In conclusion, the technical scheme of the invention can solve the problems that the existing coal charging car can only be sucked to the gas collecting pipe through the single hole pressure regulation of the self carbonization chamber, cannot meet the requirements of large-scale coke ovens, has large coal charging amount, generates much smoke dust, and does not have the functions of simultaneously working coal charging and smoke guiding.

Based on the reasons, the invention can be widely popularized in the fields of metallurgical coking and the like.

Example 1

The invention is implemented on a coal charging car of 7.6 meters of Shanxi Shenglongtada in ancient county of Shanxi Linfen city. A certain furnace body design institute has successfully developed a new coke oven matched with the coke oven and has made a contract with a certain coke oven plant. The invention provides the smokeless coal charging vehicle with the smoke guide function according to the process characteristics of the top-charging coke oven, the smoke guide is carried out while charging, the smokeless coal charging is realized, the environmental protection performance is good, the development trend of large-scale coke ovens is met, the requirement of large-scale coke ovens on environmental protection and dust removal is better met, the automation and integration degree is high, and the production efficiency and the economic benefit are improved. After the development is successful, the development of the industry technology can be led, the gap between the coke oven and a competitor is widened, the development trend of the coke oven market is complied with, and the product market competitiveness and the economic benefit of an enterprise are improved.

As shown in figures 1-3, the smokeless coal charging vehicle with the smoke guide function is suitable for large-scale coke ovens, has the characteristics of large coal charging amount and much smoke, has the functions of simultaneously charging coal and guiding smoke, can simultaneously charge coal and guide smoke in each carbonization chamber, solves the problem of coal charging smoke, better realizes smokeless coal charging, and has good environmental protection performance. A smokeless coal charging vehicle with a smoke guide function mainly comprises a steel structure platform 1, a traveling device 2, a coal hopper device 3, a weighing system 4, a spiral feeding device 5, a driver cab 6, an electric room 7, a hydraulic room 8, a lubricating system 9, a hydraulic system 10, a smoke guide pipe device 11, a furnace base cleaning device 16, a furnace cover cleaning device 42, a cover uncovering device 23, a guide sleeve device 26, a flashboard device, a gas path system 30, an air conditioning system 31, a sliding contact device 32 and an electric system 44.

The walking device 2 is arranged below the steel structure platform 1, and the rubber spring is arranged at the joint, so that the impact of the dynamic load on the coke oven top in the vehicle walking process can be effectively reduced. Cab 6 installs in steel construction platform 1 below, and the driver operates equipment inside cab 6. The electric room 7 and the hydraulic room 8 are arranged above the steel structure platform 1, the hydraulic system 10, the lubricating system 9 and the gas circuit system 30 are arranged in the hydraulic room 8, the hydraulic system 10 provides power for an oil cylinder of the whole equipment, the lubricating system 9 lubricates lubricating points of the running device 2 and the spiral feeding device 5 of the whole equipment, the gas circuit system 30 purges the steel structure platform 1, and the electric system 44 is arranged in the electric room 7. The driver completes the operation of each action unit of the smokeless coal charging car with the smoke guiding function in the driver cab 6, and the action units can realize full-automatic operation and unit step operation through the electric system 44 and the hydraulic system 10. The air conditioning system 31 performs temperature regulation of the driver's cab 6, the electrical room 7, and the hydraulic room 8. All the oil cylinders are arranged above the steel structure platform 1 and far away from a high-temperature area.

The coal bucket device 3 is arranged above the steel structure platform 1 and used for receiving coal below the coal tower, the weight of the coal in the coal bucket device 3 is measured through the weighing system 4, the coal charging amount can be accurately controlled, a reasonable coal charging curve is favorably formed, the coal leveling time is shortened, and the overflow of smoke dust at the coal leveling port of the coke oven during coal charging can be effectively inhibited. The spiral feeding device 5 is arranged below the coal bucket device 3, a speed reducing motor 49 at the end part drives the spiral feeding device 5 to rotate, coal is fed into the guide sleeve device 26 through the flashboard device, and the flashboard device adopts a grab flashboard 29.

The guide sleeve device 26 is coaxial with the coal charging hole and is fixed on the steel structure platform 1 through the support 28, the oil cylinder IV 27 drives the guide sleeve 45 to move up and down to be butted with the furnace seat 47 in a spherical sealing mode, the guide sleeve device 26 is matched with the furnace body in a negative pressure mode during coal charging operation, alignment errors caused by positioning, furnace body deformation and the like can be compensated through the universal coupling, and the condition that the guide sleeve device is well sealed and has no smoke dust overflow during coal discharging is guaranteed.

The cover uncovering device 23 is arranged on the left side of the guide sleeve device 26, the oil cylinder III 24 drives the cover uncovering machine 21 to enable the electromagnet 20 to be in contact with the furnace cover 46, after the electromagnet 20 is electrified to generate magnetic force and then attracts the furnace cover 46, the speed reducing motor II 22 rotates to enable the furnace cover 46 to be separated from the furnace base 47, and cover uncovering is completed.

The furnace cover cleaning device 42 is arranged on the upper side of a furnace cover 46 and is connected with an oil cylinder VI 43, the oil cylinder VI 43 drives the furnace cover cleaning device 42 to move and clamp the furnace cover 46, and meanwhile, the speed reducing motor II 22 is started to enable the furnace cover 46 to rotate to complete cleaning of the furnace cover 46.

The furnace base cleaning device 16 is arranged on the right side of the guide sleeve device 26, the cleaning machine 17 is driven to a working position through the oil cylinder II 19, and the speed reduction motor I18 drives the cleaning head 25 to rotate to complete cleaning of the furnace base 47.

The smoke guide pipe device 11 is arranged at the first hole position on the coke side, the water seal cover 48 is fixed on the furnace body, the lifting oil cylinder 34 drives the U-shaped pipe body 39 to move under the guidance of the roller 37, the roller 37 is installed on the fixed support 35, the alignment precision in the lifting process of the smoke guide pipe device 11 is improved, the U-shaped pipe body 39 comprises a diffusing device 40, an explosion-proof cover 38 and an adjusting turning plate 36, the diffusing device 40 and the explosion-proof cover 38 are safety measures, and the diffusing device 40 is used for exhausting residual smoke dust in the pipe after smoke guide is completed, so that excessive explosion sound is prevented. The explosion-proof cover 38 is opened quickly by explosion in the pipe during smoke guiding process, so as to prevent damage to the equipment. The adjusting turning plate 36 adjusts the negative pressure in real time according to the pressure value in the smoke guide process, the purposes of not smoking and not influencing the chemical products in the production process of the coke oven are achieved, and the adjusting turning plate 36 is driven by the oil cylinder V41. The U-shaped pipe body 39 is butted with the water sealing cover 48 in a water sealing mode, so that the effect of preventing smoke dust from escaping outwards is achieved. In the smoke guiding process, the U-shaped pipe body 39 is made of high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant stainless steel due to high smoke temperature and open fire.

The smoke guide pipe device 11 is provided with two cover uncovering mechanisms 50 which are arranged inside the U-shaped pipe body 39, the cover uncovering mechanisms 50 drive the lifting opening and closing water sealing cover 48 through the cover uncovering oil cylinder 13, and the opening and closing of the water sealing cover 48 are all carried out inside the U-shaped pipe body 39, so that smoke dust in the process is prevented from overflowing.

Roller group 33 is installed below smoke guide pipe device 11, roller group 33 is arranged on track 12, when the side stove loads coal, smoke guide pipe device 11 can move a furnace distance on track 12 through cylinder I14 drive, realizes that the side stove loads coal and leads cigarette and goes on simultaneously, improves the feature of environmental protection.

The smokeless coal charging vehicle with the smoke guide function works on the top of a coke oven, and the sliding contactor device 32 is used for taking electricity from the oven body and matching with the process of top charging the coke oven.

Example 2

On the basis of embodiment 1, the invention also provides a using method of the smokeless coal charging car with the smoke guiding function, which comprises the following steps:

when the smokeless coal charging car with the smoke guide function works:

the first step is as follows: after the smokeless coal charging car with the smoke guide function is positioned below the coal tower, coal is discharged into the coal hopper device 3 from the coal outlet of the coal tower until the coal discharge amount meets the requirement.

And secondly, driving the smokeless coal charging vehicle with the smoke guide function to travel to an N-shaped carbonization chamber to be charged by the traveling device 2, and braking the traveling device 2.

And thirdly, the cover opening device 23 starts to open the cover, the oil cylinder III 24 drives the cover opening machine 21 to enable the electromagnet 20 to be in contact with the furnace cover 46, after the electromagnet 20 is electrified to generate magnetic force and attracts the furnace cover 46, the speed reducing motor II 22 is started to enable the furnace cover 46 to rotate and separate from the furnace base 47, and then the oil cylinder III 24 drives the cover opening machine 21 and the furnace cover 46 to reach the position for cleaning the furnace cover. Meanwhile, the lifting oil cylinder 34 of the smoke guide pipe device 11 drives the U-shaped pipe body 39 to descend into the water seal tank, after the U-shaped pipe body is in place, the cover opening gripper 15 grabs the water seal cover 48, and the cover opening oil cylinder 13 drives the lifting water seal cover 48 to be in a working position.

Fourthly, the oil cylinder VI 43 acts to enable the furnace cover cleaning device 42 to clamp the furnace cover 46, the speed reducing motor II 22 is started to enable the furnace cover 46 to rotate to complete furnace cover cleaning, and the oil cylinder VI 43 drives the furnace cover cleaning device 42 to withdraw to the initial position.

And fifthly, the oil cylinder III 24 drives the cover opener 21 and the furnace cover 46 to withdraw to the initial position.

Sixthly, the oil cylinder II 19 of the furnace base cleaning device 16 drives the cleaning machine 17 to reach the cleaning position, the speed reduction motor I18 is started to drive the cleaning head 25 to rotate, the furnace base 47 is cleaned, after the furnace base cleaning is finished, the speed reduction motor I18 is closed, and the oil cylinder II 19 drives the cleaning machine 17 to return to the initial position.

And seventhly, the oil cylinder IV 27 drives the guide sleeve device 26 to descend, and the guide sleeve device is sealed with the spherical surface of the furnace seat 47.

In the eighth step, the clamshell type gate 29 is opened.

And step nine, starting the two-in-one speed reducing motor 49, driving the screw feeder device 5 to start coal charging, weighing the coal charging amount in real time by the weighing system 4, sending a signal after the coal charging is finished, closing the two-in-one speed reducing motor 49, and stopping the screw feeder device 5.

The tenth step is to close the clamshell gate 29.

In the tenth step, the oil cylinder IV 27 drives the guide sleeve device 26 to return to the initial position.

And twelfth, the cover opening device 23 closes the furnace cover 46, the oil cylinder III 24 drives the cover opening machine 21 to the closing position of the furnace cover 46, the electromagnet 20 is powered off and is separated from the furnace cover 46, and the oil cylinder III 24 drives the cover opening machine 21 to return to the initial position. At the same time, the uncovering oil cylinder 13 falls to close the water sealing cover 48, and the lifting oil cylinder 34 drives the U-shaped pipe body 39 to ascend to the initial position.

And thirteenth, the walking device 2 drives the smokeless coal charging vehicle with the smoke guide function to be connected with the coal tower for coal connection. So far, the smokeless coal charging vehicle with the smoke guide function completes a coal charging cycle.

Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
