in the process of lifting the cargo carrying platform, the synchronous servo motor 1 drives the driving shaft 2, the driving shaft 2 drives the double-row chain wheel 3 to rotate, and the double-row chain wheel 3 drives the lifting chain 4 to lift; the lifting chain 4 connected with one side of the cargo carrying platform is tensioned due to the self weight of the cargo carrying platform and the weight of the cargo, and the lifting chain 4 at the other side of the cargo carrying platform droops due to the self weight; because the double-row chain wheel 3 is of a tooth-shaped structure, the lifting chain 4 is meshed with the double-row chain wheel 3, the phenomenon of tooth jumping in the operation process is avoided, and meanwhile, the lifting of the cargo carrying platform is mainly driven by the double-row chain wheel 3 without carrying out counter weight on the lifting chain 4; the lifting chain 4 enters the guide rail 6 under the guiding action of the first auxiliary guide wheel 8 and the second auxiliary guide wheel 9, and the chain rollers 5 on the lifting chain 4 are arranged at intervals, so that after the lifting chain 4 enters the guide rail 6, the part with the chain rollers 5 slides on the guide rail 6, and the part without the chain rollers 5 falls on the middle hollow parts of the two C-shaped guide rails 61 due to the self weight of the lifting chain 4, and is stacked and collected in sections; the spring device 10 assists the lifting chain 4 to slide downwards along the guide rail 6 for automatic collection through the traction force of the spring 103, and the baffle plate 11 prevents the chain roller 5 from sliding out along the guide rail 6 which inclines downwards;
