1. A textile fabric singeing device, comprising:

an oven (1);

the striking ash removal component (3) is rotatably mounted inside the oven (1), is positioned below the first singeing wheel (21) and is used for vibrating and striking the bottom surface of the textile (5), and comprises an elastic shaft (31), connecting rods (32) and striking wheels (33), wherein two ends of the elastic shaft (31) are rotatably connected with the inner walls of two opposite sides of the oven (1), the two connecting rods (32) are symmetrically and vertically connected to the elastic shaft (31), and two ends of the striking wheels (33) are rotatably connected with the two connecting rods (32);

the deflection impact assembly (4) is fixedly mounted at two ends of the first singeing wheel (21) in a limiting manner and is used for changing an included angle between the impact ash removal assembly (3) and the horizontal plane.

The textile fabric singeing device according to claim 1, wherein said textile fabric (5) is guided in from below the second singeing wheel (22) and guided out from above the first singeing wheel (21) and the guide wheel (23), and a position-limiting groove is clamped in the middle of each of said first singeing wheel (21), said second singeing wheel (22) and said guide wheel (23) for limiting the position of the textile fabric (5).

A fabric singeing device according to claim 1, wherein an elastic cleaning assembly (7) is fixedly connected to said striking wheel (33), said elastic cleaning assembly (7) comprises a moving plate (71), a spring (72) and a needle (73), a plurality of mounting grooves are annularly formed on the side edge of said striking wheel (33), one end of said plurality of springs (72) is fixedly connected inside said mounting grooves, the other end of said plurality of springs is fixedly connected with said moving plate (71), said plurality of moving plates (71) are annularly distributed on the periphery of said striking wheel (33), and said plurality of needles (73) are fixedly connected to the side of said moving plate (71) far from said spring (72).

A fabric singeing device according to claim 1, characterized in that said oven (1) is provided with a slag outlet (8) at the bottom, said oven (1) having a thickness at the bottom close to the location of the slag outlet (8) which is smaller than the height of the oven (1) away from the location of the slag outlet (8), and being arranged inclined towards the slag outlet (8).

Background

After finishing the processing of the textile, a large amount of fluff is generated on the surface, and the singeing is a processing process of enabling the textile to rapidly pass through the flame of a singeing machine or be rubbed on a red hot metal surface in a flat state, removing the fluff on the surface of the textile and obtaining a smooth surface. At the moment, the fluff on the cloth cover is loosened and close to the flame, so that the temperature is quickly raised for burning. The fabric is compact and thick and is far away from the flame, so the temperature rise is slow, and the fabric leaves the flame or the red hot metal surface when the temperature does not reach the ignition point, so the fabric can burn off the surface fluff without damaging the fabric by utilizing the principle that the heating rate of the fabric body and the fluff is different.

The singeing device has partial dust to pile up on textile surface or inside after accomplishing fine hair burning, but current singeing device is in can't be fine clearing up these dusts, causes the textile performance dark, and the looks is relatively poor, needs later the manual work to clear up, needs to consume more processing cost, has reduced finished product output rate.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the following defects in the prior art that after fluff combustion is finished, part of dust is accumulated on the surface or inside of a textile by a singeing device, but the existing singeing device cannot well clean the dust, so that the textile is dark and poor in appearance, needs to be manually cleaned later, needs to consume more processing cost, and reduces the output rate of finished products.

the impact ash removal component is rotatably arranged in the oven, is positioned below the first singeing wheel and is used for vibrating and impacting the bottom surface of the textile, and comprises an elastic shaft, connecting rods and an impact wheel, wherein two ends of the elastic shaft are rotatably connected with the inner walls of two opposite sides of the oven, the two connecting rods are symmetrically and vertically connected to the elastic shaft, and two ends of the impact wheel are rotatably connected with the two connecting rods;

and the deflection impact assembly is fixedly mounted at two ends of the first singeing wheel in a limiting manner and is used for changing an included angle between the impact ash removal assembly and the horizontal plane.

Preferably, the textile is guided in from the lower part of the second singeing wheel and is guided out from the upper parts of the first singeing wheel and the guide wheel, and limiting grooves are clamped in the middle parts of the first singeing wheel, the second singeing wheel and the guide wheel and used for limiting the position of the textile.
