1. A base structure, comprising:

a housing (19);

a water tank (11) disposed within the housing (19);

a water pump (13) adapted to guide the water inside the water tank (11) to flow out along a preset path;

a connector (14) having a first end adapted to be in electrical and/or water communication with the water pump (13); the second end is adapted to be in electrical and/or waterway communication with an external unit.

2. The base structure of claim 1, further comprising:

the water outlet pipe (16) is communicated with the connector (14), and at least part of the water outlet pipe (16) extends out of the shell (19) and is suitable for being connected with a water inlet of an external unit;

the water outlet pipe (16) is communicated with the water tank (11) through the connector (14) and the water pump (13) in sequence.

3. The base structure of claim 2, further comprising:

the conductive part (17) is electrically connected with the connector (14), and the conductive part (17) is suitable for being electrically connected with an external unit and supplying power to the water pump (13) by the external unit.

4. The base structure of claim 3, further comprising:

and the inserting groove (18) is formed on the shell (19) and is suitable for guiding an external unit to be communicated with the water outlet pipe (16) and/or the electric conduction part (17).

5. The base structure of any of claims 2-4, further comprising:

and the valve core (15) is arranged in the connector (14), and the valve core (15) is provided with an initial position for blocking the water outlet pipe (16) from being communicated with the water inlet of the external unit and a water supplementing position for enabling the water outlet pipe (16) to be communicated with the water inlet of the external unit.

6. Ironing apparatus, characterized in that it comprises:

base structure (10) according to any of the preceding claims 1 to 5, and

an ironing unit (30) adapted to generate steam by heating, said ironing unit (30) being movably connected to an insertion slot (18) of said base structure (10);

when the ironing unit (30) is inserted into the insertion groove (18), the ironing unit (30) is electrically connected with the connector (14) and/or is communicated with a waterway;

when the ironing unit (30) is pulled out of the insertion groove (18), the ironing unit (30) is disconnected from the circuit and/or communicated with a water path of the connector (14).

7. Ironing apparatus according to claim 6, characterized in that said ironing unit (30) comprises: a water receiving valve (35) arranged at the bottom of the ironing unit (30) and adapted to be connected with a water outlet pipe (16) of the base structure (10) in an inserting manner.

8. Ironing apparatus according to claim 6, characterized in that said ironing unit (30) comprises: an ironing unit thimble (36) arranged at the bottom of the ironing unit (30) and adapted to be electrically connected with the conductive portion (17) of the base structure (10).

9. A humidification device, comprising:

base structure (10) according to any of the preceding claims 1 to 5, and

the humidifying unit (20) is suitable for generating atomized water mist, and the humidifying unit (20) is movably connected with the insertion groove (18) of the base structure (10);

when the humidifying unit (20) is inserted into the insertion groove (18), the humidifying unit (20) is electrically connected with the connector (14) and/or is communicated with a water path;

when the humidifying unit (20) is pulled out of the insertion groove (18), the humidifying unit (20) is disconnected from the connector (14) in circuit connection and/or is communicated with a water path.

10. The humidification device according to claim 9, wherein the humidification unit (20) includes: and the water receiving port (213) is arranged at the bottom of the humidifying unit (20) and is suitable for being connected with the water outlet pipe (16) of the base structure (10) in an inserting way.

11. The humidification device according to claim 9, wherein the humidification unit (20) includes: a humidifying unit thimble (212) arranged at the bottom of the humidifying unit (20) and suitable for being electrically connected with the conductive part (17) of the base structure (10).

12. The humidification device according to claim 10, wherein the humidification unit (20) includes:

an ultrasonic atomizer (22);

one end of the water inlet pipe (21) is communicated with the water receiving port (213), and the other end of the water inlet pipe is communicated with the ultrasonic atomizer (22);

a humidifying unit air outlet (29) arranged at the top of the humidifying unit (20);

and the fan blades (23) are suitable for fanning atomized water mist to be discharged through the humidifying unit air outlet (29).

Background

In the prior art, a garment steamer is used as a steam generating device, which can convert liquid water into steam, and further deliver the steam to clothes after the steam is sprayed out, thereby realizing the ironing operation of the clothes. With the gradual iteration of products, the hand-held garment steamer gradually enters the life of people. The hand-held garment steamer usually includes base and handheld part, is provided with big water tank in the base, and handheld part still is provided with a little water tank, and handheld part can separate with the base when using, and after the water consumption in the little water tank finishes, can reconnect to the base and carry out the moisturizing.

However, the handheld garment steamer has a low utilization rate in a daily use environment, and is often used once a day or once a few days, so that the handheld garment steamer is in an idle state for a long time; the base with the large water tank has large volume and occupies a certain space, and if the base is in an idle state for a long time, the space is wasted; and the base only can cooperate with the handheld part of hand-held garment steamer, and the use scene is comparatively single, and the user still need be equipped with corresponding water tank when purchasing other water equipment, causes the dual waste of space and cost.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defect that the application scene of the base with the water tank is single in the prior art, so that the base structure which can improve the universality and is convenient to be matched with various water using equipment is provided.

Another technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to overcome the defect of single application scenario of the base with a water tank in the prior art, so as to provide an ironing apparatus capable of cooperating with a base structure.

Another technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to overcome the defect of single application scenario of the base with a water tank in the prior art, so as to provide a humidifying device capable of cooperating with a base structure.

In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a base structure, including:

a housing;

a water tank disposed within the housing;

the water pump is suitable for guiding water in the water tank to flow out along a preset path;

a connector, the first end of which is suitable for being electrically connected with the water pump and/or communicating with a water path; the second end is adapted to be in electrical and/or waterway communication with an external unit.

Optionally, the base structure further includes:

the water outlet pipe is communicated with the connector, at least part of the water outlet pipe extends out of the shell and is suitable for being connected with a water inlet of an external unit;

the water outlet pipe is communicated with the water tank through the connector and the water pump in sequence.

Optionally, the base structure further includes:

and the conductive part is electrically connected with the connector, is suitable for being electrically connected with an external unit and supplies power to the water pump by the external unit.

Optionally, the base structure further includes:

The ironing device provided by the invention comprises:

the base structure as described above, and

the ironing unit is suitable for heating to generate steam and is movably connected with the insertion groove of the base structure;

when the ironing unit is inserted into the inserting groove, the ironing unit is electrically connected with the connector and/or communicated with the water path;

when the ironing unit is pulled out of the insertion groove, the ironing unit is disconnected from the circuit and/or communicated with the water path of the connector.

Optionally, the ironing unit comprises: and the water receiving valve is arranged at the bottom of the ironing unit and is suitable for being connected with a water outlet pipe of the base structure in an inserting manner.

Optionally, the ironing unit comprises: and the ironing unit thimble is arranged at the bottom of the ironing unit and is suitable for being electrically connected with the conductive part of the base structure.

The invention provides a humidifying device, comprising:

the base structure as described above, and

the humidifying unit is suitable for generating atomized water mist and is movably connected with the insertion groove of the base structure;

when the humidifying unit is inserted into the inserting groove, the humidifying unit is electrically connected with the connector and/or communicated with the water path;

when the humidifying unit is pulled out of the insertion groove, the humidifying unit is disconnected with the connector by a circuit and/or communicated with a water path.

Optionally, the humidifying unit includes: and the water receiving port is arranged at the bottom of the humidifying unit and is suitable for being connected with the water outlet pipe of the base structure in an inserting manner.

Optionally, the humidifying unit includes: and the humidifying unit thimble is arranged at the bottom of the humidifying unit and is suitable for being electrically connected with the conductive part of the base structure.

Optionally, the humidifying unit includes:

an ultrasonic atomizer;

one end of the water inlet pipe is communicated with the water receiving port, and the other end of the water inlet pipe is communicated with the ultrasonic atomizer;

the humidifying unit air outlet is arranged at the top of the humidifying unit;

and the fan blades are suitable for discharging the fanned atomized water mist through the air outlet of the humidifying unit.

The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:

1. according to the base structure provided by the invention, the base structure can be used as a shared part by matching with the plurality of external units, the water tanks are not required to be repeatedly arranged, the space occupation is further reduced, the carrying is convenient, the problem of single use scene of the base structure is solved, more use possibilities are conveniently expanded, the utilization rate of the base structure is improved, and the material cost is saved.

2. According to the base structure provided by the invention, the water outlet pipe is arranged, and at least part of the water outlet pipe extends out of the shell, so that the water outlet pipe is conveniently connected with the water inlet of the external unit, the plugging and the unplugging are convenient, and the quick alignment is facilitated.

3. According to the base structure provided by the invention, the valve core is arranged in the connector, so that the valve core can play a role of blocking water flow when the external unit is pulled out of the base structure, and overflow is avoided; meanwhile, blocking can be cancelled when the external unit is communicated with the base structure, and smooth communication between the water outlet pipe and the water inlet of the external unit is guaranteed.

4. According to the ironing device provided by the invention, the ironing unit is arranged and is in plug-in fit with the base structure, so that water is supplemented when the ironing unit is connected with the base structure, and steam is conveniently generated after the ironing unit is separated from the base structure, so that the base structure is reasonably utilized, and the compactness and the portability of the ironing unit are realized; in addition, after the ironing unit is separated from the base structure, the base structure can be matched with other external units, the universality of the base structure is improved, the use efficiency is increased, and the occupied space is reduced.

5. According to the humidifying device provided by the invention, the humidifying unit is arranged and is in plug-in fit with the base structure, and when the humidifying unit is connected with the base structure, water mist can be generated, so that the base structure is reasonably utilized, the phenomenon that the base structure is idle when the ironing device is not used is avoided, the universality of the base structure is improved, the use efficiency is increased, and the space occupation is reduced; in addition, after the humidifying unit is separated from the base structure, the base structure can be matched with other external units.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Example one

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the base structure provided in this embodiment includes:

a housing 19;

a water tank 11 disposed in the housing 19;

a water pump 13 adapted to guide the water in the water tank 11 to flow out along a preset path;

a connector 14, a first end of which is adapted to be electrically connected and/or in waterway communication with said water pump 13; the second end is adapted to be in electrical and/or waterway communication with an external unit.

Preferably, a water filling port is arranged at the upper part of the water tank 11, a water tank water outlet 12 is arranged at the lower part of the water tank 11, and the water tank water outlet 12 is communicated with the water pump 13. Preferably, the water tank 11 is detachably connected to the base structure 10, so as to facilitate water addition.

The water pump 13 is adapted to guide water in the water tank 11 to flow out along a preset path, and in this embodiment, the preset path may specifically refer to a flow path from the water tank outlet 12 to the water outlet pipe 16.

Preferably, the external unit is an external independent member of the base structure 10, and can be detachably connected with the base structure 10, so that water in the water tank 11 can be supplied to the external unit when being connected with the base structure 10; further, the external unit may be in various forms, such as the ironing unit 30 in the second embodiment, the humidifying unit 20 in the third embodiment, and the like, and by providing one base structure 10 and providing a plurality of external units, a plurality of external units can share one base structure 10, thereby improving the utilization rate of the base structure 10. By integrating the garment steamer and the humidifier together, when the garment steamer needs to be used, the ironing unit 30 is connected with the base structure 10 for supplementing water; when the humidifier is needed, the ironing unit 30 is detached, the humidifying unit 20 is connected with the base structure 10, and the switching between the humidifying function and the ironing function can be realized only by replacing the external unit.

Preferably, the first end of the connector 14 is adapted to be electrically connected and in water communication with the water pump 13; the second end is adapted to be electrically and hydraulically connected to an external unit, such that the connector 14 serves as a relay mechanism between the base structure 10 and the external unit, facilitating the quick connection between the external unit and the base structure 10.

The base structure that this embodiment provided cooperates with a plurality of external units through making the base structure for the base structure can regard as the sharing part, need not the repetition and sets up the water tank, and then reduces occuping of space, conveniently carries, has solved the single problem of base structure use scene, conveniently extends more service possibilities, improves base structure's utilization ratio, has saved material cost.

Additionally, except the ironing unit 30 related to the second embodiment and the humidifying unit 20 related to the third embodiment, the external unit may further include other water consuming devices, such as a sweeper, a scrubber, etc., and as long as the corresponding connectors are arranged, the quick connection can be realized, which is not described in detail herein.

Preferably, the connector 14 is provided with a connector water inlet 141, and the connector water inlet 141 is adapted to communicate with the water pump 13.

Specifically, the base structure further includes:

a water outlet pipe 16 communicated with the connector 14, wherein at least part of the water outlet pipe 16 extends out of the shell 19 and is suitable for being connected with a water inlet of an external unit;

the water outlet pipe 16 is in turn communicated with the water tank 11 via the connector 14 and the water pump 13.

In the base structure provided by this embodiment, the outlet pipe 16 is disposed, and at least a portion of the outlet pipe 16 extends out of the housing 19, so that the outlet pipe 16 is connected to the water inlet of the external unit, and the insertion and extraction are facilitated, and the quick alignment is facilitated.

A first end of the water pump 13 is communicated with the water tank 11, and a second end of the water pump 13 is communicated with the water outlet pipe 16, and is suitable for guiding the water in the water tank 11 to flow out of the water outlet pipe 16.

Specifically, the base structure further includes:

and the conductive part 17 is electrically connected with the connector 14, and the conductive part 17 is suitable for being electrically connected with an external unit and supplying power to the water pump 13 by the external unit.

Preferably, in this embodiment, the base structure 10 may be provided with an independent connection line for supplying power to the water pump 13, or may not be provided with an independent connection line, and is electrically connected to the external unit through the conductive portion 17, and the external unit supplies power to the water pump 13, so that when the external unit is connected to the base structure 10, the circuit can be immediately turned on to start water supply, and an additional external unit detection module is not required to be provided, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost while realizing the plug and play function.

Specifically, the base structure further includes:

and a plug-in slot 18 formed on the housing 19 and adapted to guide an external unit into communication with the water outlet pipe 16 and/or the conductive part 17.

Preferably, the insertion groove 18 is used as a guide structure of the external unit, and can provide guidance for the external unit, so that the external unit can be conveniently and quickly inserted into the base structure, and meanwhile, the water outlet pipe 16 and the conductive part 17 can be quickly aligned with the external unit.

Specifically, the base structure further includes:

and the valve core 15 is arranged in the connector 14, and the valve core 15 is provided with an initial position for blocking the water outlet pipe 16 from being communicated with the water inlet of the external unit and a water supplementing position for enabling the water outlet pipe 16 to be communicated with the water inlet of the external unit.

According to the base structure provided by the embodiment, the valve core 15 is arranged in the connector 14, so that the valve core 15 can play a role of blocking water flow when the external unit is pulled out of the base structure, and overflow is avoided; meanwhile, when the external unit is communicated with the base structure, blocking can be cancelled, and smooth communication between the water outlet pipe 16 and the water inlet of the external unit is ensured.

Example two

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the present embodiment provides an ironing apparatus, including:

the base structure 10 as described in the first embodiment, and

an ironing unit 30 adapted to generate steam by heating, said ironing unit 30 being movably connected to the insertion slot 18 of the base structure 10;

when the ironing unit 30 is inserted into the insertion slot 18, the ironing unit 30 is electrically connected and/or in waterway communication with the connector 14;

when the ironing unit 30 is pulled out of the insertion slot 18, the ironing unit 30 is disconnected from the circuit and/or the waterway of the connector 14.

Preferably, an internal water tank 31 is provided in the ironing unit 30, and a small amount of water can be stored in the internal water tank 31, so that the operation state can be maintained for a certain period of time after the ironing unit 30 is removed from the base structure 10.

The ironing unit 30 is further provided therein with a heat generating oven 32, and the heat generating oven 32 is capable of heating water to generate steam.

An ironing unit circuit board 33 is also arranged in the ironing unit 30 and is adapted to controlling the operation of the circuit components of the ironing unit 30.

An electromagnetic pump 34 is also provided inside the ironing unit 30, suitable to be in communication with a water reception valve 35 and to direct the flow of water.

In the ironing device provided by the embodiment, by arranging the ironing unit 30 and inserting and matching the ironing unit with the base structure 10, when the ironing unit 30 is connected with the base structure 10, water is replenished, and after the ironing unit 30 is separated from the base structure 10, steam is conveniently generated, so that the base structure 10 is reasonably utilized, and the compactness and the portability of the ironing unit 30 are realized; in addition, after the ironing unit 30 is separated from the base structure 10, the base structure 10 can be matched with other external units, so that the universality of the base structure 10 is improved, the use efficiency is increased, and the occupied space is reduced.

In particular, the ironing unit 30 comprises: a water valve 35, arranged at the bottom of the ironing unit 30 and adapted to be connected with the water outlet pipe 16 of the base structure 10 by plugging.

By using the water receiving valve 35 to connect with the water outlet pipe 16 in a plugging manner, the ironing unit 30 can be quickly communicated with the base structure 10.

In particular, the ironing unit 30 comprises: an ironing unit thimble 36 disposed at the bottom of the ironing unit 30 and adapted to be electrically connected to the conductive portion 17 of the base structure 10.

Preferably, the ironing unit 30 is in communication with a power cord, and by providing an ironing unit spike 36 on the ironing unit 30, the ironing unit 30 can be electrically connected to the conductive portion 17 of the base structure 10, so that the ironing unit 30 supplies power to the base structure 10.

EXAMPLE III

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a humidifying device, including:

the base structure 10 as described in the first embodiment, and

the humidifying unit 20 is suitable for generating atomized water mist, and the humidifying unit 20 is movably connected with the insertion groove 18 of the base structure 10;

when the humidifying unit 20 is inserted into the inserting groove 18, the humidifying unit 20 is electrically connected and/or communicated with the connector 14 through a water path;

when the humidifying unit 20 is pulled out of the insertion groove 18, the humidifying unit 20 is disconnected from the connector 14 in circuit connection and/or is communicated with a water path.

In the humidifying device provided by the embodiment, the humidifying unit 20 is arranged and is in plug-in fit with the base structure 10, and when the humidifying unit 20 is connected with the base structure 10, water mist can be generated, so that the base structure 10 is reasonably utilized, the phenomenon that the base structure is idle when the ironing device is not used is avoided, the universality of the base structure 10 is improved, the use efficiency is increased, and the space occupation is reduced; in addition, after the humidifying unit 20 is separated from the base structure 10, the base structure 10 can be matched with other external units.

Preferably, the humidifying unit 20 is in communication with a power line 210, and by providing a humidifying unit thimble 212 on the humidifying unit 20, the humidifying unit 20 can be electrically connected to the conductive portion 17 of the base structure 10, so that the humidifying unit 20 supplies power to the base structure 10.

Preferably, the humidifying unit 20 further includes: a humidifying unit circuit board 25 adapted to control the operation of the circuit components of the humidifying unit 20.

The humidifying unit circuit board 25 is electrically connected with the ultrasonic atomizer 22 through an ultrasonic atomizer power line 24.

Specifically, the humidifying unit 20 includes:

an ultrasonic atomizer 22;

one end of the water inlet pipe 21 is communicated with the water receiving port 213, and the other end of the water inlet pipe is communicated with the ultrasonic atomizer 22;

a humidifying unit air outlet 29 arranged at the top of the humidifying unit 20;

fan blades 23 adapted to fan the atomized water mist out through the humidifying unit outlet 29.

The humidifying unit 20 further includes: the motor 26, the motor 26 is suitable for driving the fan blades 23 to rotate, and the humidifying unit circuit board 25 is electrically connected with the motor 26 through a motor power line 27.

Preferably, the humidification unit circuit board 25 is electrically connected to the humidification unit pins 212 through connection terminals 211. The humidification unit circuit board 25 is electrically connected to the connection terminal 211 through a connection terminal power supply line 28.

The unit 30 that irones of this embodiment can replace with humidification unit 20, is connected with base structure respectively through ironing unit 30 and humidification unit 20 to can realize two kinds of functions, base structure and two different fuselages pass through the connector with water route and circuit connection, both fuselage lead to there being the 220v power, can provide the power for base structure, carry the electric current to the water pump, upwards absorb water after the water pump circular telegram and pass the connector case and get into the fuselage pipeline, reach the effect of watering.
