The cutting mechanism 62 comprises a mounting plate 621, a cylinder 622, a cutting knife 623 and guide posts 624, the mounting plate 621 is arranged in the middle of the inner side of the side plate 3, the cylinder 622 is arranged in the middle of the mounting plate 621, the cutting knife 623 is arranged at the extending end of the cylinder 622, the guide posts 624 are symmetrically arranged in front and back of the upper end of the cutting knife 623, the upper end of the guide posts 624 is arranged in the mounting plate 621 in a sliding fit manner, during specific work, the electric push rod 51 drives the impregnated non-woven fabric to move to the right through the clamping plate 53, the air pump 61 drives the extending end of the air cylinder 622 to descend, so that the extending end of the air cylinder 622 drives the cutting knife 623 to descend, so that the cutting blade 623 presses the cutting plate 631, the cutting blade 623 cuts and cuts the non-woven fabric, and during the movement of the cutting blade 623, the cutting knife 623 drives the guide column 624 to lift along the mounting plate 621, so that the guide column 624 guides and limits the cutting knife 623.

The collecting mechanism 63 comprises a cutting plate 631, a sliding screen 632, a connecting rod 633, sponge 634, a connecting spring 635 and a collecting frame 636, wherein the cutting plate 631 is installed at the middle part of the inner side of the side plate 3, the sliding screen 632 is installed inside the cutting plate 631 in a sliding manner, the front end and the rear end of the sliding screen 632 are connected with a cutting knife 623 through the connecting rod 633, the sponge 634 is arranged between the upper end of the sliding screen 632 and the cutting plate 631, the lower end of the sliding screen 632 is connected with the cutting plate 631 through the connecting spring 635, the collecting frame 636 is installed on the lower side of the cutting plate 631 in a sliding manner, in the specific working process, the air pump 61 drives the cutting mechanism 62 to cut the dip-dyed non-woven fabric, when the non-woven fabric is cut, partial dye liquor flows out due to extrusion of the non-woven fabric, the connecting rod 633 is driven to descend along the side plate 3 through the, thereby make the sponge 634 that is extruded by slip hourglass net 632 expand for sponge 634 absorbs the partial dye liquor that flows out because of the non-woven fabrics receives the extrusion, and when cutting mechanism 62 rose, drive slip hourglass net 632 through connecting rod 633 and connecting spring 635 and rise and extrude sponge 634, make the partial dye liquor that sponge 634 absorbed flow to collect frame 636 and collect and recycle.

Tailor board 631 upper end and be provided with the arc wall, evenly be provided with the round hole backward in the arc wall in the past, and tailor board 631 middle part and be provided with the small opening, the arc wall makes things convenient for the non-woven fabrics to tailor the dye liquor that flows out in the non-woven fabrics when cutting to flow to sponge 634 through the round opening and absorb, and the small opening makes things convenient for the dye liquor to flow to collecting frame 636 to collect through the small opening when sponge 634 receives the extrusion of slip small opening 632.

s2, conveying: after the dye liquor and the non-woven fabric to be dip-dyed are fed, the conveying motor 42 drives the conveying roller 41 on the lower side to rotate, so that the conveying roller 41 on the lower side drives the conveying roller 41 on the upper side to rotate through the gear 43, the buffer spring 45 drives the sliding rod 44 to slide along the conveying roller 41, the sliding rod 44 drives the conveying plate 46 to slide along the conveying roller 41, and the conveying plate 46 is used for clamping and conveying the non-woven fabrics with different thicknesses;

s3, dip dyeing treatment: in the process of conveying the non-woven fabric, the non-woven fabric is moved by the conveying belt 22, the rotating shaft 24 is driven to rotate by the rotating motor 23, the rotating shaft 24 drives the support 25 to rotate, the support 25 drives the roller 26 to rotate, the roller 26 vibrates the middle of the conveying belt 22, and the non-woven fabric is fully impregnated;

s4, stretching treatment: after the non-woven fabric is impregnated, the clamping plate 53 is driven by the electric push rod 51 through the connecting plate 52 to move left and be attached to the lower end of the sliding block 55, the electric push rod 51 drives the clamping plate 53 through the connecting plate 52 to move left continuously, the sliding block 55 extrudes the clamping plate 53, the clamping plate 53 extrudes the clamping spring 54 to rotate along the connecting plate 52, so that the upper clamping plate 53 and the lower clamping plate 53 are opened, the right end of the impregnated non-woven fabric enters between the opened clamping plates 53, at the moment, the clamping plate 53 is separated from the lower end of the sliding block 55, so that the clamping spring 54 drives the clamping plate 53 to reset, the clamping plate 53 clamps and fixes the right end of the impregnated non-woven fabric, after the right end of the impregnated non-woven fabric is clamped and fixed, the electric push rod 51 drives the clamping plate 53 through the connecting plate 52 to move right, so that the sliding block 55 is extruded outside the clamping plate 53, and the sliding block 55 extrudes the resetting spring 56 to move up along the side plate 3, so that the electric push rod 51 drives the dip-dyed non-woven fabric to move towards the right side through the clamping plate 53;
