the inner side of the first inner cavity (11) is internally provided with a second inner cavity (3), the inner side of the second inner cavity (3) is rotatably connected with a second rotating shaft (31), a second roller (32) is adhered to the periphery of the second rotating shaft (31), a silica gel outer ring (33) is adhered to the periphery of the second roller (32), an outer wheel (36) is adhered to the periphery of the silica gel outer ring (33), a second motor support (37) is installed on the upper surface of the main body (1) corresponding to the second rotating shaft (31) through bolts, and a second motor (38) is installed on the inner side of the second motor support (37) through bolts;
the rubber plate (5) is clamped between the main bodies (1).

Background
The rubber is a high-elasticity polymer material with reversible deformation, is rich in elasticity at room temperature, can generate large deformation under the action of small external force, and can recover the original shape after the external force is removed. The rubber belongs to a completely amorphous polymer, and has low glass transition temperature and large molecular weight which is more than hundreds of thousands.
The rubber is divided into natural rubber and synthetic rubber. The natural rubber is prepared by extracting colloid from plants such as rubber tree and rubber grass and processing; synthetic rubbers are obtained by polymerization of various monomers. Rubber products are widely used in industry or in various aspects of life.
Rubber material among the prior art, its rubber material of its long-time storage of storage in-process can appear ageing, and the life greatly reduced when causing its use, however the ageing resistance treatment facility among the prior art, generally all the manual work is operated when using for its extravagant labour in a large number and its manufacturing cost of workman's wage greatly increased when using also, thereby can't satisfy prior art needs.
