1. A diesel engine valve seat extracting tool characterized by, includes: the device comprises an old air valve (10) matched with a valve seat and a stabilizing assembly (20) arranged on the old air valve (10);
the waste gas valve (10) comprises a valve head (11) and a valve rod (12) which are connected;

The tool for removing a valve seat of a diesel engine according to claim 1, wherein the limiting member (22) comprises an elastic element (23) contacting the guide member (21) and a rigid element (24) disposed at an end of the elastic element (23) far away from the guide member (21), and the elastic element (23) and the rigid element (24) are respectively sleeved on the valve rod (12).
3. The tool for removing a valve seat of a diesel engine as claimed in claim 2, wherein said elastic element (23) is a spring.
4. A tool for removing valve seats from diesel engines as claimed in claim 3, characterised in that said rigid element (24) is a disc.
5. The diesel valve seat removal tool of claim 4, wherein the disk is welded to the valve stem (12).
6. The diesel valve seat removal tool of claim 5, wherein the disk and the valve stem (12) are threadably connected.
7. A method for using a tool for removing a valve seat of a diesel engine, which is characterized in that the tool for removing a valve seat of a diesel engine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 is used, and comprises the following steps:
s1: selecting the old air valve (10) matched with the valve seat;
s2: processing a valve head (11) of the old air valve (10);
s3: obliquely and inversely placing a valve head (11) of the processed old air valve (10) into a valve seat, and sequentially mounting the guide piece (21) and the limiting piece (22) on the valve rod (12);
s4: moving the guide (21) so that the outer wall of the guide (21) engages the inner wall of the valve seat;
s5: knocking the side of the valve head (11) of the old air valve (10) far away from the valve rod (12) until the valve seat is detached.
8. The method for using a tool for removing a valve seat of a diesel engine according to claim 7, wherein in step S2, the guide member (21) and the retainer (22) are mounted on the valve stem (12), and the valve head (11) is placed in the valve seat in an inclined inverted manner.
9. The use method of the valve seat removing tool for the diesel engine according to claim 7, wherein in step S4, the valve head (11) of the old gas valve (10) put into the valve seat is knocked by using the valve stem (12) of the other old gas valve (10).
Background
Four-stroke diesel engines are common internal combustion engines, and after parts of the engines operate for a period of time, maintenance and repair are required according to the requirements of the specification due to wear and the like. The cylinder cover of the four-stroke diesel engine is provided with an intake valve, an exhaust valve and a valve seat thereof. The air valve and the valve seat are vulnerable parts in a four-stroke diesel engine, and the air valve and the valve seat can be burnt, knocked and worn in use and must be replaced after being damaged. The cylinder head air valve and the valve seat are regularly checked, for example, the cylinder head air valve and the valve seat are checked when the Cormins requires about 5000 hours of operation, and the Yama machine requires 10000 hours of operation. The valve seat is easy to mount, but the valve seat is difficult to dismount.
The conventional convenient disassembly and assembly method is to weld the air valve on the valve seat or weld an iron plate on the valve seat, and then knock the valve seat from the reverse side to disassemble the valve seat. However, because other elements need to be additionally welded, the valve seat needs to be welded in sequence when being detached, and the problem of low detachment efficiency exists. When other components are welded, the component plane cannot be perpendicular to the direction of reverse knocking, so that the valve rod guide sleeve is stressed during disassembly, the valve rod guide sleeve is easily damaged due to lateral force applied to the valve rod guide sleeve during disassembly, and high-temperature deformation is caused to the valve seat mounting hole when the components are welded. Therefore, the problems that the efficiency is low and the valve rod guide sleeve and the valve seat mounting hole are damaged when the diesel engine valve seat is detached exist in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a diesel engine valve seat dismounting tool and a using method thereof, and aims to solve the problems that the existing diesel engine valve seat dismounting is low in efficiency and damages a valve rod guide sleeve and a valve seat mounting hole.
The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a diesel engine valve seat removal tool comprising: the device comprises an old air valve matched with a valve seat and a stabilizing assembly arranged on the old air valve;
the waste gas valve comprises a valve head and a valve rod which are connected;
the stabilizing assembly comprises a guide part and a limiting part which are respectively sleeved on the valve rod, the outer wall of the guide part is in contact with the inner wall of the valve seat, and the limiting part is positioned at the end part, far away from the valve head, of the guide part.
The disassembling tool adopts the old air valve matched with the valve seat, the valve head is processed, so that the valve head can be conveniently placed in an inclined and inverted manner to the inner side of the valve seat, an inverted structure is formed between the valve head and the opening part of the valve seat, and the valve head is knocked from the other side, so that the old air valve is taken out of the valve seat; the outer wall of the guide piece sleeved on the valve rod is in contact with the inner wall of the valve seat and used for guiding the valve rod, so that uneven stress of the valve seat caused by the inclination of the valve rod is avoided; the limiting piece is used for limiting the guide piece, and the guide piece is prevented from easily sliding off the valve rod. The valve seat can be taken out quickly and with little damage to the valve seat through the cooperation and practicality of the old air valve, the guide piece and the limiting piece.
Furthermore, the limiting part comprises an elastic element contacted with the guide part and a rigid element arranged at the end part of the elastic element far away from the guide part, and the elastic element and the rigid element are respectively sleeved on the valve rod.
The limiting element is formed by matching the elastic element and the rigid element, can ensure that the guide part is limited, meanwhile, the elastic element can provide certain elastic supporting force for the guide part, and can also enable the guide part to axially move along the valve rod by extruding the elastic element, so that the use convenience of the disassembling tool is improved.
Further, the elastic element is a spring.
The spring is used as the elastic element, has better toughness, and is a standard part so as to be convenient to replace.
Further, the rigid member is a disk.
Further, the disc is welded to the valve stem.
The disk of the invention is welded with the valve seat, so that the position of the disk is constant, and the relative position of the guide piece is constant.
Further, the disc and the valve stem are connected by a screw thread.
The disc is in threaded connection with the valve rod, and the position of the disc can be adjusted along the axial direction of the valve rod through the screw threads, so that the position of the guide piece can be adjusted correspondingly.
The use method of the diesel engine valve seat detaching tool comprises the following steps:
s1: selecting an old air valve matched with the valve seat;
s2: processing the valve head of the old air valve;
s3: placing the processed valve head of the old air valve into a valve seat in an inclined and inverted manner, and sequentially installing a guide piece and a limiting piece on a valve rod;
s4: moving the guide member so that the outer wall of the guide member is fitted with the inner wall of the valve seat;
s5: knocking one side of the valve head of the old air valve, which is far away from the valve rod, until the valve seat is dismounted.
The novel dismounting method is adopted, so that the dismounting tool is convenient to reuse, dismounting loss materials are not required to be added when the valve seats are dismounted, the operation is simple and convenient, the dismounting efficiency is improved, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
Further, in step S3, the guide member and the stopper are first mounted on the valve stem, and then the valve head is placed in the valve seat in an inclined and inverted manner.
When the disassembling tool is used for disassembling a plurality of groups of valve seats, the stabilizing assembly is installed firstly, and then the valve head is placed in the valve seat, so that the convenience of installing the stabilizing assembly can be improved.
Further, in step S5, the valve head of the old valve placed in the valve seat is knocked by using the valve stem of the old valve.
The valve head can be knocked by adopting the valve rod of the old air valve, so that the utilization rate of the old air valve is improved, and the removal efficiency of the valve seat is improved.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the disassembling tool adopts the old air valve matched with the valve seat, the valve head can be conveniently and obliquely placed in an inverted mode to the inner side of the valve seat after processing, an inverted buckle structure is formed between the old air valve and the opening of the valve seat, and the valve head is knocked from the other side, so that the old air valve is taken out of the valve seat; the outer wall of the guide piece sleeved on the valve rod is in contact with the inner wall of the valve seat and used for guiding the valve rod, so that uneven stress of the valve seat caused by the inclination of the valve rod is avoided; the limiting piece is used for limiting the guide piece, and the guide piece is prevented from easily sliding off the valve rod. The valve seat is taken out quickly and less in damage to the valve seat by using the old air valve, the guide piece and the limiting piece in a matched mode.
(2) The novel dismounting method is adopted, so that the dismounting tool is convenient to reuse, dismounting loss materials are not required to be added when the valve seats are dismounted, the operation is simple and convenient, the dismounting efficiency is improved, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Examples
Referring to fig. 1, a diesel engine valve seat removal tool and a method of using the same includes: a spent gas valve 10 and a stabilizing assembly 20.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the used air valve 10 comprises a valve head 11 and a valve rod 12 which are connected, and the specification type matched with the detached valve seat 30 is selected, so that the valve head 11 can obliquely and inversely extend into the inner side of the valve seat 30, the valve head 11 and the valve seat 30 can form an inverted structure, and the valve seat 30 and the used air valve 10 can be moved outwards together by knocking one side of the valve head 11 away from the valve rod 12, so that the valve seat 30 is detached.
The stabilizing assembly 20 includes a guide 21 and a limiting member 22 respectively sleeved on the valve stem 12, the guide 21 is located on the valve stem 12 at a position close to the valve head 11, and the limiting member 22 is located on the valve stem 12 at a position far from the valve head 11. The outer wall of guide 21 still cooperatees with the inner wall of disk seat 30, and this cooperation can be outer wall and the disk seat 30 inner wall direct contact of guide 21, also can make the outer wall of guide 21 and disk seat 30 inner wall guarantee small clearance to make the position of valve rod 12 relatively stable, can not take place great skew, thereby avoid the disk seat 30 atress uneven when strikeing.
The limiting member 22 includes an elastic limiting member 23 and a rigid limiting member 24, and the elastic limiting member 23 is in contact with the guide member 21, so as to provide a certain elastic support for the guide member 21. The elastic limiting part 23 can be a spring, which has better toughness, and the spring is a standard part so as to be convenient to replace.
The rigid stopper 24 is a disk for abutting against an end of the spring to limit the position of the elastic stopper 23 and thus the guide 21. The disc may be welded to the stem 12 to maintain the disc position and thus the relative position of the guide 21 constant. The disc can also be in threaded connection with the valve rod 12, external threads are machined on the valve rod 12, internal threads are machined on the disc, the position of the disc is conveniently adjusted along the axial direction of the valve rod 12 through threads, and therefore the position of the guide piece 21 is conveniently adjusted correspondingly.
The use method of the diesel engine valve seat detaching tool comprises the following steps:
s1: selecting an old air valve 10 matched with the valve seat 30 to avoid the condition that the specifications and the sizes of the used old air valve 10 and the valve seat 30 are not matched to cause uneven stress on the valve seat 30;
s2: the valve head 11 of the old air valve 10 is processed, so that the processed valve head 11 can be placed in the valve seat 30, and the phenomenon that the valve head 11 is inconvenient to fix in the valve seat 30 due to overlarge cutting size is avoided;
s3: obliquely and inversely placing the valve head 11 of the processed old air valve 10 into the valve seat 30 to enable the valve head 11 and the valve seat 30 to form an inverted structure, and sequentially installing a guide piece 21 and a limiting piece 22 on the valve rod 12 of the old air valve 10, wherein the guide piece 21 is used for guiding the valve rod 12, and the limiting piece 22 is used for limiting and fixing the guide piece 21;
s4: moving the guide 21 so that its outer wall engages the inner wall of the valve seat 30 to prevent the guide 21 from deflecting itself;
s5: the side of the valve head 11 of the old air valve 10 far away from the valve rod 12 is knocked, so that the valve seat 30 is taken out along with the valve head 11, damage to the valve seat 30 is reduced, and meanwhile, the disassembly efficiency of the valve seat 30 is greatly improved.
In step S3, the stabilizing assembly 20 may be mounted on the valve stem 12, and then the valve head 11 may be placed in the valve seat 30 in an inclined and inverted manner, so that when the disassembling tool is used to disassemble multiple sets of valve seats 30, the convenience of mounting the stabilizing assembly 20 may be improved.
In step S5, the valve head 11 of the old gas valve 10 placed in the valve seat 30 can be knocked by using the valve stem 12 of another old gas valve 10, so that the utilization rate of the old gas valve 10 is improved, and the removal efficiency of the valve seat 30 is improved.
By adopting the novel dismounting method, the dismounting tool is convenient to reuse, dismounting damaged materials are not required to be added when the valve seats 30 are dismounted, the operation is simple and convenient, the dismounting efficiency is improved, the maintenance cost is reduced, and the popularization significance is realized.
