The hydrogen sulfide contained in the gas is corrosive to a storage device and a conveying pipeline, and the hydrogen sulfide contained in the gas needs to be removed before the gas is utilized.
The currently used chemical hydrogen sulfide removal technology comprises a dry process and a wet process. The dry chemical method has high desulfurization precision, reliable desulfurization efficiency and high stability. However, the dry chemical desulfurizer has a limited service life, needs to be regenerated and replaced in time, is troublesome to operate, is easy to cause secondary pollution, and is not suitable for the desulfurization of high-concentration hydrogen sulfide biogas. The wet chemical desulfurization is suitable for the biogas with high concentration hydrogen sulfide content, and has high automation degree and simple and convenient operation.
The existing wet chemical desulfurization device still has defects, the absorption alkali liquor inlet pipe on the existing wet chemical desulfurization device can not be subjected to angle adjustment according to the size of the absorption alkali liquor inlet pipe, so that the stirring effect is reduced, and meanwhile, the absorption alkali liquor inlet pipe on the existing wet chemical desulfurization device does not have a height adjusting function and can not control the retention time of the absorption liquid containing hydrogen sulfide in an aeration zone.
