1. A hot stamping machine, comprising: the ironing device comprises an upper driving roller (100) and a lower driving roller (200) which are arranged in parallel, an upper ironing sheet (300) fixed on the upper driving roller (100), a lower ironing sheet (400) fixed on the lower driving roller (200), and elastic parts (500) which are rotatably arranged at two ends of the lower driving roller (200); and
a cutting blade (600) is arranged on the upper driving roller (100) and opposite to the upper ironing sheet (300), a lower bottom table (700) is arranged on the lower driving roller (200) and opposite to the lower ironing sheet (400), and a lubricating mechanism (220) is arranged in an inner cavity of the lower driving roller (200); wherein
When the upper ironing sheet (300) and the lower ironing sheet (400) are oppositely arranged, the film is hot stamped;
when the cutting blade (600) and the lower base (700) are oppositely arranged and pressed against each other, the film is cut off, and the lower base (700) presses the lubricating mechanism (220) to lubricate the lower driving roller (200).
2. The hot stamping machine as claimed in claim 1,
a telescopic strip groove (210) is formed right above the inner cavity of the lower driving roller (200), and the lower bottom table (700) is slidably arranged in the telescopic strip groove (210);

4. The hot stamping machine as claimed in claim 3,
the hot stamping machine comprises a rack (900), wherein the upper driving roller (100) is rotatably arranged on the rack (900), and a supporting plate (930) is arranged on the rack (900) in a mirror image manner;
the elastic part (500) comprises an elastic block (510) and buffer springs (520) which are slidably arranged on the rack (900), each support plate (930) corresponds to one buffer spring (520), the upper ends of the buffer springs (520) are abutted against the elastic block (510), and the lower ends of the buffer springs are abutted against the support plates (930) on the rack (900); and
a lubricating bearing (530) is arranged in the elastic block (510), an inner ring of the lubricating bearing (530) is sleeved and fixed on the lower driving roller (200), a flow port (531) penetrating through a roller of the lubricating bearing (530) is formed in the inner ring of the lubricating bearing (530), and the flow port (531) and the flow channel (230) are communicated with each other.
5. The hot stamping machine as claimed in claim 4,

7. Working method of a stamping machine according to claim 6, comprising:
s1, driving an upper driving roller (100) and a lower driving roller (200) to rotate by two driving motors (1000) respectively, wherein the upper ironing sheet (300) and the lower ironing sheet (400) are arranged oppositely; feeding the film and performing hot stamping to form a hot stamping film;
s2, driving an upper driving roller (100) and a lower driving roller (200) to horizontally arrange an upper ironing sheet (300) and a lower ironing sheet (400) by two driving motors (1000) respectively;
s3, driving a driving motor (1000) of the lower driving roller (200) to drive the lower driving roller (200) to rotate until the end surface of the lower base table (700) faces upwards and is flush with the horizontal plane;
s4, driving a driving motor (1000) of the upper driving roller (100) to drive the upper driving roller (100) to rotate until the cutting blade (600) is attached to the lower bottom table (700);
s5, driving the upper driving roller (100) by the driving motor (1000) of the upper driving roller (100) to continuously drive the upper driving roller (100) and drag the film, and extruding the lower base plate (700) until the cutting blade (600) extends into the cutting groove (710) to cut off the film.
Background
General thermoprinting machine mainly plays good heat-seal effect, and some thermoprinting machines are mainly used for appearing the vestige of being convenient for tear the opening at film surface thermoprinting, are convenient for later stage tear the opening bagging-off fast. Two in the thermoprinting machine scald the piece and need be close to and keep away from the thermoprint that realizes the film surface, consequently two at least one in scalding the piece be sliding connection with the frame, then can influence the movement speed who scalds the piece when the sliding fit part rusts, lead to the thermoprint effect not good.

In order to solve the technical problem that the moving speed of an ironing sheet is influenced when the sliding fit part of the ironing sheet and a rack rusts, so that the hot stamping effect is poor in the hot stamping machine in the prior art, the invention provides a hot stamping machine to solve the problem.

The hot stamping machine has the beneficial effects that the conversion of two working states of hot stamping and cutting is realized through the matching of the upper driving roller and the lower driving roller, and the good lubricating effect is realized through the matching of the elastic part and the lubricating mechanism and the extrusion recovery during cutting, so that the pressing force of cutting is greatly buffered, and the pulling cutting of a film is promoted.
The invention also provides a working method of the hot stamping machine, which comprises the following steps:
s1, driving the upper driving roller and the lower driving roller to rotate by the two driving motors respectively, wherein the upper ironing sheet and the lower ironing sheet are arranged oppositely; feeding the film and performing hot stamping to form a hot stamping film;
s2, driving the upper driving roller and the lower driving roller to be horizontally arranged to the upper ironing sheet and the lower ironing sheet by the two driving motors respectively;
s3, driving the lower driving roller to rotate by a driving motor for driving the lower driving roller until the end surface of the lower bottom table faces upwards and is flush with the horizontal plane;
s4, driving the upper driving roller to rotate by a driving motor for driving the upper driving roller until the cutting blade is attached to the lower bottom platform;
and S5, driving the upper driving roller by the driving motor of the upper driving roller, dragging the film, and extruding the lower base to a cutting blade to extend into the cutting groove so as to cut off the film.
The working method of the hot stamping machine has the advantages that the working process is simple and rapid, the working effect is good, and the cutting and lubricating effects of hot stamping and film shifting are synchronously realized.

Detailed Description
The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. These drawings are simplified schematic views illustrating only the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constitution related to the present invention.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a hot stamping machine comprising: two upper and lower driving rollers 100 and 200 arranged in parallel with each other, an upper iron sheet 300 fixed to the upper driving roller 100, a lower iron sheet 400 fixed to the lower driving roller 200, and elastic parts 500 rotatably provided at both ends of the lower driving roller 200. The upper driving roller 100 and the lower driving roller 200 can rotate relatively to drive the hot stamping machine of the embodiment to switch different working states so as to complete different working processes; upper and lower iron sheets 300 and 400 can be rotated to a relatively set position and thermoprint a film passing between upper and lower iron sheets 300 and 400; the elastic part 500 can reset the lower driving roller 200 after cutting the film. Meanwhile, in the resetting process, the upper ironing plate 300 and the lower ironing plate 400 are pressed against each other to thermoprint the film. The lower driving roller 200 further has a lower base 700 away from the lower ironing plate 400 on the side wall thereof, the lower base 700 is also shaped like a sheet, and a cutting groove 710 is formed on the side of the lower base 700 away from the lower driving roller 200, the cutting groove 710 corresponds to the sharp corner of the cutting blade 600, and the two sides of the cutting groove 710 are provided with rounded edges 720. After the film is hot stamped, the upper driving roller 100 and the lower driving roller 200 are sequentially rotated to drive the cutter blade 600 and the lower base 700 to be pressed against each other, and the upper driving roller 100 is continuously rotated until the cutter blade 600 is inserted into the cutting groove 710, so that the cutter blade 600 can cut off the part of the film which is hot stamped.
It should be noted that, during the operation of the upper driving roller 100 and the lower driving roller 200, the upper driving roller 100 keeps rotating axially, but is fixed in the vertical direction, and the lower driving roller 200 not only needs to rotate axially, but also needs to move back and forth in the vertical direction. In the process, the lower driving roller 200 can receive intermittent impact to promote the cutting of the film, and meanwhile, the hot stamping speed is slowed down due to the fact that the rotating matching part of the lower driving roller 200 cannot obtain enough lubricating effect, so that the hot stamping effect is poor.
In order to solve the above problem, the following scheme can be adopted: the lower driving roller 200 is hollow inside to form a cavity, a lubricating mechanism 220 is arranged in the inner cavity of the lower driving roller 200, lubricating grease 800 is filled in the lubricating mechanism 220, a telescopic strip groove 210 is formed right above the inner cavity of the lower driving roller 200, the lower base 700 is slidably arranged in the telescopic strip groove 210, and the lower base 700 can continuously spray the lubricating grease 800 to the two sides of the lower driving roller 200 along with the reciprocating movement process of the lower driving roller 200.
Elastic parts 500 are arranged on both sides of the lower driving roller 200, and the elastic parts 500 can continuously spray grease 800 to the sliding connection parts on both sides of the lower driving roller 200 during the reciprocating movement of the lower driving roller 200.
Lubricating mechanism
The lubricating mechanism 220 includes two buffers provided in the lower drive roller 200 in mirror image, a lubricating spring 240 engaging the two buffers, and grease 800 located outside the two buffers. The two buffers are separately disposed and hinged to the lower base 700. The buffering portion comprises a buffering cross rod 221, a buffering slant rod 222 integrated with the buffering cross rod 221, and a rubber plug 223 fixed at the end of the buffering cross rod 221. The lubricating spring 240 has opposite ends fixed to opposite ends of the two buffer rails 221. Grease 800 sets up and keeps away from buffering horizontal pole 221 one side at two plugs 223, and drive roller 200 inner wall under the plug 223 can the shutoff, prevents that grease 800 from leaking. The buffer diagonal rods 222 of the two buffer parts are connected with the hinged part of the lower base 700, when the lower base 700 slides towards the interior of the lower driving roller 200 along the telescopic strip groove 210, the lower base 700 pushes the two buffer diagonal rods 222 to rotate, so that the included angle between the two buffer diagonal rods 222 is increased, and meanwhile, the two buffer diagonal rods 222 drive the two buffer cross rods 221 to slide away from each other along the axial direction of the lower driving roller 200 and extrude the lubricating grease 800 at two sides. At both ends of the lower driving roller 200 are provided flow channels 230 communicating with the elastic part 500. When the lower base 700 is pressed, the buffer portion pushes the grease 800, so that the grease 800 flows toward the elastic portion 500, and meanwhile, the impact force applied to the lower base 700 can be partially absorbed by the lubricating spring 240, thereby playing a role in buffering the lower base 700. After a cutting process is completed, the lubricating spring 240 contracts, pulls the two buffer cross bars 221 to move towards each other, and further pushes the lower bottom table 700 to slide along the telescopic bar groove 210 to drive the roller 200 downwards to the outside, and the original position is recovered.
Elastic part
The elastic part 500 includes an elastic block 510 slidably disposed on the frame 900 and a buffer spring 520. The upper end of the buffer spring 520 abuts against the elastic block 510, and the lower end abuts against the support plate 930 on the side of the frame 900 away from the driving motor 1000. A lubricating bearing 530 is disposed in the elastic block 510, and an inner ring of the lubricating bearing 530 is fixed on the lower driving roller 200. When the upper driving roller 100 rotates until the cutting blade 600 and the lower base 700 are pressed against each other, the upper driving roller 100 continues to rotate and the cutting blade 600 pushes against the lower base 700 by means of the round 720; synchronously, the lower driving roller 200 is pushed to slide away from the upper driving roller 100 and presses the buffer spring 520, and the tip of the cutting blade 600 is inserted into the cutting groove 710 to cut off the film; the upper driving roller 100 continues to rotate to separate the cutting blade 600 from the cutting groove 710, and the buffer spring 520 releases the pressing force to push the elastic block 510 and the lower driving roller 200 back to the original position.
In order to lubricate the lubricated bearing 530, the inner race of the lubricated bearing 530 is provided with a flow port 531 penetrating to the roller of the lubricated bearing 530, the flow port 531 and the flow channel 230 are communicated with each other, and when the lower base 700 is pressed, the buffer part pushes the grease 800, so that the grease 800 flows out through the flow channel 230 and flows into the inner race of the lubricated bearing 530 through the flow port 531.
In addition, in order to enhance the lubricating effect on the outer ring of the lubricating bearing 530, the interior of the elastic block 510 is hollow, the upper end of the elastic block 510 is provided with an opening, the interior of the elastic block 510 is provided with grease 800, the T-shaped block 920 arranged at the lower end of the bearing seat 910 extends into the opening and contacts with the upper end of the grease 800, when the elastic block 510 returns upwards, the T-shaped block 920 is suitable for extruding the grease 800 in the elastic block 510, the inner wall of the elastic block 510 and the outer ring of the lubricating bearing 530 are sequentially provided with an injection channel 532, and after being extruded by the T-shaped block 920, the grease 800 can be injected into the roller of the lubricating bearing 530 through the injection channel 532.
Example II
As shown in fig. 6 to 7, wherein the direction of F in fig. 6 is a moving direction, this embodiment further provides a working method of a hot stamping machine on the basis of the first embodiment, where the hot stamping machine is the same as the first embodiment, and details are not described here.
The working method of the hot stamping machine comprises the following steps:
s1, driving the upper driving roller 100 and the lower driving roller 200 to rotate to the upper ironing sheet 300 and the lower ironing sheet 400 by the two driving motors 1000 respectively; feeding the film and performing hot stamping to form a hot stamping film;
s2, driving upper driving roller 100 and lower driving roller 200 to upper ironing sheet 300 and lower ironing sheet 400 horizontally by two driving motors 1000 respectively;
s3, driving the lower driving roller 200 by the driving motor 1000 for driving the lower driving roller 200 to rotate until the end surface of the lower base 700 faces upwards and is flush with the horizontal plane;
s4, driving the upper driving roller 100 by the driving motor 1000 driving the upper driving roller 100 to rotate until the cutting blade 600 is attached to the lower base 700;
s5, the driving motor 1000 for driving the upper driving roller 100 continuously drives the upper driving roller 100 and pulls the film, pressing the lower base 700 until the cutting blade 600 extends into the cutting groove 710 to cut the film.
The working method of the hot stamping machine disclosed by the embodiment is simple and rapid in working process and good in working effect, and can synchronously realize the cutting and lubricating effects of hot stamping and film shifting.
