When a user needs to wind the dried cloth, one end of the cloth can be placed into the winding drum 706 to be clamped, then the servo motor 2 is started to enable the third belt wheel 701 to rotate anticlockwise, the third belt wheel 701 rotates anticlockwise to enable the fourth belt wheel 704 to rotate anticlockwise, the fourth belt wheel 704 rotates anticlockwise to enable the winding drum 706 to rotate anticlockwise, the winding drum 706 rotates anticlockwise to wind up the cloth, after the cloth is completely wound up, the user can move the eighth fixing plate 702 on the rear side to separate the two winding drums 706, then the user takes the cloth away, resets the eighth fixing plate 702 forwards, then closes the servo motor 2, then the user clamps the next cloth into the winding drum 706, and repeats the operation.
