Background
In the field of ecological dredging treatment of rivers and lakes, the plate-frame dehydration process of the bottom mud is widely applied. The process mainly comprises the following steps: flocculation reaction, homogenization reaction, plate-frame filter pressing, residual water treatment and the like. Wherein, the homogenization reaction is crucial and directly influences the subsequent dehydration efficiency. Generally, in a plate frame dewatering field of bottom mud of rivers and lakes, a field occupying a certain area is needed to arrange a homogenizing pool for uniformly mixing and reacting the bottom mud and a conditioning agent. The method increases the floor area of the project, has poor environmental protection performance on site and needs to clean the homogenizing pool regularly. Therefore, a homogenizing device which can fully homogenize the bottom mud and the medicament, can save the occupied area and has higher environmental protection property is urgently needed.

The invention aims to provide a homogenizing device for dehydrating bottom mud of rivers and lakes, which saves floor area and has higher environmental protection.
Therefore, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

Preferably, the water flow distributor is in the shape of an S plate and is vertically arranged on the inner wall of the tank body, the distance between the inner side edge of the water flow distributor and the inner wall of the tank body is 2-5mm, and the rotation direction of the stirrer enables the liquid flow direction in the circumferential direction to face to one side of the lower opening of the S shape.
More preferably, the water flow distributor is formed by splicing two flat plates with semicircular sections, and the shapes of two side edges of the S-shaped baffle are matched with the shape of the inner wall of the tank body; the included angle between the connecting line of the highest point and the lowest point of the S-shaped baffle and the vertical direction is 25-35 degrees, and the preferred included angle is 30 degrees.
The first perturbator is a rectangular baffle plate, the width of the first perturbator is 5-10 cm, the length of the first perturbator is 10-15 cm, and the rectangular baffle plate is vertically arranged at the outer end of each stirring blade of the perturbator and is perpendicular to the radial direction.

The method comprises the following specific steps:

3. The second disturber arranged at the bottom of the tank body can rotate along with the flowing of the materials, so that the accumulation of solid-phase materials at the bottom of the center of the stirring tank is further reduced.

Detailed Description
The following describes in detail the structure of the homogenizing apparatus for dewatering bottom mud of rivers and lakes in accordance with the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a homogenizing apparatus for dewatering bottom mud of rivers and lakes. As shown, the apparatus comprises: a tank 7, a stirrer 6, a water flow distributor 8, a first perturbator 10 and a second perturbator 11.
Specifically, the tank 7 is a cylinder with an open upper portion, and a material outlet (not shown) is formed at one side of the lower portion. The stirrer 6 is arranged in the tank body and is provided with rotary power by the speed reducing motor 1. In this embodiment, the number of the water distributors 8 is 3 in the circumferential direction of the inner wall of the tank 7. The lower half of the water distributor 8 is used for promoting the liquid phase objects near the bottom side wall of the tank body to flow upwards, and the upper half is used for promoting the liquid phase objects near the upper side wall of the tank body to flow downwards. The first disturber 10 is arranged at the edge of the outer end of the stirrer and is used for enhancing the disturbance of the liquid at the bottom of the tank body. The second perturbator 11 is arranged at the center of the bottom of the tank body and perturbs the solid-phase material accumulated at the bottom.
As shown in figure 2, the water flow distributor 8 is in the shape of an S plate, is vertically arranged on the inner wall of the tank body, and has the inner side edge 2-5mm away from the inner wall of the tank body so as to facilitate the material close to the inner wall to pass through. The stirrer 6 is rotated in such a direction that the flow direction in the circumferential direction is directed toward the lower opening side of the S-shape. The structure ensures that the lower half section of the water flow distributor 8 can promote liquid-phase objects near the side wall of the tank body to flow upwards, and the upper half section can promote liquid-phase objects near the side wall of the tank body to flow downwards, so that the axial flow state in the stirring tank is enhanced.
The S-shaped plate is formed by splicing two flat plates with semicircular sections, and the shapes of two side edges of the S-shaped plate are matched with the shape of the inner wall of the tank body (the whole inner side edge is close to the inner wall of the tank body); the line between the highest point and the lowest point of the S-shaped baffle forms an angle of 25-35 degrees with the vertical direction, and in the embodiment, the angle is 30 degrees.
The first perturber 10 is a rectangular baffle, the width of the baffle is 5-10 cm, the length of the baffle is 10-15 cm, and the rectangular baffle is vertically arranged at the outer end of each stirring blade of the perturber and is perpendicular to the radial direction.
The second disturber 11 has three symmetrically arranged paddles which are vertically arranged in a plate shape, the length direction of which is parallel to the bottom of the tank body, and the paddles can rotate along with the flow of the material. Each blade of the second agitator has a width of 5-10 cm and a length of 50-75 cm, and in this embodiment, the thickness is 0.2 cm.
The speed reducing motor 1 is installed on a rack 3, the rack 3 is installed on a connecting plate 4, the connecting plate 4 is installed on a bridge frame 5, and the bridge frame 5 is installed at an opening at the top of the tank body 7. In addition, an overflow port 12 is arranged on one side of the upper part of the tank body 7; and a reinforcing rib 13 is also arranged on the outer side of the bottom of the tank body 7. The speed reducing motor 1 is connected with a stirring shaft of the stirrer through a connecting shaft coupling 2.
In this embodiment, the diameter of the tank body is 5m, and the height is 4 m; the stirrer adopts an axial screw blade, the stirring diameter of the stirrer is 2m, and the distance between the bottom of the stirring blade and the bottom of the tank body is 0.8 m; the semi-circle diameter of the section of the S-shaped baffle is 150cm, the distance between two side edges of the S-shaped baffle is 45cm, the height of the S-shaped baffle is 260cm, and the distance between the S-shaped baffle and the bottom of the tank body is 60 cm.
When the stirring device is used, slurry and the medicament enter the tank body from the top, the stirrer is started, and the slurry and the medicament are fully and uniformly mixed under the action of the stirrer, the first agitator and the second agitator.
