The fixture of claim 1, wherein: the pretension device comprises a telescopic rod and a second elastic piece, the telescopic rod is arranged on the first arm or/and the second arm, the first clamping part or/and the second clamping part is/are arranged at the front end of the corresponding telescopic rod, and the second elastic piece exerts forward elastic force on the telescopic rod to generate clamping force.

The fixture of claim 1, wherein: the pretensioning device comprises a swinging rod and a third elastic piece, the swinging rod is arranged on the first arm or/and the second arm, the first clamping part or/and the second clamping part is/are arranged at the front end of the corresponding swinging rod, and the third elastic piece acts on the swinging rod to promote the swinging rod to swing so as to generate clamping force.
5. The fixture of claim 1, wherein: when the second clamping part and the first clamping part are closed, an encircling space is formed between the first arm and the second arm.
6. The fixture of claim 1, wherein: the locking device comprises a ratchet wheel and a pawl which are respectively arranged on the first arm and the second arm, the ratchet wheel and the pawl are meshed by means of elasticity, and the operating control is operated to enable the pawl to be disengaged from the ratchet wheel so as to unlock the locking device.
7. The fixture of claim 6, wherein: the spring force is provided by a fourth spring acting on the pawl.
8. A clip as claimed in claim 6 or 7, wherein: the elastic force is provided by a fifth elastic member acting on the manipulation member.
9. The fixture of claim 6, wherein: the rear end of the first arm is fixedly provided with a support, the pawl and the control piece are arranged on the support in a swinging mode, the pawl is provided with a driven part, the control piece is provided with a shifting part, and the control piece is operated to enable the shifting part to shift the driven part so that the pawl is disengaged from the ratchet wheel.
10. The fixture of claim 9, wherein: the driven part is a slot, the toggle part is a shaft pin, and the shaft pin is positioned in the slot.
11. The fixture of claim 9, wherein: the rear end of the second arm is connected to the support through a first pivot.
12. The fixture of claim 6, wherein: the rear end of the first arm is connected with the rear end of the second arm through a second pivot.
13. The fixture of claim 12, wherein: the ratchet wheel is fixed at the rear end of the first arm and coaxial with the second pivot, the pawl is fixed with the control piece, the control piece is connected to the second arm through a pin shaft, and a sixth elastic piece is connected between the second arm and the control piece to enable the pawl to be meshed with the ratchet wheel.
14. The fixture of claim 6, wherein: the number of the ratchet wheels is two, and the ratchets on the two ratchet wheels are staggered.
15. An appliance, characterized by: a functional part is arranged on the holder of claims 1-14.
16. The appliance of claim 15, wherein: the functional part is connected to the clamp through a rotating structure.
17. The appliance of claim 16, wherein: the rotating structure is a universal joint so that the posture of the functional part relative to the clamp can be adjusted.
18. The appliance of claim 16, wherein: the rotating structure is a rotating shaft, so that the functional part can rotate around the rotating shaft to be close to the first arm or the second arm to be stored or be unfolded from the first arm or the second arm.
Background
A common clamp has two crossing clamping arms connected together by a pivot shaft, the clamping force being achieved by means of a spring fitted at the pivot shaft. This approach has several problems: firstly, the force application end relative to the clamping end has a certain opening, and when the clamping opening needs to be opened larger, the opening of the force application end is larger, so that the whole volume of the product is larger, and the product is inconvenient to package and transport; secondly, the opening angle of the clamping opening of a single product is limited, and the clamping range is narrow; thirdly, the clamping force is fixed by the opening angle, which can not meet the condition of increasing the clamping force in special needs.
Moreover, the existing clamps often do not have a functional part, and usually only have a clamping function and no additional function.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems and provide a clamp and an appliance which have the advantages of large opening, stable clamping force and convenient operation and use, and the technical task is to overcome the defects of the existing clamp.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a clamp including a first arm having a first clamping portion, and a second arm having a second clamping portion, wherein the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are disposed opposite to each other, the second arm is movably disposed relative to the first arm such that the first arm and the second arm can be moved toward and away from each other, the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are used for clamping when the first arm and the second arm are moved toward each other, and the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are released from clamping when the first arm and the second arm are moved away from each other, the clamp including: the first clamping part or/and the second clamping part is/are provided with a pre-tightening device so that the first clamping part and the second clamping part can generate clamping force through the pre-tightening device, the first arm and the second arm are provided with a locking device so that the first arm and the second arm can be locked at a desired position so that the first arm and the second arm cannot be separated, and the locking device comprises an operation control piece which is operated to unlock the locking device so that the first arm and the second arm can be separated from the desired position.
As a preferable technical means of the clamp: and a first elastic piece for separating the first arm from the second arm acts on the first arm or/and the second arm.
As a preferable technical means of the clamp: the pretension device comprises a telescopic rod and a second elastic piece, the telescopic rod is arranged on the first arm or/and the second arm, the first clamping part or/and the second clamping part is/are arranged at the front end of the corresponding telescopic rod, and the second elastic piece exerts forward elastic force on the telescopic rod to generate clamping force.
As a preferable technical means of the clamp: the pretensioning device comprises a swinging rod and a third elastic piece, the swinging rod is arranged on the first arm or/and the second arm, the first clamping part or/and the second clamping part is/are arranged at the front end of the corresponding swinging rod, and the third elastic piece acts on the swinging rod to promote the swinging rod to swing so as to generate clamping force.
As a preferable technical means of the clamp: when the second clamping part and the first clamping part are closed, an encircling space is formed between the first arm and the second arm.
As a preferable technical means of the clamp: the locking device comprises a ratchet wheel and a pawl which are respectively arranged on the first arm and the second arm, the ratchet wheel and the pawl are meshed by means of elasticity, and the operating control is operated to enable the pawl to be disengaged from the ratchet wheel so as to unlock the locking device.
As a preferable technical means of the clamp: the spring force is provided by a fourth spring acting on the pawl.
As a preferable technical means of the clamp: the elastic force is provided by a fifth elastic member acting on the manipulation member.
As a preferable technical means of the clamp: the rear end of the first arm is fixedly provided with a support, the pawl and the control piece are arranged on the support in a swinging mode, the pawl is provided with a driven part, the control piece is provided with a shifting part, and the control piece is operated to enable the shifting part to shift the driven part so that the pawl is disengaged from the ratchet wheel.
As a preferable technical means of the clamp: the driven part is a slot, the toggle part is a shaft pin, and the shaft pin is positioned in the slot.
As a preferable technical means of the clamp: the rear end of the second arm is connected to the support through a first pivot.
As a preferable technical means of the clamp: the rear end of the first arm is connected with the rear end of the second arm through a second pivot.
As a preferable technical means of the clamp: the ratchet wheel is fixed at the rear end of the first arm and coaxial with the second pivot, the pawl is fixed with the control piece, the control piece is connected to the second arm through a pin shaft, and a sixth elastic piece is connected between the second arm and the control piece to enable the pawl to be meshed with the ratchet wheel.
As a preferable technical means of the clamp: the number of the ratchet wheels is two, and the ratchets on the two ratchet wheels are staggered.
In order to achieve the above object, the tool of the present invention is configured such that the jig of the present invention is provided with a functional part.
As a preferable technical means of the instrument: the functional part is connected to the clamp through a rotating structure.
As a preferable technical means of the instrument: the rotating structure is a universal joint so that the posture of the functional part relative to the clamp can be adjusted.
As a preferable technical means of the instrument: the rotating structure is a rotating shaft, so that the functional part can rotate around the rotating shaft to be close to the first arm or the second arm to be stored or be unfolded from the first arm or the second arm.
The first clamping part and/or the second clamping part are/is provided with the pre-tightening device, so that the first clamping part and the second clamping part can generate clamping force by means of the pre-tightening device, the first arm and the second arm are provided with the locking device to lock the first arm and the second arm at the expected positions, so that the first arm and the second arm cannot be separated, and the locking device comprises an operating control piece which is operated to unlock the locking device, so that the first arm and the second arm can be separated from the expected positions. Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-4, the clamp of the present embodiment includes a first arm 100 having a first clamping portion 101, a second arm 200 having a second clamping portion 201, a support 102 is fixedly configured at the rear end of the first arm 100, the support is a component of the first arm, the rear end of the second arm 200 is connected to the support 102 via a first pivot 202, the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are disposed opposite to each other, the first arm and the second arm can move close to and away from each other, the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are used for clamping when the first arm and the second arm move close to each other, the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion release clamping when the first arm and the second arm move away from each other, in this embodiment, a pre-tightening device 300 is configured for the second clamping portion 201 such that the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion can generate a clamping force by the pre-tightening device, and a clamping force is generated by the pre-tightening device when the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are contacted with each other and pressed as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, at the moment, if an object or an article is placed between the first clamping part and the second clamping part, the object or the article is clamped; further, the locking device 400 is provided for the first arm and the second arm to lock the first arm and the second arm at desired positions such that the first arm and the second arm cannot be separated, the desired positions include a position where the object to be clamped is clamped and a position before the object to be clamped is clamped, in other words, the desired position is any position between the maximum included angle and the minimum included angle of the first arm and the second arm, so that a user can lock the first arm and the second arm at the desired positions according to the requirement; the locking device 400 includes an operator 401 which is operated to unlock the locking device such that the first and second arms can be separated from the desired position.
Specifically, a first elastic member 500 for separating the first arm from the second arm is disposed between the first arm and the second arm, and the first elastic member can separate the first arm from the second arm to release the clamping or enlarge the included angle between the first arm and the second arm when the locking device is unlocked. The first elastic member 500 is illustrated as a torsion spring having one end supported on the second arm and the other end supported on the seat of the first arm.
Specifically, the pre-tightening device 300 includes a telescopic rod 301 disposed on the second arm 200, and a second elastic member 302, the second clamping portion 201 is disposed at a front end of the telescopic rod 301, and the second elastic member 302 applies a forward elastic force to the telescopic rod 301 to generate a clamping force. When the pretensioning device is in the state shown in fig. 4, the telescopic rod 301 is extended forward by the elastic force of the second elastic member 302, and when the pretensioning device is in the state shown in fig. 1 and 3, the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are in contact with each other and are squeezed, the telescopic rod 301 moves backward to compress the spring, so that a clamping force is generated, and at this time, if an object or an object is placed between the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion, the object or the object is clamped. The second elastic member 302 is shown as a helical compression spring that is placed over the extension rod.
In order to increase the application range of the clamp, when the second clamping portion 201 and the first clamping portion 101 are closed, an encircling space 600 is formed between the first arm and the second arm, the encircling space can accommodate larger objects, so that smaller parts of the larger objects can be clamped, and the clamp can be sleeved on the corresponding objects for hanging in such a way, and the appliance as shown in embodiment 3 can be hung at the corresponding positions by the clamp.
The locking device 400 comprises a ratchet wheel 402 arranged on the second arm 200, a pawl 403 arranged on the first arm, the ratchet wheel 402 is fixedly assembled at the end part of the second arm 200, the pawl 403 is engaged with the ratchet wheel 402 by means of elastic force to lock the first arm and the second arm at a desired position, and the pawl is disengaged from the ratchet wheel by operating an operating control 401 to unlock the locking device. In view of this construction, if the pawl is disengaged from the ratchet wheel without operating the control member to unlock the locking device, the pawl slides from the ratchet wheel during the first and second arms approach each other to generate a rattling sound, which is clearly advantageous for the user. In particular, the elastic force is provided by a fourth elastic member 404 acting on the pawl, which is a torsion spring supported at one end on the pawl and at the other end on the seat of the first arm. The spring force is also provided by a fifth spring 405 acting on the control member, which is a helical compression spring supported at its two ends on the control member and the abutment of the first arm, respectively. In specific implementation, only the fourth elastic element or the fifth elastic element may be provided.
The pawl 403 and the operating control element 401 are arranged on the support 102 in a swinging mode through a pin shaft, the pawl 403 is provided with a passive part 406, the operating control element 401 is provided with a shifting part 407, and the operating control element enables the shifting part 407 to shift the passive part 406 so that the pawl is disengaged from the ratchet wheel. Specifically, the passive portion 406 is a slot, and the toggle portion 407 is a pin, and the pin is located in the slot, so that the pin can toggle the slot to disengage the pawl from the ratchet by operating the operating member.
As shown in fig. 5, two ratchets 402 are provided in parallel, and the ratchets on the two ratchets are displaced, so that the number of ratchets is increased, and the second arm can be positioned at more positions than the first arm.
When the upper end of the control member 401 is pushed leftward from the state shown in fig. 1 and 3, the locking device is unlocked, and the first arm 100 and the second arm 200 are separated by the elastic force of the first elastic member. When the first and second arms 100 and 200 are moved toward each other from the separated state shown in fig. 4, the pawl 403 slides from the ratchet wheel 402 to generate a rattling sound until the first and second clamping portions are clamped or stopped at any desired position in the middle and locked by the locking device.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 6, the clamp of this embodiment has two pretensioning devices, that is, a pretensioning device 300 as in embodiment 1 is disposed on the first arm 100 and the second arm 200, respectively. The rest of the structure is the same as that of embodiment 1, and is not described again.
Example 3
This embodiment is an instrument in which a function part 800 is disposed on a jig 700 of embodiment 1 as shown in fig. 7 to 9, and the function part 800 is attached to a holder 102 of the jig 700 by a rotating structure in order to allow the function part to perform a function in a plurality of postures. Specifically, the rotating structure includes a connecting portion 900, the connecting portion is provided with a first shaft 901 and a second shaft 902 which are perpendicular to each other, the first shaft 901 is rotatably connected to the support 102, and the second shaft 902 is rotatably connected to the functional portion 800, so that a universal joint is formed between the functional portion and the support, and the posture of the functional portion relative to the fixture can be adjusted. The functional part is a lighting lamp, and can be other types of appliances in specific implementation.
Example 4
This embodiment is another instrument, as shown in fig. 10 to 11, in which a second function portion 801 is provided on a second jig 701, the rear end of a first arm and the rear end of a second arm of the second jig 701 have no stand according to embodiment 1, and the rear end of the first arm and the rear end of the second arm of the second jig 701 are connected via a second pivot 203.
The pre-tightening device comprises a swing rod 303 and a third elastic member 304, the swing rod 303 is arranged on the first arm and the second arm, the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are arranged at the front ends of the corresponding swing rods, the third elastic member acts on the swing rods to enable the swing rods to swing so as to generate clamping force, the third elastic member is an extension spring, and other types of springs can be selected according to installation positions in specific implementation.
The locking device of the clamp comprises a second ratchet wheel 402b, a second pawl 403b and a second control element 401b, wherein the second ratchet wheel 402b is fixed at the rear end of the first arm and is coaxial with the second pivot 203, the second pawl 403b is fixed with the second control element 401b, the second control element 401b is connected to the second arm through a pin shaft, a sixth elastic element 408 is connected between the second arm and the second control element 401b to enable the second pawl to be meshed with the second ratchet wheel, the sixth elastic element is shown as an extension spring, and springs in other forms can be selected according to installation positions in specific implementation.
When the left end of the second manipulating part 401b is pushed upward from the state shown in fig. 10, the locking device is unlocked, and the first arm and the second arm are separated by the elastic force of the first elastic member. When the first and second arms are moved toward each other from the state where the first and second arms are separated from each other as shown in fig. 11, the second pawl slides from the second ratchet wheel to generate a rattling sound until the first and second grip portions are clamped or stopped at any desired position in the middle and locked by the locking device.
The rotating structure is a rotating shaft which is served by the second pivot, so that the functional part can rotate around the rotating shaft to be close to the first arm to be stored or be unfolded from the first arm.
