A melt-blowing device is characterized by comprising a processing chamber, a heater, a melt furnace and a spraying unit, wherein a feed inlet is formed in the top of the processing chamber, one end of an air inlet pipeline is communicated with an air outlet of a heating fan, the other end of the air inlet pipeline extends into the processing chamber, the melt furnace is arranged outside the processing chamber, a pressurizing machine is arranged on a pipeline between the feed inlet of the melt furnace and a discharge outlet of the processing chamber, and the discharge outlet of the melt furnace is communicated with the spraying unit through a discharge pipe; the processing chamber, the heater and the melting furnace are all connected with a control panel.

The melt-blowing equipment according to claim 1, wherein the blowing unit comprises a blowing main pipe and a blowing branch pipe, the blowing main pipe is arranged along a vertical direction, the blowing branch pipe is arranged in a circumferential direction of the periphery of the blowing main pipe, a pipe body mounting hole for accommodating a pipe body is formed in the middle of the blowing main pipe, a material cavity is formed in the blowing main pipe, the discharging pipe is communicated with the material cavity of the blowing main pipe, a feeding port of the blowing branch pipe is communicated with the material cavity, and a discharging port of the blowing branch pipe extends to the pipe body mounting hole.

The melt-blown equipment according to claim 2, wherein the material spraying branch pipe comprises a first material spraying unit, a second material spraying unit and a third material spraying unit, the first material spraying unit comprises a first L-shaped pipe and three first transverse pipes communicated with the first L-shaped pipe, a space is formed between every two adjacent first transverse pipes, and a discharge port of each first transverse pipe extends to a pipe body mounting hole; the second spraying unit comprises a second L-shaped pipe and a second transverse pipe communicated with the second L-shaped pipe, and a discharge hole of the second transverse pipe extends to the pipe body mounting hole; the third spraying unit comprises a third L-shaped pipe and two third transverse pipes communicated with the third L-shaped pipe, a space is formed between every two adjacent third transverse pipes, and a discharge port of each third transverse pipe extends to a pipe body mounting hole; the first L-shaped pipe, the second L-shaped pipe and the third L-shaped pipe are communicated with the material cavity.
Background
In the process of adding the filter element, a coating procedure is generally adopted for the peripheral filtering membrane or filtering layer, and the defects are as follows: only a single feeding channel can cause uneven discharging, thereby easily influencing the filtering effect.

The invention has the advantages that: because the spray coating machine is provided with three layers of discharge ports (the first horizontal pipe is positioned at the upper part of the spray main pipe to form one layer of discharge port, the second horizontal pipe is positioned at the lower part of the spray main pipe to form one layer of discharge port, and the third horizontal pipe is positioned at the middle part of the spray main pipe to form one layer of discharge port), the sprayed products are uniform and high in density.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention relates to a melt-blowing apparatus, which includes a processing chamber 5, a heater 1, a melt furnace 3, and a spraying unit, wherein a feeding port 4 is disposed at the top of the processing chamber 5, one end of an air inlet pipe is communicated with an air outlet of a heating blower, the other end of the air inlet pipe extends into the processing chamber, the melt furnace is disposed outside the processing chamber, a pressurizer is installed on a pipe between the feeding port of the melt furnace and a discharging port of the processing chamber, and the discharging port of the melt furnace 3 is communicated with the spraying unit through a discharging pipe; the processing chamber 5, the heater 1 and the melting furnace 3 are all connected to the control panel 2.

The material spraying branch pipe comprises a first material spraying unit 6, a second material spraying unit 7 and a third material spraying unit 8, the first material spraying unit 6 comprises first L-shaped pipes and three first transverse pipes communicated with the first L-shaped pipes, and a space is formed between every two adjacent first transverse pipes (the heights of the first transverse pipes are different, and the discharge port of each first transverse pipe extends to a pipe body mounting hole; the second material spraying unit 7 comprises a second L-shaped pipe and a second transverse pipe communicated with the second L-shaped pipe, the discharge hole of the second transverse pipe extends to the mounting hole of the pipe body; the third material spraying unit 8 comprises a third L-shaped pipe and two third transverse pipes communicated with the third L-shaped pipe, a space is formed between every two adjacent third transverse pipes, and a discharge port of each third transverse pipe extends to a pipe body mounting hole; the first L-shaped pipe, the second L-shaped pipe and the third L-shaped pipe are communicated with the material cavity.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the spraying material particles enter the processing chamber through the feeding hole, enter the melting furnace after being processed by the heater and the processing chamber, then pass through the pressurizer in the processing chamber, enter the material cavity of the spraying material main pipe through the discharging pipe, and then spray the product to be sprayed through the spraying material branch pipe. Divide into the three-layer altogether in the discharge port, there are six discharge port (first spout two discharge port of expecting the unit, and the second spouts two discharge port of expecting the unit and the three discharge port of third spouting the material unit) at the bottom, and the penultimate floor has four discharge port (first spout two discharge port of expecting the unit, and the second spouts two discharge port of expecting the unit), and the one deck of the top has three discharge port (three first three discharge port who spouts the material unit).
