As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the invention relates to a soft-package battery rubberizing device, which comprises a bottom frame 1; the bottom frame 1 is provided with at least one automatic rubberizing component; the automatic rubberizing component comprises a vertical plate 3 fixed on the bottom frame 1; an unreeling assembly 6 for unreeling a rolled adhesive tape, a tape pulling manipulator 5 for pulling the tail end of the adhesive tape to move, a cutting mechanism 8 for cutting the adhesive tape and a gluing manipulator 2 for sucking and gluing the cut adhesive tape on the surface of a battery are fixed on the vertical plate 3; the glue pulling manipulator 5 is arranged between the cutting mechanism 8 and the gluing manipulator 2; the gluing manipulator 2 is not essentially different from the prior art, so the details are not described; the unwinding assembly 6 is not essentially different from the prior art, so that the unwinding assembly 6 is used for unwinding a rolled adhesive tape; the adhesive tape pulling manipulator 5 clamps and fixes the tail end of the adhesive tape and pulls out the adhesive tape with a certain length from one end of the roll shape; the cutting mechanism 8 cuts off the section pulled out by the glue pulling manipulator 5; a section of adhesive tape cut out on the adhesive pulling manipulator 5 is adsorbed by a film absorbing plate of the adhesive pasting manipulator 2, and then the adhesive tape is pasted on the surface of the battery; the pressing cylinder 4 drives the silica gel plate to press the aluminum plastic film, so that the aluminum plastic film is better attached to the adhesive tape; the structure realizes automatic gluing and rubberizing of the lithium battery, greatly improves rubberizing efficiency, improves rubberizing quality and reduces labor intensity.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, as a preferred mode of the present invention, the glue pulling manipulator 5 includes a glue pulling motor 501 fixed on the vertical plate 3, a driven pulley 505 and a glue pulling guide 507; the glue pulling guide rail 507 is connected with a glue pulling slide block 506 in a sliding way; a clamping jaw bracket 503 is fixed on the glue pulling slide block 506; a glue pulling clamping jaw 504 is fixed on the clamping jaw bracket 503; a driven pulley 508 is fixed at the output end of the glue pulling motor 501; a belt 502 is tensioned between the driven pulley 505 and the driven pulley 508; the glue pulling slide block 506 is fixed on the belt 502; pulling the adhesive jaws 504 to grip the end of the tape; after the glue pulling motor 501 is started, the belt 502 is driven to move, so that the clamping jaw support 503 and the glue pulling clamping jaw 504 move along the length direction of the glue pulling guide rail 507, and fixed-length pulling of the adhesive tape is realized.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, as a preferred mode of the present invention, a pressing assembly is disposed between the unwinding assembly 6 and the cutting mechanism 8; the pressing assembly consists of a pressure-bearing wheel mechanism 9 and a rubber belt clamping assembly 10; the pressure-bearing wheel mechanism 9 comprises a roller bracket 902 fixed on the vertical plate 3 and a pressure-bearing roller 901 rotatably connected on the roller bracket 902; the adhesive tape clamping assembly 10 comprises a swing rod 1001, an adhesive tape clamping air cylinder 1004 and a hinge shaft 1003 fixed on the vertical plate 3; one end of the adhesive tape clamping cylinder 1004 is hinged with the vertical plate 3 through a fixed seat; the other end of the adhesive tape clamping cylinder 1004 is hinged with one end of the swing rod 1001; a pressing rod 1002 is fixed at the other end of the oscillating rod 1001; a rod body of the swing rod 1001 is rotatably connected with the hinge shaft 1003; the pressure-bearing roller 901 is arranged on a path of the pressure rod 1002 rotating around the hinge shaft 1003; the tail end of the adhesive tape penetrates through a space between the pressing rod 1002 and the pressure-bearing roller 901, the adhesive tape pulling manipulator 5 pulls out a certain length, and before cutting, the adhesive tape clamping cylinder 1004 drives the swing rod 1001 to rotate around the hinge shaft 1003, so that the pressing rod 1002 presses and fixes the adhesive tape on the body of the pressure-bearing roller 901; the cutting mechanism 8 can not feed materials in the cutting process, and the adhesive tape is stretched straightly, so that the cutting precision is improved.
As a preferable mode of the present invention, the outer surface of the pressing rod 1002 is made of a silicon rubber material; silicone rubber can reduce the pressure that compresses tightly pole 1002 to the sticky tape on the one hand, prevents that the indentation from appearing in the sticky tape, and on the other hand can increase sticky tape surface and compress tightly the frictional force between the pole 1002, prevents that the sticky tape from sliding when the cutting, improves the precision that cuts.
As shown in fig. 7, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a tension pulley assembly 7 is fixed to the vertical plate 3; the tensioning wheel assembly 7 is arranged between the unreeling assembly 6 and the cutting mechanism 8; the tensioning wheel assembly 7 comprises a connecting seat 701 and a cylinder fixing bracket 705 fixed on the vertical plate 3; a sliding shaft 702 and a tensioning cylinder 706 are fixed on the cylinder fixing bracket 705; the end of the sliding shaft 702 is fixedly connected with the connecting seat 701; a tensioning sliding block 704 is connected to the sliding shaft 702 in a sliding manner; a tensioning roller 703 is fixed on the tensioning sliding block 704; the piston rod end of the tensioning cylinder 706 is fixed on the tensioning slide block 704; the sliding shaft 702 is sleeved with a spring 707; two ends of the spring 707 are pressed between the tensioning sliding block 704 and the cylinder fixing bracket 705; the tensioning roller 703 is used for tensioning the adhesive tape by pushing the tensioning slider 704 to slide on the sliding shaft 702 through the tensioning air cylinder 706, and the spring 707 is used for pre-tensioning the tensioning slider 704 to prevent the tensioning slider 704 from loosening.
As shown in fig. 8, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cutting mechanism 8 includes a cutting cylinder 801 fixed to the vertical plate 3; a cutter holder 802 is fixed at the piston rod end of the cutting cylinder 801; a cutter 803 is fixed on the cutter holder 802; the cutting cylinder 801 drives the cutter holder 802 to slide, and the adhesive tape is cut by the sliding cutter 803.
When the invention is used, the unreeling component is used for unreeling a rolled adhesive tape; the tail end of the adhesive tape is clamped by the adhesive pulling clamping jaw; after the glue pulling motor is started, the belt is driven to move, so that the clamping jaw support and the glue pulling clamping jaw move along the length direction of the glue pulling guide rail, and a certain length of adhesive tape is pulled out; the tail end of the adhesive tape penetrates through the space between the pressing rod and the bearing roller, the adhesive tape pulling manipulator pulls out a certain length, and before cutting, the adhesive tape clamping cylinder drives the swing rod to rotate around the hinge shaft, so that the pressing rod presses and fixes the adhesive tape on the body of the bearing roller; the cutting cylinder drives the cutter holder to slide, and the adhesive tape is cut off by the sliding cutter; a section of adhesive tape cut out from the adhesive pulling manipulator is adsorbed by a film absorbing plate of the adhesive pasting manipulator, and then the adhesive tape is pasted on the surface of the battery; the structure realizes automatic gluing and rubberizing of the lithium battery, greatly improves the rubberizing efficiency, improves the rubberizing quality and reduces the labor intensity; the outer surface of the pressing rod is made of silicon rubber material; the silicon rubber can reduce the pressure of the pressing rod on the adhesive tape and prevent the adhesive tape from being indented on one hand, and can increase the friction force between the surface of the adhesive tape and the pressing rod on the other hand, so that the adhesive tape is prevented from sliding during cutting, and the cutting accuracy is improved; the tensioning cylinder pushes the tensioning sliding block to slide on the sliding shaft, so that the tensioning roller can tension the rubber belt, and the spring is used for pre-tightening the tensioning sliding block to prevent the tensioning sliding block from loosening.
