1. A hair removal device, comprising:

The hair removal device of claim 2 or 3, further comprising: a filter assembly and a gas driven element; the filtering component comprises a filtering shell and a gas transmission pipeline; the filter shell is provided with a filter cavity, the lower part in the cavity of the filter cavity is provided with a filter medium, and the upper part of the filter shell is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet;

the gas transmission pipeline is connected between the second opening and the gas inlet, and the gas transmission pipeline is provided with the gas driving element so as to guide gas mixed with the catkin in the collecting cover to the filter medium, and further to discharge the filtered gas from the gas outlet.

5. The hair removal device of claim 4, wherein said filter medium is a filtered liquid; one end of the gas transmission pipeline extends into the filtered liquid;

The hair removal device of claim 2 or 3, further comprising a filter assembly and a gas-driven element, the filter assembly comprising: the filter shell, the filter element and the gas transmission pipeline; the filter element is arranged in the filter shell; the filter shell is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet; the air inlet is communicated with the second opening through an air conveying pipeline; the gas driving element is arranged on the gas transmission pipeline so as to guide the gas mixed with the catkin in the collecting cover to the filter element, and further the filtered gas is discharged from the gas outlet.

8. The hair removal device of claim 7, wherein said filter element is a cylindrical body; the air inlet is located radially outside of filter core, the gas outlet is located filter core axial top.

10. The hair removal device of claim 8, wherein a screen filter is provided in said air outlet, and/or,

A washing machine comprising a washing machine housing and a hair removing device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10, said hair removing device being mounted to said washing machine housing; at least the revolving body and the hair removing piece of the hair removing device are positioned outside the washing machine shell.

Background

A washing machine is a commonly used household appliance. A washing machine generally includes an outer tub for holding water and an inner tub disposed in the outer tub. In the washing machine, the textiles and water are contained in the inner tub, and when the textiles such as sweater and blanket are washed, the batting on the textiles falls off from the textiles and floats in the washing water.

In order to remove lint from the washing water, a filter is provided in an inner tub in the related art. Specifically, the filter is detachably mounted on the inner cylinder in an inserting manner, a clamping manner and the like. The filter is generally a cartridge and has an inlet and an outlet. During the washing process, part of the washing water in the outer tub and the lint floating in the washing water enter the filter from the inlet of the filter, and are discharged to the washing water outside the filter again through the outlet of the filter. When the washing water in the filter is discharged outside the filter again through the outlet of the filter, the lint in the washing water is intercepted inside the filter, so that the lint is collected by filtering the filter in the washing process, and the possibility that the lint is adhered to the textile again after the washing is finished is reduced.

However, when the filter filters the washing water, a small portion of the washing water of all the washing water is filtered each time, and the washing water filtered each time is returned to the original washing water, so that it is difficult to completely filter the washing water. In a preferred embodiment of the above hair removal device, the hair removal device further comprises: a filter assembly and a gas driven element; the filtering component comprises a filtering shell and a gas transmission pipeline; the filter shell is provided with a filter cavity, the lower part in the cavity of the filter cavity is provided with a filter medium, and the upper part of the filter shell is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet; the gas transmission pipeline is connected between the second opening and the gas inlet, and a gas driving element is arranged on the gas transmission pipeline so as to guide gas mixed with the catkin in the collecting cover to the filter medium, and further the filtered gas is discharged from the gas outlet.

In the preferable technical scheme of the hair removing device, the filter medium is filter liquid; one end of the gas transmission pipeline extends into the filter medium; a splash guard is also arranged in the filtering cavity and above the filtered liquid, and comprises a plate body and a connecting part formed on one side of the plate body; the connecting part is fixedly connected on the filter shell between the air inlet and the air outlet, part of the plate body is positioned between the air outlet and the filter medium, and an air outlet gap is formed between the plate body and the air outlet.

In a preferred embodiment of the above hair removal device, the hair removal device further comprises a filter assembly and a gas driving element, wherein the filter assembly comprises: the filter comprises a filter shell, a filter element and a gas transmission pipeline, wherein the filter shell is provided with a filter cavity, the filter element is arranged in a cavity of the filter cavity, and the filter shell is provided with a gas inlet and a gas outlet; the air inlet is communicated with the second opening through an air conveying pipeline; the gas driving element is arranged on the gas transmission pipeline to guide the gas mixed with the catkin in the collecting cover to the filter element, and then the filtered gas is discharged from the gas outlet.

The hair removing device of the present embodiment is adapted to be disposed on a washing machine casing, and the rotator 10, the hair removing member and the collecting cover 20 of the hair removing device are disposed outside the washing machine casing, and the motor 30, the driving pulley 31, the driven pulley 13 and the transmission belt 40 are selectively disposed inside the washing machine casing or outside the washing machine. The hair removing member, the revolving body 10 and the collecting cover 20 are arranged outside the washing machine shell, and can be used for removing hair of textile fabrics to be cleaned independently. An air pipe 52 is connected between the second opening 24 and the air inlet 54, and an air driving element is arranged on the air pipe 52 to guide the air mixed with the fluff in the collecting cover 20 to the filtering medium 53, so that the filtered air is discharged through the air outlet 55.

In the hair removing device of the present embodiment, the gas driving member may be, for example, a pump, a fan, or the like capable of generating a gas flow.

As shown in fig. 3, in the hair removing device of the present embodiment, the filter medium 53 is a filtered liquid, one end of the air pipe 52 extends into the filtered liquid, a splash guard 59 is further disposed in the filter chamber and above the filtered liquid, the splash guard 59 includes a plate body 510, and a connecting portion 511 formed on one side of the plate body 510; the connection portion 511 is fixedly connected to the filter housing 51 between the air inlet 54 and the air outlet 55, a portion of the plate body 510 is located between the air outlet 55 and the filter medium 53, and an air outlet gap is formed between the plate body 510 and the air outlet 55.

Illustratively, the connecting portion 511 is, for example, a snap, and a bayonet is provided on the filter housing 51 between the air inlet 54 and the air outlet 55, and the snap is snapped into the bayonet to fix the splash shield 59 to the filter housing 51.

The gas-driven element may be, for example, a pump, a fan, or the like capable of generating a gas flow. The shape of the filter housing 51 is not particularly limited, and may preferably be a prism or a cylinder. For example, the filter shell 51 may include a square barrel body having a quadrangular prism shape and a square upper cover covering the upper opening of the square barrel body, or the filter shell 51 may also include a cylindrical barrel 56 and a circular upper cover 57 covering the upper opening of the barrel 56, for example, and the shape of the filter shell 51 is not particularly limited.

In the hair removing device of the present embodiment, the material of the filter element 513 may be, for example, glass fiber, metal fiber, polyester fiber, or the like.

In the hair removal device of this embodiment, the air pipe 52 may be a non-metal pipe such as plastic or rubber, or may be a metal pipe such as a steel pipe or a copper pipe. The air pipe 52 may be, for example, a circular pipe, and correspondingly, the second opening 24 formed in the collecting cover 20 of the diversion cavity 23 may be a circular pipe matching with the air pipe 52.

In the hair removal device of this embodiment, the filter element 513 is a cylindrical body, the air inlet 54 is located radially outside the filter element 513, and the air outlet 55 is located axially above the filter element 513. As shown in fig. 4, in the hair removing device of this embodiment, a filter element 514 is provided inside the air outlet 55, or the filter shell 51 is covered with the filter element 514 corresponding to the air outlet 55, or the air outlet 55 is covered with the filter element 514, and the filter shell 51 is covered with the filter element 514 corresponding to the air outlet 55. The air filtered by the filter element 513 is discharged from the air outlet 55, and the air discharged from the air outlet 55 is filtered by the filter screen 514 and discharged to the outside of the filter assembly 51. The quality of the air filtered by the filter assembly 51 can be improved by filtering through the filter screen filter 514 after being filtered through the filter element 513.

The screen filter 514 may be, for example, a fiberglass screen, an activated carbon screen, or the like. The shape of the filter net is not particularly limited as long as it can be covered outside the filter housing 51 at a position corresponding to the air outlet 55, or as long as it can be disposed inside the air outlet 55 and can effectively filter air.

The hair removing device of the present embodiment may be provided with the filter assembly 51 for storing the filter medium 53 therein and the gas driving element installed in cooperation therewith, or may be provided with the filter assembly 51 for storing the filter element 513 therein and the gas driving element installed in cooperation therewith, or of course, may be provided with both the filter assembly 51 for storing the filter medium 53 therein and the filter assembly 51 for storing the filter element 513 therein. It is to be noted that, when the filter assembly 51 storing the filter medium 53 therein and the filter assembly 51 storing the filter cartridge 513 therein are provided at the same time, the air outlet 55 of one of the filter assemblies 51 communicates with the air inlet 54 of the other filter assembly 51 through a connecting line. It will be appreciated that the air and lint exiting the second opening 24 may first pass through the filter assembly 51 of the internal storage filter media 53, or may first pass through the filter assembly 51 of the internal storage filter element 513.

The hair removing device of the foregoing embodiment can drive the revolving body 10 to rotate by adopting the manner of the foregoing motor 30, driving wheel 31, driven wheel 13 and transmission belt 40, and can also drive the revolving body 10 to rotate by adopting the manner of wind wheel, and the specific embodiments are as follows: a wind wheel is arranged between the first opening 21 and the second opening 24, the wind wheel is arranged on a mounting shaft, a driving wheel 31 is arranged on the mounting shaft, a driven wheel 13 is arranged on the rotating shaft 11, and a transmission belt 40 is arranged on the driven wheel 13 and the driving wheel 31. The wind wheel rotates under the action of airflow formed by the gas driving element, so that the mounting shaft for mounting the wind wheel is driven to rotate, the mounting shaft rotates to drive the driving wheel 31 mounted on the mounting shaft to rotate, the driving wheel 31 rotates to drive the driven wheel 13 to rotate through the driving belt 40, the driven wheel 13 rotates to drive the rotating shaft 11 to rotate, the rotating shaft 11 rotates to enable the rotating body 10 to rotate, and therefore the hair removing piece rotates around the rotating shaft 11.

In the hair removing device of the foregoing embodiment, the motor 30 operates to drive the driving wheel 31 mounted on the output shaft of the motor 30 to rotate, or the gas driving element operates to drive the wind wheel to rotate, so that the driving wheel 31 coaxial with the wind wheel rotates, the driving wheel 31 rotates to drive the driven wheel 13 to rotate through the transmission belt 40, the driven wheel 13 rotates to drive the revolving body 10 coaxial with the driven wheel to rotate, and the revolving body 10 rotates to drive the hair removing members on the circumferential surface thereof to remove the lint from the textile. At the same time, the air driving member operates to collect lint, which is separated from the textile, in the collecting hood 20 from the first opening 21 of the collecting hood 20, and to transport the lint in the collecting hood 20 into the filter case 51 through the second opening 24 and the air duct 52, to trap the lint in the air in the filter case 51 by the filter medium 53 or the filter element 513 in the filter case 51, and to discharge the air from the air outlet 55 to the air except for the lint apparatus.

The embodiment also provides a washing machine, which comprises a washing machine shell and any one of the hair removing devices, wherein the hair removing device is arranged on the washing machine shell, and the revolving body 10 and the hair removing part of the hair removing device are positioned outside the washing machine shell, so that the washing machine can wash textiles and remove hair from the textiles independently, and further the washing machine can remove hair and wash the textiles independently or wash and remove hair.
