end of the steam chamber of the electric iron (5) (avoiding the handle) towards the heat generating plate (52).
8. Industrial ironing dedicated water supply device according to claim 7, characterized in that the spraying angle of said spraying nozzle (51) is greater than 45 degrees.
9. A special water supply method for industrial ironing comprises the following steps:
step 1: filtering tap water through a water purification system to remove impurities and calcium and magnesium ions;
step 2: feeding purified pure water at a constant pressure into a water supply line (6) of the electric iron;
and step 3: the water supply pipeline (6) of the electric iron is connected with a spray nozzle (51) at the water inlet of the electric iron (5), and the spray nozzle (1) sprays the atomized pure water to a heating plate (52) of the electric iron (5).

The special water supply method for industrial ironing according to claim 9, wherein step 2 is to pressurize purified pure water to the pressure tank (4), set a constant water pressure value of the pressure tank (4) according to the temperature required for ironing, output the pure water with constant pressure through the pressure tank (4), and the pressurized pure water enters the water supply circuit (6) of the electric iron from the water outlet (41) after passing through the pressure tank (4).
Background
In the industries of clothes, fabrics and the like, industrial irons are required to be used for carrying out large-batch and long-time ironing work. Industrial ironing lasts for a long time and needs to supply water to the electric iron continuously, and at present, two ways are mainly adopted in the industry to supply water to the electric iron. One is that water is directly supplied to the electric iron in the form of a hanging bottle, and the water is heated by a heating plate inside the electric iron to form water vapor, and this way, after a long period of use, minerals such as calcium and magnesium in the water may cause dirt of calcareous components, and vapor outlet holes of the electric iron may be blocked by the dirt, resulting in difficulty in ejecting or reducing the amount of ejected vapor, which affects the ironing effect and the service life of the electric iron. The other type of steam iron utilizes steam provided by an external steam source to iron, the external steam source is generally a steam generator (commonly called as a boiler) or pipeline steam, and the steam is heated to generate steam outside and then is conveyed into the electric iron to iron.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a special water supply device and method for industrial ironing, which aim to solve the technical problems that the existing industrial iron is easy to generate scale and the energy consumption of a steam boiler is high.
In order to solve the technical problems, the specific technical scheme of the special water supply device and the method for industrial ironing is as follows:

step 2: feeding purified pure water into a water supply pipeline of the electric iron at a constant pressure;
and step 3: the water supply circuit of the electric iron is connected with the spray nozzle at the water inlet of the electric iron, and the spray nozzle sprays the atomized pure water to the heating plate of the electric iron.
And step 2, pressurizing and feeding the purified pure water into a pressure tank, setting a constant pressure value of the pressure tank according to the ironing temperature, outputting the pure water with constant pressure through the pressure tank, and pressurizing the pure water by the pressure tank and then feeding the pure water into a water supply pipeline of the electric iron from a water outlet.
The special water supply device and the special water supply method for industrial ironing have the following advantages that:
the invention meets the special requirements of the industrial electric iron on water quality, considers the requirements of the actual power, the evaporation capacity and the steam quality of the industrial electric iron, and ensures that the electric iron does not generate scale in long-term use, thereby prolonging the service life of the iron, greatly prolonging the maintenance period of the iron, simultaneously ensuring the water supply quantity of the iron according to the set pressure, ensuring that the temperature of the soleplate of the iron can be fully heated to generate sufficient and completely vaporized steam, and avoiding the phenomenon of dripping water in the use process.
This device is simple and practical, has changed the phenomenon that traditional industry flatiron does not have suitable system vapour water, and the process of ironing in the clothing industry can be large-scale application, can save huge equipment pipe network input and huge heat loss, simplifies the maintenance procedure, has improved electric iron's work efficiency and the security that the industry ironed, and energy-concerving and environment-protective.

Detailed Description
In order to better understand the purpose, structure and function of the present invention, a water supply device and method for industrial ironing according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the water supply device special for industrial ironing of the present invention comprises a water purification system and a spraying system, wherein the water purification system comprises a water purification machine 1 and a water storage tank 2; the water purifier is provided with a water inlet 11 and a water outlet 12, the water inlet 11 is connected with tap water, and the tap water enters the water storage tank 2 after being filtered by the water purifier 1; the drain port 12 is used for discharging waste water, and the water storage tank 2 has a drain valve 21, and pure water in the water storage tank 2 can be discharged by opening the drain valve 21. The spraying system comprises a booster pump 3, a pressure tank 4 and a spray nozzle 51 arranged at a water inlet of an electric iron 5, pure water in a water storage tank 2 is conveyed into the pressure tank 4 through the booster pump 3, the pressure tank 4 can set a constant water pressure value according to the ironing temperature, the pure water enters an electric iron water supply circuit 6 from a water outlet 41 after being pressurized by the pressure tank 4, the electric iron water supply circuit 6 is connected with the spray nozzle 51 at the water inlet of the electric iron, and the spray nozzle 51 sprays the pure water to an electric iron heating plate 52 after being atomized. The electric iron water supply line 6 has a plurality of branches, each branch being connected to one electric iron 5, and the apparatus can supply water to a plurality of electric irons 5 at the same time.
In order to keep the pressure stable, a pressure compensator may be provided at the inlet of each electric iron 5 to compensate the pressure of the pure water in the water supply line 6 of the electric iron when the pressure is not sufficient.
The water purifier adopts the PP cotton and the activated carbon filter element for filtration to reduce impurities in tap water and reduce the deposition of the impurities in a steam chamber of the iron; and then an RO membrane is adopted for reverse osmosis treatment, calcium and magnesium ions and the like in the tap water are filtered, and FOF scale inhibitor is added to areas with hard water quality to further improve the purity of the tap water, so that the steam chamber of the electric iron can be kept in a scale-free state for a long time, the heat conduction efficiency of the electric iron is kept, and the failure rate of the electric iron is reduced.
The spray amount of the invention is controlled according to the pressure of the pressure tank 4, firstly the evaporation vaporization amount is determined according to the heating power of the electric iron 5, the pressure value is calculated according to the required evaporation vaporization amount and the caliber size of the water supply spray nozzle 51 of the electric iron 5, then the water pressure of the pressure tank 4 is regulated to reach the required pressure value, thus, the steam making water supplied to the vaporization chamber of the electric iron 5 becomes pure mist water with controllable flow, the mist can contact the heating plate 52 to the maximum extent, thereby improving the vaporization efficiency and reducing the faults caused by air channel blockage caused by impurity deposition and structure and accelerated aging of the heating plate caused by impurities, thereby achieving the purposes of large steam outlet amount and low fault rate of the electric iron.
The spray nozzle 51 of the invention is arranged at the top end (avoiding the handle) of the steam chamber of the electric iron 5 and faces the heating plate 52, the spray angle of the spray nozzle 51 is larger than 45 degrees, so as to ensure that the heating plate 52 can be uniformly covered by the mist as much as possible, and the supply of the mist is not influenced no matter what angle the electric iron 5 is ironed, therefore, the mist water supply mode of the invention can ensure that the electric iron 5 can normally work at any angle, and the defect that the traditional electric iron can only be flat-ironed is solved. The water supply mode of spraying simultaneously has avoided the phenomenon of dripping that the electric iron leads to because of the heating is not enough. In addition, the mist facing surface (upper surface) of the heating plate 52 of the electric iron 5 adopts a mode of uniformly distributing fins with increased area, a steam outlet hole plate is fixed at a reserved position of the working surface at the bottom of the heating plate 52 in an assembling mode, steam is conveniently and uniformly sprayed, the assembled steam outlet hole plate is reduced by about 1cm in parallel according to the outline of the heating plate 52, and steam outlet holes are uniformly distributed on the steam outlet hole plate.
A water supply method special for industrial ironing comprises the following steps:
step 1: and filtering tap water through a water purification system to remove impurities and calcium and magnesium ions.
Step 2: purified pure water is pressurized and sent into the pressure tank 4, a constant water pressure value is set according to the temperature required by ironing, the pure water with constant pressure is output through the pressure tank 4, and the pure water enters the water supply pipeline 6 of the electric iron from the water outlet 41 after being pressurized by the pressure tank 4. The pressure value is calculated according to the heating power of the electric iron 5 and the caliber of the water supply spray nozzle 51 of the electric iron 5.
And step 3: the water supply pipe 6 of the electric iron is connected with a spray nozzle 51 at the water inlet of the electric iron 5, and the spray nozzle 51 sprays the pure water to a heating plate 52 of the electric iron 5 after atomizing the pure water. The water supply circuit 6 for the electric iron is connected with the electric iron in a branch manner, and can supply water to a plurality of electric irons at the same time.
During the use, at first open the running water, export pure water to storage water tank 2 after 1 filtration of water purification machine, pure water in the storage water tank 2 gets into overhead tank 4 through the 3 pressure boost of booster pump, calculate the pressure value according to electric iron 5's the heating power and the bore size of electric iron 5 water supply fog nozzle 51, set up the pressure value of overhead tank 4, pure water gets into electric iron water supply pipe 6 after 4 pressure boost of overhead tank, electric iron water supply pipe 6 connects the fog nozzle 51 of electric iron 5 water inlet, fog nozzle 51 evenly spouts the hot plate 52 to electric iron 5 after atomizing, hot plate 52 irones after forming steam with the fog heating.
The steam iron greatly overcomes the defect of huge energy consumption of the traditional steam iron, because the huge heat dissipation of an external steam source is reduced, the consumption of a long conveying pipeline is also reduced, the actual energy-saving efficiency can reach more than 50 percent, the installation cost of a related pipe network is saved by more than 50 percent, and the maintenance cost is saved by more than 50 percent; because the water source conveying of the invention is normal temperature conveying, the scalding risk of the high-pressure hose of the traditional full steam iron is avoided. Therefore, compared with the traditional electric iron, the electric iron has higher efficiency, is safer, saves energy and protects the environment.
