The carrier assembly 9 comprises: a second vehicle frame 35; two support blocks 37, wherein each support block 37 extends along the moving direction of the horizontal carrier vehicle 2, and the two support blocks 37 are symmetrically arranged relative to a first symmetrical plane, the first symmetrical plane is a vertical plane and is parallel to the moving direction of the horizontal carrier vehicle 2, and the upper surfaces of the support blocks 37 are in an arc shape matched with the surface of the tube sheet 79; two rubber pads 39 respectively provided on the upper surfaces of the supporting blocks 37; a guide support sleeve 42, two guide support sleeves 42 are arranged on the lower surface of the supporting block 37, and the guide support sleeves 42 can stretch; the buffer spring 44 is arranged on each guide supporting sleeve 42, the upper end of the buffer spring 44 abuts against the lower surface of the corresponding supporting block 37, the other end of the buffer spring 44 abuts against the lower end of the guide supporting sleeve 42, the buffer spring 44 is always in a compressed state, and the shock absorption of the carrier assembly 9 can be realized through the matching of the buffer spring 44 and the guide supporting sleeve 42; and four wheel mechanisms 34, which are disposed on the second carrier frame 35 and partially exposed from the second carrier frame 35 to be supported on the horizontal carrier vehicle 2 or the vertical carrier vehicle 6, wherein the lower ends of the guide bearing sleeves 42 are supported on the corresponding wheel mechanisms 34.

Preferably, the second carrier frame 35 has side walls extending upward on both sides along the moving direction of the horizontal carrier vehicle 2, the supporting block 37 is disposed between the side walls, a strip-shaped through groove 46 extending upward and downward is disposed on the side walls and at a position corresponding to each supporting block 37, a first guiding bolt 45 is disposed at a position corresponding to the strip-shaped through groove 46 of the supporting block 37, the first guiding bolt 45 is in threaded connection with the supporting block 37, and the first guiding bolt 45 can penetrate through the corresponding strip-shaped through groove 46, so that the first guiding bolt 45 can be limited in the strip-shaped through groove 46, that is, the supporting block 37 moves up and down within the length range of the strip-shaped through groove 46, thereby ensuring both the buffering effect and the stability.

Further, the horizontal carrier vehicle 2 and the vertical carrier vehicle 6 are both provided with a third rail 36, each of the third rails 36 is provided with two rail grooves 361, the two rail grooves 361 extend along the moving direction of the horizontal carrier vehicle 2, and the wheels of each wheel mechanism 34 can enter the corresponding rail grooves 361, so that the wheel mechanisms 34 can be limited.

Meanwhile, in order to facilitate the carrier assembly 9 to smoothly move between the horizontal carrier vehicle 2 and the vertical carrier vehicle 6, the end of the track groove 361 on the horizontal carrier vehicle 2 close to the end of the track groove 361 on the vertical carrier vehicle 6 is open, and the end of the track groove 361 on the vertical carrier vehicle 6 away from the end is closed.

Further, a first stopper mechanism 59 is provided on the horizontal carrier vehicle 2 at a side corresponding to the opening of the track groove 361 thereon. The first stopper mechanism 59 includes: a first sliding base 60 fixedly arranged on one side of the horizontal carrier vehicle 2 corresponding to the opening of the track groove 361 thereon, wherein a first sliding groove 62 extending up and down is arranged on the first sliding base 60; the first sliding block 61 is slidably disposed in the first sliding groove 62 in a vertical direction, and an upper end of the first sliding block 61 can penetrate through the third rail 36 and enter the corresponding rail groove 361, so that the rail groove 361 can be blocked, and the carrier assembly 9 is prevented from being separated from the horizontal carrier vehicle 2 by itself.

Preferably, a first baffle 63 is arranged at the lower end of the first sliding seat 60, a second guide post 64 extending up and down is arranged on the first baffle 63 in a vertically sliding manner, the upper end of the second guide post 64 is arranged at the lower end of the first sliding seat 60, a first spring 65 is sleeved on the second guide post 64, the upper end of the first spring 65 abuts against the lower end face of the first sliding seat 60, the lower end of the first spring 65 abuts against the upper surface of the first baffle 63, and the first spring 65 is always in a compressed state so that the first sliding seat 60 always has a tendency of moving up.

Preferably, a second limiting mechanism 66 is arranged on the vertical carrier vehicle 6 on the side facing the horizontal carrier vehicle 2. The second limit mechanism 66 includes: a second slide carriage 67, which is arranged on a side wall of the vertical carrier vehicle 6 facing the side of the horizontal carrier vehicle 2 and corresponds to an opening of a rail groove of a third rail 36 on the vertical carrier vehicle 6, and a second slide groove 71 extending up and down is formed on the second slide carriage 67; the second sliding block 70 is disposed in the second sliding groove 71 in a vertically slidable manner, and an upper end thereof can penetrate through the corresponding third rail 36 and enter the rail groove to play a role of blocking.

Further, a second baffle 74 is arranged at the lower end of the second sliding groove 71, a third guide post 75 capable of sliding up and down is arranged on the second baffle 74, the upper end of the third guide post 75 is fixed on the lower end surface of the second slider 70, a second spring 76 is sleeved on the third guide post 75, the upper end of the second spring 76 abuts against the lower end surface of the second slider 70, the lower end of the second spring 76 abuts against the upper surface of the second baffle 74, and the second spring 76 is always in a compressed state, so that the second slider 70 always tends to move upwards.

Preferably, a first inclined surface 69 is provided at a position of the first slider 61 near the lower end and on a side facing the vertical carrier car 6, the first ramp 69 extends gradually in the direction from top to bottom towards the vertical carrier vehicle 6, a second inclined surface 68 is provided on the second slide carriage 67, the second inclined surface 68 gradually moves away from the horizontal carrier vehicle 2 in the top-down direction, when the third rail 36 on the horizontal carrier car 2 is aligned with the third rail 36 on the vertical carrier car 6, the first and second ramps 69, 68 are aligned, when the horizontal carrier car 2 is moved horizontally a certain distance towards the vertical carrier car 6, the first ramp 69 will abut against said second ramp 68, under the action of the two inclined surfaces, because the second slide seat 67 is relatively fixed, the first slide block 61 is pushed to move downwards for a certain distance, so that the first slide block 61 slides downwards out of the corresponding track groove.

A third inclined surface 73 facing the vertical carrier vehicle 6 is provided on the first slide 60, and the third inclined surface 73 gradually approaches the horizontal carrier vehicle 2 in the top-down direction. The second slider 70 is provided with a fourth inclined surface 72 facing the horizontal carrier vehicle 2, the fourth inclined surface 72 is gradually away from the vertical carrier vehicle 6 along a direction from top to bottom, when the third rail 36 on the horizontal carrier vehicle 2 is aligned with the third rail 36 on the vertical carrier vehicle 6, the third inclined surface 73 is aligned with the fourth inclined surface 72, and when the two horizontal carrier vehicles 2 move to a certain distance towards the vertical carrier vehicle 6, the third inclined surface 73 and the fourth inclined surface 72 abut against each other, and under the action of the inclined surfaces, the fourth inclined surface 72 moves downward, and then the second slider 70 is driven to move downward, so that the upper end of the second slider 70 moves downward and moves out of the corresponding track groove. That is, when the horizontal carrier vehicle 2 moves to a certain distance toward the vertical carrier vehicle 6, the first position-limiting mechanism 59 and the second position-limiting mechanism 66 open the corresponding track grooves at the same time, so that the carrier assembly 9 moves between the horizontal carrier vehicle 2 and the vertical carrier vehicle 6 without hindrance.

The conveying system further comprises a shifting assembly 10, the shifting assembly 10 is used for moving the carrier assembly 9 between the horizontal carrier vehicle 2 and the vertical carrier vehicle 6, the shifting assembly 10 comprises a second fixing frame 48, a hydraulic cylinder 49 and a connecting arm mechanism 11, the second fixing frame 48 is arranged on one side, deviating from the first rail 3, of the vertical shaft 5, the connecting arm mechanism 11 is arranged on a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 49, the hydraulic cylinder 49 horizontally extends, the connecting arm mechanism 11 can be selectively connected with or loosened from the carrier assembly 9, and when the connecting arm mechanism 11 is connected with the carrier assembly 9, the carrier assembly 9 can be driven to move through the expansion and contraction of the hydraulic cylinder 49. A protective sleeve 50 is sleeved on the hydraulic cylinder 49, and the protective sleeve 50 is used for protecting the hydraulic cylinder 49.

The link arm mechanism 11 includes: the connecting block 51 is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 49, a groove 52 is formed in one side, close to the carrier assembly 9, of the connecting block 51, a fixed seat 53 is arranged at a position, corresponding to the groove 52, of the carrier assembly 9, a protruding connecting head 54 is formed on the fixed seat 53, and the connecting head 54 can be inserted into the groove 52; the cylindrical pin 55 is vertically arranged and movably inserted into one end, far away from the hydraulic cylinder 49, of the connecting block 51, and through holes 56 for the cylindrical pin 55 to be inserted are formed in the end part of the connecting block 51 and the connecting head 54 so as to realize connection between the connecting block 51 and the connecting head 54; and the air cylinder 57 is fixed at the top of the connecting block 51, a connecting rod 58 is arranged at the upper end of the air cylinder rod of the air cylinder 57, two ends of the connecting rod 58 are respectively hinged with the air cylinder rod of the air cylinder 57 and the upper end of the cylindrical pin 55, and the cylindrical pin 55 can be driven to move up and down through the air cylinder 57. Preferably, the connecting block 51 and the hydraulic cylinder 49 each have two, corresponding to the two carrier assemblies 9.

The hoisting assembly 8 comprises: a plurality of first connection seats 20 are arranged on the side wall of each horizontal carrier table 33; each vertical carrier vehicle 6 corresponds to one cross beam 23, the cross beam 23 is in a U shape with an opening facing downwards, two ends of the U shape of the cross beam 23 are respectively provided with a second connecting seat 21, and the second connecting seats 21 are connected with the first connecting seats 20 on the corresponding sides by adopting connecting ropes 22; two sets of pulley mechanisms 25 respectively corresponding to the two vertical carrier vehicles 6, wherein the two sets of pulley mechanisms 25 are respectively supported right above the two sets of cross beams 23 through pulley support frames 24, and each set of pulley mechanism 25 is provided with a pulley; a winch 28 supported by a first fixing frame 26 through a second connecting shaft 27, the first fixing frame 26 being disposed at one side of the shaft 5; and two steel wire ropes 29, one ends of which are respectively connected with the corresponding cross beams 23, the other ends of which are wound on the winches 28, and the winding directions of the two steel wire ropes 29 on the winches 28 are opposite, so that when one vertical carrier vehicle 6 ascends, the next vertical carrier vehicle 6 descends. The winch 28 is driven by a second motor 30.
