1. The ethylene-propylene-diene monomer reclaimed rubber is characterized by comprising the ethylene-propylene-diene monomer reclaimed rubber, wherein the ethylene-propylene-diene monomer reclaimed rubber comprises the following ingredients in parts by weight: 80 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer waste rubber, 1.5 parts of an activating agent, 1 part of softening oil, 2-3 parts of calcium carbonate, 6-8 parts of carbon black, 2-3 parts of zinc oxide, 2-3 parts of ethyl carbamate and 0.5-5.5 parts of peroxide, wherein the activating agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 55% of stearic acid, 25% of lead oxide and 20% of magnesium oxide, wherein the softener comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 45% of cyclane, 30% of coumarone, 20% of asphalt and 5% of fatty acid.
2. The ethylene-propylene-diene monomer reclaimed rubber and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the production process and conditions are as follows:
(1) crushing: putting the ethylene propylene diene monomer waste rubber into a crusher to perform crushing operation to obtain crushed waste rubber;
(2) washing: putting the waste rubber which passes through the crusher into a detergent for washing operation, fully washing and removing mud impurities and the like to obtain clean waste rubber fragments;
(3) drying: putting the washed rubber fragments into a dryer, and drying for 10 minutes to obtain dried waste rubber fragments;
(4) mixing: weighing waste rubber fragments in advance, putting the waste rubber fragments and other ingredients into a mixing mill according to the ingredient components and the mass parts in the claim 1, setting the temperature to be 80 ℃, adjusting the pressure of the internal mixer to be 0.8MPa, mixing for 20 minutes, and performing rubber discharge after mixing;
(5) extruding: tabletting and cooling the rubber material after rubber discharge, and then putting the rubber material into a screw extruder for extrusion;
(6) cooling and shaping: and (3) shaping the product extruded by the screw extruder to obtain a finished product of the ethylene propylene diene monomer reclaimed rubber.
Background
Ethylene Propylene Diene monomer, which is a copolymer of ethylene, Propylene and a small amount of non-conjugated Diene, is one of ethylene Propylene rubbers, and its main chain is composed of chemically stable saturated hydrocarbons, and only contains unsaturated double bonds in the side chains, so that it has excellent aging resistance such as ozone resistance, heat resistance, weather resistance, etc., and can be widely used in the fields of automobile parts, waterproof materials for buildings, wire and cable sheaths, heat-resistant rubber tubes, tapes, automobile seals, etc.
Ethylene propylene diene monomer is more and more emphasized by people due to the structural characteristics, but the traditional ethylene propylene diene monomer has certain disadvantages in practical application, such as the problem that the rubber aging speed is accelerated and the cracking is accompanied when the ethylene propylene diene monomer is used at high temperature.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the ethylene-propylene-diene monomer reclaimed rubber and the preparation method thereof aiming at the technical defects, the invention adds peroxides with different components into the ingredients of the ethylene-propylene-diene monomer reclaimed rubber, so that the ethylene-propylene-diene monomer crosslinked by the peroxides can be used under harsh conditions, and the problem of rapid aging is not easy to occur when the ethylene-propylene-diene monomer reclaimed rubber is used at high temperature, thereby greatly improving the structural characteristics of the ethylene-propylene-diene monomer rubber and enabling the ethylene-propylene-diene monomer reclaimed rubber to be more in line with the actual use.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, the peroxide with different components is added into the ingredients of the reclaimed ethylene propylene diene rubber, so that the ethylene propylene diene rubber crosslinked by the peroxide can be used under harsh conditions, and the problem of rapid aging is not easy to occur when the ethylene propylene diene rubber is used at a high temperature, thereby greatly improving the structural characteristics of the ethylene propylene diene rubber and enabling the ethylene propylene diene rubber to be more in line with practical use.
