1. The special-effect glittering metal-feeling liquid colorant for PET packaging is characterized by comprising a special-effect organic carrier, a dye and a dispersing thickening auxiliary agent; the dye is one or more of organic dye, metallic pigment and pearl powder;
the specific organic carrier is a mixed organic solution of one or more of edible contact-grade cyclomethicone, polymethylphenylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane and aminosiloxane.
2. The specific glittering metal-like liquid colorant for PET packaging according to claim 1, wherein the specific organic carrier solution has a viscosity of 1000cst or more and 30000cst or less.

The specific glittering metallic liquid colorant for PET packaging according to claim 1, wherein the specific organic carrier is a mixed solution of one or more of food grade cyclomethicone, polymethylphenylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane and aminosiloxane; the viscosity of the special-effect organic carrier solution is more than or equal to 1000cst and less than or equal to 30000 cst.
4. The specific sparkling metallic liquid colorant for PET packaging according to claim 1, wherein the specific sparkling metallic liquid colorant comprises a mixture of at least one of a water-soluble resin, and a water-soluble resin.
5. The preparation method of the special-effect glittering metal-feeling liquid colorant for PET packaging, which is used for preparing the special-effect glittering metal-feeling liquid colorant for PET packaging as claimed in claim 1, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1: preparing a special-effect organic carrier solution, pouring one or more of food-grade methyl siloxane, polymethylphenyl siloxane, polydimethylsiloxane and aminosiloxane into a dispersion kettle, and stirring and mixing;
step 2: slowly adding a proper amount of one or more of organic dye, metal pigment and pearl powder into the dispersion kettle;
step 3, slowly adding a dispersing thickening auxiliary agent into the reaction kettle according to the viscosity of the slurry;
and 4, step 4: and grinding the mixed blank for multiple times by adopting a three-roller machine, a closed horizontal grinder or an upright basket grinder.
6. The method for preparing the specific glittering metallic liquid colorant for PET packaging according to claim 5, wherein in the step 4, the particle size of the milled mixed blank is 5 to 100 μm.
Background
The PET bottle grade polyester chip is widely used for bottle packaging containers and can be used for manufacturing packaging bottles for food, beverage, jam and the like. The food and beverage packaging is the field of the fastest PET growth, bottle-grade polyester chips are non-toxic and tasteless, have glass-like transparency and luster, good impact toughness and high strength, have small gas permeability, namely good barrier property, can prolong the quality guarantee period of the beverage, are simple to process, have small size change or creep under load, and have the characteristics of light weight and good safety compared with glass.
However, the existing PET packaging generally has the same appearance and serious homogenization of packaging forms, and cannot achieve the packaging effect of effectively attracting the attention of consumers and purchasing desire on the premise of food safety, and although individual PET beverage packaging achieves the special effect of attracting the eyes of consumers by molding special bottle shapes, the special bottle shapes mean that special bottle blowing molds need to be opened for realization, so that resources are consumed, the bottle blowing efficiency and the bottle blowing yield are seriously influenced, and great waste is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a metal-feeling liquid colorant which can realize metal coloring for a traditional PET bottle, has a certain light-blocking effect and effectively improves the identification degree of a commodity bottle.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a special-effect shiny metal-feeling liquid colorant for PET packaging, which comprises a special-effect organic carrier, a dye and a dispersing thickening auxiliary agent; the dye is one or more of organic dye, metallic pigment and pearl powder;
the specific organic carrier is a mixed organic solution of one or more of edible contact-grade cyclomethicone, polymethylphenylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane and aminosiloxane.
In this embodiment, the specific organic vehicle solution has a viscosity of 1000cst or more and 30000cst or less.
In this embodiment, the specific organic carrier is a mixed solution of one or more of food-grade cyclomethicone, polymethylphenylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane and aminosiloxane; the viscosity of the special-effect organic carrier solution is more than or equal to 1000cst and less than or equal to 30000 cst.
In this embodiment, the specific organic vehicle accounts for 60% to 99% of the total volume of the colorant; the dye accounts for 0.5 to 30 percent of the total volume of the colorant; the dispersing thickening auxiliary agent accounts for 0.5-10% of the total volume of the colorant.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the special-effect glittering metal-feeling liquid colorant for PET packaging, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: preparing a special-effect organic carrier solution, pouring one or more of food-grade methyl siloxane, polymethylphenyl siloxane, polydimethylsiloxane and aminosiloxane into a dispersion kettle, and stirring and mixing;
step 2: slowly adding a proper amount of one or more of organic dye, metal pigment and pearl powder into the dispersion kettle;
step 3, slowly adding a dispersing thickening auxiliary agent into the reaction kettle according to the viscosity of the slurry;
and 4, step 4: and grinding the mixed blank for multiple times by adopting a three-roller machine, a closed horizontal grinder or an upright basket grinder.
Further, in step 4, the particle size of the ground mixed blank is 5-100 μm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the coloring agent is a liquid coloring agent with metallic sense, which is a domestic first type and realizes metallic shiny luster by stretching and refracting a special-effect organic polymer carrier solution, has higher identification degree compared with the traditional color, effectively improves the aesthetic degree of products, does not need to use a special die, and reduces the production cost of bottles. On the premise of not using metal materials or pearlescent pigments, the metal-coated glass can achieve the effect of shining metal appearance, has a certain light-blocking effect, can also have certain transparency, is suitable for filling various beverages, and has wider application range and stronger economical efficiency.
The shiny metal-feeling coloring agent can customize various color effects by additionally adding different organic dyes according to the requirements of production enterprises, can play strong relevance and association degrees with the contained beverages, such as purple metal effects, can be associated with the beverages with the tastes of grapes, dragon fruits and the like, has orange-yellow metal effects, can be associated with the tastes of oranges, lemons, bananas and the like, and has green color related to the tastes of green apples, green grapes and the like. The special metal effect appearance greatly improves the identification degree and the aesthetic degree of product packaging, also improves the taste and the style of the product, can greatly arouse the novelty and the purchasing desire of consumers, further greatly improves the sales volume of the product, and effectively increases the economic and social benefits.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be further described below.
The invention provides a special-effect glittering metal-feeling liquid colorant for PET packaging, which comprises a special-effect organic carrier, a dye and a dispersing thickening auxiliary agent; the dye is one or more of organic dye, metallic pigment and pearl powder;
the specific organic carrier is one or more of edible contact-grade cyclomethicone, polymethylphenylsiloxane, polydimethylsiloxane and aminosiloxane mixed organic solution. The one or more mixed organic solutions can be used as food additives under the use limit specified by the national standard GB2760, the flash point of the one or more mixed organic solutions is above 300 ℃, the one or more mixed organic solutions are subjected to injection molding by an injection molding machine at about 280 ℃ to form bottle blanks, and the organic polymer structures of the one or more mixed organic solutions can generate uniform light refraction under the action of strong tensile force in the stage of stretching and blowing bottles after the bottle blanks are heated in an infrared oven, so that light white shining gloss is presented.
In this example, the viscosity of the specific organic vehicle solution is 1000cst or more and 30000cst or less.

step 1: preparing a special-effect organic carrier solution, pouring one or more of food-grade methyl siloxane, polymethylphenyl siloxane, polydimethylsiloxane and aminosiloxane into a dispersion kettle, and stirring and mixing;
step 2: slowly adding a proper amount of one or more of organic dye, metal pigment and pearl powder into a dispersion kettle;
step 3, slowly adding a dispersing thickening auxiliary agent into the reaction kettle according to the viscosity of the slurry;
and 4, step 4: and grinding the mixed blank for multiple times by adopting a three-roller machine, a closed horizontal grinder or an upright basket grinder.
In this embodiment, in step 4, the particle size of the ground mixed blank is 5-100 μm.
The first embodiment is as follows:

Example two
Some coffee beverage customers in China expect that a PET packaging bottle can have the texture of a metal aluminum can, and consumers can see the appearance of the metal PET bottle and can associate the texture of the metal aluminum can, so that the high-grade property of the product is improved, and certain light-blocking performance is also required to protect nutritional ingredients in the coffee beverage from being damaged by strong light. Based on this requirement, liquid metal colorants for the production of aluminum silver effects: the mixture ratio is as follows:

And (3) performing blank injection and bottle blowing on the liquid metal colorant with the glittering aluminum silver effect according to different addition ratios, performing light resistance performance test on the bottles with the same wall thickness, and sorting test data to obtain a light resistance performance comparison curve shown in the figure 1.
The metal glittering aluminum can effect coloring agents with different proportions are used, so that the PET plastic bottle has a special metal glittering effect, the product quality is greatly improved, the production cost of using the aluminum can is greatly reduced, and the production and canning efficiency is improved.
